Helpful and kind staff, room was spacious, clean and amenities were good. The area offered breakfast , lunch and dinner options- breakfast options were walkable. The shuttle was also great option for getting around .

I have to switch phones in the middle of the night because the toilet did not flush. Then they put me in another room where the telephone did not work nor the coffee maker. No accommodations we're giving for the inconvenience

Very similar to other Aloft hotels. Has that kind of trendy feel. Good location. A/C blows really cold! No complaints, also no real excitement. Would stay here again when in the area.

This visit was my 3rd Aloft visit at this location in Las Colinas. The staff and hotel accommodations were very favorable as has been the case twice b4 and reasonably priced for a holiday wknd. However, I would recommend the hotel address lighting concerns in the rear parking area for night time safety purposes. Two of the parking lights were flickering out and a 3rd light was flickering via one of the outside entrance doors. Otherwise, my hotel guest and I had a favorable experience.

Although I didn’t partake of the Bar or Breakfast services offered (other plans in Las Colinas), I've stayed here before. Front desk staff was professional and courteous at checkin and checkout. Appreciated my stay. Many restaurant options nearby as well. Highly recommend.

This was a nice, clean hotel. The staff was friendly and the location is great proximity to Toyota Music Factory.

Only downside is that there is no free breakfast. There is room service and a great (but pricey) snack bar available.

staff was great, very friendly wasn't able to sample food as I had to leave at 4:30am to get to airport Lack of convenient USB ports in the room. nothing next to bed. only 2 at desk. Finishes look tired. Sagging light fixture cloth materials in hallway. TV too small Horrible TV menu function couldn't tell me what was on that station.

The staff was so friendly, the whole place was clean and decorated so neat. The beds were comfortable, the lounge seats down in the lobby were comfortable too. It is walking distance to several food places and a couple nail salons and it was a very quiet hotel. I will stay here again!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The only down side was that there is not much bathroom privacy. The toilet shower area is very small and the only privacy there is to change shower etc and you can hear each other using the restroom. Just a sliding door with no vent fan. Otherwise it was great! Beds are comfortable and there were lots of tv channels.

The hotel and property were nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the property is located near several different restaurants and shops. Plus, parking is free! I have zero complaints and would definitely stay here again.

The environment was very inviting. The front staff personnel was absolutely amazing by being friendly and accommodating!! We used uber for transportation without any issues. I would definitely recommend staying at the Aloft!!

Location - Cleanliness - Staff were so great! The only thing I would say was that the parking lot was poorly lit.

Bed was a bit soft, however it was a clean property and staff was nice.

The shower was weird. Bo tub, no glass, kust a curtain so the water just goes everywhere

Love the size of the rooms, the helpful staff, and there's a Starbucks a few hundred feet away. Definitely staying here again when we come to Irving.

Such a nice property. Will stay again when we go back to the areas.

Stayed one night for football game. Everything was fine until the ac went out that late that night. Had to sleep in hot room in August the whole night. Called front desk but said they had to send someone to room that morning to access the situation but it was time to checkout by then. Contacted front desk twice to speak to manager about situation and still haven’t received feedback.

The staff was outstanding.

The property inside is great. It looked unsafe outside. There were no lights outside in the parking area for the hotel. The restaurants next door had bright lights and visible signs, the hotel parking lot was extremely dark and behind the building which looked like a prime target for car break ins. Otherwise, staff and hotel were clean and friendly. The bar was great.

Hotel was in a good area, close to restaurants & other shops. The only thing I did not like was the rooms ac was too loud. I’ve been in other hotels and seemed that this one was way more noisy, especially at night when sleeping

Plenty of activities, walking trails, and restaurants close to the hotel. Bed was comfortable and clean. Shower had everything i needed and plenty of room for all my clothes/shoes. Will stay at this property again.

Loved the size and layout of the room. The shower was amazing; great water pressure. Welcoming lobby area with comfy seating, a bar, and small marketplace. Would definitely stay at Aloft in the future.

Loved this hotel! The room had a different layout which was nice. Lobby was clean and there were a lot of amenities within walking distance. Pool wasn’t anything special, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was great until I found bugs in my bed.

It wasn't a traditional hotel, and I really liked that.

I loved the property! It had a lot to offer everything was within range and sight, food wise and things to do. The views from our hotel room were great. It definitely felt like a safe hotel to stay at nothing weird about it. My family and I will definitely be back! 10/10!

I really enjoyed my stay.

Every other time we walked by the front desk or asked a question of any employee, they acted as if we were bothering them. There is a very pregnant lady working the front desk, who literally rolled her eyes when we asked if someone could clean our room. We left our room for 2.5 hours on Sunday, returned and it still was not cleaned. We attempted to converse with the housekeeper in the hallway about her anticipated time to clean our room, however, she didn't speak English. I asked her in Spanish if 20 additional minutes would be sufficient time for us to leave and she handed us a trash bag. This used to be my favorite ALoft property, but I will NOT stay here again. While the bed and the shower are still nice features, the service is simply poor. I will make sure I don't recommend this property to anyone again.

We liked this hotel, very nice. Our air didn’t work in the first room, so we got moved. The drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive.

Easy for a weekend trip and simple of what i needed in my room.

Had a great 2 night stay with my family and dog. I asked the front desk if there was any way to have a late check out due to a volleyball tournament that my daughter was playing in and they were glad to help!

The check in was super easy. It was very clean and close to slot of food options.

The equipment was old, the ac was poor and sounded like a freight train when it decided to run (randomly). I think this place may have been cool in 2004, now it wore out and junky and no amount of artificial smell, cool lights can cover its tiredness.

Hotel was clean and pleasant. After flight cancellation I had to pay for a night I was not there…because the reservation was made through hotels.com. The hotel was unable to adjust the reservation since it wasn’t made through them. So they had to check me in over the phone while still in another state just so I wasnt a no show and was guaranteed to have a room the next day.

Stayed a night for a show at Toyota Music Factory. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a drink at the bar and the general atmosphere is great. The staff is top notch. Will definitely stay again.

It was very quiet and clean. I am not sure why I got a room for the disable. That was the only odd thing about the actual room. Other than that it was a good experience.
