    I DIDNT GET ROBBED RENTED 2 ROOMS IN MY KING ROOM THERE WERE LIGHT BULBS MISSING IT HAD BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM AND THE FRIDGE DIDNT WORK. IN THE SECOND ROOM THERE WAS ONE PILLOW ON EACH BED AND LOTS OF BLACK MOLD IN THERE BATHROOM.

    bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival. Checking in was easy and the guy at the desk was nice and easy to understand. The service part was not great. Clean towels and wash clothes were not available. Trash cans outside were over run so we couldnt even take our own trash out. After work we tried to get clean towels and wash clothes but were told laundry was closed and we couldnt get any. had to go to walmart and buy my own. People smoking marijuana outside of my room out in the public smelling up the place. Cigerrette butts everywhere on the ground.

    The person at check-in was nice and helpful. The location was good with a mall a short distance away. The rooms were a bit rundown and the breakfast ended very early and wasn’t as advertised. Just dry cereal, toast and maybe DIY waffles. It closed before I was able to get something to eat. The staff told me the new owner had significantly reduced the breakfast from hot to not.

    The first room they tried to give us was absolutely ridden with mold, it was everywhere–the floors, walls, ceiling, the couch, bedsheets and pillow cases and even the lampshades! It was terrible! The staff member wasn't rude but he didn't have much to say when we told him that we couldn't stay in that room, just just took our key card back and reassigned us a different room. The second one appeared clean, but after seeing that first room I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed.

    the location was very convenient to where I needed to be. I think the breakfast could have been better, it was nice having variety. I didn't like Breakfast, the beds, our shower was disgusting it had a dirty moldy rusty ring around the shower handle and drain. the rooms smelled musky and damp without the air conditioning running.

    Noisy area on back side of hotel.... Rooms are all exterior entrance from parking lot, which I liked. Other guest outside on sidewalk at their own rooms, talking loud, smoking. Kids outside playing running up/down stairs for a while. Once every one settled down and returned to their rooms....peaceful sleep. (Unknown if this is an isolated incident for hotel, this happened during my stay). Also noteworthy... My original room was on front side of hotel. I was relocated upon requesting a handicap parking. The only available spaces were on the back side of hotel. I appreciated the accommodation of the handicap parking.

    After i spoke with the front desk i made my reservation and PAID FOR IT. AFTER THAT I RECEIVED AN EMAIL NOTIFYING ME IF A 100$ DEPOSIT. I WAS STANDING IN THE OFFICE AND I DISCUSSED THE CHECK IN WITH THE OFFICE PERSONNEL. HE THEN TOLD ME EVEN THOUGH HE SET TO GO ONLINE AND BOOK THE RESERVATION THAT I COULD NOT CHECK-IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING. UH, SORRY AFTERNOON AT 3 AND I SAID, OKAY, HOW MUCH WOULD IT BE TO CHECK-IN NOW? HE FIRST TELLS ME $30, SO I SAID OKAY, I'LL PAY THAT SO I CAN CHECK-IN NOW. WE GO TO FILL ANOTHER PAPERWORK. AND YEAH, HIS BOSS WALKS BY, HE SAYS SOMETHING TO HIM, AND THEN HE SAYS TO ME, OH, I'M SORRY, MA'AM, I CAN'T OFFER YOU THAT DISCOUNT. YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY THE FULL 85 TO CHECK-IN. NOW.     Week long trip and this was the best out of the 5 hotels I stayed at. Just after a hurricane, so concessions should be made. Popcorn ceiling was flaking off. TV was busted and the remote was sticky. Stains on the lounge chair. No trash can in the room. The bed was SUPER comfortable and I got a great night's sleep. The hotel was quite, as well. Hot breakfast was appreciated.

    My dog sleeps on a cleaner bed than the couch at the hotel room. I had to ask for a white sheet to cover it up before I could sit on it. The comforter also had stains, and I had to ask for a replacement. Police were there when I was checking in. Strong smell of week outside our door at 3am.

