I believe it’s a family owned business and you can tell the love that the family half for each other as well as for the people who stank in the units. Great place to stay. I did not dislike anything. They did a great job.

It is what you paid for but it works if you're only spending the night. Rooms were big and spacious, staff was very friendly too

After sleeping in the rental for 6 hours, no responses, no sense of urgency. We could FINALLY check in. Other than that after we were able to check in, it was okay. Nothing exciting, literally just a place to lay your head. No deposit was needed. Amenities are close which was great. Near the So-FI stadium. So if you are planning to get there on time and you don’t need any fancy beds, stay here. 😃

The front desk was friendly, room large. Bathroom door frame was broken so door wouldn't close. Ac didn't work, nor did the fridge. There was moldy smell in the bathroom

Hotel was a nice location close to the beach, LAX, and SoFi stadium, great room size and room quality, employees were helpful. Only complaint would be how heavy the smell of smoke was in the air, even though I had a non smoking room.

I was actually surprised it was a lot better than I expected! the pictures do no justice the room was very up to date the furniture was new w/ no damage the vanity area and bathroom was clean and updated nice clean mirrors microwave & fridge all very clean and new! This place is our new go-to when we are in town in the future.Should change the name to King Inn.

Staff is very kind, polite, and patient. Cleaning services came by daily to bring fresh towels and remove trash. Also nice people.

It wasn't what I thought it would be from the photo which is deceiving. No vending machines, disappointing.

Overall I thought they could use some improvements. I was very disappointed when I asked for the complete kitchen setup and only got a small portion. I recently stayed at the extended stay in San Diego,CA which was had everything I requsted. I got a dish rack 2plates,2 saucers,1fork,1knife,2spoons,1large dish towel,1pot. No glasses,mugs,skillet,dish towel,collander. The breakfast was coffee,tea,hot chocolate,oatmeal,nutrigrain bar and muffins which there was only a few of each and i went at 7am. I've had better. They only had one luggage cart which i couldnt find during checkout. So glad i brought my portable wagon otherwise it would have been a real struggle. My room was on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway and upon checkin I decided to try my key before getting my things and the key didn't work!!!!. So thats why im giving them 4 stars but it should be 3.

My wife inspected the room and found the bed sheets to be full of hair and one pillow was stained. The bed was hard as a rock. Couldn't get the TV to work and not a vending machine that worked on sight. I recommend spending a few extra dollars get a better hotel.

It wasn't clean when i got there

Customer service staff service was extremely pool. I arrived and no stuff there the person the club took off I ran the bill five times no response. It was 11:30 at night past 11:30 I almost gave up I called and finally he answered the phone how could he not hear the Bell and how could he not be at the front desk.

For the price was very reasonable

Room was good size and clean. Our bathroom sink leaked if it was left on and the shower stopped working the 2 Nd day we let them know they tried to fix it but basically put a band aid on it semi worked. They never came to check back on it. Room was cleaned daily was convenient for where we were going. Lots of restaurants and stores close. Limited amount of parking and you were not allowed to have any type of visitors at any time

Nice enough place for one night. It was quiet and the room was in decent shape.

I got a smoking room, I did not realize and it stunk. The rooms are old and run down. Sticky stained carpet. Ripped curtains, cigarette burns in blankets. The grounds were actually very clean around the motel. Not the worst I’ve ever stayed at but it’s definitely run down and has not had any repairs in a long time. It does seem like they try to keep clean.

I often stay there and always had a good experience, friendly stuff and accommodating, the rooms are very spacious, modern tv, you can be able to connect your own devices, in general the hotel is always clean. This time I would encourage them to keep an eye on the bathroom curtains, the started showing signs of mold.

Street front hotel so not quiet and a basic level of cleaning in the bathroom. If you only need a spot to sleep, it was inexpensive for how close it is to LAX.

When we arrived and went into our room we had to tip toe cause they were stains, crumbs, and drywall all over the ground. We had no fire alarms in our room and nothing was clean in our room. Our towels had hair in them under our beds were crumbs and bottle caps everywhere. Our bedsheets had cigarette wholes in them and stains all over them. There were drip stains all over the walls and lastly there was mold in the shower. The worst part of all was that we were never checked on by maintenance so we never got new sheets pillow cases or towels. My friends and I didn’t have anywhere else to go for the weekend. And coming from so far away we were forced to make do with what we got. So we didn’t sleep with blankets and shower were a type of drip dry situation. I do not recommend if you are looking for somewhere for a weekend

Light switches did not work, tile floors were cracked, dead insects in the corners, hair in the shower drain, and overall a place that needs serious work. A total scam for $145 per night. Management was not helpful and seemed to treat guest satisfaction as an afterthought. Inglewood is not known for being safe and the area this motel is in is particularly bad. The lobby is always unattended and other guests are sketchy, lots of hookers. STAY AWAY!

