Later that day, my kids were playing on the floor and came over with black, paint-like smears all over their legs. That's when I realized the black coloring was actually coming off the floor. It was getting on their feet, the sheets, the bathmat, and the bottoms of our bags. I went to the front desk and asked if we could move to a different room that didn't have the flooring issue. After explaining what was happening, I was told, "they all do that." Since it was already after check-in time and we couldn't switch rooms until the next day, I asked for a few extra towels so we could avoid stepping on the floor. I was told no because "if he gave me extra towels then there wouldn't be towels for the other guests." Between the flooring issue and the lack of any real solution, we decided to leave early. The one positive was the Hotels.com representative, who was very helpful and was able to get the remainder of our reservation canceled, including that night's stay.

The room was absolutely filthy I should have never taken my socks off. Our feet were black and we have to wipe them off before even putting my socks and shoes back on. The door was open when we arrived, and we were too tired to walk all the way back up to the front desk. At least there were no surprises waiting inside. Will never stay ever again.

The pictures were taken 20 years ago. The room was disgusting. My wife had to go buy bleach and cleaners to clean the bathroom and then we decided to take the sheets off the bed and look at the mattress. There were blood stains and bugs in the mattress.

OmG terrible experience that resulted in a departure one day into a supposed 6 day stay. Arrived around 11 pm there were shady people in the parking lot that seemed to be watching me while I unloaded luggage. Chalked it up to paranoia and made sure to lock car doors. Walls & doors were dirty. Toilet was stained. The bed was comfortable but just don’t look at the bare mattress like I did when I checked for bed bugs. No bedbugs thankfully but mattress was disgusting & stained. The next morning I wanted to use the fitness room..closed..so I thought I’d try the pool..closed/drained. Then I was harassed by a man clearly on something in the stairwell as I returned to my room. That was my final straw so I checked out. Only stay here if you are desperate and make sure you have some type of protection with you at all times!

The hotel was decent & the room was spacious for the price. The room had old furniture that looked like it needed to be thrown out . I really was scared to sit down on it . Walking into the room looking at the old dusty looking furniture made me skeptical about the sleeping arrangements. The bed & shower was fairly decent for that night. Overall rate it a 3.

Had to change rooms because of nasty bed. The second room had blood stains on mattress and brown spots. There was dried food and long black hairs on sheets and in bathroom tub. Food crumbs all over floor and dead bugs on floor in bathroom. The free breakfast area was dirty. Nasty!!!! Pool had no water and closed!!!!

The room as nasty like the sheets hadn’t even been washed. The floor was gross. I would never stay here again. I had this place booked for 2 nights and we did not even stay there it was so disgusting. I wasn’t able to get a refund but I was still not going to stay there so we just ate the money. The swimming pool was unfortunately closed during my visit. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the elevator, suggesting a possible issue with sanitation. The most concerning aspect, however, was the presence of cockroaches, which indicates a significant pest control problem. I also experienced difficulty reaching the reception desk by phone. These issues are quite serious, and I believe the health department should investigate the premises. It's worth noting that one of the receptionists was very professional and even offered an upgrade, but the daytime receptionist seemed unconcerned with my complaints and was rather impolite.

The property was in very poor condition overall. The pool had no water and had trash in it. The jacuzzi was full of green water and trash. The room was not cleaned and the trash can had trash in it. The bed linens had not been changed.

Definitely do not stay here, the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. It’s musty, unclean, and is a definite hazard. One of the electric outlets in our bathroom was sticking out 1 inch from the wall held on by caulking.

We have stayed at a lot of hotels. Some are wonderful, some are passable. This was not one of those. This was hands down the mot disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. It was dirty from top to bottom. The floor was visibly filthy. There were sticky mounds of something in multiple areas. The bathroom was disgusting- it looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The smoke detector was wrapped in some kind plastic wrap. It did not feel like a safe area to be in either. There was a small caged in area outside of our window that had an old moldy Snoopy towel inside of it. I cannot imagine any reason for that to be there. It felt incredibly sketchy. The vibe of this hotel felt like “you might die here, but we probably won’t notice for a few days.” I would give it zero stars if I could. Avoid this place at all costs.

