The staff was excellent as well as the breakfast staff and food. The beds were comfortable and that was a bonus for me. Only had two things that was not what I would expect from a stay with a high rating. The bathroom was not as clean as I would’ve expected. And the vent fan was in the bathroom but didn’t work at all. So I’m guessing that is why it smelled so much like mildew. And the mildew around the tub.

We stayed here last year and glad to be back. Great location convenient, comfortable and quiet!

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were super clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our weekend in Jackson. This location was central to all of our activities.

The hotel was very nice. However it was listed on Hotels.com having a hot tub. When we arrived we were notified that one did not exist. Everything else was very good

The hotel was nice, the bathroom had mildew around the tub and the sofa was not to my liking (may need a deep clean). I usually bring my own cleaning supplies and clean the room myself anyways( I have toddlers). Cleaning staff was around daily. I have no issues with that. Staff were excellent. Great job. Breakfast was nice, minimal but great options for the kids. (Mine eat oatmeal and fruit). Pool was freezing and the bathrooms is outside of the pool causing the floor to be wet. ( some type of absorbent ruge is my suggestion). And the daily evening cookies were great. The price was in range and the location dead on.

The room was clean. Parking was well lit. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint would be the curtains in the room. They did little to block out the lights shining towards the building at night. It was very hard to sleep with all the light reflected into the room.

The air conditioning worked fine. I like more water pressure than was present here but it got good and hot. The staff was nice, one fellow was pleasantly sarcastic. Parking was marginal as many construction workers had work vehicles and trailers to park. We had to park our personal vehicle away from the door but on property. I am glad these working people have an affordable place to stay. Overall a good value and a good place to get a bath and a good night's sleep. Breakfast was quite good and adequate.

We stayed with my sisters and her kids and they found a roach in their bathroom so it caused panic to shake and pack all the clothes back up we didn’t want any to come back with us

Exceeded my expectations for ambience and breakfast, plus a shout out to Gary on the breakfast staff who had such a positive, upbeat and friendly manner.

Our stay was really short one night for thanksgiving day. And we didn’t get a chance to have breakfast there although when we were leaving it smelled really good. The rooms was real clean and the guys at the front desk was very polite and respectful. I will stay here again if I’m ever back in Tennessee

Hotel is in a nice location very close to the Casey Jones museum (well worth a visit) and village. Staff helpful and the recommendation for a restaurant made by the receptionist was spot on (Redbone’s grill and bar) Room clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Would I stay here against again? Yes Would I recommend to a friend? Definitely.

Nice hotel……..area leading into the hotel seemed unsafe. Homeless people were sitting in the bushes along the driveway. Hotel next door was pretty seedy looking. Air conditioner temps didn’t seem accurate. Room was warmer than temperature setting

To run a successful hotel you need to keep things up-to-date and take care of your staff, etc. it appears that this hotel is going for that kind of long term business strategy. In my opinion, it’s a fair price and it’s worth it.

Check in went smooth no issues there person at desk was friendly. Only downsides were the beds were a bit stiff (not necessarily the hotel's fault) and noticed some kind of mildew/mold in the tub by the left side of the faucet. AC could use some more fan power to keep the room cooler. For the price paid for 2 nights (+300) I think we'll look for somewhere a little better for that price (more amenities i.e. bar, lounge area).

We had a nice stay here. The kids enjoyed swimming. We have stayed here multiple times on trips from PA to TX. We really enjoy the waffles. The beds were comfortable. A few things might need updating or some paint touch ups, but overall it was a good stop for our family and affordable.

We chose the Comfort Suites in Jackson based on the excellent reviews on Hotels.com, and we found them to be accurate. It was our last stop on a weeklong road trip through the Southeast on our way back home to Northwest Arkansas. Along with being a great value, the property was conveniently located, clean, quiet and inviting. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a full-sized sofa, and a large TV. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only critique is that the sitting area lacked a coffee table, but that didn't negatively impact our experience. We didn't have breakfast, but they did offer a full spread. We also noticed that they hosted a free happy hour with a two-drink allotment per person, which we thought was a nice touch. It was our first time staying at a Comfort Suites, and we would definitely return.

For the price point, my family and I have stayed in places that felt more updated and comfortable, so we were a bit disappointed. That said, the stay wasn’t bad—just not quite what we were hoping for.

We stay here every year on a long road trip from AR to NC. It’s nice to have a reliable stop that’s clean and conveniently located, with comfy beds, free parking, and breakfast in the morning. Also love the lemon infused water in the lobby!

Overall clean and the rooms are a good size. The beds are uncomfortable and the bathrooms are small. The hot tub was cold on the first day but was quickly corrected by morning. Hotel is right near the highway so is very loud all night long if something like that bothers you. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are several places to eat nearby. All was good EXCEPT while in our room someone entered our room. Our room had been given to someone else and of course they enteted the room. Very upsetting to both parties. I would think this could not have been done with all securities in place.

I really enjoy that early check-in at 2 PM. I also enjoyed the waffles in the morning. I wish they had an alternative option for people who don't eat pork. But overall, it was a good experience, and the bed was really comfortable and the water pressure is great also love how hot the water gets really enjoyed that. There are several eating places within walking distance, including casey jones, which is a must stop by.

Pool was freezing and so much chlorine it was so cloudy and literally made your eyes burn before even getting in the pool. The hot tub was almost boiling and had mold and the bottom was covered in dirt. It was so gross. Our room was mostly clean but very small. The bathroom had mildew in the shower area. The location is close to the instate and the road noise is very loud. And its loud in the hall ways between staff and construction workers staying there. I dont see us stayinh there again. We did encounter 2 kind staff members one was in maintenance and the gentleman in the breakfast area.

A iphone charger was left plugged into the wall by the bed. The hotel was called the same day to see if it was found. They was suppose to call me back the next day. I am still waiting on that call. This lets me know that someone has taken the charger for themselves. If the room was suppose to be cleaned before the next customer, they would have seen the charger.

We got in later in the evening for a one night stay so didn't get to check out much of the facilities but had a pleasant conversation with the desk clerk and found the room to be very clean, roomy, and comfortable. Easy to find right off I-40. Good distance to shopping and food. Definitely try the Old Country Store next door if you are craving home cooking. Also, walkable to Waffle House and a convenient store that sells Hunt Brothers pizza.

The reviews are misleading. The front desk person wasn't pleasant but fairly rude. The room had mold on the walls and the mattress felt like it was very old and quite uncomfortable.

The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The incredible rude woman who checked us in had the lobby TV blaring with her show and made it clear we had interrupted he and she was annoyed. The "free" breakfast was a minimal effort. A cup of coffee or tea was about all that was available. This was one stop along a cross country trip and this place stood out as a very poor experience.

Both the front desk and breakfast service staff were friendly, engaging, and helpful. There were a few minor issues with our room’s bathroom: loose floor tile, loose shower head, and slow draining shower.

When we arrived, the front desk staff never looked up or acknowledged we were there. When I communicated that I was there to check-in, he was very awkward. When he laid his phone down on the counter, I noticed that he was reading X rated literature with very vulgar language. Towels in the room had yellow stains on them and appeared to have wiped something up and then folded it and put it back on the shelf in the bathroom. There was used sheets in the fold out sofa that had used q-tips folded up into the sofa. The area was very sketchy. There were tents with homeless persons less than 100 yards from the parking area. We ended up leaving a day early and just losing money. Will not be returning to this hotel.

That’s always a huge turnoff. Also, the bathroom only had a tiny bottle of shampoo & conditioner and 2 tiny bars of soap for the sink & shower. No shower gel & for a family of five it wasn’t very convenient.
