I would avoid this hotel. This is a bare minimum basic hotel which wouldn't be bad if it was clean. We stayed for 10 nights and they did not clean the room the whole time. They claim they are short staffed and told us we can bring used towels and beddings to the front desk and they can give us clean supplies. I didn't want to have to change the sheets but I didn't want to keep using dirty beddings either. When I did change the sheets the mattress cover had a lot of stains that just grossed me out. This has to be the worst hotel we ever stayed and won't be coming back.

The property was in a good location, not too far from the beach, the staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. I also appreciated that it was pet friendly & our was very clean!

We didn't had acess to any of kitchen dishes front desk said they run out not sure how but we couldn't use any. And that's why we got this place to use the kitchen.

The location is excellent, close to Huntington Beach and other local attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, which was reliable, and the parking was ample and convenient.

Right after I informed a cleaning lady who knocked on my door, I received a phone call from the lady in the front who told me I would be fined if I wasn't out by check out time. Her form of Western hospitality I suppose.

Our stay was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely outdated and in need of major updates. The hallways had a strong unpleasant smell, the elevators were dirty, and the floors throughout the hotel did not look clean. Overall, the property felt old, poorly maintained and not worth the price. Cleanliness and upkeep definitely need much more attention. I will not be staying there again.

About almost everything regarding my stay.

We were actually STALKED at this horrible place that always smells horrible and who’s long-term residents are actually allowed to FEED THE FERAL CATS !!! the manager was a useless idiot who attempted to gain entry to Our room by asking if he could “come in and take a look around” because “that’s what they ‘do’ for their ‘long-term’ residents (We were only there for two weeks)”. All in all We had a HORRIBLE time there and were HAPPY TO CHECK-OUT !!!

This place is a dump, the carpets were nasty with stains anywhere you walked by. The furniture was dilapidated and looked like it was the same from 30 years ago with cigarette burn marks. The bed had large indentations on both sides of the bed and felt like I was sinking the whole night. Do not bother with the “breakfast” offering as it was old stale muffins and granola bars with coffee. I booked this room for a business training and I regretted the minute I walked in and saw the interior of this place. Staff was very friendly, nice and attentive but even their best efforts couldn’t make up with all this place is lacking.

This was an absolutely horrible stay. Went to the store before checking in so I wouldn't have to go back out to buy stuff to cook for dinner. Got settled in an noticed a sign on the counter that read something along the lines of having to call the front desk to have them bring up the cookware and plates. So I did. The person at the desk said they didn't have any cookware, but, he can have plates sent up. Not a whole lot of good to have stuff to eat off of without the ability to cook. The whole reason for me choosing this hotel and I couldn't even do that. The topping on the cake was the cockroaches that created me hello every time I turned on the light to use the restroom. An as for the "free" Wi-Fi, when I went to connect took me to a site giving me the option to purchase the Wi-Fi by the hour or the day. Paid for a room with one queen size bed for my better half and myself, ended up with 2 full size beds. If I could give negative stars I would.

Beat up rooms..smelled terrible the bed is like a pad..not even a mattress. The grab and go breakfast is a muffin and a nutrigrain bar with frankly disgusting coffee. The hallways smelled of cooking

Says there’s a 10 point inspection for cleaning the rooms and the last point is management approval. There was food all over tables and counter, the chair was covered in a white substance and the entire place smelled like mildew and heavy incense to cover it up. I recommend finding a different place to stay

I didn’t request an ADA room but was told they were sold out and it was all they had. I’ve stayed there in the past. It was cleaner. Probably won’t go back!

I reserved two rooms and when I got there the desk clerk said that they only had one room and that Expedia must have made a mistake. I needed two rooms and had to pay twice as much for the second room. The rooms were dirty, moldy smelling. The fridge was rusted. And breakfast was instant oatmeal and fruit bars. I contacted Expedia and was told that manager was unavailable and someone get back to me about my refund. It has been 5 days and no one has contacted me.

The outer facility was dirty, especially at the entry. A daily hosing off could have eliminated that. I paid for a king room Th-Sun. When we arrived late on Th, the only king room smelled like a fire pit was going in the room, although it is a non-smoking facility. We asked for a different king room, but there were none available. We were moved to a queen room, with a "talk to the manager tomorrow". It had a kitchenette but no glasses, nothing in the cupboards. No coffee in the room, no coffee pot. It was not a clean room. The walls and doors had black dirt and handprints, the furniture stained, the countertops with permanent knicks and cuts in the material. The facility needs an updated over-haul. We were busy all days with family events, so stayed there only to rest our heads, and because it was a mile from the family events with no other hotel in the vacinity. In asking the front-desk for a credit between the price of the two rooms, they indicated the manager said to offer a 5% credit, which was not even the difference in the two rooms for the three days. The only positive was the front desk staff. The gal the first night was incredibly apologetic and helpful, and the others were helpful. Just trying to do their jobs.

Stairways leading down to parking lot smell like dog urine. You can smell dog poop on the lawn surrounding the parking lot. This place needs to be updated, bathrooms, hall carpet are horrible. We had to go to the desk for shampoo, no cups in room and not even a small bottle of water.

