I actually booked 3 nights at this location but it was so horrible it forced me to checked out prematurely. The shower walls were absolutely filthy and that’s an understatement. They were riddled with smoking stains. The shower head was just as grotesque. Bathtub floor was/is in need of a good industrial high powered steam cleaning. The sink was damaged beyond repairs with a crack in it almost a foot in length. Someone attempted to repair the sink with superglue but it looks very unprofessional. During my first hour of staying there the water pressure gave me some troubles. I turned on the faucet and nothing came out. I attempted to flush the toilet and nothing went down. I tried the faucet again and the water came out a grayish blackish color. I turned on the shower and the water came out blackish once again! In terms of the mini fridge some previous tenant scratched and graffitied all over the door. Unacceptable to say the least. Also on the red walls directly by the bed there’s a painting missing. There is also damage on the walls behind the loveseat. I told the female receptionist upon the hour on the first day of my stay. She came by and mentioned that she’d terminate her cleaner. I wasn’t impressed nor amused by this statement. And finally to top it all off there was no ironing board. Which literally forced me to go to my family reunion meet and greet wrinkled. I was so distraught by all of this I booked the “Tru by Hilton” I need a refund plz n thankU

Convenient location, comfortable bed, good internet. Underside of toilet seat was not cleaned from previous guests. Loud road noise could still be heard with fan set on high. Arrived at the free breakfast at 7:30am & found: 4 mini muffins, 2 slices of white bread, jam, cereal, jug of milk expired that day. I did not try the waffle maker. The juice machine didn't work. No fruit or yogurt.

Room was surface clean, but corners grungy. Breakfast was not as advertised. Very sparse

Room had a non-working fridge. Faucet in bathroom sink was difficult to fully turn off. Trash bags were accumulating under the stairwell and had signs of rodents chewing through them. These were concerns that I expect and could work around without complaining to the front desk, as I knew it was cheap motel, it was a holiday week, and I slept late anyway. Despite never talking to the front desk about these issues, on 24 December, staff made up an excuse to enter the room to look at the sink drain and then harassed me for thinking I had a dog in my room. The sink drain worked perfectly. I did not have a dog either. I had pet blankets and a travel kennel that I just did not want to keep in my car while I stayed there.

Room and shower filthy, Staff couldn't understand English, no drain plugs in sink or tub so I was unable to take a much needed and wanted bath, tub overall filthy as well as walls, towels and washcloths were filthy and I tried cleaning them but only got more filth out of them, phone didn't work, got to breakfast few minutes late and nothing was left out so I didn't receive my Free breakfast, due to misunderstanding and motel not using my pay info on file I was kicked out of my room instead of being able to lengthen my stay which left me with no ride and once again left out in the cold, no hangers in room, iron and ironing board filthy, found roach in the room, unsure whether or not my Direct Express card was charged twice as Clerk at desk didn't understand English and he never asked for my itinerary number although I tried explaining to him that I booked motel thru Expedia, did load of laundry and clothes didn't come clean in washer and the dryer left lint all over my brand new sweat jacket and sweat pants as well as other clothes and I had double checked lint filter and cleaned it off prior to starting dryer, no weather stripping around room door, felt unsafe in room as if someone was watching me and door/lock didn't tightly seal or lock, drawers in room were filthy so I couldn't even put my clothes in them until I cleaned them myself with already filthy washcloth that came with room which was when I found the roach. More things wrong with room/stay but no more room to type

I searched for HOTELS- this is a MOTEL. Room door would not close fully & security flip lock did not work. To feel safe, I had to wedge ironing board between door & desk to make sure door could not be opened x by me. Slept with screwdriver at my pillow & stayed only 1 night. Breakfast bar was A JOKE! All carbs, no egg products-very lacking in offerings. This is not a mid-range property, it is most definitely a budget motel. If you need a hotel night in Jackson - make sure you are on the 45S side of the road. I would never have booked this if the listing had said motel.

