It was clean. One bed was a trundle very uncomfortable. Could not get the trash taken out. I ask a worker doing laundry and the front desk and had to sleep wth trash overflowing.

Only stayed from 8pm-8am but overall satisfied. Staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. Room was spacious, clean, great amenities, and the bed was generally comfortable. I find most hotels in this price range don't replace their mattresses often so there are well-formed concave dents from previous sleepers. Also a kind of slope, you know, where your feet are at a higher level than your head? The only deduction would be that it seemed someone had shaved their head recently in the bathtub and/or bathroom sink. There was short stubble sprinkled around but I was too tired to care. The tub stopper was closed and the faucet was dripping so the amount of water that filled the tub quantified that the previous guest left only an hour ago.

Not what we expect from a BW. Room was rather pricey for what we got (much more like a low budget motel than a BW). Reserved and paid for room several months in advance. Requested ground floor room due to hip surgery. Arrived at 3pm sharp for check in, only one car in lot, was handed a second floor room key and when I mentioned about request for first floor was told they were sold out and the ground floor rooms were on a first come basis. We went out to dinner with friends, returned much later that evening and there were only 5-6 cars in lot. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the room needed to be revamped. The main positive was that the room had good insulation and was relatively quiet. Would not recommend this place.

Breakfast is average, but many options available. We always stay at this location because of the proximity to family.

I didn’t feel safe in the room because the latch behind the my door was broken. The hotel room was facing the street. It was difficult to drag luggage up and down the stairs.

The hotel messed up my reservation and still charged me full price for a room we did not sleep in or use. The manager is not willing to discuss the issue with me.

I highly enjoyed the location and safety including permit (free) parking. My daughters complained that the bedsheets had stains and the beds were way too soft. The bathrooms are outdated and I struggled with getting the right water temperature using two taps. The water ended up being too hot or too cold. Nevertheless, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast had real eggs and it was a treat given that it was free. The bacon was fantastic and as usual I would prefer to skip the processed sausages. The pool & hot tub looked appealing but we did not have a chance to venture there due to Disneyland. Word to the wise, if you have to pee, stop along the way. There is no lobby bathroom. Gratefully, the front desk reception let me use the office bathroom.

There was still items left for breakfast at night time. My room smelled odd and I couldn't get rid of it even with Lysol. I had a two queen beds and they were mismatched. One had a memory foam bed and the other had hard springs

My problem was all the smoke from smokers. It makes its way in the rooms and a lot of smokers outside. The property is run down in need of renovation. The staff is kind and helpful.

The staff was excellent and highly courteous. My room was cleaned and fresh towels and linens were given daily. The staff always had a friendly smile that made me feel that they cared about the comfort of my stay.

Room was clean, did have a nice shower head. We called ahead to make sure we got a 1st floor room, as my husband does not climb stairs well. When we arrived they gave us a second floor room. There is no elevator. The place itself is very old. Definitely has seen its better days. All room doors and stairs are outside. It rained while we were there, and there was water puddles everywhere on the second floor. Over all, we will choose something else in the future.

The hotel is barely a three star hotel; it's more like a two star. So let's call it a 2 1/2 star hotel. There are some really nice things about it, but also some not so great things. First of all, the man at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and very nice, we really enjoyed that part. The room was fine, nothing special. It was clean. The TV in our room didn't work which was disappointing. We wanted to call the front desk but the telephone also wasn't working. The bathroom is very dated; it really needs to be renovated. So considering all of that, I would rate it a 2 1/2 star hotel. But as a 2 1/2 star hotel, I gave it 5 stars, if that makes sense. Basically, don't expect too much and you'll be happy. The price was very reasonable.

The room need a serious update. The breakfast was terrible. Usually have good luck at Best Western but not this time.

Then place was worse than the rating. It was OK. The hot water was hit and miss, showered one morning with cold water before the heat came through. Breakfast was good enough, nothing special.

The room had an odor to it kind of a musty old scent, there were some holes in the walls, where two walls would meet, usually near the baseboard. I was worried a mouse would get in. The bed was adequate. Hotel is very close to the street and even though we were at the back we still heard street noise. Probably will not stay there again.

Not maintained well. Totally run down place. Everything here Old and over used. mattresses were very saggy and uncomfortable to sleep. Heating system is very noisy when ever it ran. Breakfast place was extremely crowded with no place to sit. Our past experiences with Best Western at other locations were much better. We booked based on those experiences to be totally disappointed.

The clerk at check in (don’t know his name) was friendly, courteous, and helpful. When we asked for additional blankets he provided them promptly and brought them to the door. The room was clean and comfortable. Don’t know if I’ll be back in the area again but would consider staying here again if I am.

