Room smelled. Horrible tv reception. Towels were rough and small. No Kleenex or daily room service. Pillows were very small and flat. No ice machine on site. Noisy area with lot of cars speeding by nightly. Would not recommend for anyone.

Nothing. Scary area. Old, run down property. 3 police cars in the parking lot. Room stunk so bad of dope I could not stay in it. Property owner told me to cancel through Booking.com. I did. They promised me a refund. I booked an alternate property through them, similar price, close by, way, way better. Now, BOOKING.COM IS REFUSING MY REFUND, that they promised multiple times. They are scammers.

This hotel is was excellent

They didn't have the room that we wanted a non-smoking room. So they gave us a smoking room, and the smell was terrible. And also, the AC did not work at all

Staff was friendly enough to let me check out both room options and let me choose the room that best accomodates us. Everything was clean, and well put together. Other staff were easy to talk to incase of any needs or even regular talk. We had no dislikes! Everything was as expected!

Even though I paid for three days they wanted us to check out just for the room to be cleaned and check back in four hours later. Then they moved us to a room where the tv didn't work and made no accommodations for their blunders. They even had bad attitudes about their mess ups.

We went to the football game. It was decently close by. We stopped at a bar down the road had a great time all in all it was not too bad.

Location, close to family we were in town to visit. Room upgrade given at check in to a Large suite room. Very comfortable bed with fitted bottom sheet (rare these days!) Area was quiet, lots of parking. No place to hang clothes in room, Since only there 1 night, wasn't that much inconvenience. Pillows flat, again for 1 night not a big deal.

The parking area was very open and if i was driving, i wouldn't have felt my car was any more secure than if it was out on the street. The room had an odor that I needed to neutralize. It was a musty smell that would likely leave with more ventilation and some air freshener concentrate. The AC had broken buttons but it worked. The room could get very cold.

The rooms and beds not clean good enough, some wall sockets don’t work, it stank and they don’t do nothing when you tell them they just switch your room. They also have bed bugs!!! I’ve never had bed bugs and they had a lot of them and the best they did was switch rooms

The staff was great! Check in was very easy and they where so helpful walked us to our apt showed us where great restaurants where. The room was clean and had everything we could need I would 100 percent stay here and recommend them to family and friends

The room has an overwhelming, acrid smell of animal urine that’s hard to tolerate.

The managers are amazing. Very kind and considerate. The room is very clean and spacious. The AC is very loud but works good. My only complaint is getting in and out of the facility because it is on a busy street.

Every time I come to the Sofi stadium this is my go to place away from home. I would definitely recommend it and I’m definitely coming back. Love how clean and spacious it is the people at the front office are super friendly as a matter fact it doesn’t even feel like a motel, I feel like I’m in my own little studio & this is the 3rd time I book this place

The owners were lovely, they gave us a better room than expected. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The area is not pretty but there is a Subway and pizza very close to eat if needed. Much better that we expected.

The employees were very kind. Our room was large and clean. We felt very safe, parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Even though the pictures show an iron and ironing board in the room, there is none in the rooms and they do not provide any. There is no closet to hang clothes. Overall, the room was clean did have a smoke smell in (had to leave the door open to air out). The room did serve its purpose for my trip.

The staff is very friendly and understanding! We checked in a bit late but they were so gracious about it. In addition, when they found out we’re non smokers, they gave us a non smoking room. It’s super close to SoFi stadium and Ricos Tacos El Tio is nearby! All in all, a great, cheap place to stay near SoFi stadium.

My family member and her babies were denied service...they refused to answer their phones in order to obtain booking information although the process was completed online ( because they said there were issues with the booking)She was told to go and fix the problem, but refused to answer the phone for me so that I could resolve the issue. I have reason to believe that prejudice played a role in this issue...so I got my family member a room at another place of hospitality.

The room smelled like nothing but cigarette smoke and urine. The sheets had stains on them so I ended up sleeping on top of the comforter. There were left over items in the room from the people who stayed prior. I ended up finding $.68 in the sofa and a receipt where someone purchased beer and cigarettes so I went to the same store to buy me some snacks and car spray for the room smell. The guy who checked me in gave me vibes like he watches people in the rooms too. I would never stay here again.

I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the room, I liked some of the local restaurants delivered late and had quality food. I didn't like that there was no ice or vending machines. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. The location of Welcome Inn was in a shady area.

Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room but the room smelled like an ashtray. The sticker said smoke free room but there was no way it was smoke free. We had to leave the window and door open for a while to try and air the room out. The AC was really strong which was the only good thing about this hotel. When we checked in there was a dead roach on the counter and a dead bug on the paperwork she wanted me to sign. Definitely never coming back

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Always feels like home

Rooms smells like night street workers have been using it the whole night. Stains around the door, stains on the walls. The white bed sheets were the only thing that looked pretty clean. The comforter was old and ripped.

