I arrived at the complimentary shuttle 6 minutes too late (after going straight to the location). It would have been nice to have an option to call for another trip should flights be coming in late. Instead I had to pay for a $55 Uber - I’m sure your driver would have wanted that as a tip!

I did not like nor did I appreciate having someone from the hotel staff walk into my room while I was undressing getting ready to take a shower.

You really get what you pay for in this situation. The hotel building is run down, and and it just didn't feel very clean.

No hot water for one shower, no water at all on 2nd shower. Coffee pot and microwave wouldn’t work, the breaker was tripped. When tried to reset, tripped again.

Stayed here last minute when flight canceled due to weather. Staff was great, a shuttle made it convenient back and forth to airport. Rooms are spacious, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otheryit was fine and definitely beat sleeping on an airport bench!

The breakfast has options. It’s a dirty hotel. They don’t clean well. There’s water damage in the ceiling with mold. The corners and tile are just unclean and nasty. So much damage and old unclean parts of every room and hallway in this hotel. Holiday Inn should be ashamed and take their name off or clean it up.

It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.

Hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful My room was very cold so I raised the temperature. It didn’t help at all. I raised it the highest I could, 88, and after two hours it was probably 75. I wanted to take a hot shower to get warm. When I went into the bath there was no running water in the shower, hot or cold!

Property is old but they have updated furniture and in general it is well kept. We had an early flight so I asked front desk if they could pack us a breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast. They seemed confused and when So followed up staff told me manager told her no. I happened to ask at front desk when I was checking out in the morning and different staff put bag of goodies together in about 3 minutes. He apologized and was surprised they didn't know he does that. Official bag and all. So 5 stars for staff in morning and 3 for staff the. night before...

I was charged $48 for parking my car in the hotel parking lot while traveling. I had been told it would be included in my room charge.

Room was clean but needed up dating. There was a motorized curtain that didn’t work right and usb plugs that were hit and miss. The room was a handicapped accessible which is a great option for a hotel but if it is not needed it limits storage and counter space in the bathroom wish they had said something at the counter, never like going back down and asking for another room. The event or was scary bouncing when you got to your floor, making you think the thing was going to drop. The enterance door to the lobby opened so loudly you’d think it was coming apart. Lastly the front desk had run out of key cards so even though booked double occupancy only one cars could be issued. Holiday Inn uses to be a nice place to stay now it feels like they’re trying to survive off there old reputation on those that uses to stay there like me. It been a while this my last stay and it is definitely my last.

Luckily, we arrived little before 11 pm and the shuttle was able to pick us up. The front desk was very prompt and helpful at check in. We found the room to be large and clean. The hotel is an older Holiday Inn Express. Some of their furnishings were aged and stained. The next morning the hotel offered a small breakfast, which was good. We then caught their shuttle back to the airport to go home.

While the grounds looked nice and clean, there were cockroaches in the bathtub of my room. I then got changed rooms and later that same night I had a staff number walk into my room even though that same staff member had checked me into that room earlier. Hoping to give it to another guest when I then followed them back to the front desk to clear up the mistake. I went back to my room again and I was locked out because they had deactivated my key card. This was at 11:00 p.m. at night. Thankfully I was still awake. I will never stay at this location again

The rooms are decently clean however the carpets need to be replaced, walked to the bathroom from the bed twice and my white socks were now black on the bottom. No restraunts close to walk to during night time unless you want to walk in the dark on a busy road. It was perfectly adequate for a nights stay after flight being canceled.

The check in was very uncomfortable, i had to make a security deposit. That was not informed when i booked the hotel. The security deposit now is going to be returned in 4 to 5 working days. I dont know that will happen. There was no drinking water in the room nor at the reception. The staff was very rude when we were checking out, uninterested in seving the clients. The airport shuttle was good. I would not wish to stay there again nor will recommend it to any friends.

For a quick overnight stay, the hotel was great. Nice blackout blinds in the rooms to sleep with jetlag, breakfast was good and the staff were amazing. The front desk was so helpful - the shuttle from the airport was incredibly convenient and they helped us organize a free shuttle pick up to Grapevine where we spent a couple of hours before going to the airport again. Highly recommend for an inexpensive night near DFW.

The shuttle to the airport was very timely and left as scheduled on the morning of our flt. We only waited about 5 minutes for puckup at the airport for our ride back to our vehicle at the hotel. Compared with others we have used in the past this onecwas definitely a big improvement.

Upon check-in, the arrival staff in the night was very nice in the morning during the day the female at the front desk was not very helpful and not very interested in helping my bathroom when I walked in had hair from a previous guest. I had to spend about an hour cleaning the shower myself before we could even use it. It was a lot of areas of dirt and you can tell the property was not maintain like the vents were very dirty and didn’t seem renovated. The staff in the morning at breakfast were very pleasant.

Pick up at the airport was frustrating. Waited 20-30 minutes for shuttle then we left the airport and returned to pick up more people. This happened 4 times and it took one hour to get to the hotel 2.5 miles away. Corridors carpet smelled . Room cleaned was average.

We found cockroaches once in the hallway. But they cleaned it immediately once we reported the probkem

We stayed at this location specifically because it provided a shuttle to the airport. They have a very small shuttle and could not accommodate our family. The Uber ride was $50 (ten min ride)!!! Would not stay here again unless they could gaurentee shuttle.

