There was lot of rolly polly everywhere but more in bathroom and the side door didn't lock and need to alternate the breakfast

THE BREAKFAST WS GOOD. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. THE STAFF KEPT TO THEMSELVES THEY WERE NOT RUDE BUT NOT FRIENDLY EITHER. WE SIGNED UP FOR AN AIRPORT SHUTTLE AND WAITED IN THE LOBBY WITH 15 OTHER PEOPLE FOR WHAT SEEMED LIKE FOREVER - FOR IT TO NEVER SHOW UP. WE HAD TO DRIVE OUR PERSONAL VEHICLE WHERE OTHERS TOOK CABS. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THAT AS THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON WE BOOKED AT THIS HOTEL.

Clean rooms, bed was comfy, cable and AC was amazing, housekeeping on site very nice, the men on staff could be more friendly but overall good stay.

I liked everything

So the room was good but the bed was worn, and there was a bee hive on the patio, and my husband was stung. I rented the room specifically for the patio. Well that took that it looked like at some point they tried to fix it with spray foam, that’s not going to work, they will eat through that! Eating to make sure he’s not allergic!!

The ceiling windows were very unique. Waking up to natural sunlight beaming down into the room was so pleasant waking up too. I love natural lighting.

The room was not ultra clean.. The vent in the room was covered in either some kind of dust or mold I couldn't tell which.. The staff ws friendly, But I would not stay again. Not a lot to like. The hotel was not clean. and the facilities were significantly more dated than the online reviews lead me to believe. The hotel is not in disrepair, however it won't be long until it is. 3 stars is far too high, this is a 1 star hotel.

Excellent customer service. We had a small issue with our room, and the front desk staff resolved it immediately. It’s nice to see a team that genuinely cares about guest satisfaction.

Good location near DFW Airport. The room was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well. The only downside was some noise from the nearby freeway, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay.

I was impressed by how large the suite was. Having a separate sitting area made the stay much more comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the airport shuttle made traveling stress-free.

The hotel offered great value for the price. The bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast had enough options to start the day. The building is a little dated, but everything worked well and the room was clean.

Stayed here for one night before an early flight. The room was spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet despite being close to the airport. The shuttle service was on time, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have hot water and the staff didn’t care or give us even a partial refund.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable however guys at the front desk were not very pleasant. Didn’t explain what time breakfast was, didn’t direct me to my room. They just handed me my room key which when I looked had time of breakfast. Breakfast was ok just had scrambled eggs, waffles, 3 different cereal’s, toast and yogurt how ever no meat. Going to stay again to see if it was just a fluke

If planning on using pull out bed make sure to ask for sheets prior to check in…. There wasn’t any for ours helad to ask staff at desk for some who was super polite about it!

Allow yourself over an hour for the airport shuttle. We waited an hour at the airport to be picked up. We signed up the night before for the shuttle in the morning (mind you we were the only ones on the list) and the shuttle was 30 minutes late and the hotel employee allowed 6 other people to join shuttle. Why have a sign up if you're not going to follow it? It was an awful situation to put guests in.

Clean, efficient staff, close to the airport, comfortable beds. My only complaint is that I had to call three times to get picked up by the hotel shuttle at the airport after returning my rental car. Overall, though, an excellent place to stay.

Our favorite part of the property was the proximity to DFW and that they let us park there for $8 per night while we were on our trip. Free shuttle too!

Overall, great stay for the price. Conveniently located near DFW airport. Comfortable rooms are very clean and functional. Staff was friendly. My only critique is that I used their extended parking and could not get a shuttle back to their property from the airport. I called, I waited for an hour at designated location, but it was a no show. A taxi charged me $120! from the terminal to the hotel.

I was only there for a nights stay but i found my sheets to be dirty with hair found under the pillows and what i was hoping was black lint in the sheets. I also found a dead roach in my bath towel that seemed as though it was crushed into the fibers. I hope that this was only a single instance.

Parking was conveniant, breakfast was good and quantities were topped off a couple of times when I was there. It's really close to the airport which was the whole point for the stay, and a shuttle service was available to the airport of which I didn't use.

The ice machine had a horrible buzz that could still be heard inside the room. Room was old, badly in need of a facelift and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Mattress was great. Pillows flat and small.

In the room we find a large cockroach. We notified the hotel staff but they did nothing. We show the staff photos and videos of the cockroach.

