Location to the venue. Beds were comfy. Layout of room. Staff was very friendly. Loved the free shuttle to the venue. 12 o clock checkout. Having to pay for breakfast when most hotels it is complimentary. Hotel rooms need upgrading, some older feel to it. Ceiling in bathroom was leaking.Price of the room was a little high.

It seemed a little outdated. Too much brown carpet, furniture. I hated the layout, it was a stinking maze just to find your room. We had taken our room card not realizing our room number was not on it, and when we returned we had to call the front desk to ask our room number, and was told they didn't have us registered. My husband trekked back down thru the fricking maze to the front desk to get our room number.

Front desk staff that checked us in didnt give much information (like check out time), but the morning staff was great! Adrianna was very kind. It was dark, dank, and the room had roaches.

the breakfast isn't worth 11.00

Paid almost $200 for the room and our "package" didn't include breakfast, we would have to pay for it. Parking lot was strange, as you had to find a spot your vehicle would fit in without hanging out in the driveway. The bar was nice, staff was friendly. Location excellent if you are going to the Toyota Music Factory. Our room had a half eaten, rotten apple in the top of the closet, and I did see a little black bug crawling down my pillow when we were packing up to leave, kinda freaked me out. I did let the front desk know. They apologized and offered us breakfast vouchers lol. We passed as we ate our cold leftover pizza already after they said we would have to buy breakfast. They said a manager would call (they haven't) or I would get an email and they would try and make it right, never got that either. I wasn't asking for anything anyway, just wanted them to be aware. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Breakfast should always be included when paying almost $200 for a room in my opinion. Too bad we did see the bug before we ate cold pizza!!! Lol.

I had my car vandalized while staying here. We had a 4night stay and it was well cleaned but reeked of Marijuana 24/7. Staff wasn't too helpful when the incident when it happened. We'll stay elsewhere next time.

For starters the TV was not 43 inch. Itwas a 30 inch at best. The ice machine was across the hotel and not convenient. The refrigerator didn't work as well and was plugged in.

For what you paid for, the value and the experience are about what you expect the hotel to be worth. It's cheap and is a comfortable place to stay if you simply need a place to sleep. I would go again if I needed a place to stay.

The biggest problem was I requested two queen beds and was “upgraded” to a suite but that meant one bed and one pull out bed from a couch. The pull out bed was the worst bed I’ve ever seen or felt. It was old and extremely uncomfortable. The restroom did not have an exhaust fan so it got very foggy and water was everywhere which made it dangerous when walking on the tile. The paint in the restroom was already becoming damaged due to the water damage

Parking felt safe and somewhat secure. Front desk attendant was friendly. Room smelled dingy and of smoke. Bathroom floor had not been swept or mopped or poorly done. I'd stay here again but the price would have to be lower.

Very pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was tasty, eggs not runny, bacon delicious. Room was big, bathroom plenty of counter space, I even had a balcony. Can't complain. They also have a shuttle that will take you anywhere within 3 miles.

The stay is okay but it was not to my personal liking. I had a leak that happened in my bathroom ceiling and I found several roaches in my bathroom and bedroom. I request some type of refund but they were not will to compensate me. The only positive thing was the breakfast, the bar and some of the staff. I personally don’t recommend booking here unless you want an experience you will regret.

Ants in the bathroom and in the bed! I paid for drink vouchers during booking and was told at the hotel that there was no indication in my reservation that I was allotted any drink vouchers. Terrible customer service. The rooms are old, cracked, rusty and dirty. Motel 6 quality at best. Terrible customer service, will not be staying here again ever.

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower both days.

We always stay at this particular Holiday Inn in Irving TX. This time we would like to thank Thomas in the front desk for being so kind and attentive to us at all times. Also thank you Yuri in the dinning room for being so very kind to us. Breakfast was good every morning excellent coffee. The suite was clean (the only bad thing is that their towels are always not soft and their toilet paper is not of very good quality) bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a nice stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends. Would stay there again.

Area was great for being a bit out of the city and for amenities nearby The tub faucet was about to fall out in room 262 as well as a wall outlet dangling on the far side of the room. TV was small for similar properties.

Hotel room was nice and comfortable, for myself and for my two nephews. Breakfast selection was enjoyed and appreciated. Staff was friendly. If I'm in the Las Colinas again next year, I'll likely stay at this same hotel.

This property needs an upgrade, the carpet in the hallways and the rooms are dark, worn, and hold in a stale odor. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room snore. The only saving grace for this property is the staff is exceptional. Very good customer service, which is surprising since they work at property that needs a lot of apologizing for.

Nothing When I got to the property and tried to check in, I was told by Ricky that I was banned from the Property and would not be able to check in due to complaints against me and when I asked him what the complaints are, he literally told me everything that I complained about Because the people in the room next to me kept me up till 5 AM my last day and I ended up checking out out of the hotel because they refuse to move me to another room. I was also sexually assaulted by one of their employees, and Ricky & Jacky tried to cover it up.

I called down a few times for towels/pillows, it kept saying they’re not available and voicemail is full. We had to walk down to asked.

There were cation signs from I guess a water leak and the maid woke us up trying to come into our room that morning. Could not access internet and some of the plugs did not work. Only up side was bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

staff is always nice and courteous, the hotel is clean. We use this place when we have traveling employees and they are always satisfied.

The property was in a good location. It was safe and room was big. The property seems a little old, but it was ok. The bathroom was a bit small but it has the necessary. As to parking there is little parking we chose not to take out our car to avoid losing our spot, and just ubered and walked.

