Room was clean,AC worked well, bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and great water pressure in the shower. The bed was hard and the pillows were not comfortable which caused a restless night of sleep. The breakfast was ok but could have offered more selections. Other than the hard bed it not a bad place to stay

Nice breakfast... but a little carb-heavy! Hotel served its purpose. Wasn't a 5-star... but wasn't bad for the price.

Found hairs in bed that were not mine and the sheets were old and scratchy. Outside of that, the room was clean and had good air conditioning. Breakfast options were average. They did not include eggs or sausage, but did include pancakes, toast, cereal, fruits, etc. Staff was friendly.

Stayed here many times and will in the future. Easy access and parking pleanty eating places near by.

Was dirty, had bugs, stained blankets. Used cheap airline blankets, had mold on the mattress. Keep going this place sucks!

Mattresses were hard as a rock, pillows were the size of a postage stamp, and there were 2 sheets and no blanket. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything.

It was clean service was good and the continental breakfast was excellent. Everyone was so kind.

Walk in front door and smells like dirty mop water and piss. Mold in room. No tissues. Room smells like bleach. Sat in desk chair and chemicals burnt skin. Did not shower this night. Was afraid of chemicals.

Great location! Nice friendly staff. Only problem I wanted to take a bath and relax, and the stopper didn't hold water in tub.

Unhygienic for towels and room. WiFi unstable and it will disconnect for every 2 hours.

The room was nice. Very clean. The pillows for the king size bed were the size of couch pillows. There was no Kleenex. The WiFi was poor the entire time. If you are needing to work, no luck if you depend on the internet. The good thing, there are plenty of places to eat in the area so don’t worry too much on the breakfast offered. Smells like a pool, but apparently they don’t have one available during the winter months. If you are needing a warm or cool place to lay your head, you will be just fine. Just be sure to bring your own pillow or ask for a few extra at the front desk.

Staff was great but bathroom had mildew or mold on walls, Continental breakfast was minimal, tub didn't drain well, hair dryer didn't work, bed was not comfortable, ability to watch TV was a joke. Will not stay there again.

The television and phone didn’t work. It was so noisy they had to move us to another room. We had been traveling for 14 hours and needed sleep. This is a one and done stay for me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about.

Was quiet and check in was very fast

The location is great if you are broken down amd need to walk back and forth between Firestone and the hotel for a day. It is clean with abgood shower, good bed and mediocre breakfast. Dated, old and kind of smells old. Front desk is efficient but not friendly. Newer places at lower prices and better are in Jackson

Room was expected. I went through with the early check in process before I arrived as requested by the hotel but upon arrival, I had to go through with all of it once again which defeated the purpose of early check in.

Breakfast was pretty sad, didn’t offer much. The bed was clean and comfortable. The rooms were relatively clean. Looks like they are remodeling but not hiring expert contractors. But over all it was fine. Bed clean and comfortable. That’s a big plus for us

The hotel was fine, we got in late and didn't see much, we were looking for going to bed and getting up and traveling some more. The bed was not your typical hotel mattress so we didn't sleep well. But for one night it was just fine.

I asked the front desk about cleaning the rooms. Was told every other day. Checked in Friday,Oct 4th. Saturday there wasn't batter to make waffles. Sunday evening my room wasn't cleaned. I saw the gentleman cleaning on the first floor and told him i was here 2 days could he clean my room. Nothing. Went to front desk to informed them my room wasnt cleaned. I changed the linen my self . Told front desk no hand soap in women's bathroom on first floor. Nothing. Man at front desk apologize and said he will inform the manager. I would not stay here again

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The staff were so friendly. The coffee bar was available at all times and hot cookies were served from 8-9 pm. The breakfast was nice and the room was quiet and restful!

Only waffles bread muffins and cereal with shared gallons of milk not sanitary at all orange juice taste spoiled - not there 5 mins and stranger knocked on my door stating DoorDash they should have them drop it off at the front desk for safety reasons.

Very clean, well built property. The breakfast was better than most, except for the coffee. It tasted like instant.

Both sides of the handicap parking were full of constructive equipment interior condition of the hotel room very poor. Condition worn out bed bathtub nonslip coating was peeling requested a handicap room that did not happen. Confusion finding hotel call hotel number no answer three times Phone hotel clerk on cell phone outside of the hotel. Summon up in one word.NASTY!!