Hotel was average but every ice machine in the entire building was out of service. The pool on our first night had furniture in the water and was waiting to be cleaned.. I really don't have much to say about the breakfast since it was your average.Complimentary food. Overall I would not stay here again

Took far longer than we we told and then the van was for several hotels Desk clerk not very easy to understand Bottom line, a place to lay our head until our flight the next morning but van not what we expected Property is dated.

Called for shuttle from airport 3 times with no results , and requested wake-up call was not performed, Evening staff difficult to understand, and somewhat arrogant. On the plus side, the early morning shuttle driver was very heipful

We had to crash here for one night after arriving very late on a delayed flight (Spirit - go figure). They picked us up from the airport even that late and then took me back in the morning to get our rental car. We didn’t have much time to explore the property and amenities but we slept well after a long flying day.

Booked this for my daughter and her boyfriend. They got there checked in and had the keys, my daughter went to pay and he stated he could not accept her payment due to her being 18! They were very rude about it, so they ended up having to stay somewhere else. The Comfort Inn did go ahead and charge my CC though! She stated the hotel was very dark and runs down.

Easy to find. Area well lit, good parking. Arrived at midnight and desk attendant was welcoming. Room clean, bed comfortable. Good breakfast in AM.Would book again.

I booked this hotel because of a missed connection at DFW. I called to ensure they had a 24 hour shuttle. The shuttle took an hour to arrive at 11:30pm and serviced several hotels in the same area, so about 10 people were waiting at the terminal C courtesy van pick up location while we watched other hotel shuttles come and go multiple times. The gas fumes from the very old van were terrible. I booked an Uber for my return in the morning. The Spark hotel was much newer, cleaner and the shuttle service was reliable. Unfortunately their shuttle only runs until 11:00pm.

Check in was quick an easy & friendly. Credit Card for incidentals. If you use a debit card it takes longer to get that money back into your acct. Small little snack area that had frozen banquet meals, candy, drinks & chips. Complimentary lemon infused water, tea & coffee. Continental breakfast was fine. The usual you see at other places. I used the fitness center, pool & hot tub. Fitness center was very limited but had what I needed. Elliptical, recumbent, treadmill & dumbbells. Complimentary towels & wipes available for after use. Pool was nice, plenty of seats & a couple tables available. Hot tub had a bunch of little black bugs in it. Found that out after I was in. Property was safe & clean. Room was great. I was in a suite. TV in lounge area w a pull out bed & a TV in bedroom. Bed was heaven. Bathroom was very clean. Plenty of outlets to charge phones, etc. Charging stations on nightstand lights. Shampoo & body wash in the shower. Big bath tub! Lotion available also at vanity. About 10 min from shopping Center that has Walmart, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, Sprouts & plenty of fast food & restaurants. This was an unexpected last minute gem I found. Check out was easy. Stopped by the counter to drop off the key card and off I went.

They canceled my room after I had already called and told them I would be arriving late that night. Got there and said it was cancelled and had to book another room. Glad I could get another but it wasn’t the same type of room I booked before so bummer.

There is a shuttle service but it was full and I needed to wait for the next shuttle. The Hot Tub is NOT working, the pool is COLD and the outside area was not maintained/ clean. The AC/Temp controls in the room did NOT work. The language barrier with staff was complicated. I speak some Spanish but that's NOT their language. Overall, this is not a place is return to. Sorry....

It was great for the price and convenience of location to DFW. I had a 20hr layover so selected this hotel purely based on location and rating, was pleased. The bed was so comfortable!

My only complaint is the maid staff attempted to come in our room at 8:30am and our keys were turned off around 9am when we hadn't checked out.

Hotel in very poor condition, I booked it because it had an 8 star rating but I would rate it about a 5. Terrible smell in the room, a cockroach in the bathroom and it was over hour wait for the shuttle. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Also - property claims a courtesy shuttle from the airport. It is absolutely terrible - we waited over an hour and finally gave up and had to spend money on a taxi

Power went out an hour after getting our room 917pm and didnt come back on until after 5 am. They didnt offer anything amd didnt tell us anything. Didnt offer to take off payment or another night stay.

Returned to hotel from a concert around midnight to find that the power was out. About one it came back on for a couple of seconds and then out again. We had to get up at 4:30 and get dressed and packed up to catch an early flight with little or no sleep.

Convenient for flying out of DFW.

