The staff were friendly very nice sweet guy. The at the front desk was also nice everything was quick and easy no probelm checking in. The rooms that were portrayed as online were not the same. The rooms online before booking look modern and very new clean. It was not that. I came in person and the room were giving old house and old hotel. The rooms also contained too much furniture but into one place. Every step you took you would bump into something. The sheets were stained and the floors were also stained. Bugs on the head boards. I went for a concert so I wasn't inside the room all day. If you plan on staying the hotel all day find something new.

It’s was close by to every where I needed to go. Walking distance. I was really comfortable and felt safe. Good prices to stay here. I didn’t like that I had to pay $10 for soap and shampoo..

The location. I've stayed in some questionable places before, but this one takes the crusty, moldy cake. Let's start with the front desk lady--because wow. This woman woke up and chose war. She yelled at us like we were delinquent teenagers for having a friend over to do makeup. Not a party. Not a sleepover. Just glam time. She then tried to finesse $100 cash out of us for the "extra guest" with no receipt, no explanation, and stood there like a prison guard until we either coughed it up or left. Girl, is this a motel or a hostage situation? When I told her my friend was leaving, she goes, "I'm going to check and make sure they don't use my facilities." Like ma'am, nobody's trying to steal your toilet water or shower in that fungus-infested bathroom. Speaking of, the shower curtain had mold, everything felt like it was from a 1992 horror movie set, and the vibe was "cheap and angry." Oh--and night one? I open the bathroom window for air and boom two homeless people going at it. I thought I tuned into only fans: tent city Romantic? No. Traumatizing? Slightly. When it was time to check out, the wicked witch of the front desk comes banging on our door at 11:00 on the dot, yelling for us to leave like she enjoys the power trip. Lady, chill. I promise we weren't trying to extend our stay in the upside-down. In conclusion: the rooms are crusty, the energy is cursed, and the front desk lady needs a hug, a vacation, and probably therapy. Zero stars for customer service. One star because I didn't get bed bugs (I think). Also bed was rock hard. And mattress was worn down really bad.

Like the Tubi options on the TV. I liked the mini fridge that had a good amount of room. I also liked the room came with a heater/ac for cold nights and mornings, since it’s January. I didn’t like the false advertisement of not needing cash for a deposit and having to go to an ATM ACROSS THE STREET, and pay a fee to take out $20. I didn’t like the room pretty much at all. The walls, floor, and pillows were dirty, the carpet was missing near the door and nails would spike you if you stepped on it, and the bathroom didn’t have much of anything except dirty white towels. A bit overpriced.

Walking distance to the venue My one-night stay at the Airport Hotel was an extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience that warrants a one-star rating. I would advise other travelers to avoid this property entirely until significant changes are made to both the sanitation standards and customer service protocols. The first issue was immediate: the hotel had a distinct, unpleasant odor throughout the common areas and the room itself. This issue was compounded by the visible state of the linens. While the towels, comforter, and pillows were likely "washed," they were all noticeably and heavily stained. This instantly undermines any sense of hygiene and comfort. The physical comfort of the room was equally poor. The mattress offered no support, as we could distinctly feel the springs pressing through the material. Getting any quality rest before an early flight was impossible due to the combination of discomfort and the compromised cleanliness of the bedding. Finally, the customer service demonstrated a complete lack of hospitality. Upon check-in, the front desk required a $10 cash deposit for a keycard. When I explained I did not have the cash on me, the representative demanded to hold my state-issued identification as collateral instead. This rigid, unaccommodating, and highly unusual policy showed zero understanding or willingness to assist a guest, prioritizing a trivial cash fee over basic customer accommodation. The Airport Hotel failed on every fundamental level—from basic sanitation and guest comfort to simple, decent customer service. We felt the encounter was strictly "business" in the most transactional and negative sense, offering zero value.
