Great place to stay and get shuttled to DFW while leaving your car at hotel. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond! We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful! Cleaning and maintenance did an excellent job, and the kitchen and front desk staff truly went above and beyond. It may simply be the culture they’ve created, but everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. I really appreciated my stay, it was exactly what I needed to relax and get a good night’s sleep. We were so tired that we missed breakfast, we wake up to a group of women chatting very loudly in the hallway and kids playing in the neighbors room that they woke us up. the AC was working, I found dog hair on my pants when I woke up, and I don't own animals. I would not recommend the place and wouldn't come back.

Stayed there 3 nights, not once did anyone come to the room for housekeeping and there was a lot of hair on the restroom floor. Brakefast is just waffles, boiled eggs, toast and cereal. Considering the price I paid I would have expected them to at least have better brakefast.

I stayed here unexpectedly after having my flight at DFW cancelled due to storms and the closing of the airport. The shuttle picked me up (a lovely, spacious, Mercedes) and brought my to the hotel where I was greeted by the most accommodating night clerk. He asked a few questions, then leaned in close and said very quietly: "Are you staying here alone this evening?" When I indicated that I was indeed, her then asked what time my flight left. I explained not until the following evening. He then gave me one of the updated rooms in a very secure part of the hotel, and offered me a generous late check out time, all at no extra charge. He called me Miss M, was exceedingly polite, offered to have staff take my to a local shopping center since all my baggage was lost somewhere at the airport, and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was lovely and clean, but the halls, and common areas could use a good deep clean. I give this hotel high marks solely based on the attention and concern by Mr Al at the front desk. A total gentleman that made a difficult sitch so much more tolerable. What a stand up guy!

First off Check in area had a lot of Nats flying around, the Parking Lot had A lot of Trash, Hotel was Older building. The Room AC worked which was a plus. Elevator smelled like wires or Burnt Oil. TV kept resetting after 30 minutes of watching TV. Bed was OK. Was good just for the Night.

I needed a last minute room after a cancelled flight. The shuttle was quick and safe with a a competent driver both trips. Al, the front desk manager who checked me in, was calm and collected, despite the chaos of multiple flight cancellations. He was friendly, kind, and direct. The room was comfortable (albeit a bit sparse); I was able to cast my phone to the tv, which was an unexpected win. There was active maintenance going on with the elevator, so it felt a bit unkempt and messy. But everything was great besides that. Exactly what I needed.

Also, we initially booked for the pool and we called to make sure the pool was up. When we got there , they told us it was temporarily closed. I know I am going for a budget friendly place but I shouldn't be given low quality.

I love that it’s close to Dallas and Fort Worth—it feels like it’s right in the middle of these two beautiful cities. Whenever we travel, I prefer staying at La Quinta because of my previous great experiences, and this one did not disappoint. We were placed in a newly renovated room on the 5th floor, and the staff were all very nice. Breakfast could have been better—adding bacon and sausages at least would have made a difference. The sink in our room was also clogged

I was placed in a room that was recently remodeled. The faucet at the face bowl didn't have warm water, neither did the drainage work properly in the face bowl nor tub. There was also hair in the towels. I was disappointed.

Every single bath towel had hair on them. There was yellow liquid dripping on the wall, and the bathroom smelled terrible.

Breakfast was subpar not enough options at all that was disappointing. The TV in the room was very small (maybe 32 inches) that needs to be updated. Toilet was old dispite obvious updates in the hotel. Some costs were obviously cut because everything else besides the small tv seemed to be newer.

During check-in, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. However, my experience during check-out was quite different. The receptionist, whose name I believe was Mahas, came across as rude, with a disrespectful and negative demeanor. Additionally, my room key stopped working while I was in the process of moving my belongings from the room to my car, which felt inconvenient and poorly timed. When I brought this to his attention, he seemed more concerned about my dog being off-leash than assisting me with resolving the issue so I could finish packing. Lastly, there was loud banging coming from underneath my room (Room 203) for several hours. It was very disruptive, and there did not appear to be any construction taking place at the time.

We have stayed here several times when we are flying out of DFW the next day. Staff is very friendly...always. The shuttle bus is great about taking and picking us up from the airport. We feel our car is very safe, leaving on property while we are on our trip. Next time we are traveling, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

First the give me a room whit the restroom all cover of plastic, i thing the was under construction. Anyways for 2 days the a/c has a terrible noise, i don't recommend this place anymore.

No concerns. Close to the airport. My only complaint was the obnoxiously loud neighbors (nothing to do with the hotel). There was a small group kind of partying int he parking lot next door... The music eventually stopped, so someone must have done something, but it was annoyingly loud kind of late into the evening.

So this place was surprisingly welcoming and clean. And I don't mean to use surprisingly in a bad way but it was kind of off the beaten path. It was very nice I should have stayed for breakfast but I thought I'd get to the airport with a little bit of time to prepare which I shouldn't have done because I've been here for 2 days. That's beside the point showers are great the staff was great I wish I could rate the food, But I need to get some coffee which was great and some of their fruit water which I'm not really a fan of so if you like that it's there. The only complain I have was the noise outside but that wasn't their fault and they took care of it regardless so for somebody that travels a lot, 5 out of five

Extreme loud Day & Night. No hot water from the bathroom sink and low water pressure while showering. House keeping was little to none and the free breakfast consisted of boiled eggs & bread items. The Hotels location near to DFW was perfect. I"ve stayed at La Quinta Inns in Texas & Florida in the past 6 months and La Quinta Inns have failed to live up to the simplest of standards.

