Air Conditioning was in a place that kept the curtains blowing open. Curtain was broken when I got there and I asked a staff member to hang it better.no toilet paper holder no soap dish flooring was buckled hole in the wall in the dressing area mattress wasn’t super comfortable floors were dirty.

The foundation of the wall was either being repaired or needed to be. The t.v remote wasn't working. there was no way an no one to help with fixing the problem until the next day .Canvas picture hanging fell off the wall onto the bed . No real breakfast.. The owners were extremely nice and didn't avoid me when letting them know of the issues. They did say someone would be available to help the next day... Look for they length i was there and for what I paid what can you say.. If your with your family i wouldnt recommend it But if your flying solo or there for only a few hours not a bad price.. You get what you pay for. And Pictures they due lie... I would definitely have some if you can go To your arriving stay look it over before you ever purchase anything.. just saying.

No breakfast. No coffee. Crayon marker everywhere in room and it said no smoking but our room reaked of cig smoke. There were butts by the bed and shower was dirty and only 2 towels. Was charged a pet fee and didnt have a dog. Refused to give refund

Hotel is run down. Needs to be CLOSED DOWN. Rooms, bedding, towels, bathroom, furniture all dirty. Blinds has holes in sectio and No curtains in the room I was given. Flipped switch to turn on lights to enter room, lamp caught on fire. LOOKED AT 3 DIFFERENT ROOMS. ALL TERRIBLE! DID NOT STAY!!! The only positive thing about hotel is the pleasant lady at walk up side window.

This property has bugs all over the room. Hair in the drains, used soap bars still in the shower. Meth head and hookers, homeless people outside all hours. I booked 2 nights and didn’t even sleep in the facility. Absolutely Horrible! Has a non refund policy after 10 mins of paying. Do not book, property should be closed down. I will not revise my words because you don’t like them.

Stinky shower water, bugs crawling near doors and in the bathroom, noisy environment surrounding, main light doesn’t work in room 109, decent service although took 15 min of checking IDs just to get in.

Dead roaches smashed on the walls and live ones in the bathroom, filthy microwave.

JR the maintenance guy has been one of the only nice parts of this stay. Always working hard and is so very helpful and respectful but they expect him to do all of the work for every single room. It’s awful. There’s also a few ladies that work at the front desk that are so sweet. But the older woman who works here cleaning rooms is cruel and has treated not only my family but other people with disrespect and disregard . She banging on my door one morning when my son and mother were sleeping and I asked her to please stop while I was in my vehicle. She proceeded to ask me why I was in my car so early and that I don’t need to be in my car. Also she said she didn’t believe it was my room !!!!!!!!! She Has no respect for our privacy and treats people with no respect. The other cleaning woman is very nice, I wish I knew her name but she’s sweet and only speaks Spanish.

Everything was old broken , roaches,1face towel no cups available , cigarette holes in the covers and it was a non-smoking room TV broken only stay on one channel remote didn’t work. The floor was sticky. The sheet was staying not sure if they were really clean.

The man showed me my room and when we got there another employee was in there hanging pictures on the bed on the pillows IN HIS SHOES and I spoke on it and they acted like I WAS THE WRONG ONE??!! I got new bedding immediately and told them I'm not worried about pictures

I have yet to stay and yet to receive my money back.. there is no refund policy and they wanted a cash deposit when it doesn’t say it’s a deposit Motel.. what a scam ; I don’t want to pre pay on line anymore because of these companies

Avoid! Room was terrible and super dirty, bed sheets and pillow covers were dirty, most likely haven't been washed for a long time. Room had roaches. Every single piece was dirty and sticky. The bathtub, toilet, sink were in a poor condition. The facility is filled with mostly foreign men, who were loud outside the whole night; stared at myself and wife when we walked. After checked in around 9pm and heading to the room, two females approached me soliciting services. Very poor and dirty outside, trash is everywhere. Expedia promotes these rooms with a breakfast included - This is false! Per front desk, there are no breakfast served from 2020, no coffee, you can't even get inside the lobby. I suggest Expedia to reimburse for a wrongful ads and info.

The property and rooms were dirty, cigerate burns in cover sheet, no working TV, dirty floors, missing light switch cover plates. A/C could only be set to full on. Door jam was missing piece that would allow it to hold to something. If someone is thinking of staying here don't unless only price maters

Night side table lamp couldn't be used because there was not a nearby outlet, toilet tank wouldn't fill up, I had to call front desk to have someone to come fix it, and still didn't fully fill, the AC unit cover was loose, the smoke detector was missing, and the neighbors were loud. Not recommended at all.

No shower curtain in room had to go to office to get one and had to put it up myself and only towels was the two big ones

I understand it was a 60 dollar room, but the first room had not even been cleaned at all and the second room was still dirty but the sgeets were washed, it had a tv tgat was not mounted no toliet paper, the fixture was laying on the sink, the curtains were so bad I used a safety pin. See pics, I stayed in an air bnb for t h e sane price tgat was outstanding.

Poor keeping and unforseen charges for a deposit.