Basic, well-used dive motel. When I pulled back the covers there was a strand of hair on my pillow which creeped me out. But I made do for the night and anxiously left the first thing in the morning.

The person at the front desk was, as usual, not very friendly. I asked for a room in a single floor and he gave me a second floor unit.

When i went to check in after reserving the roon...she said she didnt have rooms waved me off and walked inside

You know it was my first time. It was very clean. Updated. Wasnt expecting it. Had soap and shampoo etc. Enjoyed it very much. Just a little glitch...the tv would not connect to channels. But we didn't get to watch much as we were eating and drinking and chatting it up. 2 👍 ⬆

I asked for a quiet, non-smoking room. I was given a room that reeked of smoke in the front of the property. I could hear busy street traffic all night long, even with the AC running.

Room was nice size and very clean. Service was great, even wished a happy early birthday after checking me and my husband in! Very pleased with our stay. Area was not too bad, barely any noise outside we slept great. Overall good stay.

From the outside the motel may look run down but the room is better than any other motel I've stayed in. It's spacious, clean, has a couch, coffee table, fridge microwave. And on top of that it was the least expensive of all the motels in the area.

The staff and owner was rude. I got to the hotel at 6:00am and was told that check-in started at 10:00am. So I and my wife went back to the truck and slept till 10:00. Once I return to the window to check in at 10:00am Junior told me check in was at 3:00pm and was very rude. He had his wife come up and she totally denied telling me that 10:00am I could check in. We end up leaving and staying at another hotel. FYI the area and rooms are not as advertised it nasty. Plus they were entering people’s room at 10:00am I was watching and not believing there arrogance. Save your money and time do not stay at this place.

Very nice staff! The room was bigger than expected and it didn’t smell like cigarettes! It had a mini fridge & microwave which was nice. It is about a 5 minute drive to the Forum & to uber there is about $5 (better than paying $30 to park there) My only complaint is that the room wasn’t cleaned properly, like finger prints on the surfaces, the sheets were a little stained & I found chewed up gum on the couch but it wasn’t that big of a deal! And the room was next to the busy street which could get a little noisy, but overall I would stay here again!

They advertised as a non smoking room and it was reeking of cigarettes. It was horrible. And it boasted amenities that it was laughable. It was a horrible room and instead of staying over night is what I paid for I drove home to San Diego. With only 2 hours of sleep. I braved driving and getting in a wreck opposed to staying in that nasty stinking room!

Amazing and very private with a little old style comfort, they did not even ring the phone to kick you out..the young people cleaning the rooms ...hey...I LEFT $300 in that room..(a very generous tip)..find it and keep it..Thank You all for a very nice night!!

The property is good for the price. The location is a bit sketchy but you get what you pay for. Hotel did not dissapoint.

My gf and I needed a place to stay last minute that wasn’t going to break the bank. Welcome Inn had the best reviews of the more reasonably priced hotels. We pulled in and immediately noticed how clean even the parking lot was we were given our room key and were very surprised by how clean the room was. Didn’t have much amenities but everything was super neat and clean. I will definitely stay again. Oh and the parking lot was well lit at night which was my main concern as safety should always be. Definitely enjoyed my stay.

This is a HORRIBLE location! I tried calling for 2 days straight and only got a fax machine. When i arrived to check in, the office was locked, couldn't find one staff person. So after driving 7 hours to get there i would up having to find another hotel.. They shouldn't be listed on your site...

Place is located right in the middle of where crimes are waiting to happen but for a no frills hotel ( like the kind one might need if your wife kicks you out accusing you of having an affair). ( or the kind of one might use to have an affair in) this place stands out. Very clean room with 24 hour check in, friendly staff with no judgement about the 12 pack and duct tape seen at checkin . Definitely a place that can mind there own business.

I was very disappointed with the actual location which was not in a friendly safe neighborhood I didn’t like the caliber of occupants that were there at the hotel when I arrived I felt that the innkeeper was not friendly did not smile.

I liked the size of the room that was totally bigger than I thought for 2 adults use. Internet was fast enough, AC was operating well that was so comfortable especially in those hot days. One point that they can improve is that TV cable channel tuner didn’t work so TV can’t get signal from the tuner ( I have brought amazon fire stick so it was ok). I want them to check this out.

Gritty room and photos just aren’t accurate. Location questionable for women, children, I should have refused to pay when I checked in. Instead I left as soon as I booked a different place to stay.

This place was hot sketchy and the "non smoking room" smelled so bad of cigarettes that all of my clean belongings smelled like smoke through and through. Was noisy and a terrible place to stay, as I heard a hooker outside my window getting a client. Graffiti in drawers, holes in walls. Do not stay here.
