It was convenient for our travels. The bathroom was very stingy with space. The supplies to make coffee were not restocked, so no hot cups.

The staff was nice and the room was a fine clean and the mattress was comfortable.good value for one night .

We felt safe, enjoyed our stay and the bed was comfortable. Price!

It was clean. It was very well kept. The heat from the heater made it cozy in there. There were several outlets to plug in our gadgets. Housekeeping was helpful. I didn't like that certain channels would not show clearly. "TVland" had all the good and funny shows that I liked. Most of the time it would just go to a black screen with sound or black out completely without sound. I didn't like the thin pillows. I stayed at another "Choices" Hotel and their pillows were plush. The Wi-Fi provided didn't help on any internet searches and would just go blank or load for a long time.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like When we first checked in and went to our room, the room key did not work because the key reader on the door needed replaced. So, because I was there for work and needed to get to work, it was a real inconvenience.

Outside well kept inside not too bad way too small bathroom unbelievably small never had enough clean towels always had to get them no hand soap or shampoo refrigerator stayed warm to where our fruit spoiled Put it all under first one

I wouldn’t say the stay was great but okay. The room was clean. The only person I saw was the clerk who checked me in. The breakfast was substandard compared to what I usually get from a hotel whose cost was comparable to this hotel. I hoped to have a hot breakfast (eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits gravy..etc) but that was not the case.

Would have rated them higher but they put someone with screaming kids right next to us.

IT WAS GOOD AND LOCATION WAS GREAT

I made the reservation while traveling and close to midnight. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. I called out and banged on the locked door for over 10 minutes and no one answered. I then called the front desk number several times and no answer. We ended up leaving and making a reservation elsewhere. I will be seeking a refund.

It's ok for the price

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable with exception of pillows. We had a very short stay, only about 7 hours, room was acceptably clean. facilities seemed a little run down but for the price and the length of stay i cannot really complain

The room was clean but the chair, sink faucet and towel rack were broken. The pool didn’t look really clean but there was someone cleaning it the next morning. The bed was comfortable.

The decor of the room was nice and had all the amenities that we needed. I arrived at his hotel at 2:00, with check in at 3:00. Three cars were in the parking lot, and I asked the clerk if we could check in. He said he would have to charge me an early check in fee for 1 hour. Upon checking in at three, mistakes were in billing my credit card and I still have two extra room charges that are still on my charge card, that they say will come off. They refused to admit it was their mistake. When entering my room, a large spider around the size of a quarter ran across my bed and after killing it, took it to front desk. The bed was on a metal frame and every time you got out of the bed, it made a lot noise and woke my wife multiple times. The comfort of the bed was reasonable, but the tiny, tiny pillows were a disappointment. Breakfast was OK, very minimal but adequate.

We were traveling with our dog and spent. Night at the Quality Inn. The staff were very nice checking in. We had a room on the first floor with a door to the outside which was very convenient to take the dog outside. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit worn. The continental breakfast was the usual fare so you could find something to eat. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would stay here gain.

The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean. Loved our room… clean and spacious! A lot of room for us and our fur baby Buddy. Enjoyed our free breakfast too! Will definitely return and recommend this hotel to others!!!

My stay was decent until the 2nd morning, I woke up to an ant infestation in my room.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and we keep coming back the smoking rooms are a plus and we also have a very good time

Room was a little on the older side, but clean. The bed was comfortable. We were able to stay on the 1st floor so unloading and reloading our car was very easy.

Like other chains of this type, the building is a little tired but the staff was helpful, the room was clean and the bedding as well as bed itself were quite comfortable.

The front desk associate was really nice, it was easy to get to our rooms and they had an elevator to use. In the room it was really clean, the shower had really good water pressure and got hot, however the bath stopper didn't work and the bed was extremely hard. Breakfast was disappointing because I picked this hotel specifically because of other reviews about breakfast being great. They had cereal (crappy bland cereal), oatmeal packets, waffles, and Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches they you had to microwave. The waffle syrup is probably the worst syrup I've ever tasted in my life and I use Great value syrup.

All in all my stay was good I was looking for an indoor hotel because a lot of the other hotels had outdoor entrances and I've had bad experience with that. The hallway was dirty and there was trash in the hallway. The elevator had a smell in it. But the room itself was clean the bed was comfortable and the TV accommodations were great. All in all if you stay here I think you'll be pretty satisfied being that it's not the most expensive hotel in the area but it is pricey for that area.

My recent stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great with restaurants close by.

Clean the vent in the bathroom. It’s very dirty Sweep the breezeway around the stairs.

The bathrom wasn't clean. The tub was clogged up. I cleaned the bathroom and fixed the tub myself. I did notify the people at the front desk.