Was super disappointed to find out that the pool and gym were both closed. They were doing construction and the outside is an absolute mess. We had people in our window doing work outside, but luckily were able to close the blinds. No information about the pool being closed was listed. The shower was super low. And there were cracks in the tub. The rooms are very spacious and they seemed clean other than the shower.

There was nothing impressive about the hotel. Construction crains in the front, made it very unsafe to walk in. Bathroom had holes in the walls with tape over them. No kleenex in the room. Breakfast was cereal and stale muffins. Very disappointing.

Service & professionalism was good. Food was good; some meat need to be served with breakfast, also flavor cream for coffee. Should have had some protein like eggs. Room was very comfortable & employees were very professional. I would stay here again & I thought prices were reasonable.

The property was undergoing a renovation, so it was messy in parking lot. I did the pre-check in to save time when I got there, but had to do it anyway in person. Rooms were clean ish. Bed was horrible. Hard and uncomfortable

The room was so hot when I first got in that I had to go out elsewhere until it cooled down, and then there wasn’t any hot water to bathe.

Mirror and floors were not cleaned from previous stay. Tub was outdated and stained, I didnt feel comforable to use. Phone and ac unit were outdated.

The room was very full of moisture and the AC didn’t withdraw it even overnight. The wash basin and counter were maybe 36 inches wide and located just as you enter the room. Otherwise the room was clean and beds comfortable.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The property is in a very good location. Just off the highway and lots of places to eat in walking distance.

We were disappointed that there was no drive through covering out front and it was raining heavy when we arrived. We also did not like the little pillows on the bed and needed either a comforter or another blanket available.

I stayed for one night, and I regret going here. The rooms and towels had mysterious stains on them, the bed was stiff as a board, and the "breakfast' was cereal and rotting fruit..

Shade tree renovation… The sheets and pillow cases had hair and stains on/in them and the shower was moldy in the tiling. The front desk attendant was very dry, bordering rude. I wouldn’t choose this hotel when we go to visit our daughter in college nearby.

If you are like my husband and like your bed firm/hard, then you will be good with the bed. When taking a shower, we were also taking a bath. We even asked to have it looked at but it still happened. It did have good water pressure. The internet connection is horrible, especially on the 3rd floor. If you are not on your phone or laptop all the time, it will kick you off and you have to log back in. Also very slow. The breakfast was basic and some of the bread items were not the freshest. We liked that they are located right off the interstate and by all sorts of restaurants and shopping.

Very nasty my sister also left the property as well we’re different kind of bugs in her room , nasty need to really clean I wouldn’t eat a thing from there .

The bathroom light did not work in the first room and the second room had a piece of food left on the floor which attracteda mound of ants. The clerk would not allow us to gather in the lobby to play games. Very unfriendly and not willing to make accommodations.

Pros: location and price Cons: bed was rock hard with springs poking my body, mold in the grout in bathroom, attempted to update the room with cheap materials. Ok for an overnight stay if you don’t mind not being comfortable while you try to sleep. Staff was friendly but if you needed anything you had to get it yourself. No vending.on floors only on main floor.

Rooms were up to date, modern, clean. Breakfast was okay but mostly ceremonial and a waffle maker.

All around the stay was okay, it was unfortunate that the gym was out of order and it wasn’t stated anywhere when we booked. It was not quiet at all in the wee hours of the morning and the first thing I had to do when checking in was sign saying we wouldn’t smoke in the room and our room smelt so bad of smoke and the whole facility smelt of weed.

First off, the staff was nice so I have no issues with them. But the beds were so hard they felt like they were taken straight from the Flintstones and there was painter's tape holding the air conditioner together. The handle on the shower felt like it was about to fall off. Really I wouldn't have even cared about the tape and the handle so much but that was the worst hotel bed I've ever slept on in my life.

Hello, checking in was a breeze, my room was nice and clean,

The bathroom was very dirty upon arriving, including the towels. There was hair all over the shower, and on the toilet. There was mold in the shower all over the walls. Overall, the hotel was quiet and the man at the desk was very friendly.

Room got lots of road noise from I 40 as well. Room was clean and hvac worked well but I got little sleep. As I checked in near midnight I did not feel like a room change or asking for a blanket. Economicsl room but had I known how comfort woujd be compromised no way.