Upon arrival we were told none of our credit cards would be accepted because they are third party. Yes they were all issued to me but I was forced to use my bank debit card. The halls had a burnt plastic smell and our bathroom door was broken and would not close without having to lift it up. Person at front desk barely spoke English.

Al who check me in was absolutely fantastic and quickly resolved a issue with my air conditioner. Overall the rooms are good however the hotel is definitely showing its age. The one area where this facility absolutely failed was the breakfast. There was no meat option available and what they had in terms of other items was average or just a little below average.

This hotel has roaches and there was mold in the bathroom as well as rust around the bathroom door.

The check in progress was fine however we were lucky enough to bring home bed bugs, so unfortunately I’m not going to be able to give the hotel glowing reviews.

Everything was ok Our floor smelled like burnt rubber the floor in our room was dusty the breakfast was just different types of breads toast waffle muffins or cereal the room didn’t have a remote and it took forever to get ahold of the front desk the evening on November 3rd but all of the employees were nice and I’m kicking myself for not getting his name but especially the gentle men who came to work the evening of November 4th 2-10pm shift maybe the interaction felt genuine asked about needing the shuttle and taking care of my water gallon for me since it was to big to take to the airport

Let’s start with checkin. The man that checked us in looked and acted like we just woke him up. It was 4pm. The erectors smelled like burnt rubber and the hallways had a very odd and unpleasant smell also. Room appeared clean until you got to the bathroom. I don’t think the ever cleaned the shower floor. The ac unit was so loud it could not be used. Went down to speak to desk later that night and decided it would just be easier to checkout and go somewhere else. Would never go back or recommend this location.

There was a roach in our room and we decided not to stay at the hotel. The desk agent could not issue a refund because it was booked through Expedia. There is no option to ask for a refund in Expedia

Breakfast options were more limited than other la quintas but the remodeled room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The staff did what they needed to do but not much friendliness which is fine as long as they provide the necessities.

Overall very good hotel. Mail fell off closet door and trash cans filled up quickly because they were so small. One larger would have been best for 3-4 adults in the room. Overall as I stated good hotel excellent staff and workers. I would recommend to anyone seeking a good price nice hotel.

They have a policy of only cleaning the rooms every 3 days.(That is nasty to say the least).They also lied about having breakfast.In my opinion breakfast includes hot protein items for a complete meal.Housekeeping staff was agitated when asked for wash clothes and towels.Front desk staff was friendly and courteous.The area is good for an easy quick transport back to DFW within minutes.

The place was not very clean at all. The halls had a terrible odor and the entry way smelled awful. There were bugs (likely cockroaches) found in our room.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Close proximity to shopping areas and restaurants. Breakfast was a bit limited, but there's a Denny's right beside the hotel so it wasnt much of an issue. Would return and recommend staying here.

After we got two separate rooms the bathroom was dirty as is someone had just shaved their legs,it was clumps of hair by the sink floor. The shower head had a leak which made taking a shower impossible because of no pressure and the leak was shooting water out the side of the shower head, also the water wouldn’t drain so we had to shower in ankle deep dirty water.

Bathroom had filthy electrical outlets and the bottom sheet on our bed was dirty. It was late at night when we pulled back the sheets so had to lay down a towel over the dirty linen.

Now This a proper hotel with such an amazing staff Especially Al Gaston whoever the owner give that man the whole keys man, amazing room and service exceptional, nearby you have so many food options and you got a walmart across the road and very close to you have mall and all those things you might require peaceful and just wonderful setting and reception amazing so nice the whole staff apparently the room cleaning staff speak very less but they are even super friendly and good in their work. Breakfast and pool was nice and all day coffee service just cherry on top. I would not only stay again but endorse everyone visiting dallas to stay here not downtown

The carpet in the room was wet and the room was musty.

The AC in room 438 started to make a weird loud noise in the middle of the night. I’m not sure if it broke down at that time or if it was an underlying problem. But it really made my stay a bit uncomfortable.

The staff are very careless and unfriendly except the African American gent on night shift. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Other staff? No. Rooms are pretty nice though and I didn't have issues with noisy guests. First day though I saw someone walking Police into the building to a set of rooms. Some guy was just creeping around the property and smoking "stuff." Yeah, not a very good area and just poorly managed. Even if the room is nice, looks like a dicey place with dicey people.

Area is not good. Most of the staff were fairly unfriendly and not responsive to issues at the hotel. Pool was locked during open hours and dirty. They give the only pool key to the driver and he didn't unlock it and left to do pickups. Wow. Very poor management. The staff was rude as all get out! Even to confirm the man who answered the phone completely hung up in my face over a question. I will never do any business with them again.

