The location is good. The cover for the mattress was extremely filthy with dirt and blood stains. The shower curtain in the men's shower was extremely moldy and it's no place to put your belongings while in the shower. They also ask for a cash deposit that was not listed when I booked this place.

There is no bathroom or shower in room. Only a shared public bathroom /shower space for the ENTIRE building. Also advertised as “Fully Refundable” however hotel staff claims “No Refunds” is their policy. Requesting Full refund for this terrible experience.

Plenty of power points and very good lighting. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very clean. Reception area was a bit dark and unwelcoming. MacDonalds and a petrol station with convenience store next door was a good start.

This is a hostel, not a hotel. There are shared bathrooms on each floor, both men and women and in each one there are only two restroom stalls and two showers. The showers themselves are also quite tiny and they're right by the door as well. I read in advance that there is a $100 cash deposit that is NOT refunded back to you... for some reason I was never charged it but oh well I didn't question it. That being said, to have a deposit that's not returned to you is still odd. The room itself I will say is decent for the price you pay. There's a sink and a fridge but no microwave!!! No microwave anywhere in the buiding. The matress itself is also HEAVILY stained. Parking was free and at the end of the day it was walking distance from the Intuit Dome which is why I picked this place. But I also have another upcomping event that I was also going to stay here for... I'm glad I had this experience so I know now to book elsewhere. If you're looking for a cheap last minute place to just spend one night this is great, but for more than one I'd look elsewhere.

Hands down the absolute worst place I've ever stayed. Entire building REEKS of cigarette smoke (so bad I had to cover my face in the hallway to prevent coughing/ watery eyes) despite their "no smoking" policy, huge dead cockroach in the bathroom, smoke detector and outlet missing in my room/ripped out of the wall with wires hanging out, extremely rude customer service (they don't provide a microwave of any sort so I asked the front desk girl if she could please heat my sandwich up in the FULL kitchen directly behind her, she very rudely refused), AND a surprise CASH ONLY (?!) security deposit they mandate even if you've already paid online!! To make matters even worse, the room with private bathroom I booked wasn't available due to "water leaking" so they put me in a tiny room directly beside the shared bathrooms... I was literally woken up once EVERY HOUR all night long last night from people using it/ the super loud doors waking me up. An absolute nightmare, AVOID!!!

Before I left, I asked her if I could use the restroom just because I really had to go. She said no that all of their bathrooms were locked & she was unwilling to unlock them & her best suggestion was that I could walk to the gas station on the corner & asked to use their restrooms that should’ve been my first clue that the CUSTOMER SERVICE here was horrendous!! I did exactly what she said. I made multiple attempts to Expedia the wait time was saying over 15 minutes after the first time of waiting 15 minutes after 20 minutes once the agent picked up the line we were disconnected. I called back & to save on time I did the virtual chat with their CS as soon as I said that I wanted to be issued a full refund it said that no cancellations were allowed and that if I canceled the reservation, I would not receive any money back this let me know that the young lady at the front desk lied & was extremely disingenuous! Her name is Jay, she claimed to be the manager also yelled at me, when I finally got her to pick up, she hung up the phone on me

I had an early flight out of Los Angeles International Airport so I checked out at about 4am I had a hard time waking up whomever was in the front desk to get my deposit back there was only one entrance exit in to the property no more than 2 at most 3 minutes I realized I had left my laptop charging in my room as I rushed out to the airport I knocked on the front door rang the doorbell no one came out so I called I explained my situation to the person who answered he replied I'm sleeping come back at 10:30am I said I I couldn't he said come back at 10:30am and hung up the phone upon returning to the States I made just about 35-40 calls to the property mornings afternoons and evenings each time I was told to call back the manager wasn't there now I'm out a $2000 laptop

If you've searched the entire city and haven't found a hotel available, this hotel is a good option.