I didn’t realize when I booked a flight into Dallas there is 2 airports. Expedia put me up in the hotel near the other airport I flew into in Dallas and had to pay for another hotel closer to the airport the flew me into before flying back home the following day. Couldn’t get a refund for the first hotel they put me in. Wasted around $110 on another hotel

The window shade was broken so I couldn’t get any light inside but that’s no big deal. Check in was a little scary, I had a reservation but they made it sound like they didn’t have a room left open. They went and checked two rooms before they found one unoccupied. The bathroom sink smelled like it needed to be snaked for sure. Other than that it was a place to stay instead of the airport floor/benches, so can’t complain too much.

The room had leftover lotion on the bathroom door from a previous stay, the baseboards were filthy, there was a brown substance on the wall in front of the toilet. The furniture had a lot of wear along with doors and light switches. There was only the one roll of toilet paper that was already on the roll. No back up without request. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and the current status of this hotel’s upkeep. The breakfast did not start until 7 and our we left for our flight at 5 Other than proximity to the airport, would not stay here again.

We were given a 'free' room by the airline for another hotel, when we were stranded for the night in by the airline. That hotel was a joke, a very bad one. This place saved our trip with large, clean, quiet rooms. Got a great night sleep, a warm and tasty breakfast, and went happily on our way. Good find for us at the last minute.

Staff kept saying maybe have hotel shuttle. Maybe late. Maybe order a second shuttle. Getting to the airport on time should not be filled with do maybes. There was a second worker, but he did not help a line of customers at 11pm

The staff was super nice and even called to make sure i got my wake up call and woke up to make it to the shuttle to get my flight. I had to be on the 3:30 AM shuttle. The room was big and clean and comfy as well.

Room was spacious, but dated. Hotel has some wear and tear to it, but expected for high use convenience to the airport. We checked in late and mistakenly took the high noise as freeway traffic. In the light of day found that the noise was due to air traffic flying over the hotel to land at DFW. Apologies to the staff on our part. Airport shuttle van is likely on its last legs, but ran on time with polite driver. The hotel is fine when you understand that you are trading issues mentioned for convenience to DFW.

The room was fine. The lady at the front desk did not announce that our shuttle was there as we heard her announce the previous day. We were there early and sitting at the back of the foyer. We missed our shuttle and had to wait for the next one. I told her why didn’t she announce that it was there? I told her that a girl had announced that the shuttle was there before, & she admitted it was her. We won’t be staying there again next time we fly out.

The room was adequate but missing several items that many other hotels offer, including a luggage rack, in-room information about the hotel and services, and pen and paper. The bed was comfortable. The carpet looked and felt dirty; it also felt old and outdated.The staff members were friendly, breakfast was good, and they do offer an airport shuttle to and from the DFW airport. I would grade my hotel room here as a "C".

Didn’t have breakfast, front desk very nice, room very clean & comfortable.

I didn’t think the bathtub faucet worked so had to take a spit bath in the morning. I mentioned it at check-out and the staff person was extremely curt and said, “you have to pull the handle out as well as turn it.” Would have been nice to have been told that at check-in. And it would have been nice and more professional to have been told the information in a friendly way!

Overall good and clean. Comfy beds. Very quiet for being right next to the airport.

Elevators need updates, signage very confusing as several were not all-encompassing so I was unsure of how to proceed to my room whose number was not included in the direction finding range, TV services online don't show program detail and using the remote was not intuitive.

For the price it was perfect and our room was huge!

Most things were very satisfactory. However, the toilet seat wouldn't stay up without holding it while going to the bathroom, the shower just dribbled water with no pressure at all, and the bathroom sink faucet was loose and moved when you turned the handle from cold to hot.

The AC was super cold and the beds are comfy.

The place, in general, felt dirtier than it looked (lighting throughout the property was really dim). The room was too spacious for the amount of furniture available (way too small couch!) while the bathroom felt like a closet. The shower handle had a weird pull and turn operation. The toilet seat doesn't stay up when going #1. The tiles in the kitchenette area becomes slippery when steam from the adjacent bathroom comes out causing a serious tripping hazard! There's only one nightstand shared between the two queen beds. The entire layout of the hotel rooms was weird; it's like a maze. Also, there was a randomly place 2nd elevator around a corner, down the hall, offset from the rest of the surrounding. With the increasing prices of hotels lately, I still feel like I overpayed mightily ($99) for this stay.

Got stranded at DFW due to airline issue and had to stay overnight. Nice clean hotel, served its purpose. The shuttle was great!! Girl at front desk during check in was wonderful!!

Room was clean and spacious and loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash!! Room was veey clean, smelled good, the only complaint is that their TV's are not SMART TV. The Samsung TV was not capable to watch Netflix Hulu, Tubi and other streaming services on my accounts because the hotel has it set up for just their tv channels. It 2025 and for the level of customer service at a Holiday Inn Express, their TV should be updated, so it was a bummer to watch news, and old TV shows But other than the TV issue it was

Property was fine for the price point. The room had hair all over it that didn’t belong to me or my husband which means the room wasn’t cleaned greatly, internet and tv was awful and I was on the 1st floor which was noisy and not great. The parking was nice and price and they allowed a late checkout so it was ok for the price since it was only one night. Probably wouldn’t stay here again though.

So convenient if you are using the parking spot or need access to the DFW airport. Staff at the front desk were so kind!

It get very noisy when planes land and takeoff as you cam see it is almost around 100-200 ft from top of hotel. Bathroom was smelling weird (like gutter). Toilet flush was also not standard push down leaver. Property looked old From inside.
