    Staff were pleasant and attentive. Plenty of hot water in the shower The shower head was barely working. The shower curtain was torn and the rod was so loose that the curtain could never stay in place. The toilet was so low my knees both ached for the whole week I was there

    facility wonderful Staff wonderful. Location wonderful. you as a booking agent messed everything up. was at facility for follow up for injuries due to motor vehicle accident. Requested disability facilities for the second time thru your service. this was not forwarded to motel either time. Luckily the first time they had a disability room available. This time they did not. Had to keep a patient in a room that was not comfortable for him at all. YOUR JOB

    The internet would only connect to one device only. You could not disconnect and connect another device ever. There were air conditioning units sitting in the hallway — one plugged in and one not plugged in. The pictures online were false advertising. It showed a bench by a lake, but there is no lake anywhere near the property. The pool was extremely tiny, and the grounds were covered in trash. They advertise as pet-friendly, but there was nowhere clean or safe for pets to use the bathroom because trash was everywhere. There were also around 10 mattresses piled up against the dumpster out back. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.

    My only complaint is the air conditioner was noisy and the room got a little warm at night (but I'm a hot sleeper and like the room very cold). I don't know why there's only 3 stars. I guess people are just too nitpicky. I would definitely recommend this location and I will for sure stay here again.

    The staff were very kind . My coworker and I stayed to the weekend. Breakfast is free and coffee and tea are served throughout the day. The room was moderately clean but I always travel with my own cleaning supplies to do a thorough cleaning. The rooms and hallways did wreak of weed which was an inconvenience as I am not a fan of the smell. Otherwise, everything was okay.

    We didn’t stay long enough to know what we liked there were so many things wrong with this place. When we first came in the hotel was dirty, staff wasn’t professional. The halls smelled musty and moldy. The first 5 minutes we walked in to the room the roomed also smelled and there was bed bugs. We checked out after the first 5 minutes. Staffed knew they had a bed bug problem and acted like it was nothing. Only got refunded for one night even though we didn’t stay longer than 5 minutes.

    The staff was friendly; the room / bed was fine but the bathroom scruffy, worn, dated. Everything worked but I would not go back there. The pool was okay, the "fitness center" had a broken treadmill, a (working) elliptical and a (also working) stepping machine, did not use either some free-weights, which I used. Small but nobody there, so no problem. Breakfast is plain and uninspired. We were going out for breakfast.

    Unfortunately I will never stay here again. The picture provided on here and on the site doesn’t match. You can tell by looks and smell that this place is not properly maintained. The hallyways had no air and they have portable ac unit in the hallway that don’t seen do be doing anything. The hallways smell but at least the room was clean but the bathroom/ room need a complete makeover. Couldn’t hardly sleep due to the bed and pillows being extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast looked playover. Left early because I just couldn’t do it no more.

    My only complaint would be when the housekeeper came into the elevator with us w/ her cart and vacuum. Her vacuum stunk so bad we nearly puked. That smell lingered in the elevator for hours. And there's only one elevator in the building.

    Room was horrendous i had to go purchase my own comforter set and broom and cleaning products. The bathrom had urine all on the toliet and hair all behind it. Mattress had a horrible smell. The carpet was disgusting and filthy there were to big red spots on the carpet and it nasty. The floor and ceiling and ceiling fans were dusty. The worst place i have ever stayed.

The 320 room stinks, musty, fishy smell, there was a roach and bigs flying in the bathroom. rust on the heating cooling unit, rust at the base of the lamp that does not work, rust on the light fixtures . Water spots on the ceilings and in the bathroom ceilings . Mold on the corners of the tub . The hallways have a very strong musty, damp, fishy smell. It actually made me choke and nausea. . The drawer between the beds doesnt close. Someone had wrapped the telephone cord around the drawer handle to keep the drawer close. I can provided photos if you want them. I am requesting a refund. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn EVER again!!

    Small trash can - and only one small trash can. It didn't leave you any room to put any trash which meant folks were forced to put trash in the hallway trash can that had NOT been emptied in days it seemed because it smelled SO bad. If you get BIGGER and more, at least two medium trash cans per room, everything would be fabulous. Other than that, things were GREAT and I would highly recommend the location.

    The bed was very uncomfortable box spring was hanging one way and the mattress another way bed was crackling like the box spring was broken and the room wasn’t ready at 3:00 it wasn’t ready until after 4:00 pm I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and they only clean the rooms every 3 days !!! I was very disappointed in my stay there.

    First they charged me a $100 deposit when I checked in and paid for my room. Supposedly I will get it back in my account in 3 to 7 business days. What??? What was the deposit for? I have stayed in many hotels in my life and never paid such a deposit. It's not right and I hope I get my cash back. I would have canceled if I knew I was getting charged a deposit that was more than my room. The room smelled strongly of mildew, the fixtures in the bathroom were all loose and poorly installed. The outside hall had trash and dirty towels in it and there was no ice machine. Not a good experience. Stay away it's a rip off.