Check in was quick. We didn’t stay there too long since we were just passing through so about 5 hours. All I can say is wall are very thin so you can hear your neighbors which is the only unfortunate thing if you’re trying to get some sleep/rest.

Nothing really, everything I dealt with was at the lower end of expectations. Had I had high hopes, I would have been miserable. They know they are a "one-night" in and done hotel, so they do not care. The hallway smelled bad, like someone was cooking. Breakfast was served too late to catch the shuttle bus. Seems like that was on purpose. And this was the main reason I picked this hotel: for breakfast. As for the pickup at the airport, nothing was listed on the booking site about how to get to the shuttle. Very sad, help... so took a taxi $35.00+. The lobby coffee was out, and the water was tinny-tasting.

Breakfast sausage were not throughly cooked and neither were the eggs.

Unfortunately, my stay was so short that I couldn’t use the gym or enjoy the breakfast. But en general it was a good experience at an affordable price.

Stayed here the night before a cruise. Enjoyed a complimentary from the airport, and the breakfast buffet. Ubered to the ship, there was four of us, and it was less pricey that way.

The property staff was not on the same page. One person could find our reservation while others could not. They insisted we talk to expedia and brushed me off multiple times until an older gentleman came to the rescue for every issue we had. Exterior doors were not locked fully, left ajar mostly by the stairwells. We had to change rooms, the cleanliness was not consistent throughout. The gym equipment does not work and is really just a room with dumbbells. The breakfast was okay at best. Only thing going for this place is the location. If you’re desperate and need a bed for the night it’s doable but don’t set the bar high.

A quirky, cool hotel with friendly staff in a perfect location in Queenstown

The property was great, but the shuttle service was terrible. Normally I don’t write reviews until I have a chance to express myself to give the hotel a chance. We had 2 nights there, one week apart. On the first night I told them that waiting for a shuttle for an hour after being promised a short wait is just not acceptable. We saw other hotel shuttles go by 2 or 3 times in our wait time. We saw other people getting frustrated and finally calling a uber to this hotel. The next week it was even a longer wait. The staff at the front desk were very kind and apologetic, the drivers were great, but the shuttle service in old vehicles, one even broke down on the way back to the airport were not great. I have to clarify that going to the airport they were totally on time. It was in the pick up where they failed miserably. Unfortunately that is what one tends to remember from the stay,

Stood at the front desk for 5 minutes before anyone came to check us in. The hot tub was operating. Some staff couldn't speak English to tell me where the ice machine was.

Being a near airport hotel, they should more flexible with check in and check out times to allow passengers stopping over for 6-8 hours covering two days. I had to pay for an extra day to stay for a total of 6 hours!!!!

Oh where do I start. Lets start with the airport shuttle or the lack there of. We landed at 8PM called multiple times to confirm a shuttle and was told that one ran every 30 minutes but to call and they would send one. I called and they said a shuttle would be by shortly. Well we waited for over 30 minutes in the right spot and watched many other shuttles for different hotels come by but never the shuttle for the comfort inn. Eventually we gave up and took the holiday inn shuttle and walked over to comfort suites. We got to the room and for the most part it was pretty standard but the heat didn't work so it was a bit chilly in our room and the thermostat light was so bright it lit up the beroom with no way to turn it off. at 3 in the morning when i kept getting woke up by it i covered it with a towel which helped. the bed was nothing to write home about. overall the place was a small step above a motel 6 but twice the price for a monday night. then the next morning airport shuttle disaster again. the shuttle company they use doesn't have a roll of how many people will be utilizing the shuttle so ours had more people than seats, the driver was completely innatenttive to the road, borderline wreckless driver, with passengers without seat belts no less, and kept complaining to his boss on the phone that he was off 20 minutes ago. after stopping at another hotel to squeeze even more people in we finally get to the airport overall highly disappointed. stay somewhere else.

Room and breakfast was fine. There really isnt a close restaurant to walk to nearby. The shuttle was not what we thought it would be. It picked up at many other hotels and the vehicles had service engine lights on.

I paid for extra insurance in case I couldnt go and could get my money, in this case I wasnt, and they will not provide me a refund.

The Suite room was surprisingly big with separate living space to bedroom. The included breakfast started at 6:30 am which was way too late for a lot of people catching early flights. I checked out at 10 past the hour and asked about the shuttle and was told the next shuttle would be 40 minutes away at 10 minutes to the next hour. Seems there is only one shuttle per hour and no information is provided about it. For an airport hotel it’s a shitty schedule . Suffice to say I had to pay for an uber to ensure I got to bag check in time.