There are not enough supplies in the bathroom.

I like the renovation and was happy my room was already renovated. The elevator was worrisome because it seemed to struggle and make lots of concerning noises.

Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good considering the price we paid! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was the room advertised fitting 4 people but the pull out bed is only a twin. Either way, Will stay again!

Nice Hotel in a great area

Last minute booking due to weather and inability to fly out of the airport. The free shuttle was a big selling point UNFORTUNATELY the shuttle was MIA the night we stayed and front desk reported they had no idea where the shuttle was. After waiting over an hour for non existent shuttle had a $90 uber ride to get to hotel. At 3 a.m. we were greeted by front desk gal who typed away on her phone while staring at us through the front door. So, maybe don’t stay here when there are mass flight cancellations? May or may not have reliable shuttle service IDK. should have just slept in the airport.

Breakfast was poor. The area is sketchy. Staff were indifferent to our presence. And, our room was right next to the elevator. All night long elevator noises. There weren’t that many cars so they had other rooms available. We were going to leave our car there to fly out of DFW. But felt it unsafe. Made other arrangements. We won’t be back…ever.

Location is accessible and sfaffs are friendly.

Took almost 1 hour to checknin.. the lobby was completely full. Saw other employees walking around and 1 man working the counter doing his best. When a hotel is near the airport and you have shuttels you should schedule staff to be able to accommodate the guests thaybarw scheduled.

From 7 am to 3 pm they were doing construction on the room above mine. I was woken up by hammering and power tools every morning I was there. Im not sure what kind of construction required 2 full days of repested hammering but nontheless I question why they would rent out the room directly below the unit being worked on. The rooms were relatively clean inside but I had some stains on my comforter that mad me sleep without it. The common areas were kinda lack luster. The elevoator looks like it hadn't been swept or likely properly serviced in ages and there were alot of damage light fixtures that probably should have been replaced ages ago. I was at least happy to not find bugs in my bed or something really bad like that but its also unlikely this hotel will be my first choice in the future.

Park and fly. Spent the night had a 4:00am ride to airport. Seven days later 7:00pm called hotel and had shuttle with in 30 minutes pick us up. Much easier and less expensive to stay and park you vehicle here. Will definitely use in the future.

They had to much painter working on our floor and made so much noise. It smelled like paint really bad.

The room was great. Spacious and clean. The facilities were clean. Breakfast provided in the morning. Free shuttle to DFW airport.

Parking lot was dirty and I wasn't sure how safe my vehicle would be.

Our entire hallway smelled like wet paint, causing a headache. Our bathroom pipes made a high-pitched squeak all night. The alarm clock went off at six even though I didn’t set it. Worst hotel experience ever.

The staff are one of the best I’ve encountered. Their services are fabulous. I’ll definitely visit again! Keep it up!

there is construction going on the door did not close at the front but staff and everyone made up for it. outside of our room smelled of smoke but not the room itself. the AC did not stay on through the night

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and each and every time is amazing. The staff is great, rooms are nice. This most recent trip I got one of the renovated rooms and it was so lovely

We stayed in the same room both times between trips. The parking at the hotel between trips and the shuttle service was wonderful! The staff and service were excellent! The room had some problems even though it had just been renovated. There was only one chair in the room for 2 people and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable!

My go to spot, before my flight.

I got in really late and easily got checked in. The lady at the front desk wasn’t exactly friendly, but whatever. The room was large, and I noticed some plastic sheeting in the halls, so I guess they’re doing renovations. The room was exactly what I needed, and it really was fine. The free breakfast was fine. I mean, it’s a hotel near the airport, not a five-star resort. The kids in the breakfast area were living it up because there was a waffle maker, so that was cute. I really appreciated the shuttle. The guy got us back to the airport super quickly, and it was nice not to have to pay $30 for a Lyft like I did the night before!

It was convenient for our group as it was nearby the venue where our tournament was.

The hotel was very dirty. Our room was not cleaned properly. When we arrived, we noticed someone else’s bright purple bath sponge hanging on the shower rod. We later noticed the previous guests mouth tape stuck to the bedside lamp. The floors and walls were all stained and dirty. Unfortunately, we arrived at bedtime and didn’t have the time to move elsewhere. Even the outside of the hotel was covered in trash and debris. The air conditioners do work well. That was nice.

Our only concern is about the staff who didn't give us some plastic forks, spoons and knives.

The property is very clean, even behind the doors in the corners of the room. Sheets felt nice. Quick and easy from the airport. Helpful staff.

Graet stay unfortunately i forgot to get the gentleman's name rhat was at the desk friday night when i check in but he was absolutely amazing I screwed up when i book my stay through expedia and book a room with 1 bed instead of 2 he made sure we got a room that we needed he was so friendly and accommodating. It was awsome!!

There was roaches inside the fridge and in the breakfast area down stairs. We checked out one day early.

Overall good for stay. Less amenities in bathroom(limited shampoo, no conditioner) . Breakfast was decent.

Another lovely stay! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. I was given a newly remodeled room and it looks great. My only suggestion would be a floor lamp near the couch, as the room is quite dark. Otherwise great renovation.
