Hello, first of all I want to mention the staff was amazing. But the stay at this hotel was uncomfortable and unclean. We had presence of multiple cockroaches in the fridge and inside the room. I was bit by bugs in the night which caused skin bumps and bruises. The microwave was unfortunately not clean either. There was no light breakfast which was mentioned in the booking. However, there was coffee available. Parking was safe.

To start of with receptionist she's racist stopped helping us to help customers that walked in after us because they where Indian like her and am Hispanic she was rude to me even tho I tried being nice and polite but yet she was smiling and being friendly to the other customers Room smelled bad Surfaces where dirty Bed sheets where itching my skin Very thin cover Bed was uncomfortable had the worse night ever You can hear every little noise from other rooms Parking is ok Area is getto look like prostitution was going on on site

I didn’t like how I was placed next to an occupied room. It was not a full hotel. The guy was playing a boom box outside his room. And there was no breakfast. It said there would be breakfast

Aging hotel, that looks not as nice as it was. Room and bed were clean and good. Smokers compromised the area outside our non-smoking room and the smell came in through our A/C unit. I suggest designated smoking areas away from non-smoking rooms. Location near Love Field was why I booked and I will again if in the area.

Not as described/photographed. We were very disappointed with this property as one of the main reasons we booked here was because the rooms had carpet. We check in and get ti our room and it has zero carpet. We ask to be moved to a room WITH carpet, she gives us a key to another room Same situation. We went back even more frustrated and she tells us she guesses the photos are old. On top of this the coffee maker didn’t work, phone didnt work, WIFI was basically non-existent, house keeping never came by, and we were getting different answers on simple things like breakfast availability etc. Would NOT recommend, wish ai could get the $ back.

The stay was excellent and I love the truck parking!

There were two staff members who should be as far away from civilizatio as possiiblly. One works in the morning at the desk and leàves about 4pm. She Is the dàughterof thè owner, The other guy works the overnite. Both have the disposition of a wet cat.

The price Tv didn't have cable, the room was creepy. There was a mirror on the wall, and it was basically positioned so that people walking on the catwalk could look in your room if you didn't tuck the curtains in the window seal.

No breakfast was available and the location was terrible.

There is nothing I liked about the place I made reservations online with the credit card. It was late at night when I got there and the desk attendant couldn’t find my reservation so he took my card went in another room and came back and said everything’s taken care of. A couple days later I had credit card fraud and had to shut the card down.

The only thing we where sad about is that they don't offer breakfast and it said they did on hotels.com everything else was amazing

Area around the hotel is questionable. Activity around the hotel doesn’t seem law abiding and the cops showed up during stay making it feel even more unsafe.

This place was not as advertised. The rooms smelled bad, the mattress was hard as a rock, the general facility was scary given the abundance of pot smell etc. There was supposed to be breakfast when we arrived, but signs were up that there is only coffee. We had to request our money back to stay somewhere else through Expedia which took over 2 hours on the phone while sitting in the lobby after midnight.

Water out for 6 hours throughout the day room didn’t get clean until the 4th night I stayed there front desk attitude was very very very nasty which is so unprofessional

Place was gross. We booked a non smoking room, he told us we booked a smoking room. Another person said the same thing, they didn’t boom a smoking room and he told them they did. Not sure if they even have non smoking rooms there. The room smelled so bad. We ended up staying because we got there late and had to be out by 4am to catch our flight but if that wasn’t the case, we would have been out of there.

The rooms were clean They had cockroaches and it smelled like someone had smoked 12 packs of cigarettes right before we got in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. There was prostitutes and people hanging out all over the place, felt very unsafe and sketchy. We stayed for about one hour and checked right back out Knowingly We wouldn’t get a refund and went somewhere else and spent more on a hotel. The guy working the front desk was very nice and you could tell he was understanding, but it was out of his hands and nothing he can do. also says there is breakfast in the mornings, but there isn’t any breakfast being served. They offer coffee 24 hours a day.

There was no continental breakfast as mentioned on website. And their location is on a secluded area. Overall, the cleaning service was good. The room was OK.

This were alittle out dated and needed updating. When i booked the room it said they had breakfast ut when rrived they did not.

Price was higher than quoted, the air conditioner leaked water on the floor, some stranger came knocking at my door at 10:00pm, there was trash under the couch, and you advertised a continental breakfast but when we arrived we were told that management decided to no longer make the continental breakfasts.

The manger that check me in was rude and not efficient. The hotel didn't serve breakfast both day I stayed even though they advertised it. When checking out the manger was on the phone while checking me out and he would wave his hand at me. Honestly, I will never go back to this hotel.

The motel room itself wasn’t bad but the outside and all the rift raft made it feel unsafe! And what little breakfast there is they won’t let you take to your room to eat!

I have multiple issues with this property. The room was not what I thought it was going to be. It did not match the picture, and when I asked the front desk about it, they told me that was a different room and would cost me more money. I said that is not what it shows here, and they informed me that was Expeidia's fault and not theirs. Customer service was horrible from the start, the hotel room was so dirty that I had to wear shoes around just to keep my feet clean, and they were completely incompetent by not checking me out the next morning. They conitued to charge me for 3 more nights beacuse they said they could not check me out, it could only be done by Expedia (and they were no help either). I tried to contact them mutiple times to get refunded for the days I did not stay, but was hung up on and told that they were not able to give the ok for a refund. I had just as hard of a time with these issues through Expedia.