    Breakfast was only served until 9 on the weekend so I didn’t make it down in time but others in our party said it didn’t offer much and quality was not great. When I checked in the property wreaked of skunk weed. Hallway to room stunk really bad. Moldy smell. By morning the lobby smelled better but 2nd flood still smelled really bad. Hotel room was musty smelling but once the air was turned on and it cooled down it wasn’t as bad. Top sheet had a nasty stain on it so I swapped it out, also found hair in the bed. Day staff was very friendly just not a great location as far as housekeeping goes. Won’t stay at this location again.

    Appreciated Mayo Clinic having the ability to accommodate me for three days out of my spouse’s recovery period. The traumatic experience of reserving four nights at Quality Inn has left a disturbing impression on me that will never forget, unfortunately had to return once discharged. Location is within JAX industrial zone, upon arrival it seems as if power bill has gone unpaid, NOTHING close to pictures posted. Room 311 should be condemned, three steps out of elevator and it feels as if everyone (in-out) are heading towards your dated room. Bed bugs are prevalent, the bath tub had two small-unnoticed pet turds between the shower curtain and tub (main reason why I didn’t stayed the first 3 nights), shower faucet is off grid because curtain rod was forced onto wall, out of curiosity pull out sink stopper and it’s full of grime and clogged with hair (ITS NEVER BEEN CLEAN), door to bedroom is missing ALL bottom hinges and screws, the one window in room has NEVER been cleaned either, dismal view to -CLOSED- pool is one full of algae’s. Add to insult upon checking out the one (shared by staff & guests) elevator was out of order. Imagine going down three flights of stairs with a disabled person, medical equipment and luggage? I AM TRAUMATIZED!!! Staff is oblivious of deficiencies. Quality Inn do better. Never been to a QI and will never recommend such low quality brand.

    Old hotel. One elevator which everyone needs if going to floors 2-5. Stairwells aren't marked clearly. Very thin room entry doors with light seeping in at night. Nights were noisy. Room wasn't cleaned well. No fruit at breakfast, just carbs. Staff was friendly.

    People on the room above is were fighting late at night, and screaming. Our kids were afraid. Talking to the staff they offered to cleans the room better and they did even the hallway smelled better but again late afternoon, all the smoke and weed smell came back. The actual hotel has a sign saying that they are smoke free.

    Dirty, water leaks, mold, hallways smell like marijuana and stained up sheets and towels, lots of openings around windows and doors, crack in wall and very dirty floors. Staff on Friday night once I checked in and seen the horrid conditions after dealing with my daughters asthma due to the extreme smoke smell everywhere! She offered Friday night free due to the inconvenience & said to speak to management on Saturday for a room change. Once spoke to supervisor was informed I cannot have Friday free and only can have 50% off but the inconvenience was their fault ! They put me with my daughter into a Smokey room that wasn’t ever ready to have tenant stay in. Mostly the whole hotel needs work. Then it also shows a pool yet it’s not in service . A lot of false advertisement and I have photos and videos to show for proof if needed. Even the new room had mold and a water leak from the AC which I complained and asked for maintenance and they never came.

    Overall a good stay for 1 night in transit. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable. 5th floor had some issues with a couple wasps, which I left alone and just told the front desk and they took care of it. Fitness center had 2 machines and weights so better than nothing. Pool did not look appealing so I passed on that.

    The room we had was nice. Not from Florida, Im starting to think that all hotels will have dead or alive roaches. Which we found one by the plugs near the bed and a dead one in the draws. The room we had was pretty dark, not enough lights or natural lights. And abone checking in the was a pile of food outside our door. I had to ask for the wifi password as they dont just give it out. And for some reason I could not find a ice machine.

    The front desk staff was excellent but when I arrived at 3 neither on of my rooms were ready due to them not being cleaned, so my rooms were switched to two that were ready but on was half cleaned and didn’t have bedding in which I had to go down stairs and ask for a broom and dust pan to sweep up the floors because there was physical evidence that the previous guest had a dog so there was dog hair, broken half eaten dog treats and paper the dog had torn under the chair and near the fridge area.

    The elevator was literally held together with tape, which gives a very poor impression and makes the property feel poorly maintained. Overall, the entire place felt neglected and not up to the standards you would expect when staying at a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

    The bed was a bit firm, but it was serve it purpose for what I needed. I needed a place to rest after work and had some business in Jacksonville the next morning. I didn’t want to drive 45 minutes home and then turn around. Since I worked close by, I booked a room. Thanks for your hospitality! The staff was so nice, and I really appreciated the breakfast the next morning.

    However, when I checked in Thursday night after 12 AM, the gentleman at the front desk at that time could benefit from a little more customer service training. He wasn’t rude, and I don’t want him to be reprimanded, but he came across a bit dry and didn’t provide some basic information—such as the Wi-Fi password or directions to the elevators. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew where to go, but I just want to point out that, as the person greeting guests, a warmer approach would make a big difference. Overall, the service from the daytime staff was excellent and made my stay enjoyable. I hadn’t visited in a while due to a past experience with a previous cleaning staff member, but it seems that issue has been resolved, and I’m glad I gave the hotel another chance. You all really did a great job this time. Thank you.