Love the positive attitude of the staff. Light and kind. Many of the finishes of the room and common areas were showing signs of wear. Ie. The only elevator operated very slowly and was worn on the inside. The room had water damage stains. The whirlpool tub didn’t work at all in the first room. I was switched to a second whirlpool tub room that also had trouble with the tub turning off. Walls had water damage. Cracked shower surround. An ice maker on the 3rd floor was completely shut off. Had to go to the first floor use the only working ice maker. The hotel van was so worn looking I felt unsafe riding in it. The door had to be open by the driver because it was worn out. Bedding had marker written on the comforter the number “116” in black marker.

Bed comforter needs to be replaced cause its torn on the corner, the pull out bed also needs to be replaced very uncomfortable and the shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced too. It's not tight and water is spraying everywhere.

Front desk person was "meh" at check in. Roach spotted in room. Front desk person just said sorry and advised the room was just treated by pest control on check out. Shower water pressure was poor and hot water took more than a minute to heat up. We only stayed for one night. Free breakfast was decent.

Comfortable stay and staff was nice

Very out dated, hard to get someone to answer the phone, shuttle was confusing and they don’t tell you what the shuttle is called the one you take to the air port is different than the one that picks you up. Needs to be remodeled and updated. Phone jacks still in bath rooms, shower curtains broken, cracks in the walls. Location was the only good thing.

Had cockroaches climbing on us throughout the night. At first thought it was a spider until we saw two walking around when we woke up right by the bed. Left at 3 in the morning to get out of there.

There were water stains in the shower, the heat did not work and blew cold air, the shower water was cold, the breakfast was horrible - sweet, processed food. The person checking in was efficient but definitely not friendly or inviting. Headphones in, unprofessional. Definitely not a 3.5 star hotel.

Old. Worn out. 15 degrees outside and no hot water… none…. Zero. Boiler failed and hotel made zero effort, no compensation, and no advisory prior to Check in. I called the front desk after checking in to report no hot water they replied “yes…. Boiler failed”. Awful

Room and staff were fine. No shuttle at the airport and no hot water. Was able to get a shuttle the next morning but was told there wasn’t any. Got a Lyft and then there was a shuttle so had to pay a charge for canceling Lyft.

The “free shuttle” was “broken” - no offer was made to provide transportation for us. We checked in and went to our room to find there no absolutely no hot water. None. I called the front desk - “oh it’s broken.” I would have thought upon checkin they might have mentioned this. No one seemed concerned. We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle. It was a very disappointing stay.

The property was not very clean, only warm water in the shower and the person at the front desk, gave no info about anything when we checked in (how to get to our room, breakfast times, etc). Shuttle time to the airport was overbooked substantially given the size of van they know is used.

From the reviews I was expecting a great buffet breakfast. They had some warm sausage patties, and some waffles. Among the standard fruit, juice, yogurt, etc. I asked about eggs because I had seen good reviews for the buffet breakfast. I was told the microwave was down so they couldn't cook the eggs. #3rd floor hallway had a funny smell. Rooms were nice and clean though, but that's the minimum bar to clear for a hotel. Staff was friendly and professional.

Airport shuttle took.some time almost an hour

Room had a bad odor, towels didn’t look clean, but worst of all was sofa bed, mattress was stained badly super dirty, and no cushion, slept on springs. When I went to go ask for sheets and pillows to make the best they could only give me 2 sheets. Not a great place to stay. Was only there for one night thankfully last time I choose this place.

The staff refused to give me a blanket for the pull out sofa. I had to go to the desk to get bedding myself because they wouldn’t bring it to me, and they told me that they had no blankets or pillows available, only sheets. The mattress for the pull out sofa was stained with urine, and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

Everything was good. It's just the breakfast. Hope it could be better. For 3 days, it's always sausage and powdered egg. You may substitute it with bacon and boiled egg every other day maybe. I always check the breakfast everytime i book a hotel room.

Our room was great however the long term parking situation wasn’t. I was surprised they didn’t ask for the make/model or license plate of our car. We also saw another vehicle with a bashed in driver side window just 3 cars down from where we were told to park for the week. We left and went somewhere else.

The shuttle was punctual and they had two ready since there were so many people. We had other guests shoving their way around us and our luggage and we were almost without a ride but they drivers figured out how to fit us all in. The desk people are very friendly and helpful.