Instead of a credit card hold, you are required to leave a one hundred dollar deposit in cash. If you don't have it, there is an ATM machine behind you that charges you a fee. I gave the guy five, twenty dollar bills. The next day he gave me back a one hundred dollar bill instead of my original bills which can be inconvenient to spend of course. Also, there are no private bathrooms. Just a men's and women's for the floor with no privacy. Out dated as well. Room door did not latch correctly and can pop open. Checking out, I had the door open and almost ready to leave when he popped his head in and asked me if I was leaving. Very rude. Overall, cheap costing hotel (motel really). Located near event centers but I will not be back.

They took $100 cash deposit (ATM there was used to get $100/- costing additional $6.00.) Requested another room. They did not provide any. Left the hotel in few minutes and took another hotel nearby. They refused ti return the deposit immediately, stating that they will give it after the reservation ends in three days. Never going back to thi hotel, again.

I was surprised to find out that there was no bathroom in the room (they were down the hallway and shared) upon check in. I also heard rats clawing in the walls of the hotel each morning I woke up there.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and it’s set up like a transition place or a halfway house for prisoners getting out of prison or jail and I will not ever stay here again

A family lives on site, a long with other long term residents resideing there, and community bathrooms (accessed by your room key). Our neighbor, a gentleman in his underwear, told us to keep it down after hours. It was clear this was his home. From the 'hotel' standpoint however, the beds and linens were so terrible, residents were loud, slamming doors at all hours, and eventually we so cold, so tired and so miserable, we left at 5 am. It IS immediately located to the local stadiums, but you get what you pay for. We'll pursue other options in the future.

First when checking in they only accept cash forcing you to use the atm in the lobby , next everyone is the hotel has to share a restroom and shower which isn’t mention in the listing, the man at the window had no shirt on cooking curry which had the whole place smelling like it , food was also left over in the fridge from the previous person . Couldn’t stay here the whole stay once the toliet was clogged up . Spend 10$ more and find something better

The air conditioner worked amazing. I felt like our parking was secure. The only thing that surprised me on check in was that it was a shared bathroom and showers. But honestly they were very clean.

Negatives: The hotel smelled poor and was dirty. Bed sheets did not smell fresh or clean. Had to place a shirt over pillows to sleep, so the smell didn’t bother me. In room mini fridge was broken. Walls are thin so room is noisy. Place was cheap and convenient. I feel it could have been cheaper since the bathroom was shared. Only booked to have a place to crash at after the show at the Intuit Dome.

At check-in, the woman asked for our booking number. As we waited, a shirtless man (apparently her husband, who lives at the hotel) walked up to the front window, pulled back the covers on a bed in full view, and climbed in. Completely shirtless. Completely inappropriate. Our room was over 80 degrees. The walls were filthy, the comforter had large black stains, and when we pulled back the sheets, we found a dried booger. There were spider webs in the bed frame and under the nightstand—complete with a large black spider. We turned on the AC, which thankfully worked well and cooled the room—but it blasted out a strong smell of urine. This place is not just dirty—it feels unsafe and unsanitary. Nothing about it is professional or acceptable. Spend the extra money and stay literally anywhere else.

I had to catch public transportation which was very easy within 1 block of the hotel. It was a good value hotel room for a 1 night stay while I was enroute between stops.

The only good thing about this motel was it's proximity to the Kia Forum, other than that do not stay at this hotel! staff was very rude when I tried to get someone to return my deposit during checkout. Room was very damp and humid and the flooring was not even properly installed so there were many lose floor panels. You get what you pay for here beware!!!!!!!!

Staff was really nice to me and my Wife. They clean the restrooms (Shared) every single morning. Jack n the box is right next door, McDonalds and Starbucks.

They gave me such a hard time trying to check in , after being approximately 5 hours in traffic , I was told I had to pay an extra $80 for my car to park in THEIR PARKING LOT because of the event. Very rude staff , roaches in my room, such an inconvenience. Would definitely never recommend to anyone.

The stay reminded me of dorms. Private rooms, shared bathrooms, and felt safe since to enter the property you have to key in. However, they require a CASH ONLY $100 deposit. I had to leave at 12am for work and had to wait for the employee to wake up and get my deposit back. Definitely inconvenient for myself and the employee.