    I booked this hotel for my maid of honor and this turned out to be the worst experience she has ever had with a hotel. There was mold on the door and it covered the lamp shade. She brought it up to management after she checked, but she hadn't paid for the room and advised me of the situation. I called to try to get it comped or discounted, but never received a return call.

    There were bugs and mold in the bathroom, and the bedding was stained. Checked in and checked back out an hour later and. Hotel will not refund the money because they said “it’s not that bad.” Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere but here.

    We enjoyed the big room. The bathroom door didn't lock, a previous occupant had removed the smoke detector, and there was a leak in the breakfast nook that was apparently a problem from way back.

    They first gave me a room that was disgusting, not clean, beds weren't made, looked and smelled like someone or something peed all over everything, found out they were supposed to be even using that room, so I don't know what happened there but it gave me the heebie geebies, then gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience, the room was clean and essentially comfortable, but had an odor that I can't describe. I will not be choosing this hotel again.

    The room was clean & cool, all amenities present except a hair dryer which we eventually received after PM Front Desk Gentleman said none available. It was clear he didn't even look b/c when we asked AM Front Desk Diamond in the morning, she gave us one immediately from a drawer filled with them. Diamond's customer service is top-level, thank you! 5 STARS for Diamond!

    Well first its 2025 why dont you havebtap to pay as I never carry my cards on me. Second, they gave me a room on the first floor that smelled musty and felt wet in the air. Fridge was dirty,still had food the last person. There are ub cord outlets so if you need to charge anything its plug in only. They really need to update really. I felt like I was back in the 70' s it really was horrible. So glad it was just one night and definitely!!!!!!!!!!not worth $100.. Motels 6 is more up to date then this. What a shame.

    The carpet in our room was sticky when you walked on it for some reason. There was pee on the toilet seat when we arrived. The shower knob was broken so when you took a shower water was spraying out from the bottom. There were homeless people hanging outside and inside the lobby. The pool was down and not cleaned so it was definitely an eye sore. The staff was nice tho but unfortunately we won’t be staying there again.

    Not that it had anything to do with customer service agent but more so that its a Pet Friendly place to someone who has dog allergies. Place is quite old and in need of deep clean and repairs. Lobg story to get into but after we were switched to diff rooms we were sent to a room that hadnt been flipped yet 😒 ..at that point we were ready to leave and gobdown the road. GM refused to refund entire stay in spite of other factors of disappointment nit mentioned here. Im hoping corporate will accommodate.

    The location was convenient and the staff was nice but that's where the positives stop. No matter how much the staff sprayed deodorizer, the elevator and whole top floor smelled so much like weed. We stayed one night and by the morning our whole front living room area smelled like pot. The walls had stains, I picked up the room phone to make a call and the receiver cable fell out of the handset. Turns out it was broken, so I stopped trying. There were water stains on the ceiling, which might explain the drips on the bed. I really wanted to like this place because the staff was so nice, but there are too many things to overlook.

    They have a $100 deposit that you have to use a card (even if you have already paid in full with Expedia) They have a strict no smoking policy. Which I agreed to adhere to. If I needed to smoke I went off property. But I was charged the $100 for the deposit, AND a $150 charge for smoking in the room. Now mind you, this is on top of charging for the room. Now refer back to the beginning of this review, the hall smelled like smoke. I did make a comment about it, and between the 2 days I was there 4 other people commented on it to me while waiting for the elevator. I called today to ask about the charge and the lady I spoke with kind of got snippy with me, which in turn made me reactive. She said that the maid told her that I smoked in the room. Which I DID NOT, because I honestly don’t have the money to afford the charge. Which I told her I didn’t. She basically told me I was lying…. Still waiting for a phone call and refund.

    Our stay was not great. I will attach pictures. First, when checking in there was an employee who was complaining that this wasn’t her weekend to work but she was working. Immediately when you stepped in the room you were almost knocked down with mildew/mold smell. Dark spots on ceiling from water damage, mold in shower. The best was one of the worst I’ve ever slept on. You could feel every spring poking through. They were paving the parking lot and once were not able to get in the lot because they were blocking the only opening. If there were any other hotels available this weekend we would have left the Quality Inn.

    Terrible customer service. The cleaning staff cleaned my room and threw away some of my items without permission, then debedded my room and did not provide me with new clean sheets or towels. The ice machine was broken, the breakfast in the morning had ants, and the air conditioning was cold when set to 80 degrees. The room itself was fine, I just cannot recommend interacting with the night staff at all.

    Had a last minute trip for a funeral. This hotel was the only place with rooms available in the area. The staff was caring and understanding!     The first room we were offered had an overpowering smell of cat urine. There was hair in the sink, holes in the bedsheets and the carpet. Fortunately, they gave us another room that did not have the terrible smell. It was an accessible room, and I'm assuming it had not been booked as much as the other room. We were travelling with a small dog, which may be why they put us in a smelly room. Overall, the place needs a serious makeover.

    Friendly and pleasant Staff at the check in counter. My main concern though was the bathroom was not clean. I felt sand on the floor and found dead fly on the floor. This obviously a sign that the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned before they turned over to new client. I picked this location because relatives live about 10 minutes drive away.
