The location was great and it’s close to places to eat.

Breakfast hours should be extended later on Saturdays.

Room was very clean. Beds very comfortable. We was on the 4th floor and it was very quiet. Breakfast was the best I'd seen at any hotel we ve stayed at. Alot of options and variety. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Location and the option to have an extra bed with the pullout sofa. Breakfast was only from 7-9. On the pillow from the extra bedding for the pullout, there was a tennis ball-sized blood stain. The desk guy was great and gave us clean bedding, but we were grossed out by then. The elevators smelled awful and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile (they had carpet). I expect better from a Marriott property.

The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. There were little sausage biscuits that were especially good. Parking was good, the property is near other hotels but not residential areas, so no non-guests wandering the property.

Everything was very nice, it was my first over night outing in 4 years. Sofabed was fantastic. Decor was topnotch. I will return. Next time maybe we will get our 2 queens.

The bathroom was very dirty with urine on the wall and tile near the toilet. The towel bar was out of the wall and the carpet needed vacuuming! We were there for three days and our room was not serviced once. A staff member did walk into the room unannounced - have no idea why! When they realized that the room was occupied they just turned around and shut the door. Also, the first morning there we went down to have breakfast approximately 45 minutes before closing and there was very limited food still available. Most items had been taken and had not been replaced. After waiting for 15 minutes I asked the front desk if they could replace a few items, which they did add some more eggs but left the oatmeal and waffle batter empty. I had reserved a room here for 9 days this summer, but needless to say I have already cancelled that reservation!!

Parking was easy nothing was too far from the door.

The property was so nice and clean! Very comfortable beds and nice friendly staff! The windows need to be sound proofed, because all I heard was the noise from the interstate traffic all night long. Didn’t sleep well due to that! ?

Maintenance in rooms- our bathroom faucet was loose and leaking, you can tell the hotel was slapped together quickly.

Great Services

The room was very comfortable and clean. The layout is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and had options for everyone. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, sausage biscuits, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, sweet muffins, bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, juices and coffee. Of all that, the bold coffee would get a lower mark as it didn’t taste great. Overall we had a great experience and will plan to stay again.

Our stay was a quick one on our drive from New York. We arrived at about 1am so we didn’t do much looking around. The hotel seemed nice enough. However in the morning as we were all getting dressed to get back on the road, roaches started coming out of the restroom wall. We all know where there is one there are many. We ran into three before I told the kids to shake out their belongings and pack it up.

Room was okay but i had a handicapped room. Towels were stained and the bathroom floor was dirty and stained. Especially by the shower and the front of the toilet.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating quick check-in. Room was ready early. They allowed me to check in early but bed had an order great location close to many restaurants and events. there was a high school soccer team and a high school volleyball team there at the same time, but there was never any no ass problems

Everyone from the check in desk to the woman running the breakfast were all very nice and friendly. Made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 years in a row. This year was the worst stay. The room is spacious with large closet and bathroom. Our beds were not comfortable, they need to be replaced. Bathroom had stray hairs in multiple areas. Room refrigerator was not working. Shower had zero water pressure. The cook was late to prepare breakfast, so there was no hot food at 7:00 when breakfast opened. The staff at the desk was pleasant and helpful. The best part of our stay was the breakfast attendant, she was very kind and had a great smile. We would probably book elsewhere on our next trip through Jackson.

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious - the best I have ever had. The area was safe, quiet, and well kept. I enjoyed my stay. I like that you offer frozen dinners to purchase. That was a plus.

I liked the room floor-plan, but there were problems. 1) The deadbolt did not work. 2) It was wet under the A/C. 3) The A/C blew on me in bed. 4) The desk had glass panes that made a noisy rattle if you barely touched the desk - - - I couldn't touch the desk while my wife was trying to sleep. 5) Only 2 small luggage carts for the hotel. On a positive note - it was one of the nicest breakfast bars I've seen in a long time, but was diminished with flimsy plastic-ware that was challenged when trying to cut waffles.

Very nice room set-up. Spacious and comfortable. The bed was extreme comfortable. I was surprised they didn’t have darkening curtains , so the sun started coming in around the window when the sun started coming up. The hallway spelled like Marijuana a couple times, which was disgusting. They had a great breakfast with alot of options and staff was very friendly

Upon arrival the trash over flowing did greet us. Staff did not make eye contact nor smile. But she did make time to sit with her male guest all night in lobby. Next morning the same bigger trash pile saw us to our exiting.

Liked the proximity to Hwy 40 and the variety of nearby restaurants.

We only spent one night here. The front desk people were very nice. A storm came through the area during the night and knocked out the power. We left early that morning to continue traveling. As we drove out of the parking lot the power came back on. From what I could tell while we were there the place was clean and served its purpose

We were super impressed with this hotel it was so clean the beds were comfy and even the trundle bed was used and also comfy. Bonus points because the room actually gets dark at night and usually i cant sleep for all the lights from everywhere. Breakfast buffet was big and also tastey. Staff were super sweet and helpful. Check in was fast and shower was great. Price 2as very reasonable..Thanks would definitely stay again

We had to stay here for five days as Hiller fixed a gas leak at our house, and we had no hot water. The breakfast was top notch with lots of options. The suites allowed and adult and two 16-year olds to sleep comfortably in the room.

Amazing staff here and amazing rooms. I honestly can’t offer enough praise for the staff. We checked in late and the process was easy and fast. The room was stunning and the bed sooo comfortable. We had not planned on staying for the free breakfast but it looked so good and Leticia (so sorry if I spelled her name wrong) was so warm and welcoming (on Easter Sunday!) and with so much joy, we couldn’t pass it up. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

This is a new hotel. It is beautifully done. The room was nice and clean! It was a nice size room too. My only complaint is the shower head was either intense pressure or no pressure.

We stay here almost every time we visit our son in college. Everyone is always friendly and helpful here. We like the spacious rooms and big shower.

Clerk said she couldn’t find my reservation. I had to drive from there to home in East TN.

I really enjoyed my stay the only thing that could have made it better would have been a better quality mini fridge. Having one that will only stay on for 2 hours without pressing button made keeping cold drinks hard.

It was a clean and updated hotel. It’s close to the interstates so you could hear the trucks passing by. Other than that it was a great stay. One of the best in the city.

The place was beautiful and the set up was well done. The only thing was not sure why housekeeping didn’t come by during our stay.

Room 403, Check in was great. But, I noticed a constant hum from some type of machine and woke at 4:30 AM with a horrible migraine from the noise. Then at 6:30 AM someone started banging on doors a couple of doors down. This didn’t stop until 7:30 AM. It’s a beautiful room in a beautiful hotel, but my experience makes me wary to try start in this hotel again.

The person at the registration counter was unprofessional in my opinion. I expected to be greeted when entering the property. The place is convenient because it’s right off the freeway. My room was facing the freeway which was loud from the traffic.

Accommodations were very enjoyable and the staff was super friendly especially the staff member who welcomed us at checkin.

The room was not cleaned well. There were nail clippings in the sheets and hair on the pillow, the couch pillows had stains on them and the cabinet with the fridge and microwave did not close. So much noise from the freeway. The window in the desk rattled any time someone was around it.

Really liked the fitness center, better than most.

It was just a halfway point heading home from vacation, so we were only there for one night. But this was a very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and quiet! Would stay here again if in the area.