Upon arrival, the front desk employee was on his phone with his bare, dirty feet propped up on the table facing the guest area. I had to speak up to get his attention. The lobby and breakfast area appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which was my first impression. The parking lot was full of older and several junk vehicles. People were openly smoking marijuana right outside the room doors, making the area feel unsafe. The stairs leading to my room were filthy with trash scattered around, dirty walls, and an abandoned pool overgrown with grass that looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. None of this matched the listing photos. When I opened the assigned room, it had clearly not been cleaned — clothes, underwear, pants, shirts, and socks were left on the floor and bed. I immediately left, took a photo as evidence, and returned to the front desk. The employee said housekeeping must have forgotten to clean it and offered another room, but I declined. The entire property had a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I requested a full refund and left right away. This property felt more like a shelter than a legitimate hotel and does not match its 5-star presentation on Expedia. I strongly recommend others avoid booking here.

Cons- The grounds and pool area was dirty and had trash everywhere. The hotel had a rank smell outside. Towels and rags were dirty and new ones were unavailable. The hair dryer didn't work. The key cards kept deactivating even though they were kept separate from our electronics. The coke machine did not work. The hotel had a sign stating food from the breakfast meal could not be taken to the rooms. My husband witnessed a drug deal and a prostition arrangement in the parking lot. Overall, a terrible experience and I would not recommend.

The entire property is filthy. The pictures on Expedia are not the actual hotel. The pool and hot tub are filled with trash. And the room smells like smoke and urine. We immediately walked out and demanded a refund. You should be ashamed of yourself for letting your property be in this condition.

The staff were friendly, and thats just about it. The whole place was very run down. The rooms appeared "clean" upon first entry, but after looking closely they were absolutely not. The faucets in the shower and sink had so much build up on them, the shower head was coming away from the wall, all of the towels had someone else's red hair all over them. The bed cover had a cigarette burn. The bathroom door was covered in black grease stains front and back, and my daughter's socks turned completely black on the bottom after walking around for 5 minutes with her shoes off. This place is in desperate need of a deep clean and a remodel. Would NOT recommend this place.

Sadly we will not be coming back :/. I came for a quick girls get away. I paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. It was in a sketchy neighborhood. We waited 20 minutes to get checked in. We couldn’t find anyone for the longest time. It spelled like drugs, alcohol and smoke. The room we had needed some touchups. The light fixture with the outlet didn’t work, the phone had no handle (good thing I had a cell phone), the light on the other side wasn’t working. The refrigerator was filthy. However the floors looked clean. The pillows were smaller than my throw pillows at my home and there were only 3 of them. There were 2 people staying. The pillows were also grungy looking.

This place felt like a slumb lord. The room i was given did not meet up to its rating nor did it represent the name it has. Room had a musty smell, the microwave had rust on the inside, spiderwebs in the ceiling corners, flooring was sticky due to lack of mopping. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They swimming pool had no water and there seem to be mildew in it and leaves. This place should be closed down and remodeled. This list is long. Do not stay here.

Anyway, nothing to put the water, no cups. *The desk has no chair to sit to work, and no lamp also. *The TV wasn't working well, seems that the screen has damage because the image wasn't clear, little lines and blurry hard to see well. *The breakfast very poor, few things and basic, very low quality, waffles, great value yogurts, few butters, syrup, apples and coffee. *The outdoor hallway to walk to the rooms disgusting very dirty and smelly, food dropping, cigarettes tails everywhere. *The room was clean yes, that is all.

This is absolutely the worst hotel in Jacksonville. None of the pictures match the hotel except maybe the driveway there’s no gym. The pool‘s been empty for years. The towels had holes in them. The small room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was disgusting! Breakfast consist of waffles and yogurt. check out day there was roaches all over the floor.

Worst experience of my life regarding hotels. The hallways were filthy and smelled of urine, they did not honor the request we made when booking reservations for a ground floor and it was supposed to be pet friendly. The floors were filthy, towels had been washed but had stains, the guy at the desk had a dismissing attitude and it was midnight after several days of packing, only a few hours sleep and several hours of driving ot was too late to start looking for another hotel. Also, police were in the parking lot apparently for a domestic dispute. The room and property could only be described as disgusting. Oh, and the pool was empty except some green sludge in the deep end.