    I cant rate this hotel because i didnt actually get to stay here. I booked online with the pay at hotel option and upon arrival they would not except any form of payment i had, cash, cash app card, and a load able visa card. And i wasnt able to cancel my reservation thru the hotel i had to go thru Expedia and they told me since i didn't cancel by the time and date that was stated that i would be charged for at least one night. And i asked but how will you charge me since the card i used to reserve was one the hotel didnt except. And i was told they would charge the card i used. Ok you can use that card to charge me for not staying there but you cant use the same card to actually let me stay there? So they tell me a representative would contact me 48/72 hours. And so far no one has contacted me. But they did try and charge my card but i have it locked to prevent it. But i ended up staying at Laquinta that was closer to where i needed to be and cheaper and they excepted my form of payment.

    This was the worst hotel that I've ever stayed at. I would not recommend anyone stay here. They advertise a pool and then have a sign that says "Danger, pool closed". The room next to us blasted music at 2:30am during their showers that kept me awake for an hour. We think that there were some kind of bug in the bedding. Both my husband and son had bites on their legs after leaving. I didn't only because I brought my own blanket.

    The hotel was convenient for my kids and I to stay in during our road trip. The beds needed some dusting before we could lie down as there was debris and hair on them. We could find the staff in to ask where the ice machine was. The breakfast was also missing some items and we were there first thing as we wanted to get back on the road. You get what you pay for so a bargain price gets you a bargain nights sleep.

    I would like to write this review hoping the manager will see it. I stayed this weekend here at developer inn and suites for my birthday… I was accused of smoking in my room and won’t get my deposit back because of it. When in reality if they looked on the cameras I left my room and smoked on the balcony and at the designated smoking area. I did not smoke in my room and I won’t be coming back to this place if I don’t have it settled Monday morning. Because it was my birthday I was not disrespectful and I am a smoker but I didn’t smoke in my room. There was a cigarette butt on the floor in my room which more than likely fell out of my pocket before we left. I knew this was a job smoking room and did not smoke in it. Very disappointed with this place.

    I got scammed out of my security deposit. I called the bank and they said they see where the money was taken, but they don’t see any traces of it being put back and I was short at the front desk by a beautiful young woman that I will get my deposit back the same day check out. now I’m back home. It’s been over the weekend today’s a business day and I have no deposit and they won’t answer the phone.

    It’s difficult to get to the property with all the construction. Property is dated. Pillows were horrendous. Toilet was clogged. The young person at the desk when I turned my key in didnt seem to really care.

    The hotel is very clean, bedding nice and crisp l, king bed very very comfortable. However the staff are outstanding. We woke up with a severe mechanical problem with our Mercedes. Rashmi, the young lady at the front desk went above and beyond d to assist us with our problem. We can not thank her enough for helping us out in a very difficult position. We will stop here whenever passing through Jacksonville.

    Check in guy was super nice! Cleaning guy did NOT speak English! Pool was CLOSED! We stayed at this location just FORE the POOL. You need to change your website that it is closed.

    The front desk gentlemen was friendly and understanding. Now the hotel itself…. Horrible. First room we had, smelled horrible and the sheets were stained. The second room, smelled clean but had roaches, the mattress bed frame was sticking out, scratched my ankle with it. The fridge almost fell forward when tried to open it. It was just the worst. Never again.

    The room was not as clean as I would have expected. The staff was nice.The breakfast was not good at all the eggs and sausage was burnt. The sheets towels and wash clothes had suspicious stains. There was not enough toiletries or wash clothes.

    I was given a room far from the office. The parking lot was empty so i didn't get the feeling it was full. The bathroom had two big brown spots on the showe wall where handles must have been. No coffee maker. The bed only small 10x10 cushions in pillow cases, so no real bed pillows. I didn't feel particularly safe as a single woman traveling.

    We would had rated this hotel with 3stars, the room was clean but the smell of bleach in the bedroom was too strong, the A.C. was too loud the property conditions was poor. It is overpriced.
