I was amazed of the size of the room. It was really spacious. Staff was helpful for whatever I needed. The check in process was fast and easy. For a quick weekend stay I would stay again.

The room was a good size. The beds were comfortable. There were a lot of stains on the sofa bed and mattress so we did not use it. The breakfast was good - eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy in addition to the standard breakfast items.

Very spacious room. The pull out bed on the couch was not very clean. The air conditioner was very musty but overall night hotel for the price. Breakfast was very good too. I would stay again...

Room smelled a little musty, A/C fan is a bit loud (as are most hotel room A/C’s), bad odor coming from the bathroom sink. Other than that it was fine.

Was here overnight. Perfect distance from the airport. The area has a lot to offer…food, shopping…etc. The staff was kind and helpful. The property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are modernized. The only downfall to the room was that the curtains, at least in my room, were not able to slide shut.

Clean room, good breakfast, lots of convenient stores and restaurants around. This is our overnight stop when traveling thru FL.

The room did not have black out curtains just some light see-thru curtains. It was hard to sleep with all of the light coming in from the parking lot and I felt everyone could see into my 1st floor room. Breakfast was extensive but none of it tasted that great (cold eggs, cold sausage patties, etc.)

Took a shower and realized that there was 2 shampoos and no conditioner... tried to dry my hair before bed and the hair dryer wouldn't work! Had to go to bed with a wet head. Bed was very uncomfortable and the A/C was so loud even when not blowing neither of us could sleep. Will be staying elsewhere next time through.

Loved the location and shuttle service. There was a squished bug or something near the top of the shower. Breakfast was mediocre- not great, not bad, no giant complaints but I’d expect a bit more at the price I paid. It also just seemed like an older hotel, which is fine but again I then felt the price was a bit high.

I was impressed with the helpful staff in arranging the airport shuttle and in keeping the property/rooms clean and spacious. Property is closely located to food and conveniences and very close to airport, but not noisy. Breakfast is basic and practical. A good choice for those aware of budget without losing services that fulfill your needs.

I will never forget the smell. It smelled awful in the room, like vinegar, not sure what it was. On top of it cigarette smell too. I woke up middle of the night with a headache from the smells. Shampoo bottle was half used. We would’ve gone somewhere else but it was very late at night, our child was sleeping. We just needed to make it through the night. I would never stay there again. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. They need to do better and time to renovate, especially for the prices.

Room was clean which was great but the bed pillows were the size of throw pillows and very flat.

I did see a roach in the bathroom and I had to kill it. I don't like those crawling things.

We stayed in this hotel the night before and the night after our cruise. The shuttle the hotel uses does not run 24/7. We almost missed our 5:30 am flight because we were counting on the shuttle. We were in the hotel lobby before 4 am. The shuttle picked us up around 4:15 am but then made other stops and we didn't get to the hotel until 4:41 am and our flight left at 5:30 am. Luckily we made it through security and our gate wasn't too far as they were near the end of boarding as we made it there. I would not take the shuttle for early departures.

The room was very clean. My roommate said her bed was very uncomfortable. Mine was fine, however we'd had a super long day with cancelled flights so maybe I was too tired to notice! We left before the breakfast opened.

We needed a place to stay in order to catch an early flight. This was perfect. Reasonably priced, clean room, 24 hour staff at front desk, good AC, close to stores anbd restaurants, and easy access to our room. Would definitely stay again.

There was NO airport shuttle! It's the whole reason I booked at this hotel. They then REFUSED a refund so I could book elsewhere. It cost me almost $60 in Uber fees!

Informed the front desk that my safe did not work, she asked "if I needed a safe" I explained that I wanted to secure my passport and valuables, her response was," does the lock on the door work?, and we are going to get rid of those safes anyway,and it's a very safe area". During the snow storm we got stranded in phoenix and we were heading to Jacksonville. We accidently mad a reservation at this hotel in Jacksonville. Tried to immediately cancel and they denied the cancellation. Not happy at all.

The room was was clean and comfortable. Only problem was shower has a constant leak. Staff was was professional and nice. A few lighting issues on the outside of building.

I asked for a room on the first floor but didn't know it was handicap accessible didn't enjoy the shower much water got everywhere

Overall nice hotel in a good location near a few food places. Shuttle was prompt and was also available for a fee for transport to the cruiseport. My only issue was not being able to check-in before 2pm, when the booking on Hotels.com CLEARLY stated that the price we paid qualified for early check in. I've never in all of my travels been denied checking in at a hotel at least 30-60 minutes early

Check in and out was super quick and easy and the room was very affordable with no hidden fees. My only complaint is the room had a very weird smell like it was stale. With that being said the room was very clean and the bed and pillow were super comfortable.

