    The rooms were dirty, some smelled like rotten food, and I even noticed bed bugs. I specifically booked a room with a refrigerator, but after changing rooms twice, I still did not get one. The biggest issue was the misleading information about transportation. Expedia mentions free cabs/shuttle service, but after arriving I was told different things each time - first that rides were free, then only within 5 miles, and later that it was only for long-term student residents. Because of all the confusion, I ended up paying for all my own cabs, which caused a lot of inconvenience and extra expense. This was my first experience in Texas and unfortunately the staff interactions were very impolite with constant communication gaps and misunderstandings. I would strongly recommend staying away unless this is your absolute last resort. Personally, I would avoid staying here again even if no other hotels were available.

    The property location was convenient to DFW. The property is older, and although some maintenance is being done, it still requires quite a bit of attention. The bathtub in our room had red stain all over the side, and the bottom of tub was rusted. The hallways smell like marijuana, so if you want to avoid getting high hold bring a respirator. There is a $20 cash only deposit you receive back at check in. The issue here, the front desk person literally has to inspect all the rooms before handing it back to you. The line had about 12 people waiting. The others just left without getting the money back. Nice untraceable income, I suppose. Took over 30 minutes to get checked out. A lot of stress and tension with everyone waiting, and I felt sorry for the older woman doing it all on her own. We won’t give it another shot.

It is located next to a Whataburger in the parking lot next to it so its walking distance. You might need to book ahead simply because it gets so many people from the airport so it can fill up fast or the variety of rooms will decrease. The beds were not the most comfortable but still not the worst.

    Right by the airport with a shuttle. We did have to wait 30 plus minutes for the shuttle but that seems pretty standard. The hotel was clean, not far from the airport, has a shuttle for airport transport, Whataburger in the parking lot, comfy bed, and hot shower. Great stay!

    My room was on the first floor after already staying one night I discovered the next morning that my window was open and unlocked anyone could have entered at any time. Very unsafe.. the spa didn’t have heat or hot water.. the trash was always full and the staff are very un friendly. I will never stay here again.. The whole motel was a mess..

    This might have been the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. We booked for the Park and fly option. We had to basically beg for info and pay $48 additional to park our car. Shuttle to the airport was fine, everything from there was a communication nightmare. I was told to call 2 hours before we would need shuttle. Well common sense says that would be in the air for most flights, so I called 4 hours before, took 7 calls and 30 mins to get anyone to even answer. Getting a direct line to driver was like pulling teeth. Was told that though I was traveling with two teenage females and am a female myself, we could not prearrange shuttle. That we were to text when we landed, even though that was 2 am and it was 25 degrees. After explaining that again, I was told they would not schedule us, that we had to text at 2 am. So we did, to which they responded "Text us when you are standing on the curb." At 2 am in 25 degree weather. So, again we did......FOR 45 MINS straight. They had their read notifications on, and they ignored us, for 45 mins, and would not answer when we called. Finally I call the front desk number again, they answered. It was the shuttle driver himself who acted like he had no idea we were there and told me someone at the front desk must be answering and he didn't know. Instead of apologizing, he basically told me it wasn't his problem. He finally shows up, 30 mins later, when the hotel is less than 10 mins and he knew we were standing there.

    Convenient location from my job. Front desk clerk was dishonest about how I could get my receipt when I asked her for it after paying upon arrival. I went into the Booking.com app and it clearly stated ask clerk for the invoice or call. I called the phone number through the app and I told her then she gave it to me. Smells old throughout the whole building. Water didn't get very hot for my shower. This was my 1st time using Booking.com so I had to figure out the process of how it works. My room rate increased by paying in person vs the app. Front desk clerk was not friendly at all; not even a smile or a thank you.

    Staffs are great. We checked in with a power outage and the key cards were not working and she gladly opened the doors for us multiple times. Also, the hairdryer is not working and the maintenance came instantly and installed the new one in less than 10 mins. GREAT SERVICE OVERALL!!

    I have stayed twice, & will stay again. The hotel fits the accommodating pricing, availability, & budget. It’s nestled & tucked away in a quaint, safe, secluded cul de sac. It’s surrounded by other businesses. It has free breakfast included, which is a perk. Most families can’t afford these days, added bonus, luxury. The rooms are nice & tidy, everything has its place, neat & orderly. Everyone is nice, works well together, very professional, friendly. The beds are comfy with puffy pillows to be able to elevate due to to my health issues.

    The room itself showed signs of wear and could definitely use an update. While the bed was reasonably comfortable, the pillows had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, I encountered a dead roach in the bathroom, and the iron board was difficult to open. The carpet near the sink area also seemed to be wet, possibly from a previous flood. Overall, the experience didn’t quite match the price point, and there’s definitely room for improvement.

    I had to be moved three times in under a hour of checking in due to roaches. It was the middle of the night so I just requested large garbage bags so we could put all our stuff in. It was nice there, the guy at the front desk was understanding. If you don’t mind taking home roaches then come here but if you do mind I suggest finding another place

    She called me back to her and then told me that I had to give her the chocolate bar I just stole. Longer story short I didn't have anything. No apology. Told the manager the next day and while I was talking to him he paid more attention to his phone than me Told me he would talk to her. No apology from either of them. Will never go back.