I was not expecting much, but I hoped to have a bathroom or even a toilet ony room. There was neither. There's a bed, a sink, small table and no room for your suitcase. Very disappointed and one of the worst places I have ever stayed And the smell is indescribable. No mini fridge or microwave also.

I didn't like that the bathrooms were outside of the rooms and the floor boards were squishy.

It was close to Sofi stadium and plenty of places were within walking distance. It advertised 24 hour front desk, but at checkout we had to knock on the window to get their attention. They also weren’t pet friendly, only took cash, it was not wheelchair accessible except for the entrance ramp. They asked for $100 extra for security deposit and said that when we checked out they’d come check our room to make sure everything was okay. The rooms did not have bathroom; they were instead shared bathrooms in the hall that had to be accessed with the room key. They had two stalls and the “showers” were only covered by curtains. It was very uncomfortable and concerning since they gave everyone one key that could access both bathrooms. The first floor smelled awful and the second floor reeked of tobacco even though it was advertised as a no smoking area within 25 feet. Walls were paper thin, when we entered our room there was holes in the walls, the towels provided were already filthy, the tv controller was also dirty, the covers, sheets and mattresses were all stained and the mattress cover was ripped. Many people warned us to not check in as they were known for bedbugs and roaches which was very off putting but we’d already paid. We tried to leave as soon as possible, but like previously mentioned no one was available at the window until another guest knocked, then a lady who was already in there took our key and basically shooed us away.

Price is tempting but spend a few more dollars to stay elsewhere or else you’ll end up regretting it, just like me. Rooms are filthy and smelly, mattresses and pillows are old and dirty! They don’t replace sheets or give you any extras! Rooms don’t have their own bathroom. They have shared restrooms just like the ones you see at gyms. I stayed here mainly because it was very close to SoFi Stadium but I regretted it once I checked in! Worst place I’ve ever stay!! Do your self a favor and stay away from this place!

LOCATION: It was really nice and convenient for me since I went just for a concert night but it was noisy in the night, not for the concerts but the cars and ambulances that rotate in that area. It is a little far from downtown which means uber and Lyfts are expensive (50$ more) BUT there is bus stops close and they can take you anywhere if you have the time. There is a McDonald’s in the side and Starbucks on the front. The McDonald is combine with a mini store. If you walk east like a couple of blocks you will find Target, In&Out, Chipotle and more stores! VENUES: If you are going for a concert in some of the venues close to this hotel, I think is a really cheap option. The venues are 10-20 minute walk distance and the walk has amazing views. Overall, amazing stay for the price. Not for picky people but the best for whoever is traveling in a budget or just have a long layover.

Overall it's pretty clean I give them that. However, there IS NO BATHROOM in your room it's a shared bathroom with the hall. The restrooms were clean and the showers too but it just doesn't feel to safe because your key room is your bathroom door and it's the same key for both men and women and in reality anyone can walk in at anytime. The staff isn't very friendly which THEY SHOULD be. I'm all about customer service and maybe I would have stayed there but their unfriendly-ness wouldn't make me go back. ALSO they do charge a 40 dollar deposit fee CASH ONLY !! Make sure you take that because if not you have to use their machine and of course you get charged a fee. Overall I wouldn't stay there again!

The only thing that didn't seem to be mentioned (purchased via CheapTickets) was the $100 cash room deposit (refunded at the end of your stay). The bathrooms are external, meaning you have to leave your room to take a bath/shower or use the toilet. Aside from that, it's a pretty decent spot for a short, inexpensive stay.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased! Everything was perfectly clean — fresh, spotless, with no unpleasant odors or mustiness. There’s no carpet in the room, which is a huge plus for me — just fresh air and cleanliness. I really liked the beautiful, modern shower. The location is very convenient — there’s a Starbucks and a McDonald’s nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in every situation. I definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location for a bachelor or a couple who come here for Intuit Dome with tight budget I’m fine without a private bathroom as it’s fully disclosed when I booked it.