Was only looking for a quick hotel for the weekend, wasn’t looking to spend much. I had little to no expectations but I was completely surprised. Honestly, for the price I paid, I got a pretty decent room, and it was quiet and the parking was good too! It’s good for a quick weekend trip or maybe a little longer, honestly I can’t complain, I had a place to sleep, and the quality was way more than I was expecting. Definitely recommend for the price :)

I specifically chose this place because it was dog friendly. I have a 25lb French bulldog who is house trained and they didn’t me in side since he wasn’t a service dog but their description said dog friendly. It was completely mid leading and it caused a whole big mess because the manager didn’t want to allow me to have my dog even tho it clearly states it’s okay for dogs.

It was a private area but once going inside room it smell like cigarettes and the bed sheets where dirty. The water to shower was cold and the ice machine was broken.

The front desk was extremely slow.checking in was not very smooth. They made me leave a cash deposit and that was not stated online then they had a problem with giving me a non smoking room. The main entrance smelled like they had a gas leak somewhere.

There was no hot water to have a shower you can easily hear the people in the next room or the room above

Nice basic setup; seems like those mom & pop places where the family lives in the front office and they try hard to upgrade furniture, etc. as they go along, so I do hope their hotel is successful. Super spacious rooms and nice furniture and bed. Things to improve: super weak showerheads, moldy caulk and unfinished door trimmings, loud ice machine in the main atrium echos everywhere (needs to be relocated to the front hallway or somewhere else). Surrounding area seems kind of sketchy.

First room was infested with roaches in the kitchen area and they scrambled underneath the carpets upon walking into the area. Large roaches and baby ones, indicating they are thriving in that room. Duct taped cracked floor tiles in the kitchen and brown stained shower. Room itself was spacious and large and the AC worked. Was moved to a second room after informing the front desk of the roach issue in the first room. We hesitantly went to the second room where it reeked of smoke, but it was cleaner and had a second bedroom. Room was spacious and large but after seeing the condition of the first room we were uncomfortable and decided to spend the extra money on a different hotel. Front desk man was very rude upon leaving, and he took our issues regarding the motel very personally and did not conduct business in a professional matter. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistakes we did, and take the reviews about roaches very seriously. I would never want someone to spend money on a place that does the bare minimum and can’t even have a civil conversation with potential customers.

We got a nice kitchen in our room but no stove? Lol, apartment sized fridge not a mini fridge which was nice and big countertop. Definitely will be looking back into this room my next visit

The room it self was decent, however the customer service was horrible they charged me & my fiancé for another bed just because we had our 3 yr old daughter & 1 yr old son with us, which we have done multiple times before & was never charged for extra bed. Besides requiring the extra charge the receptionist was rude & disrespectful.

Quiet Discreet Motel. perfect to get away if you want silence. Huge rooms for their price. Comfortable, affordable, vintage. Secure area and parking lot.

It was a quite two days and night

My stay did not go as smoothly as advertised. There were very few room options available and it appeared several rooms were being occupied individuals who possibly lived there or squared there!? And it is located in a rather unsafe area of LA. The pictures and several reviews touted the cleanliness of the small spot, but my room smelled like a billiards hall, had unfinished tiles in multiple places, several stains on the linens, and what really threw me was I found hair and marijuana stems in my bed. Housekeeping missed me clearly. I tried to tidy up myself and flip some sheets and what not, but basically I was uncomfortable the rest of my stay. I initially asked to go see a different room, which the manager allowed me to do (she was very nice and accommodating best she could I'll say) but the other room was even worse. I truly believe she offered me the best she had. All in all, if you literally need somewhere to crash for a night while travelling, this place might work, but don't count on amenities being pristine. I felt a little mislead by reviews.

Parking was fine.

I needed a place to stay super last minute and this was one of my last options. They only had one smoking room available and I was hesitant but we needed a place to stay urgently. Surprisingly, our room didn’t smell like cigarettes. I ended up really enjoying my stay. The room was large and well kept. The restroom was modern with a big shower. The bed was stiff but I prefer a stiff bed. They had a nice tv with many cable channels. The only down sides were the walls weren’t the cleanest. There was a lack of wall outlets to charge devices. The hotel is backyard to a neighborhood which was playing loud music on the weekends. But I’m used to that back home. They also have a nice parking lot that’s closed off from the street. I felt comfortable that my car was safe. Our bed was made and towels replaced every day when we came back to our room. Overall, I would stay here again.

I stayed for almost a month for business reasons. They cleaned the room everyday. The price was excellent. Front desk staff and cleaning staff very respectful and responsive. When I have to come back for business I will definitely be staying here again.

We couldn’t check in. None answered the ring bell and there was a $100 dollars deposit but we couldn’t even check in. Overal we paid for nothing.
