Location HVAC needs upgraded. Room had a strong mildew odor. The headboards were filthy.
- 5/5
Fair price, good value. Not fancy but a clean place with friendly staff. Convenient when traveling I-40.

it was clean and staff was nice n/a

The Front Desk Manager Was Polite Enough To Switch Our Room Considering It Reeked of An Smoke Oder. Second Room Was No Better. I Caught Pink Eye From Swimming In The Pool. Had To Go To The ER & Get CREAM For My Eye.
- 3.5/5
I loved how friendly the check-in man was and how they were able to get us in at the last minute. Check out was simple and the staff were friendly. Food was good, basic hotel continental breakfast. For some odd reason out room smelled so strongly of if I don’t know unused room or maybe mold. I tried air freshener but to no avail. Also one bed seemed to need to be replaced like the box spring might have been broken or unsteady. The other bed had some stains on the sheets the looked clean just like maybe there was stains that couldn’t come out. It was late were tired and could sleep on top the covers the bed was comfortable and it beat sleeping in the car. We’re not that picky so it was fine.
- 1/5
Hotel was dirty and unkept.
- 3/5
The staff was great. The hotel was clean but older and room was musty. The area around the hotel was very run down several closed businesses next door. It felt safe but I wouldn’t have rated it 8 like Travelocity did.
- 0.5/5
Rooms had so much humidity the sheets felt wet
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Ants in the room. But there was ant traps in the room
- 5/5
What a pleasant surprise this stay turned out to be! Friendly and cheery staff, even when we dragged up to check in at 11:30 p.m., CLEAN everywhere, bed felt new, sheets were smooth (not scratchy)... this was not Plan A or even Plan B but I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was cool. It was pretty clean and very comfortable. Nice for an older hotel. Price was decent.
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was very lacking.
- 4/5
For a 12 hour stay, it was good. Good beds!
- 5/5
The staff is great
- 5/5
The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient, right off the freeway. Also, the front desk clerk was very friendly.

The evening manager was a very nice lady, very accomadating to help me out by putting me on the 1st floor near the lobby
- 2.5/5
Friendly staff Scratchy sheets, itched all night causing sleepless night
- 0.5/5
Couldn't stay not pet friendly
- 3/5
Hotel was overpriced for the area and quality of room. The first room we were put in had ripped curtains falling off window and shades that didn’t close properly also rug had several large stains I requested another room and the clerk was very polite and quickly gave us another room which also had several large stains on rug. The beds were ok and bathroom relatively clean we were very tired from traveling all day so we stayed. I expected much better quality for $150 from a Comfort Inn !!
- 5/5
Long walk for old people, never thought I’d say that. But I miss the old motels where you can park in front of your room.
- 2/5
Great location and great staff. Clean rooms Upon entry a small group of people (6 or so) were hanging in the parking lot and it reeked of burnt marijuana. Upon check it after we got keys I tuned the corner to head down the hall to my room where a Hispanic male was laying in the floor. I notified the staff because I thought it was a medical issue and they acted like it was normal and advised “that’s just one of the workers” before going to speak to home. Upon speaking it was clear he was just heavily intoxicated. When you’re traveling with 8 people and a toddler it wasn’t a relaxing experience.
- 2/5
Workers were great Manager was unhelpful with issue Bedbugs on premises
- 5/5
Easy check-in & check-out. Rooms and building maintenance kept up.
- 3/5
The businesses around the hotel were closed and it was off to itself.
- 3/5
Very disappointed there was no work out room but I guess I forgot to put it in my search. Place was fairly clean but carpet was old and dirty. Breakfast was ok. Employees were friendly
- 3/5
The rooms were just ok. The room was extremely clean however the room had a very musty smell coming from the air conditioning unit (seemed older). The hotel also seemed very damp. The humidity and older a/c units seemed to make carpets and other items damp when they should not be. The area around the hotel property is not the fault of comfort inn. There is an old run down over grown gas station on your way it. There are several dining options near by on the opposite side of the exit. Nothing fancy but all look very new to the area.
- 5/5
It was very clean and had obvious upgrades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there.
- 5/5
Clean, looked and smelled clean throughout. Breakfast was awesome! The young lady that checked us in was a delight. Her accent was genuinely pleasing and got us squared away nicely. Beds are heavenly
- 5/5
A lot of abandoned properties surrounding hotel
- 4/5
Staff inattentive at breakfast time
- 5/5
Great service! Sammy is the nicest lady ever behind the desk.
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
Private it’s away from the rush of the city but close to shopping. Price of the room for 2 days was a little high
- 4/5
Convenient to the location we were visiting and very accessible to the highway
- 3/5
The breakfast was edible. The room and bathroom were clean. The doors and hallways were all gray - looked like a prison. The surrounding area is a blighted area; I hope that improves for your hotel. And most of all, why $200 for a 30-star 2nd-rate hotel in the middle of nowhere??
- 5/5
I enjoy the breakfast. The location was ok. It was quiet and peaceful. The staff was nice and helpful. Always greeted their customers when they came in or going out.