Coming to break fast. I went there at 8:00 AM, a good one hour before the close and the only thing they had was 2 types of dry cereal and waffle batter. The noise from outside was terrible because the property is right next to the highway

Those are my primary complaints. My family and I would have stayed elsewhere had we known in advance. Additional complaints include the 'fitness center' having no equipment except for 1 elliptical machine and 1 recumbant bike, half the washer and dryers were out of order, half the handles were missing from all the drawers in my room, there was exposed wiring in the wall going to the tv as well as where the smoke alarm in the ceiling was supposed to be, the bottom of the tub looked dirty, the shower walls were cracked, the shower head had either black mold or grime, staff entered my room despite my use of their 'do not disturb' door hanger and my asking the front desk staff member not to, and there were bags of garbage and broken glass under the stairs to the 2nd floor for the entirety of my stay. Attempts to speak with staff were fruitless and manager is absentee and unresponsive.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! They advertise a pool, it is not open and does not look like it has been in a while. They advertise a hot breakfast and it is cold cereal and a muffin, if you are lucky. The room was extremely run down and dirty. The bath tub was very slippery and very dangerous for older people. Room service was there once in four days. We had to go to the front desk for additional trash bags. The floor was so dirty the bottom of my socks were black! It was an incredibly horrible stay for my husband and I, and our son, who had his own room that was just as bad!!

Bed terrible, only 1 towel in room for 2 people, shower nasty and looked like mold on the shower mat, paint scraped off wall, just overall had bad dirty feeling to it.

It’s clean and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It obvious they have done some up grades…new flooring and refrigerators and TV’s. But there are globs of paint in the sink and some of the towels need to be bleached. The iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are old and badly rusted. But. It is a smoking room and that’s hard to find.

Dated property rooms are clean easy off 40 seems to be safe a lot going on around the area a bed and shower for a good price

The door security latch was broken. Could only lock door with deadbolt. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was nice and friendly at check in.

I don't know how many chargers they have on the premises. But I saw a Tesla being charged in the back parking lot. You may want to inquire about it.

The staff are super friendly, and they do their best to accommodate everyone and their needs. The rooms are being upgraded on a consistent basis when vacancies allow. So, be aware that there may be some construction work going on during the day. (Saws, drilling, demo, etc…)

Always a pleasure to stay here. Safe, clean, friendly, and has everything you'll need close by. You get what you pay and won't be disappointed here. Had multiple stays over time this year and never had an issue once. Honestly would give it 10 stars if the scale went that high but 5 is high as it goes so I'll give it a 6. Honestly.

Our room was quite dirty: mold on the bathroom ceiling, dirty tub, dusty AC vents, cigarette burns on the bed sheets and pillow cases that were used. When we asked for new bed sheets and pillow cases, the rep seems rude and annoyed. Terrible experience!

Very disappointed in this stay. Had my reservation not been nonrefundable I would not have stayed the 2nd night. Will not be staying at an Econo Lodge again.

Door to room didnt close all the way, furniture was old and stained, outlets were missing covers, holes in walls, and pillows were stained yellow. Went back to lobby and attendant was "away" for 15-20 minutes at start of check in time. Refused to give refund, gave another dirty room, DO NOT STAY HERE

Couch in room was very dirty, and old, The fact that it was old was an issue but was terribly worn and dirty - we didn’t use or sit anything on it.

One young man at the front desk at night was cordial yet EVERY OTHER STAFF from front desk and especially housekeeping was rude, racist, and highly condescending with total disregard of wheelchair users. They refused to clean the room, dispose of trash (room and property),change sheets nor provide clean towels for 4 days! Yet lied and marked that it was done. I attempted to reason with management to no avail only to be yelled at and insulted. I requested a 1 hour late checkout. They offered 4pm which i declined as i only needed less than 1 hour only to be met with house keeping at the door demanding $50 telling me i have packages from Walmart that u need to come to the front to get now or they will their in the garbage. Mind you that i do not shop there. Overall folks avoid this property at all costs, you will be more comfortable at a homeless rescue mission.

My preferred stay choice in the area. Road noise but that can't be helped being next to a highway. No roaches here at all. Every other place in the area has a roach problem but i never see one here. Also very friendly towards my service dog. Definitely would and will recommend for a overnight or few day stay. 100%

The bathroom door was so damaged it wouldn't close; the "hot breakfast" consisted of white bread for toast -no butter; the coffee was awful! It was clearly yesterday's coffee rerun through yesterday's coffee grounds. Staff was not really responsive

I've told you people what happened I called you and told you that they took me out of my room and stop my card from working in my door because they clean my room I've told you this so I've turned it over to everybody better Business bureau the main economic Lodge company the 1-800 customer service I want my $83 back and I've turned it over to my credit card company and they're working on it this is not Cool by me I go to the hospital to get an MRI and I come back can't get in my room you people you don't treat people seniors like that whoever else I can tell trust me

Professional, clean, and friendly. Honestly the only Hotel I would recommend for a stay in the Casey Jones area.