Asked for room service that never came. Walls were very thin - heard everything in the next room. Bed is extremely squishy. Pillows don't provide much support. Front desk staff were helpful at check-in/checkout.

i’m not gonna lie when I showed up the place on the outside looked very shady 😰 but I was truly surprised how clean the rooms are! The continental breakfast is simple but fulfilling. And the customer service was great. Definitely recommend it.

The room was definitely on the older side, but the staff themselves were courteous throughout our stay. However, there were a few inconveniences, one night our key card stopped working, and when I called for fresh towels, they never arrived. Our room also wasn’t serviced at all during our four-night stay, even though we left by 9 a.m. each day. Overall, friendly staff but the service and upkeep could use improvement.

Most of services are good, except the stair is outside the building; it is not comfortable to walk into the room when it rains and wet.

Enjoyed our stay. All the staff we encountered are very nice. Room is clean. The location seems safe. Free breakfast is nice! Hot water and coffee are available 24/7 which is very nice! There’s no down comforter like it stated on Expedia website, but that’s ok for us. We will book this hotel again whenever we’re back to Westminster 🙂

Bathroom - running water for the sink was horrible, very low pressure. The closest stand was rusty Noisy room - you can hear people talking all night until 3am. There were noise coming from the room next door all night. Bed - the queen beds were unbearable and my son was itchy all night

This property is seriously in need of a facelift. Everything is in need of a serious remodeling. We would not stay here again.

Our biggest problems were the shampoo and body wash bottles were empty and the conditioner bottle was completely missing. We couldn’t help but notice the AC filter was absolutely disgusting, maintenance should really check on that more often. And if you’re facing the street, it will be very noisy at night. Not suitable for light sleepers.

I loved my room. But I wished the bed were firmer. I woke up with horrible back pain. The front desk staff gave me a room where the family upstairs had a really rambunctious son. I went and told the evening staff at 9 pm to please contact the family to please be quiet, since it was getting late. The staff apologized for the disturbance. The child calmed down around 10 pm. But in the middle of the night at 3 am, the kid woke up and started running around. My room ceiling was shaking. It went on for an hour plus. The Front Desk was closed when I called. I woke up feeling horrible from not being a to sleep well. No apology or discount was issued by the morning staff person when I called and told them the issue I was having with the guests above. They just switched me to another room by noon, since it was a two-night stay.

The room was not as listed on the site, and the area was not secure for a young lady looking for accommodation in an area with food and shopping options. I would not stay at this Best Western; I was not satisfied at all.

I loved this place!!! The staff was so friendly. The room was clean and so much better than I had expected. You are close to walk to get tacos and some goodies like starbucks down the street. I loved it so much and I cant wait to stay here again. Shoot I am looking to book my next stay for this winter already!!!

The bathroom is small and old. The commode had rust spots in it. The bathtub is dangerous. Very slick and no hand holds. The floor tiles were slick and old.

The room was fine, but the walls are incredibly thin. People casually walking on the room above is very audible. Food options are okay. The bathroom is terrible. The toilet was all the way up against the wall when there was PLENTY of space for it to be a comfortable amount of space away from the wall. Not bad overall but the price was a little high all things considered.

Bed was huge and comfortable the pillows were amazing. Internet worked great and very convenient to gas stations, stores and restaurants. And the pool and jacuzzi were perfect!

The floor close to the bed was sticking and when was tapping it all decks was so dirty, but in general it was nice and clean. The pool was nice, but the hot top was a little bit hot plus a slightly smell of serum.. button general the complex was clean nice and calm.

Super service, close to everything, Large rooms, soft beds - what else do you need?

First off, I like the website but when you get to the place you booked and they tell you there is a $400 deposit when there was nothing saying that was how much it was is very disturbing. The pictures of this place are very deceiving and not worth the money I’m paying. I have no choice but to stay here because we have events this weekend and it’s too late to book anywherelse. The beds are so worn down you sink into them, it smells of waste and moldy laundry and dog poop outside and the tiles in the bathroom are chipped. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Bed was terrible if you laid down on it you immediately feel the box spring under it. The tv volume didn’t work so we called down to the front desk and he came up and changed the batteries twice and said he would be back and he never came back. Like I said we had events so we didn’t follow up till our last day and he gave us a different room 4 doors down but still. It was very inconvenient to say the least. The food options were okay. The housekeepers were sweet but the front desk guy did us dirty by not coming back or giving us a call. Also, you can hear every single car that drives by the hotel. AC worked amazing. 2/10 would not stay here again.