- 3/5
Just don’t go with family if you planning to go on weekdays because breakfast isn’t good anything else is good and we asked the guys who’s provide bathrooms towels he told us if you want more bathrooms towels you need to return use one even we book for suite for 5 people and 1 kid’s and they provide only 5 bath towels for multiple you staying and the person told us they can’t clean room until we stay there even multiple nights
- 5/5
Check in was so quick. Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean.
- 3/5
Comfort Inns are good to use for overnight road trips.
- 1/5
Feces was in the toilet in our room
- 5/5
Great bed!! Much appreciated and the young lady at check in was very friendly and easy to talk to
- 5/5
Everything was grower up and businesses around the facility were closed and trashed.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very kind, the room was comfortable and breakfast was good, thank you.
- 2/5
The location was a little difficult to find late at night because the area is not well lit. The lady at check-in was very nice and friendly. Our room was dusty, and hairs on the sheets when I went to get into bed. The bathroom had a used washcloth hanging in the shower along with hair, and there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor and on the clean towels. Honestly, it just looked like they really didn't clean the bathroom. The breakfast was mediocre.
- 3/5
Other than being tucked away in a not-so-well lit spot just off the highway, I was quite happy with the condition and cleanliness of this mid-level hotel chain. Obviously had been remodeled very recently. Saved me $$$ compared to the 3 or 4 other more pricey chains located near by.
- 3/5
The hotel was alright but the price was too high for what we got
- 5/5
We were tired of driving and decided to call it a night here. The girl that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and believe they have been updated recently. Really loved the layout of this room, kinda had like two sections, a living room and bedroom. Two TVs so I could go to sleep and he stayed up to watch TV and not really bother me. Had a nice breakfast the next morning, very clean and pleasing.
- 5/5
Construction activity, but only outside the building. Just a bit distracting but not serious.
- 1/5
Was wrongfully charged for smoking in a room and they are remolding so it’s noise all night
- 1/5
Comfortable beds, nice room. Breakfast was good. Noisy many times during the night. Doors slamming, walls knocked against.
- 3/5
The site was under repair, breakfast needs work
- 5/5
Although this property was under construction it was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly
- 5/5
None
- 5/5
Front desk staff is excellent. Super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Quiet.
- 5/5
Front desk staff was amazing. Construction happening at the property but it did not effect our stay
- 4/5
Would stay again
- 3/5
They allowed simi trucks to be 20 ft from the front door with the motors running for hours .breathing fumes and noise .girl at the deck laughing about it .
- 1/5
I didn’t like the fact that the outside was being renovated as we pulled up and it just didn’t look safe. The owner charged me for one night even though we did not stay as other customers came in the lobby and refused to check in as well. It was not disclosed that the front of the building was full of scaffolding you failed to mention that and no photos on the website showing renovation.
- 5/5
Completely updated!
- 5/5
It was a nice clean place. Staff very friendly.
- 5/5
I was traveling I-40 and was really tired. I was looking for a quality hotel to lay me head for the night but not too costly. The hotel was perfect and I had a great experience.
- 5/5
They are currently renovating, but went out of their way to make everything clean and comfortable. Great stay.
- 5/5
Was great
- 4/5
Hotel was under construction a bit noisy
- 4/5
The area immediately surrounding the hotel was a little dilapidated. I was a little concerned. The hotel was showing signs of ‘wear and tear’. The hostess was very welcoming and eased any safety concerns. The room was clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Shower was too cold. Breakfast was cold. Coffee was good. Room had an odd perfume smell. Handicap room had a tub, not walk in shower.
- 5/5
👍
- 4/5
Stay was good, a quite hotel off the interstate with no traffic noise. Would recommend it for the price.
- 1/5
We were told we would have a hot breakfast starting at 6 am. There was nothing out at 7 am. Also there was no one at the front desk. I just don’t think it was right. I picked this hotel because I have good service at other locations. We won’t stay with brand anymore
- 5/5
I’m having a hard time adjusting to the increased cost for hotels. It used to be $100 got you a nice place. In just a few years that same room is over $150. My salary has not gone up 50%!!! I’ve definitely stayed a better places than this but it was okay
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 2/5
Not kept up
- 4/5
It was a little hard to find due to I-40 construction and there was an overwhelming chemical odor in the area of the front desk. I started sneezing and I was very glad to be away from that area. The smell was isolate to the front desk, as the room was OK. Also, I would have preferred a hot tub or pool to be available, but the present hysteria about COVID will move that preference into the future (I hope).
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. A very nice place to stay. My only complaint, I was expecting a hot breakfast but it was more like a continental breakfast. O
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable. The beds were amazing. I can't recall the last time hotel bedsheets felt almost like silk. Lots of pillows on a very comfortable bed led to my falling asleep very quickly. The only thing that disappointed my wife and I about this hotel was the very limited breakfast options. I understand that we live with the threat of COVID, but for what this hotel stay cost us, it left much to be desired. There was coffee, milk, a juice dispenser that offered watered-down orange juice, some fruit, and individually wrapped sausage biscuits in the cooler. My wife and I had breakfast at Denny's across the street.