I have travelled quite a bit and have never experienced anything as appalling as the Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville–Baymeadows. This property should NOT be listed on Expedia. It is unsafe, unsanitary, and absolutely unfit for guests. Upon arrival after midnight—exhausted from international travel—I was assigned Room 212, which had two double beds instead of the king I booked. That was the least of the issues. The entire property is in shocking condition: The elevator is hidden behind an unmarked door, and inside it had a foul odor. Walkways and walls are filthy, deteriorating, and clearly neglected. Guests were openly smoking marijuana in the corridors. The non-functional pool was disgusting, full of moss, cloudy standing water, and looked like a mosquito breeding ground. The room had a strong, musty, foul odor. Floors and walls were dirty, and the bedding was stained, wrinkled, and not professionally made. The TV stand was old and dusty, and the bathroom sink had rust spots. There were no towels in the room. It was so bad I couldn't even sit down. At 1 a.m., I was forced to stand and make frantic calls to find another hotel for my wife and me—on what was supposed to be part of our 25th anniversary trip. Emotionally draining and completely unacceptable. The only positive was that the property refunded me promptly, but that does not excuse the deplorable conditions.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in to date. The parking lot looked like a landfill with beer bottles, chip bags, needles, and god knows what else. The room was never cleaned by hotel staff the duration of my stay. A small yogurt or a waffle are the only options for breakfast. The exterior lights activate about an hour after sunset. Multiple other clientele have items from their vehicles strewn about the parking lot multiple times a week. The room door was rusted to near structural demise, anything metal in the room was corroded beyond recognition. Shower was hot with an updated surround.

From the moment I arrived, the property appeared run-down and poorly maintained, with questionable individuals coming and going at all hours. During my stay, two separate individuals approached me asking for handouts, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe on the premises. The rooms were substandard, with visible marks on the walls, a broken light fixture near the bed, and worn-out furnishings. While I had a television and microwave, another guest mentioned that their room had neither. The beds were old metal spring mattresses, which made it nearly impossible to get a comfortable night’s sleep. The breakfast options were very poor—consisting only of make-your-own waffles and boxes of Captain Crunch cereal—and the coffee was undrinkable. I also noticed signs posted on some doors indicating that people were living there, which raised additional safety and cleanliness concerns. Overall, this property was dirty, poorly managed, and felt unsafe. I expected a much higher standard from the Quality Inn brand, and I am very disappointed that my stay did not reflect your usual level of service and comfort.

Okay so this is the trenches. Soon as the hotel is in sight there is trash allllll over the street. Ok. Once in the lil musty no bathroom hotel lobby. Check in was easy as sit should be. They asked for a 100 dollar deposit...lmfao.. the room wasnt even 100 dollars.....so after we gave them the 100 dollar bill ...because if we gave them our card it would take 2 to 10 business days for return. We go to the room.on the way the pool and jacuzzi is algae..yall it stank so bad...the wall .. looked like people were scratching on it...ok long eventful weird story later.... they changed the room...easy...room was 4 percent better...the night was eventful....

I went to get breakfast sometime after 7 I thought maybe breakfast runs out and someone was going to fix more so I asked the guy at the desk what’s going on with the breakfast he told me all they had was waffles.Id never go back to that place neither would I recommend anyone.

The property and rooms were in decrepit condition. The first room I was accommodated in had the cable TV wire cut out from the wall. The bathroom was dirty. It looked like the room was used before me and was not cleaned. I went to the front desk and let them know what happened. They then proceeded to put me in another room in the same conditions except for the TV worked this time. The linens were stained and dirty. The towels were dirty. It was not worth it I wish I could give it zero stars.

Paint peeling from the walls and ceiling, bars of soap and shampoo just open all over inside one of the side tables, a bottle of laundry detergent just left and in the room, tv remote with no battery cover, pool and hot tub looks like it has not been maintain in years, trash all over the place.

Multiple issues 1 I got to the hotel 1.5 hours early, was told there was a 40 early check in fee. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have never been told this before. 2 When attempting to check in early was told there was no bathroom in a common area. When I checked in there is one right outside the pool area. 3 wasn’t told that rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless requested. When I was informed of that the 2nd day when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned I requested for it to be cleaned the next day. IT WASNT!