Stayed at this hotel because we were attending a concert at a venue close by. Hotel was really clean. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast(paid)was delicious and had plenty of variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and hand soap and lotion at the sink(all Dove brand). Will definitely stay here again for a future trip! Didn’t get a chance to try the pool.

There were bed bugs in room 267 where we stayed 1st night. Pool hoist for handicap daughter was not operable. When I requested to be compensated for having to swap rooms and the fact I could not take my wheelchair bound daughter into pool was offered a$15 price break on the room for 1 night only not the 3 nights we stayed. Front desk staff, bar tender and cleaning staff were amazing but it’s obvious upper management needs replaced.

The service from the front desk staff to the bartender was above & beyond. Very impressed. The room was clean, but maybe on the average to slightly run down side. I'd say, just okay. Comfortable bed. I can't describe the smell exactly but I was above/outside the indoor pool so maybe related. I would give them a try again and probably ask for a room preview first. Location is fantastic. Easy to get to and close to evy

The breakfast that I paid $15 each for 3 was terrible. Something that you would get free at other hotel chains. Other than that stay was quite pleasant.

Check in was very nice. The attendant was very personable and friendly. The room was nice. The pool area needs improvement. The paint of the pool area flooring was peeling and there were some dirty clothing left nearby the pool. It resembled white underwear, but did not touch it to see what it was. Minus the pool area, it is a nice place.

We didnt stay because the indoor pool was green and the room had mildew. We were there less than 10 minutes and were never given our refund.

The staff made up for the poorly kept conditions of the room. They were so polite and friendly. Our first room smelled really bad, the carpet was wet from the air conditioner and the window was so filthy you couldn’t see through it.

Very clean, great shuttle service, and very convenient. My room was very clean but the door is made out of paper? I could hear everyone in the hallway like they were in my room. The TV did not work and the content was very poor. For what I payed, I would expect more. Finally, they should do something about their guest smoking pot on the property. I will treated the same as alcohol, is not acceptable to drink in parking lot so why is acceptable to smoke pot in the parking lot?

Stopped by the bar before going to my room. The bartender was entertaining and friendly. Excellent employee!!

Needs to be remodeled. Everything is old and outdated. Carpet is bulging. Rooms are horribly outdates with hard beds and flat pillows. Towels and washcloths are thin. TV is for a college student dorm. Definitely should have been $120 nightly max.

This stay was not up to usual satisfaction. I feel like I was assigned a room that should’ve been closed down for minor repairs/maintence. Only stayed one night so wasn’t going to ask to be switched. Made property aware of issues after checkout. Def will stay again!!!

Courtyard was really cool and different than any other IHG hotel.

Checked in hotel and left within 30 mins. Dirty, paint blems everywhere, filthy linens and upholstery. Ended up leaving room and booked a reputable hotel. Waste of $

The mildew smell was strong throughout the 3rd floor but was almost unbearable in our room. Thank goodness for nose blindness. The toilet also barely flushed - you had to hold down the handle for at least 15 seconds. It’s fine if that’s what the reviews and pictures showed, but the impression of the hotel is much nicer. Don’t be fooled.

Everything was good, the Dove soaps/shampoos are great. The only complaint we have is that there were kids on one side of us one night that were super loud, they finally simmered down and we got to sleep, but the next night, there were loud kids in the room on the other side of us, and we could hear them well. I guess the walls are just thin, so if your neighbors are loud at all, you will hear them.

Our initial room smelled like mildew and when we inspected it before putting our stuff down, I found a bug on the pillow. When we notified the front desk, they handled the situation and put us in another room. They were very friendly/helpful though so that made our stay better.

After multiple calls IHG, Expedia, and the front desk, the hotel initially offered “$10 plus tax” as a discount. Eventually IHG corrected the situation and took care of the whole room. The front desk manager was very nice and seemed to truly be doing everything he could to help the situation, but there was a lot more wrong with the property than he could fix. I’m shocked this property is affiliated with IHG. I’ve never had an issue with a property owned by them before. I travel a lot for work and always try to stay with them because it’s been a consistently good experience every time. Do not stay here. Do not go near this place if you have any sort of breathing issues/asthma/allergies as it could result in very serious health concerns. This is honestly a case for the Better Business Bureau and the health department.

The front desk associate was very busy yet very personable. The line to check in was long but easy.Upon entry to my room, it smelled of old water damaged carpet. It was hot b/c the A/C was off. The bathtub drain was clogged keeping dirty water pooling as we showered. Once finally in bed my husband complained that he felt something crawling on him. He didn’t sleep so well. I believe he got 2hrs of rest due to his constant concern about some type of bugs being present. For $130/night plus tax these issues shouldn’t exist. I’m highly disappointed in the quality of upkeep on this big name Hotel. Holiday Inn used to mean quality when I was younger, I guess not so much anymore.

The property itself was very clean, however it is very dated. I'm guessing the decor is early 2000s? Bathrooms are showing their age and there are cracks in the floor, stains on the tile from long ago, The walls of the hallways l, corridors and elevators have scrapes along the side of them, grout in the bathrooms are also looking pretty worn, bathtubs have rust stains and worn out faucets. Again I want to reiterate that this was a very clean facility.... It's just old and needs a facelift. The problems it has is beyond the scope of normal maintenance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, a great deal for the price and the breakfast was worth the five dollars each since they had bacon.