Property seems to be in a not super nice area of town. Hotel is older and run down. Our first room had leaking water. Breakfast was subpar.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The only issue I had was the stained pillow cases and fitted sheet. Though they were washed, the stains were visible.

Beat-up hotel with a slap of new paint here and there. Room smelled like a former smoking room. Its saving grace were a couple small windows that could be opened to let the air in, only one still having a net. Only good thing was the breakfast bar, which was very tidy and well-organized. Given a choice, I wouldn't stay here again.

Airport shuttle was quick coming and going. The girl working the front desk when we arrived at midnight and was still there the next morning when we checked out was very sweet and helpful and she went above and beyond for us.

Barking dogs throughout the night, no water pressure in the shower, pillows needed to be retired and replaced, AC cycled on and off constantly front desk, staff tried to be as accommodating as possible price and location was good

Our bathroom had cockroaches that we found in the middle of the night. So disgusting! The hairdryer did not work. The traffic could be heard from our room. There were two guys sitting outside next to their car right outside our hotel window. They had the music cranked up in their car, they were vaping and intimidating. I have no idea why the hotel staff would allow them to do that there. If I had pulled into the parking lot to inquire about a room, I would’ve turned around and left because of their presence.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is dated with popcorn ceilings and the room had a little bit of a musty odor, like older hotels in a high humidity tend to have. The pillows were too hard. Fine for a one night stay by the airport!

This particular hotel was absolutely a GHETTO hotel, I was not pleased with at all. They advertise suites on their site which was not true. Their machines were broke and it was noise up above my room for 5 hours. Will not be staying here.

Ok. Nothing special. Only one person working on this Friday afternoon. Nothing to eat/snacks. Even vending machines are out of order. Only thing they had were cheap fudge cicles- for $3.50 ea!!

This place is so nasty and had plug in for covering up smells. This plug in has toxic chemicals and the smell was so strong I couldn’t breathe. Our room had no light blocking shade, so I felt I was exposed to all and could not sleep due to parking light shining into room! It was terrible night!

I recently stayed at Comfort Inn & Suites near Jacksonville Airport with my family. The location is super convenient—surrounded by other hotels and restaurants, and everything was within walking distance, which made things easy with small kids in tow. We booked through Expedia, which ended up being a bit pricey compared to what my mom paid for the same dates—her rate was about $200 less. When I asked the front desk if anything could be adjusted, I was told nothing could be done since the booking was made through a third party, which was a bit frustrating. When we arrived, the first room we were given was a bit rough: the couch had noticeable stains, and one of the queen beds had the mattress and box spring directly on the floor. Definitely not ideal for a family. However, the front desk staff was very responsive and immediately moved us to a much better room that was more in line with what we expected. Despite the rocky start, we ended up enjoying our stay. The staff was truly pleasant and respectful throughout. If you’re looking for a convenient place near the airport with helpful service, this is a solid option—just double-check your booking rates!

The property was run down, had tons of areas that looked like they were attempting to renovate but stopped. The rooms smelled, and the breakfast had almost nothing. I don’t feel like the price I paid was worth what I paid for. With that said, it served its purpose.

I liked that my husband and I were able to check in a little earlier. However, upon entering our room it had a very musty smoky smell, mind you we had booked a smoke free room. Our bed was uncomfortable, did not get a good nights rest. The breakfast was nothing to talk about. Don’t waist your money!

This is supposed to be a "nonsmoking" hotel; however, 3rd floor hallway full of cigarette smoke. Also my room had large red stains on carpet. I left after 5 hours.

arrived late and tired and only wanted to sleep for 5-6 hours before hitting the road again for another full day. For some reason they had me in a handicapped room. It was clean but large puddle in the bathroom. Back to reception desk. Another room, this time clean dry and quiet. Furniture were very used but I got my sleep in. I left before breakfast so I can’t review on that. Not my first choice of overnight stays but I would go back, if I had to.

The machines in the exercise room were a little rickety. The breakfast was ok. The area surrounding it was nice and there was shopping and restaurants close by. It is very close to the airport.

Just spent one night here due to an early flight. Very convenient for car rental drop off and getting on airplane. Had several nice food option nearby.

It wasn't a bad experience but they called me about an hour before check in to tell me they over booked the hotel, lucky only one of our rooms had to be changed and still fit all of us. But with that, it had to be smoking rooms and we aren't smokers.