    The room was okay, but the wifi was so slow i had to use my hot spot from my phone to work the entire time, the water ran out when i had to showe without warning, the treadmills at the gyms didnt work at all so i couldnt work out which was one of the reason why i booked with them. Staff was nice but they didnt do much when it came to the gym. I wouldnt stay here again just cause i work remote and need a reliable connection. I also work out consistently and this forced me to not be able to do that.

    We stayed only one night, had to leave in the morning for an event, and only came back to pack our stuff and leave. The front desk assured me I would get a refund for the last two nights and would email. No email. No refund. Awful hotel. I had to pay for another hotel that was clean and habitable.

    The hotel itself was really good for the price and room was spot on clean. My only complaint was the breakfast. They did have yogurt, waffle and cereal, bread but I really was looking forward to a hot meal in the morning which they didn’t have example eggs, sausage/bacon or hot oatmeal which none of that they had. They didn’t even have coffee at the breakfast area only in your room. Other than that 5 star for room.

    Advertised as airport shuttle. Shuttle wait upon arrival was one hour, the hotel called an uber for my return to the airport. Despite being a non-smoking facility, the room smelled as though someone had smoked in the room. The toilet tank was not properly attached. I was put in a room for someone requiring assistance & yet this was not a room I requested. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

    Came in on Wednesday evening and left Friday morning. This quality inn never lowered there flag (President ordered) the entire time we were there. The hot tub needs a few more steps down into the tub. On our first night we were there we wanted to watch the news but our TV did not work. And it would help others if you asked the trash people to wait until after 11 (checkout time) so that people don’t get awaken at 5 am

    I was arriving later than expected and called the motel and they said it was fine, which I thought was very nice. Arrived and was put in the wrong room(smelled like wet dirty carpet), my room was supposed to have a whirlpool and had a regular bathtub. I went back to front desk asap and they quickly accommodated and moved me. This room also smelled like dirty wet carpet. The bed was uncomfortable, no pillowtop mattresses. The free breakfast consisted of waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, apple juice and coffee. I grabbed a coffee and I’ve definitely seen better free breakfast. Baffled me to see a sign near the breakfast that said don’t take it back to your room. You have to eat it there in their breakfast area. I don’t think. The stay wasn’t horrible but it’s mediocre, nothing to brag about. If they made it smell better, I’d consider going back.

    I was able to check in an hour early at no extra expense after a bad plane trip. The chap on the desk was brill (unfortunately didn’t get name but had been on the desk in an and day). Overall some rom going on which your can hear so expected, room was big for one . It was clean, cool, set up nicely and worked for 2 quiet days near the airport to reset for next trip.

    I was there for a one-night stay to catch an early flight. Check-in was effortless; however, no one informed us that work was being done on the plumbing, so there was no hot water. We also had to go to the front desk to get towels because only enough in the room for 1 person, and it was 3 adults. When we called and asked about the hot water to shower for the night, we were told it would be a few hours before any hot water would be available. I just would have appreciated if we were told that when we checked in; I know I would not have stayed there.

    The location to the airport was good Our room smelled of smoke and it was awful. The front gal didn’t seem interested to be there and I was not about to engage in a conversation with her. The floors were sticky.. they need a good deep cleaning. I walked around in the room with my shoes. My daughter got some lemon water from the front and it tasted like what I imagine feet did. It was gross. Also, Not sure what happened but our shuttle wouldn’t start when it was time to. Then they got another van within ten/fifteen mins which was nice. However our driver was scary! I was in the front seat and half the time he was driving inbetween two lanes. He was making up time for sure but I thought we were going to get into an accident. Just not impressed at all. Sorry, I would not recommend it to anyone.

    You get what you pay for. I just needed to be in Dallas for 2 nights so I wanted a stay for affordable pricing. Online the place looked great and check in was smooth. As I was walking to my room I smelled mold and mildew and the wall was bubbling and cracking from water damage, I requested to change rooms, they said they couldn’t. The hot tub jets worked but the water is freezing, I was too scared to eat the breakfast there and there’s no AC in the rooms on the 2nd floor. I noticed when I came back to my room the next day they sprayed a quick deodorizer that masks the mold smell but that doesn’t fix the issue and that I was still breathing in mold. I would pay a little extra to stay literally anywhere else. Check out was smooth, once they fix the water issue they’ll be good, until then AVOID THIS HOTEL.

    I called ahead of time to see if the hot tub and pool were open. I spoke with the manager who said it would be when we arrived so we paid extra for this hotel. Once we arrived it was not open. Their was no hot water in the shower no matter how long we let it run, shower stall was cracked all along the back wall. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke, key didn't work each time we went to use it. Only used the breakfast one of the two days we were there only to have the woman working totally ignoring us when we asked a question, we watched her take things right out of line when people were waiting to use it and not replace it. Very rude.

    Later, I returned to request extra pillows and blankets since there were four of us and we had paid extra for them. She told me she didn’t know where they were. I asked how I could find out or who I should speak to, and she said she would call her manager. She made a call, asked for my room number, and told me someone would bring them within 15–20 minutes.
