Really great property conveniently located minutes from DFW rental car returns. Despite it being so close to the highway and the airport, once inside it was very quiet. All the staff at check in and at the bar were exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean. There is some construction outside the hotel but other than that - a perfect location to rest before jumping on an early flight out of DFW. I will choose this location again.

We booked this hotel purely for convenience in regard to being close to airport. The hotel was nice and quiet, clean and felt very homely with the lounge areas in the lobby. It was in a walkable location to some fast food restaurants like Denny’s and Walmart. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Shuttle to and from airport was a bonus too!

People were great, very polite and kind and attentive. Room was very clean and hotel was very clean My room was on top of the laundry and it vibrated horribly. The hotel was not full. That should be the room they put people in when there are no other rooms. All the staff knew it was an issue, so why put me there? Really annoying. Also shower head was broke and sprayed water all over the floor.

Great place to stay, I had an issue once arriving to my room but it was immediately resolved without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely book again.

The location of the property is not pedestrian friendly. For the price differences, it may benefit some guests to stay closer to attractions or amenities to cut down transit costs.

Breakfast ok Location not good for trying to walk to restaurants. No pavements. Totally car oriented. Dinner choices poor. Wines expensive.

Beware - there is no bar as advertised on the website. And for breakfast it a one item order AND You have to pay for a second cup of coffee.

It was just perfect after a 16 and half hour flight from Melbourne to Dallas. It is near to airport and very friendly staff.

We were able to get dinner and a drink at 9:00pm after a long day of flight delays. Very much appreciated the in hotel coffee/food/cocktail that was right in the lobby and had fast service!

I was on a long layover (18 hrs). The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The location was in the middle of freeways around the airport, but they got the shuttle driver to drop me at a couple of local spots and picked me up when I was done.

Need to add more channels to the tv.

My only complaint about the property is that the refridgerators really need to be checked/upgraded. It sucks not to be able to keep a drink cold or save left overs. We unfortunaltey had to throw away food due to our fridge not working. Fortunatley, the young lady at the front desk compensated us with vouchers to the hotel restauarant which was really nice. Those lemon pepper wings were scrumptious! However, please fix the fridges!

We requested a king. The bed was the size of a queen or a little larger and our feet hung over the end of bed. I’m only 5’8. We had to call for towels after returning on the second day of stay. No free breakfast at this hotel.

This hotel came through for us at the last minute after another booking fell through, super convenient and nice!

The staff and service received. The room was comfortable and spacious.

My room was towards the pool with an outdoor firepit. I kept trying to make sure my window was fully closed because the people sitting down at the fire were so loud as I was trying to go to sleep. The elevators and room number signage is super annoying because there are two separate elevator banks, but the room number range doesn't include all rooms on the floor. It left me confused and had to return to the front desk to be told I needed to go up the OTHER elevator. Come to find the next morning that the two sides of the building are connected and I could have gotten to my room the first time if the stupid sign had indicated that my room number did exist. No water bottles in my room and the coffee maker took a scavenger hunt to find. Why hide it? Only one packet of regular coffee too. Also had to go on a wild goose chase for the hair dryer. No continental breakfast even though most other Marriott properties in the area do. Annoying to have to buy even coffee when paying $200 for a crappy hotel room.

Will definitely be my go to hotel whenever I’m in the area. Front desk lady was so accommodating. Go COWBOYS!

The property was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was clean except we had ants in our room and found a couple in our bed. The ceiling had been painted over in a couple of strips (I’m assuming water stains), but that really wasn’t a big deal. Wish there were more restaurants available to walk to, but unfortunately everywhere else from here would need a car as it’s all on the other side of the highway.

Very limited walk-ability. Also the Continental breakfast is expensive. Rooms were average-good. Fireplace was nice outside. Broken elevator and pool was out of service.

Place and staff are good. Since dining and bars are far out. Need shuttle to be able to drop off more then a five mile radius.