Feel unsafe and I had to leave 1 day before because it was a terrible experience And they never gave me back the $50 deposit that they charged to my credit card after I called 2 times

I loved my bed

Upon Arrival you check in at a small window outside. We were given room and when we went into room there was already someone in room. Went back to window, found another guest with same problem. After 90 min we had room. Room had cigarette burn blankets and mold on ceiling. Sometime in night someone tried coming in our room luckily we had the chain on. I think they kept trying to give out occupied rooms. Our Key card had to be reprogrammed 5 times and we were afraid to leave because if we came back someone might have our room.

We paid for 8 nights at a hotel with continental breakfast, a pool and the rooms looked lovely online. We got hard lumpy beds, closed pool, no breakfast at all, no access to the lobby we had to speak to people through a window. There was all hours noise and drug use prevalent, the whole property smelled like pot. Police were called to various disturbances at least twice while we were there.not worth any amount of money.

I'm sure we've stayed in worse places, I just can't remember when! This is a very sketchy area! We saw syringes in the parking lot. It made us feel better to have a police car sitting in the parking lot outside our room for a good part of our brief stay. We were greeted the next morning by EMTs responding to what appeared to be a drug overdose. Blankets with burn holes helped to complete the look.

This was terrible when i pulled up their was so many shady people in the parking lot i did not even get out of my car i left without even checking in

Room was ok. Wasn't vacuumed very well. Alot of strange suspicious traffic, but only stayed one night for a spot to sleep on way through

there was no heat, froze alll night... room wasnt as clean as it should have been, an earring lay on the floor next to the couch, couch was stained, top bedspead looked like it was dirty, under the heating and air systen sheet rock was coming off wall...people were yelling and very loud till late into the night, also alot of traffic noise as it is very close to highway and main Blvd. when checking in staff asked for my ID and credit card.. I said "your not going to run my card again are you?" he said no you already paid! But he did run it again... the next day i looked and it showed he had, but it dropped off the next day.. however he should have expressed that he was going to do that. I would recommend this place to anyone. placed looks nothing like pictures and was way to expensive for what you think you are getting..

Just wish they had the breakfast that is about the only bad thing I have to say.

There was some crazy drug addict screaming into his meth pipe all night long and the room wasn’t very clean, we brought our own cleaning supplies with us so it was okay we just cleaned everything with bleach and lysol and used our own bedding. But for the price you can’t really complain!

It was ok they need to get a better toilet and bathroom Door needs wiping down good and the appliances in the room could of see hand prints on the refrigerator and microwave oven. The guy at the front desk is a joke if he thought I was going to pay an extra 20.00 for a smoking room than he had an attitude I’m disabled and needed a downstairs room and ended up getting a upstairs room the neighbors next door was arguing so loud I couldn’t sleep lots of drug activity and prostitution

The hotel was ok for the price. Good for one night stay to sleep, but it was a bit loud as you could hear just about everything going on outside the door. It gets the job done if all you need is a room to sleep in and want to be close to restaurants for dinner.

Nice basic room, convenient to Denny's for breakfast and access to I-295. Due to COVID not serving breakfast at hotel.

Terrible hotel. Dirty and horrible smell in the room. Stains on the carpet, towels and sheets. Never coming back there.

Upon arrival, found hairs on a rumpled pillow and dirt on sheets. The bedspread had not been changed recently. The room was old, the shower curtain had been up since the stone ages and the whole room was less than clean. We informed the front desk and someone came immediately to change the sheets and bring a clean bed spread. She apologized for the mishap and hoped we would be comfortable for the rest of our evening.

The table was dirty and sticky, the spread was old and smell, the stairway smell like urine.

IT WAS HORRIBLE, ON TOP OF NASTINESS! !TRIED TO CHARGE ME $10 to have a microwave in my room,when HOTELS. COM SAID IT WAS APART OF MY ACCOMMODATIONS! !THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE,AND DIDNT CARE RATHER I STAYED OR NOT!!I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL TO ANYBODY! !IM FROM JAXVIILE, AND A JAIL CELL WAS BETTER THAN THAT Hole in the wall!!I FELT DECEIVED AND DISRESPECTED!!

I stayed one night driving through. Hands down, the WORST motel I've ever stayed in. Nothing in the room was clean except maybe the towels. I had to have ALL the linens changed - I even helped the little elderly lady change them, pointed out all the stains (gross, don't ask) on not only the sheets, but the blanket and bedspread as well. The pillows were heavily stained and ripped open. Definitely couldn't walk around barefoot as the carpet was smelly and full of spills. Many cracks around the door allowed noise from more than questionable men hanging around the 2 story walkway. It kept me up all night. To be honest, I didn't feel even a little bit safe. I feel like this motel could not only use an update, but a police raid as well.

The staff at this motel were really nice but the rooms were old and not well kept. Location is perfect, right off the highway with lots of eating and shopping. I probably spent more money staying out avoiding going back to my room than I saved on the room. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

In a job assignments for 4 days. Stayed at super very nasty no house keeping no good a/c . Not maintain at all