I was at this location no more than 20-30 mins inside the room, looking throughout the room and inspecting it. Half of that time, I was searching for another place to stay. As soon as my son and I walked into the room, it greeted us with the smell of cigarette smoke, and it was downhill from there. Stains on the toilet, spots on the bed, bathtub was filthy, and the pictures will show exactly what we walked into. I kindly asked the receptionist for a refund because i didn't feel comfortable sleeping at this place at all, especially with my child. Oh, but of course, she refused to give me a refund stating that we used the room because the sheet was pulled back to inspect it. So by all means please pay the extra money and choose somewhere else to stay if you are visiting this area. They deserve an absolute 0

First off, roaches. The pillow cases were stained. No smoke detector, and the shower, well, the photos will speak for themselves. It was stormy, and water was coming in the room from the gaps at the bottom of the door.

The front desk staff were nice but everything was extremely dirty and broken. The chair had stains. The nonsmoking room smelled heavily of smoke with cigarette burns in the comforter. It was terrible.

The hot water is not very hot no matter how long it runs. The tv picture is grainy on all channels. The hair drier/outlet didnt work. There was hair on the shower wall and on the bed. The bathroom needs updated in every sense of the word.

Check in was without any problems and they had a handicap room for the wife. Did not notice the view .. all we wanted was some sleep after driving almost 600 miles that day. The one thing i did notice was the 3 police cars that showed up minutes after we checked in.

There was a roach walking around the room, the shower was disgusting, cracked and not cleaned, the front desk person took someone else before me although he saw me come up to the counter and then the couple came in after I was already waiting for him to go back behind the counter. Just disgusting.

This hotel was not a good experience with terrible breakfast all they had to eat was soggy waffles that made me sick and store bought powdered donuts . The front desk lady was extremely rude the floor was extremely filthy the bathroom had mold and rust and the bedsheets had cigar burns inside while the bathing towels had brown spots inside and there was active shooting in the middle of the night . There website also mentioned them having a gym and they didn’t even have one .

The property doesnt clean the rooms everyday. We have to grab our own new Towels from reception. Breakfast was ok for grab and go. Location is close to everything dining, bars, hwy. The front desk gave us a hard time checking in because I had called the day PRIOR that i was going to check in LATE after midnight because my flight is arriving at 1130 from Nashville. My flight got delayed and ended up getting to the hotel passed 4am. They were calling to tell me id risk losing my reservation if i dont get there soon. Close to 5am i was too tired to deal with their BS luckily they still honored my reservation but didnt need the hassle. This place is very conveniently located near many restaurants and clubs. But can be a little more cleaner with the suites.

The staff was nice but the beds and bathroom was dirty I had to switch rooms 3 times. The showers was extremely dirty and it was hair and stains on the bed from the previous person that was in the rooms 2 of the rooms I was in the door either wouldn’t close of lock from the inside or out

We arrived at 2 am to find out there were no towels, bathmat, or wash clothes. We tried calling front desk to get some noone never answered. We said screw it and just went to sleep. Woke up at 6 tried calling again to get towel. Still no answer. I walked over to the office to get towels and everything else. Male front dresk guy sat there and argued with me for 5 mins saying there are towels in the room. Then proceeded to ask me 5 times to follow me back to the room to see if there are towels. Told him no every time husband is asleep in the room.

Because the building was located on a busy hwy the noise and the vibration from the heavy trucks made the entire place unacceptable. There were also bugs (cockroaches) in the room. Gross. I could not stay in that place and ended up sleeping in my car. Awful night! They would not refund the money paid for the room. I was only there for 1 1/2 hours.

Right off highway, it was good passby one night stay

The first room non-smoking room were were given smelled of smoke. The second had cigarette burns on the bed spread and toilet seat, the outlets showed signs of previous electric bursts, and the couch and bathtub were covered in stains. Had we not already paid and driven 12 hours earlier that day, I would have chosen to not stay there. The fifteen dollar per deposit was also not clear at the time of reservation but I take fault with Expedia for that.

Bed could be more comfortable. A little lumpy. But for the price, doable. No complaints.