Convenient to the airport The hotel shuttle was supposed to pick us up at the airport. Hotel said no driver was available so we should get ride over and would be reimbursed. Have submitted a very reasonable receipt ($35) from Lyft for ride over but hotel has to date failed to send reimbursement

The size of the room, the half moon loveseat, the quiet toilet, and the fact that the restroom was behind us and didn’t blind us in the middle of the night. I loved the soap pumps in the shower,too Nothing, I would suggest a small night light in the restroom area so a switch doesn’t need to be flipped in the nighttime. Other than that the room was perfect.

The property is quite old and run-down. It is close to the airport, so everyone chooses it! They don't even offer free water bottles, forget the breakfast. The door locks are worn out, so opening with a card key is a hit or miss. Overpriced. Find a Hilton hotel nearby instead.

Property was safe and quiet. Staff inside was very nice great bartender. Dislikes being left at airport for 1 hour shuttle never showed up had to find another ride to hotel and ants in the room on desk.

The hotel is Decent. Ants in our room, door barely worked and the outside doors didn’t close all the way. Desk clerks were not great. Overall, could be a great hotel but needs a few tweaks.

The location was a 10min walk from where I was attending training. There were plenty of transportation and dining options within a couple minutes of the hotel. The Hotel restaurant was actually really good and the staff was all amazing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

They charged me $161 (the full cost of the room) when I gave me card at check in for incidentals. My employer was supposed to pay for it. When I called to complain. They refunded my employer and kept the chargers on my card. The EXACT opposite of what was supposed to happen. This is not ok.

From the front desk to everyone we encountered, the staff was amazing. The only two complaints I have are about the shower. The shower head is set for someone that is probably 5 ft tall and I am 6'3. My bathtub did not drain when I showered so I had water up to my ankles. Other than that the stay was excellent

Nice enough hotel. It was clean, quiet and convenient. It was what we needed. And the room was nice and roomy. My only complaint was being Marriott, they have partnered with Starbucks. Aside from the two small cups of coffee in the room, you can’t get a cup of coffee. It has to be purchased from Starbucks. I hate Starbucks coffee. So this is a big deterrent for me. And at 6am, coffee is important. Also, we had to go to the airport and stayed where we stayed because of the shuttle. Being Saturday, they didn’t start the shuttle until later and we had to drive. That negated the purpose of our stay there. And oddly enough, the hotel was not full at all. Hardly anyone was staying there. Yet they put us in a room at the farthest end of the hotel. As far from the elevator as one could get and place someone right over us and right beside us. There couldn’t have been more than 10 cars in the parking lot. Strange…

Their shuttles dont start until 7am. I had to find other means to get to the airport for my 8:30am flight. Im able to leave my car there and they will shuttle me back from the airport.

I did not stay at this property. I had a reservation from Expedia when our flight was cancelled but hotel said they were overbooked and could not honor it. I am still trying to get my money back from Expedia since my credit card had been charged when booking the reservation. Please help!

Perfect location for flying DFW. Not too close to hear planes once your ac is on and not too far away where you’d have to wake up extra early or leave early. Super friendly and helpful staff and lovely polite front desk.

Despite having a reservation, we were denied entry to our room. Staff and management were rude to us, they wanted to charge us extra for having a foreign credit card, and when we tried paying the security deposit with cash they wanted to charge us 10 times more.

Our flight was cancelled and booked very last minute. The staff here is AMAZING. Nothing but gracious and nice. From Sean the shuttle driver who stayed late for one more round from the airport to the front desk staff everyone was friendly, nice and had a smile on their faces. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets for using the guest laundry also!! Come on…that made my night. 10/10 would recommend.

We chose this property for its location and pricing. We were needing a place to stay close to the airport. It suited our needs.

Great place. Wish I could have had longer there, and not needed to catch such an early flight, as this was a great hotel.

Shuttle service only runs till 1100 on weekends but really only 1030 because if u don’t call by 1030 they will not pick u up. I called them the week before and said I might be late what shall I do he said as long as I called before 1100 was ok. I called at 1035 when landed and she said too late. I was off the plane , picked up my bags and was outside at exactly 1100. I had too take a cab which cost me 30 dollars. People were not very helpful or accommodating if I would have known it was 1030 would have cancelled them and booked somewhere else lots of options by the airport.