The shuttle took almost an hour, the guy from the hotel kept telling us 5-10 more minutes every time we called. The place is dingy, outdated, and verryyyy very dirty. It is one of the cheaper places though, so you get what you paid for and nothing more.

It was OK at best. Hotel is dated. Don’t get your hopes up if you’re looking for a pool. Location to DFW airport, with an economical price is it best asset. Left out too early, to have taken advantage of the breakfast bar. So I don’t know the quality good or bad.

My room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door was a slider and was very difficult to move. But my room was clean and quiet. All in all it was a comfortable stay.

This place served the purpose, no complaints. Front desk staff was less than inviting though. Pool needs some maintenance but the water was clean, kids enjoyed it. Best part about this place is that the sofa-bed is in a separate sitting room with a door in between.

The hotel was nice but I didn’t like the shuttle because it took almost an hour to get from the airport to the hotel.

The property was run down, there were no amenities, the shuttle was falling apart and trashy and cut my husbands leg on the broken plastic part of the seat. I would not recommended this property.

The property itself was fine and the shuttle service to the airport was on time. However, shuttle pick-up is horrible. We waited an hour and a half with my mother-in-law in a wheelchair to be picked up. they finally sent 1 van for about 15 people. I ended up getting a taxi which cost me $43 for a mile and a half ride. I will be using the parking spot from now on

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. The pool was good. It was just a loud noisy room we had. The walls are thin. If you’re looking for sleep 219 is not the room. The people were yelling in the pool past pool hours.

It was after 1:00 am when we arrived and the front desk agent was so welcoming and friendly. The property is in need of some updating, BUT it was pretty clean and smelled good and that was all we needed. The only complaint I have is the airport shuttle, which I am not sure if it is run by the hotel or not, (I don't think it is). The vans are very dirty and icky and in need of replacement. they both looked like kidnapper vans...beat up and dirty.

We stayed one night bc our flight was cancelled. Close to the airport, good price and shuttle. Place was outdated and dirty. Breakfast was good.

Overall the experience for what we needed was ok. The thing I recommend is getting a new courtesy driver service. This motel sub contracts their courtesy driver to a horrible driver and the van should be condemned by the Texas Department of Transportation. The driver was swerving constantly and also on his phone and another phone distracted and speeding. The doors for the van were loose and there were visible holes in the doors and roof. If you stay here do yourself a favor and get an Uber or Taxi.

Our room on Expedia showed a balcony. We selected the 2 queen with a sofabed and we didn't get a balcony even though the room showed one. No big deal there, even though mildly disappointing. Checked-in, I assumed it was the owners of the building were doing all the cleaning themselves...on the second floor at 4pm when guest are supposed to be checking in. Weird (it was at this point I knew it was "one of those" hotels, the whole family must live and work here). We needed towels, we had 3 adults and 2 children. The lady cleaning with the older man was rude to my mother and shouted "3!" forcibly throwing up the hand sign for the number 3 as to not ask for more when my mom asked for towel replacements for 5 people. It was my mothers birthday that day...like I said I think these were the owners cleaning, so this was an owner of this hotel talking to us this way. One elevator, in the whole building... guess who was using the elevator in front of all the guest waiting? The owners with all their cleaning supplies and dirty laundry. I probably wouldn't stay here again! Way too many better options in the area. Sour host that seem to only know how to glare at people like they're strangers, but they've paid to stay in your hotel! Breakfast wasn't up to par with other Comfort Suites...I'm only rating it three stars because it was an okay place to sleep and it was cheap.

Flight was cancelled & booked this last minute for the pool and hot tub since the kids were exhausted and wanted something fun for them close to the airport. We arrived and found the hot tub was green and freezing and the pool was disgusting hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We went to the front and requested a cancellation. They said no problem and off we went to walk to a new hotel. Lo and behold they will not refund us for a hotel room we didn’t even stay in. I never complain,but this was just awful. I also heard a woman complain on the phone that her room was filthy and things weren’t working. Steer clear these guys are crooks!

Very courteous and let me use the cart overnight. Lovely surprise to get a call making sure everything was ok and did I need anything. Bed was very comfortable and the tub was nice, very relaxing night. Only issue was getting hotel shuttle at the airport.

I won’t be back. I discovered the A/C didn’t work when I awoke at midnight. One hour and 2 rooms later we found a room where the A/C functioned properly. Everything about the hotel smelled overwhelmingly like cheap cologne.
