The staff was helpful and the location is convenient, especially for an early morning departure from LAX. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably clean However, there were some issues — the sink didn’t work and the shower was quite basic. Another downside was the noise and some weird people nearby, with loud TV at 3am and kids shouting until around 1am. Overall, okay for a short stay, but not without drawbacks

The high ceilings The room was dirty. The tub was dirty. The sheets and blankets had burn marks in them. The shower curtain was glued on. The jacuzzi tub faucet was barely hanging on with silicone. The mirrors were cracked. The tile was cracked and there was a random screw on the floor. Paint was chipped in the bathroom by the toilet. Tile getting in the tub is wobbly almost made me fall out.

Definitely getting what you pay for. Lots of hair that wasn’t mine, stuck to the shower and bathroom walls. The carpet has probably never been cleaned and do not, I repeat, DO NOT look at how dirty the mattresses are under the fitted sheet. And I paid $250

I like it was close to Sofi stadium but the room needs a serious upgrade there was cob web on the ceiling and never vacuumed under the bed just covered up by the bed skirt and the bathroom roof had mold will not recommend this property.

This was located in a not so safe part of town. The price for this hotel was not worth it, but unfortunately was high due to a Taylor Swift concert nearby. The carpet was old and dirty. The walls were stained and don't appear to have been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, I was woken up by a loud motorized vibrating sound at 2 am and then 6 am. I was only here to sleep, but I wouldn't come back for that.

The room smelt like cigarettes when we got there and the overall condition was as disgusting… only came for the jetted tub and even that didn’t really work .

Terrible expense. This is not a good area of town. There were multiple fights in the parking lot, homeless people with carts sitting in front of the window of our hotel digging through garbage all night. The room was disgusting, sheets were terrible stained and smelled horrible, the ceiling was falling apart. Would NEVER stay here again. Even for the price, NOT worth it!!!

I like the size of the room w/ 2 queen beds. I didn’t like the strong smell of cigarette, the bathroom door handle was broke and I was unable to lock it when needed. Also the bathroom door did not close completely, towels texture were rough.

Needs to improve in cleanliness and customer service. But overall just a normal hotel to sleep nothing fancy.

I would rate this lower than Motel 6 and maybe almost 2 stars. Since I only needed to crash for 1 night and no breakfast the next morning.. and an unexpected 30 minutes drive to UCLA instead of 5 minutes, $125 was a bit much for the room. I guess half of the blame is on the Hotel.com agent who gave me false information. I will be looking for hotel for frequent trips to LA while my kid is in college, but I know I won't be coming back to this one.

My friend and I tried staying in this hotel and couldn't even last 15 minutes. The beds had stains and the door wouldn't even lock! We didn't feel safe, and preferred to leave than actually stay the night.

The hotel charged me twice for my stay there.When a place of buisness charges you twice for your stay,that is unacceptable.

Hotel staff was very limited. The management lives in the office with family. Property was very old and the room was old as well. Holes in the walls that were poorly patched. Mattresses were stained as well as the towels! Wifi was not working as well. The property is reasonably located to most of the attractions, but if you have the extra funds I'd choose a different hotel. Not worth what they charge there unless your only other option is your car then i say book here:)

This place is GREAT I stay here everytime I come to LA This is my fourth time this year! The guys up front are always friendly and the rooms are always clean and a GREAT value! Lots of places to eat nearby also.

My wife and I go to La once or twice a year we always stay at the same Hotel Diamond Inn cuz it's what we like see you next year

With a price of 140 to 180 usd pluss fees per night (way above other rooms in the areas prices) was expecting something at least decent.... Web photos looked grate... but they were obviously very retouched and computer enhanced. Bed was a spring matress w huge dent in the middle, beyond worn out. Everything was filthy exept the two bottom sheets and pillow cases. Lots bugs, roaches and spides, dust, dirt, and spider webs. Could only get look warm water, no hot water. Hotel has a STRICT no refund period policy, and refused refund. Couldnt even stay an hour nor sit in a hot tub. Only good thing was it had a kinda pretty kalidascope light... Be 100% certain see you're room BEFORE paying and finishing check in... Total scam, would call it robbery. Sad, as it could br pretty decent with a small renivation... or even just a deep cleaning and new bed/linen. Seriously, just rent a lux room else where for the same price.

Good motel for the price. Area aound the hotel was a little rough but definitely felt safe on the property. Would definitely stay there again.