I'm pretty sure the room itself had jaundice. The smoke detector was covered in an ice bucket bag. Can't let pesky smoke set it off; it'll make a loud noise! Lol. Didn't help the local area felt like a drugged-our bad part of a POST-APOCALYPTIC city. The beds we temporarily just sat on while we figured out our escape options and contemplated our life decisions that led us down this dark and dreary path were original spring mattresses from when spring mattresses were high-tech bed technology. Avoid this hotel unless you are looking for locations to shoot a horror movie.

Was not the same room advertised, was not clean, unsafe. Outdated everything. Guy at the desk was on his phone the whole time checking me in. Loud music in the middle of the night. Door handle on the outside was loose. I wanted to cancel but my card would've been charged anyway so i stayed didn't get any sleep. Slept on top of the blanket on another blanket. All around terrible. Avoid at all cost

I will preface this with the fact that I do normally stay in more expensive hotels, so my standards have been slightly skewed. For traveling on a budget, this place really isn't that bad. It was as clean as it could be with the age and wear of the property. Beds were comfortable and it was surprisingly quiet. AC worked well. Curtains kept out all the light. Shower had good water pressure. The pool itself was in great shape, but the pool area could use some work. The negatives: vent in bathroom was very loud and sounded like it would give out at any second. One of the outlets/bedside lamps didn't work. Parking lot smelled of weed (not property's fault) and room smelled just a little musty but not terrible. The lounge chairs in the pool area are so worn out they are unusable and there aren't any towels out in the pool area. I don't eat breakfast at hotels, but there was a sign that they would no longer be doing breakfast, just free coffee. If traveling with someone with mobility issues, definitely ask for a room facing the parking lot, as the rooms facing the courtyard are far from parking.

The guy who checked me in ran the card without notice then tried to argue with me and gaslight me into thinking he wasn’t double charging me. He called said Expedia charge was “their commission only” It also must be known for drugs and prostitution because I got pulled over just leaving. Once the officer realized I wasn’t on that, he apologized and let me go. Room was clean. Bed was clean. but the bathroom was not. Someone’s hair was everywhere and there were half used shampoo bottles behind the toilet seat lid. Disgusting.

The bed was hard as a rock but the worst part was the overwhelming smell of the cleaners they use. Way beyond acceptable, it smelled so strongly it gave me a stomach ache and head ache. Everything I own stinks like that room now that I’ve brought it home. Even my CPAP machine sends that smell through the mask and I have to replace it. It was awful. Also they reset my key card every day and I had to keep going back to get it re magnetized and it was never near my phone. Overall very disappointing.

Considering we were right under a highway overpass and many construction workers employees, the place was noise free. We slept comfortably and got a good nights rest. The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial.

It felt a little sketchy. Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Both tobacco and weed smells were present. Pretty sure we saw prostitutes as we were checking out. Stained sheet wouldn't be a deal breaker without the other issues.

Unfortunately, the experience wasn't what we expected. Upon parking a random man yells down from the second floor "Hey! I'll give you $20 if you drive me across the highway" We declined, he got angry mumbled something and walked away. This made us feel alittle uneasy. The room itself was ok.

Germam cockroach nymphs on the nightstand, hair in the shower drain and a general odor of mildew in the room. My flight arrived late in the evening so i just dealt with it, but left as soon as i woke up.

You have to drive everywhere around the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing. The room was clean and comfortable.

Honestly it was a cool nice hotel until I got stopped by the police when I was leaving the parking lot and told me how that hotel is very unsafe and people do drugs/ prostitution there so they assume I was part of that. Left that same night after everything the cops told me about that area.

Just felt unsafe there. A lot of marijuana smells the entire stay. Used condom in the breezeway condom wrappers in random places. Breakfast wasn’t great. You couldn’t leave the lobby with it. Only good thing was the waffles. And we stayed 4 nights 5 days. It was cheap though. Had a random lady freak out on me the one time I did go eat breakfast with my son. Don’t think I’d go back.

They charged me twice for the room & I haven’t received my refund yet but the stay was ok

The front desk guy was super nice and wanted to upgrade our room. But the photos you see are NOT the same and apparently they are renovating but the room itself was disgusting. We didn’t stay more than 5 min. Asked for a refund and was told no per manager rules. Musty, mildew smell. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling and caving. Would not recommend.

This property is disgusting and not safe. We could not stay here. You should not be promoting this, it’s false advertising, we had to find another hotel and lost the money that we paid for that one!

The staff were nice. However, when I made the reservation it indicated a complimentary breakfast. Due to renovations no breakfast was available. This should have been noted earlier. The location is not near many restaurants so that was very inconvenient.

To me , days inn is a 3 star hotel. This was 1.5~2 stars at best because of how much it undercut the quality one expects of days in Hotel. But I draw the line not at the illegal activity of the tenants around me, but at the absolute ant infestation that was evident everywhere. Ants in the lamps, in the bathtub on the countertops etc