The location is conveniently located near beach areas and companies which is good for both visitors and business travelers. The area is safe and staff is always present to help/answer any questions and will often go above and beyond expectations. Thank you for making my stay easy and comfortable!

Sheets were rough, like they were washed with too much startch. Pillow cases were the same. Shower had warm water only, didn’t get hot even when turned all the way up. Bathroom sink was clogged after running the tap for a few seconds. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the only parking they have there is valet.

Too many old cars and people standing and smoking in the parking lot. Seemed as though an inordinate amount of people staying there are in a state of transition or homelessness. Grounds were not kept up with a lot of animal feces in the grassy areas. Guests didn’t pick up poop nor did grounds keepers. Charged too much for my two small dogs for the 5 night stay.

The front desk staff was nice. The room was clean and simple. There is no toiletries but hand soap, but not a big deal because I brought my own. The bed comfort was average. The room was in a quiet area but still close to the lobby. For the money, it was worth the amount paid. It was super close to beaches, less than 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for two nights with my family, it is a not a very bad and dirty place, but carpet stink and unwanted people around.

Smelly, dirty, dog pee everywhere, and rundown! We did not stay here for our trip, we stayed somewhere else after checking in and seeing the condition of the rooms and property.

Despite the listing on Expedia stating that housekeeping was available upon request, I was flat-out denied when I asked for room cleaning during my stay. When I brought up the listing, the staff rudely shrugged it off. Outside the hotel, there were multiple homeless people sleeping near the entrance, which made me feel uneasy coming and going, especially at night. It added to the overall sense that this place is poorly managed and neglected. Definitely would not recommend staying here. There are much better options for the same price nearby.

The young lady who checked us in was very nice. When we settled in to our room, there was a dish towel on the counter that I was going to use to dry my hands. When I picked it up, there was three syringes with needles under the hand towel. I told the front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Not going to recommend this place in the future.

Very old and out dated. Seemed really sketchy and unsafe. Furniture in the room was torn apart. My wife and I emedietly changed our minds and got the heck out of there.

For some reason, I was given a handicap room, room was OK was clean neat. However, this Hotel nickels, and dimes you to death. They don’t provide shampoo. You gotta walk all the way to the front counter to get shampoo. They called and reminded me of my checkout time which I felt was Too attentive, and the bathroom shower had mold.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and better than expected, given the price. The beach is nearby and security patrolled at night. The surrounding neighborhood was not a concern regarding safety.

It's an extended stay so random smells are the norm since the rooms have kitchens. Our room had a weird odor that never went away but it wasn't unbearable.

The plumbing is horrible the toilet kept backing up. In the hallway there was a bad leak in the copper water line to where part of the ceiling fell down on the carpet and a bucket had to be used to catch the water

Pretty quiet and the room was nice. Downside was we did not have a shower curtain when we got to our room. Seems like they only had one staff on sight doing most the work. They should really hire a second front desk receptionist for situations like this.

We stayed there maybe ten years ago because our home was flooded and we needed to have renovations done and our homeowners ins put us there for like four to five weeks and it wasn’t bad plus we had pets so it was convenient but this time around we were shocked at how much it’s deteriorated! They haven’t done any kind of renovations at all the beds were horrible they dipped in and it stunk sooo bad the kitchen was bad the cabinets were terrible you could see the deterioration on the doors/cabinets, the shower had absolutely no water pressure and the shower curtains didn’t close because how they had the shower rod was all jimmied/jacked up! The reason I stayed there was because I traveled from out of town for my daughters bday party and because she has a dog and I figured they could visit or stay a night or two with me since pets are allowed, otherwise I would not have ever stayed there I would have rather stayed at hotel Huntington Beach! But whatever it served its purpose I suppose! Oh and all the savory people there were a plus! (NOT)!!!!

Great place to stay if you’re looking for something quick! Just needed to stay for 1 night but would definitely come back. Staff was friendly and rooms were really clean. Big parking lot and easy access. Good area and not too far of a drive from beaches and main areas. Good location for families with kids. Would recommend staying here to others !!

The price is outrageous for the property and without a car there is no place to eat or shop for miles. You only get room service 1 per week, must exchange your towels at front desk, and bring your trash to a trash chute at the end of the hall. The price is comparative to many other similar properties, so you are being way over charged for value received. The "breakfast" is a cup of coffee, a mini-muffin or a power bar. To call it a "breakfast" is in my opinion a bait-switch. Place caters to low income long term residences.

Well its old with clearly damaged furniture, The tv was an old small plasma tv. Shower was not clean. They call it extended stay because people live in here. the parking lot has what looks like old abandoned cars with cob webs plus they are stacked inside with peoples belongings. OH the entire breakfast fits on a small table. its a snack. For the price, Motel 6 might have been cleaner and or better.

Very tired property. Must be a fair bit of crime as you had to ask for anything remotely kitchen related. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. The drapes were so old the backing was cracked and the light coming through looked like stars. Looked like all new paint, but lipstick on a pig. Carpets old, cabinets old. Certainly not a warm, safe feeling.