- 1/5
We arrived at this hotel having made a reservation but did not notice they have a no pet policy. The lady at the desk was very kind and said she would speak to management about getting a refund since we did not get the room. In fact we spent about 10 minutes in the lobby and then left to find other accommodations. If the management chose to we could’ve had a refund but they refused and charged us full price for a room we never saw. It would have seemed a small kindness to authorize a refund for us.
- 5/5
The place was nice and clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly.
- 5/5
It was nice. The people at the front desk were very nice and professional.
- 5/5
Clean room and very nice staff.
- 5/5
Staff were great Nice quiet hotel Staff were great Nice quiet hotel Staff were great
- 4/5
Ease of access from main hiway. The bathtub had no mat or nonslip material making a shower very difficult. Toilet broke the morning we left.
- 3/5
The room was OK but the breakfast and exterior left me wanting more. They didn’t advertise a pool but there is one...filled with green water. The cleaning staff came knocking on our door at 7:50 am asking if we wanted service. Of course we want service, just come back later and do it.
- 2/5
The people were nice and the beds were comfortable but the rooms and lobby are old outdated and ratty looking. The carpets did not look clean and I wouldn't walk barefoot on the carpets or floors. The breakfast was ok. The noise was so bad I was awakened at 6am to the sound of children running around in the room above us and the floors above us creeked. I would not stay in this hotel again.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fine. It could use a little attention - paint touch up etc. We were there for a quick overnight stay. It served its purpose and didn’t break the bank. I didn’t try the breakfast but it looked like a nice variety of items. The location close to the interstate was good. It’s not in the heart of jackson but a quick drive away from restaurants and shopping. Nice place. We’d stay again.
- 4/5
Good place to stay the night. Getting there looked a little sketchy but once we got there it was fine. Breakfast was adequate and well stocked.
- 3/5
Soccer trip. Area kind of run down
- 4/5
Guy at desk was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. The room was nice except not a lot of room between bed and desk chair. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of eggs, sausage, gravy biscuits and waffles.
- 4/5
Good people. Clean rooms. Great rib restaraunt near by. Easy to find off interstate.
- 4/5
Clean, nice staff, will stay here again on next service trip.
- 4/5
The desk was too close to the bed. Maybe another location in the room would be better.
- 4/5
Staff was extremely nice. Good breakfast.
- 4/5
It seemed a bit pricey. The breakfast was good.
- 3/5
A little above average for a good price
- 4/5
The hotel is a great value if you need a place to stay while traveling. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation though.
- 4/5
Just passing through.
- 3/5
My room appeared to be clean but, the bathroom smelled moldy. I would stay with them again.
- 4/5
Nice hotel and clean, but needs to be updated somewhat. And the location is a little difficult to get to. The property in front of the hotel is a bit overgrown and messy. Don't know that much can be done about that....looks like businesses have just closed. The gentleman at the front desk was especially attentive to my husband, giving us ice packs for his knees after a fall in the lobby...and assisted us to our room. Only one night on our way to our destination.
- 2/5
In same time, I was disappointed on next morning. Since breakfast is served from 6 to 10 and we try to leave earlier, we could not take anything to eat with us (hotel policy!). Also, different hotel clerk did not care about hospitality or politeness. Next time,I will choose something different, but not "Comfort Inn". It was waste of money.
- 4/5
We were traveling to visit family and this got us half way. It was a nice comfortable room. Then to be able to have a nice breakfast before we left and not to be told there is nothing left or try to get anything that might be left. It was an enjoyable stay.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay at this facility. I appreciate the easy access from I-40.
- 5/5
Hotel staff were very accomodating during our late 10pm check in
- 5/5
Friendly, clean, great mattress. I fill it out honestly and you want more
- 4/5
Not much to complain about. Hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Our only problem was during breakfast the workers were too annoying. Could not prepare food without them all over you.
- 3/5
easy to find, close to expressway. courteous staff
- 3/5
Arrived late in evening. Staffer very kind.he actually thought to fill hotel far to near! Very smart.
- 4/5
The night manager was super great. He was very friendly, helpful and great to talk with. The location was easy on easy off and convient to fuel and restaurants. The choice of soft and firm pillows were a nice touch with a card identifying each. AM breakfast was all you would need with ample space. And plants in the window was also a noval touch. Would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
Sort of tired property. Lobby and common area kind of dark. Room needed some TLC.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, courteous and thoughtful.
- 5/5
The only concern is the two properties in front off the hotel were vacant and inn need of landscaping. One looked like it was about to be landscaped with mulch delivered.
- 4/5
Very friendly staff. Nice and comfortable. Very good breakfast.
- 3/5
Older facility, hard to get to but comfortable for one night.
- 5/5
Hotel is very difficult to find and to get to. Need to have better well light signs on I-40. Also at the exit very specific directions need to be given. Winding back into the area to find the hotel is not easy. In fact, one of the lights was out where a turn had to be made
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway smelled like cigarettes and the room smelled faintly of cigarettes as well. The room wasn't anything exceptional, but the bed was comfortable. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but overall it was an Ok experience.
- 3/5
air conditioner dripped so bad it soaked two towels and the floor was a squishy puddle, commented to the hotel staff and they didnt do much.