Never even checked in. The desk clerk cancelled our reservation even though we were standing right in front of her. I told her she was rude, told my husband, no wonder the reviews were so bad. She said, you dont have to stay here. I've cancelled you.

The 2nd issue was the sheets an blanket felt like laying in plastic, I actually went out to my car to bri g in my own blanket to lay on because i could not stop the sticky plastic feel any other way.

Pick this hotel. It’s in a nicer area than some. The front desk girl was super sweet. Room was clean. Didn’t disappoint as Quality Inn is a consistent, nice, mid-range hotel. My dog liked it too.

The room was humid and musty. I don’t think the air conditioning was working properly.

While the office staff was nice, the room was quite dirty, and reeked of smoke. Cigarette burn on the bed linen, and stains on the chair. We didn’t stay.

The hotel is old. Smelled old. Put dryer sheets in the ac vents. The mattress smelled like urine. I slept on top of the covers after spraying with perfume. Towels and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping did the best with what they had to work with.

The property was a good value for our short stay. Overall the area felt safe, there was some road noise at night but nothing too crazy. The grounds were clean and well kept. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was reasonably good. The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing against Quality Inn. Love my stay!!! My problem is with Hotel.com. Had to book a room twice because they won't change the room date after I caught my mistake second after receiving my conformation receipt. No phone # to get help from hotel. I was at the hotel trying to get help from hotel.com. It was frustrating because they blame the hotel but it all a run around. I AM A VICTIM!!!! I LOST OVER $135 BECAUSE OF POLICY. IT NOT RIGHT!!!! SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!! I WILL NEVER USE HOTEL.COM AGAIN!!!!

My wife and i along with our service dogs stayed two nights at this hotel. When we arrived, the front desk lady was asking all sorts of questions about our service animals, seemingly acting like we were lying about them. When we checked out, they wouldnt release our deposit, claiming the dogs had made spots on the floor that had to be cleaned, which was not the case. We had taken pictures of the room prior to departure as this has happened before. They took our $100 deposit and then took another $50 off of my card without my consent. This is against the law and there should be criminal charges filed.

Our stay was perfect. Our room was very clean and the front desk was very helpful in answering questions and making check-in and check-out a breeze.

I liked that it was the only property that had rooms for a last minute reservation. I did not like that when I arrived my room had stained or I cleaned sheets which was not good. However I called front desk and got moved right away. The place is in need of remodel because it’s super old and a lot of deterioration. It gave me a bit of the creeps that it was dirty and I honestly stayed because there’s was nothing else available.

The room was on the small side, and the breakfast was barely... breakfast. But, enough to get your day going.

If the heater was on or off it had a steady flow of very cold air coming through. When I ran the shower rust came out of the faucet, it did clear but it was disturbing to see. The third floor had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no food variety on waffles or toast. The apple juice was water. This was not worth $100, I will be requesting my money back.

It was very run down. Def not worth what we paid. We will spend the extra $30 next time. The room smelled bad, the bathroom door wouldn’t click shut, overall seedy atmosphere. The shower was a joke.

Certainly a nice enough hotel. It's got a few years on it, but it's been updated, everything in our room worked just fine, nice hot shower, comfortable bed.

It was quiet but there was no front desk staff to check out in the morning and in the room there were cigarette burns all over the comforter and the shower had short dark hairs from previous people so I am not confident with the cleanliness of the room

Room small but bed comfortable

Shower curtain was very old. The beds were hard and not comfortable. The only thing for breakfast was waffles. No eggs, sausage or anything you would call breakfast. The apple juice was very watered down.

While checking in we specifically asked for if they had eggs in their free breakfast ...they said yes, and it turned out their breakast is lousy....should have just booked elsewhere.

The young woman at the front desk was wonderful although her computer wasn’t working but she did the best she could checking us in. The breakfast consisted of waffles, yogurt, toast and weak orange juice. For the dollar price of the hotel we are used to, this hotel should be priced much lower. The best thing was that is is located within walking distance to a restaurant called Redbones which was absolutely a fun atmosphere and the food was great.

Room was clean and reasonably updated for the price and a good nights sleep on the road. Bed was comfortable and blackout blinds were great. I slept so good I missed breakfast that ended at 9.

The receptionist was dressed sloppy, had he baby on the desk behind the counter and chatting with, a man, I presume was her husband. The initial appearance was dirty, unkept, and non inviting. They asked for my credit card and I asked why, they wanted a $100 security deposit, which they took out and still has not refunded to my account as of yet. Saying it would take 5 business days. The refrigerator didn't work, the microwave wouldn't reset the timer.

Hotel is very run down and needs upgrades. Hotel.com said it was pet friendly but sign on door said NO PETS. We did take our little dog in and nothing was said but she wasn’t seen by anyone either. Not much QUALITY for the price! Photos are VERY deceiving!