The property on the insides were clean and quiet which i greatly appreciate. However, as you look closer, you can see that its old and tired. I hope they are able to continue making improvements as it was a wonderful stay for my family. We were 10 minutes max from family, and 25 minutes from Disneyland.... so a great spot for us to come back to for future visits!

Your staff was first class. A lot of running and stomping over us, but overall we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable rooms. We were expecting housekeeping on one of the days we stayed but unfortunately we did not get that. We had to go to the office for fresh towels and had to empty our garbage in the can by the entrance When asking the clerk on why our room was not cleaned she was annoyed and said someone in our room declined it. Didn’t happen but what can ya do. Also waited over an hour for an iron and ironing board which is not provided in the room. Small annoying inconveniences.

Clean rooms, convenient to our destination areas, near freeway. Safe neighborhood, staff was excellent. Decent hot breakfast every morning, in room micro and refrig made our stay very convenient!

I booked this room for three days and left after one. The bathrooms are disgusting and there is no water pressure. The beds are super wore out. The “hot tub” is freezing cold like it’s not even on. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. Awful stay, ruined our California vacation.

The room was dirty and smelled like smoke. We walked in and then out. Went to the front desk for a refund. Was told we had to call and speak to the manager. Booked through Expedia, called them and was told the same. I told them to call since I booked through Expedia, after a few days we got a refund. Had to book another hotel late night on the fly.

Room was clean, vinyl flooring throughout, bed was firm and bouncy, neat putting area, pool was a good size and clean, hot tub was warm enough and jets were bubbly.

This was a clean mid level hotel. Nothing fancy. Nothing wrong. They had more electrical outlets than a lot of hotels which was appreciated. Breakfast was a bit more simple than others, but not bad. The biggest issue was internet. Yes it has free internet, but internet was barely usable. I didn't look around much but I noticed one starlink antenna. Maybe they need more antennas? It wasn't enough. I tried to upload a 200mb file to the cloud and it failed multiple times. It eventually finished after a couple hours. I uploaded one at the airport the next day in a matter of seconds. BW would be better off with dial up internet :-)

While the breakfast and pool were good, that was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Definitely more like a 1-star in cleanliness. There were urine stains on the walls around the toilet, handprints all over the door, and it was just overall really dirty. The first room they gave us was so dirty I asked if we could move to a clean room. The front desk was very nice and moved us to another room. But that room was just as dirty! I’m honestly not much of a clean freak- just would rather not have sticky doors, mildew on the ceiling, hairs on the floors, and peepee on the walls- but that’s just me… here are some pictures, so you can see for yourself.

I dont like that rooms are cleaned every other day. It would be better if rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, bed made and trash collected daily

On a main road but still felt safe there. Nice to have a patio with chairs to sit outside in the "backyard". Staff was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic!

The place is small. Parking is a little tight. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast had a lot to offer and was good. Easy to get on and off the freeway without the noise of the freeway. The employees were very nice and helpfull.

I love staying at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, and clean. The jacuzzi and pool are excellent. The daily breakfast is delicious. But, what sets this hotel apart from ithers is the staff. From front desk to housekeeping, to maintenence. They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Yvette is one of the best!

Room was adequate. A place to lay my head but needs a definite upgrade. Stairs leading up to room needs upgrading. Pool side area looked fantastic but never used it. Mini golf course. Bbq to use. Friendly staff, quick check in and out.

The room is not clean and way too old compared to the pictures on the advertising …. It’s misleading. The shower has nowhere to put your soap and shampoo, if you not hold your bar soap in your hand the whole time you take the shower then you have to put them on the floor. Room smells funky and too hot when you walking, it’s will be better if they turn on the air condition ahead so customers didn’t have to deal with the extremely hot room when you walk in. . Saw couple of roaches running in the kitchen. Never come back here again.

Hotel is a bit a run down. We got upgraded to a big suite with a kitchen and living room with a huge tv which was nice. Staff was friendly and breakfast was provided.

The room I had for the night was quite spacious and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice with a good amount of variety. I appreciated that the front desk was open 24 hours a day so that I was able to check in late no problem. I mainly booked the room to get to Huntington Beach quickly early in the morning for a July 4th BBQ. I can't say what the area immediately around the Best Western was like, but it was close enough to the beach for me.

Location was pretty good, breakfast lacked variety. Waffles were store bought to just warm up. Eating area was very small otherwise pool and lawn area was very clean and kept.

The Best Western is in an older established neighborhood of Westminster CA and the motel is kept up considering it's age. The price is appropriate for the location and room. The staff was friendly and the basic breakfast was acceptable.