Whole hotel smells like smoke. There are numerous stains all over the floor, and the tub is disgusting.

Room looked clean except for an old coffee pack still in the coffeemaker, but the room smelled horrible. Went to the front desk to make sure I wouldn't be charged for the marijuana smell. They had no deodorizer. Next morning for breakfast they had no water, water fountain by bathroom was dirty, $2 for water at the front desk, no creamer for coffee, no sugar substitute.

We stayed in a different Comfort Inn that was fantastic, so were expecting the same. This one wasn't bad, but it had a funny smell to it that made us think people were not obeying the No Smoking signs. There were also No Pets signs everywhere, yet when waiting for the elevator, a woman came out of her room with a massive, very poorly behaved dog. Our room smelled bad too, but luckily we happened to have a can of air freshener in our car. The breakfast was what we were expecting though, and it was conveniently located next to a couple restaurants, which was good since we couldn't find a room service menu in the room.

I found three live roaches in the first room. I found another live roach the following morning in the second room. Truly gross. There is also a strong smell of a mix of air freshener and pot. I would avoid this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. Con’s The breakfast was bare bones and I like my coffee with sugar-free sweetener which they did not have. Handle on shower door was falling off. Desk clerk barely spoke English. Someone in the hallway yelling at 3AM interrupted our sleep.

This property was reasonably priced, quiet, very clean and had a nice breakfast with choices like waffles, omelets, sausages, biscuits, hard boiled eggs, cereals, and various breads, including bagels. Also offered apples. Choice of apple or orange juice. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was nice Nick was very welcoming and let us check in early. Room was spacious only complaints were the hair in the bed, stained carpet and vending machines. Luckily there are stores within walking distance. Hotel was safe secure and quiet. A hotel renovation would definitely make this comfort inn more comfortable

I really enjoyed my stay there but I did run into a small problem my room key won't work the housekeeper key wouldn't work so they switched me to a different room the door key worked but the door kept sticking so I had to football 🏈 tackle the door 🚪 just to get inside each time I left and came back

Curtains could not be closed, so light streamed into the room all night. Sink faucet in bathroom leaked, water standing on countertop. Bed was okay, but felt sticky, either because sheets weren't clean or room humidity, not sure which. We got so little sleep that we left after one night even though we had paid for the second. The reviews on hotels.com are usually reliable, but this was a serious miss. It'll be a long time before I trust hotels.com reviews again. This hotel was rated 8.4, I would rate it about 3.4.

We arrived at the hotel around midnight and checked in. The woman insisted on checking in another customer behind us before escorting us to our room to manually unlock it. We got there and as she was trying to get in, a voice from inside got upset that someone was trying to get into her room while she was sleeping. We then went back to the desk and were assigned another room. We got to the room and it was one bed, I booked two wheels for two adult men. I went back to the desk, now a little upset. We were now assigned a third room, after being told I need to learn how to be patient. Finally after 30 minutes or so we arrived at a room that smells horrible, was about 80 degrees and had stains on the carpet and furniture. BIG mistake booking here. Enjoy my money, never again!!

I have stayed here about 4 times so far and this last was the only time I had issues with the room. No ice bucket but got one from front deck. The toilet paper holder wouldn't stay on. The hair dryer didn't work. I think they forgot about room 205.

Made a reservation days prior to a hurricane impacting my area. I had plenty of options at the time of places to stay and chose this hotel. They called me the day we were evacuating while we were in the car driving there, 2 hrs away, to tell me they were overbooked. A large group that had been staying there decided that day to extend their stay. I made my reservation before they decided to extend their stay, yet mine gets canceled. I was furious and this added so much more stress to an already stressful time. There were no other hotels left in the area for us to stay at because they canceled on me with such short notice 2 days before a major hurricane. I had prepared well in advance to ensure we had a comfortable place to go, then they do that to me!

Not again. Woke up middle of the night itching to found bedbugs in our beds. Got moved to a room which had an air circulator fan and smelled moldy. By 2:39 in the morning we got moved to a more normal room.

This was a quick overnight stay after flying into Jacksonville airport. It is very convenient to the airport and surprisingly didn't have aircraft flying over all night. Which is often a tradeoff for hotels so close to airport. Staff was very kind and helpful at checkin/checkout as well as a question I had. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Hotel shows a little age on it but not terribly dated as some can be. Only slight knock on the room was (as is often the case) the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable for anyone larger than a small child. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so can't speak to it's offerings or quality. Overall, a great place to get a night's sleep on your way to or from the airport.