The staff was friendly enough. We only stayed one night so we had little interaction. The photos definitely catfish you. The entire hotel footprint looked a little run down and the pool was drained. The AC didn’t seems to be working in the elevator and our room door stuck so bad that you had to yank to get it open and slam it shut. Everything in the room seemed to work but it was evidently dirty upon entry. All metal surfaces were rusty and the floor was so dirty it turned my daughter’s feet black on the bottom after just walking a couple laps around the room. The sheets seemed clean and nothing smelled bad but the comforter was pretty stained. I still wasn’t comfortable moving about in the space and tried to touch as little as possible. Breakfast the next morning was limited to cereal, waffles and yogurt; not bad but not a lot of choices.

We tried to check in but they told us we had to come back because we were too early. When we finally checked in. The pool was not filled and it was filthy. The elevator was a little shady and we were afraid to use it. So with that being said. We used the steps. My daughter fell down the steps because they were slippery. We finally got to the room and the floors were sticky. And the bathtub drain didn't work right. We dealt with it for the night but if we had to stay longer we would not have stayed.

This hotel has bed bugs. They originally moved us from our original room because the toilet was broken. The second room we moved to had a dirty shower, sink, and multiple bed bugs. There were random rooms that were left wide open, and the staff had little information on how to go about getting a partial refund. I would not recommend staying here AT ALL.

I stayed for 3 days. They never cleaned room. Had to ask for towels everyday. No amenities like pool or good breakfast. All I got was “ we sorry about that.” It’s like they trying to pocket all the money to run the motel, they do nothing for guest.

I was very disappointed with thus hotel. It looked dingy, uncared for, dirty, unkept, and not up to par. The floors were not painted on the hallways. The paint was coming off. The rails were loose. Towels were super thin. No Kleenex on the bathroom. The sheets from the bed would come off when sleeping. I felt unsafe. You could hear people outside. You had to ask for housekeeping and we did but they didn’t make the bed. I am really unhappy with the stay.

Building an room In disarray

Both pool and Spa were closed. The Breakfast was bare with no fruit, bread, jelly or orange juice. Soda machine kept breaking and kept being left in service. The water smelled and tasted like the marsh it was from (not hotel’s fault, it’s an area problem.) Lights bulbs and outlets were out. It was awful almost 1 star except the people working there were friendly

This place is nasty as hell! Don’t go here!

We had a nice sleep. Pillows and better bedding and furniture would be nice. The cleanliness was good for being so old and outdated. But seriously, those pillows were horrible. The service was great too with check in and out.

Just one of the many things that we're disgusting about this room is that I got up in the morning, barefooted and walked around the room while preparing to get dressed. It took me 26 minutes to get ready to leave. My feet felt gritty, and so I thought I would wipe them off before I put them in a shoe, and when I looked at the bottom of my feet, they were black. I took a shower the night before and did not leave the room. There was mold growing on the ceiling. A light fixture was missing from the ceiling,Just wires hanging down. It smelled awful. The towels were stained. And there were black fingerprints and kick marks all over the back of the bathroom Door as well as the room door. Did i take pictures? Yes i did. I have never been so disgusted in a room I had to stay in. One elevator worked in the entire building, and it was sketchy. The pool was black and empty. Weeds in all the flower beds. Do not stay in this hotel. I should have left.

Poor lighting, poor breakfast, it's better to say there's none, small dining space, when I arrived the air conditioning was off, I spent 3 hours trying to sleep because of the heat, swimming pool under maintenance, coffee machine inside the bathroom, in short, I don't recommend it to anyone, it needs urgent renovation and updating.

This property should not be listed. The pictures are fraudulent. I could not stay at this place. The owner was very understanding as he stated they are under renovations. And would give a full refund. If you are looking for a nice place DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!

Bathroom toilet loose, fixtures corroded. Bed spread stained and dirty, chair smelled like body sweat. 3 small pillows on king size bed and only 1 had a pillow case the other 2 were filthy. Room had a feces smell and stained walls. Towels stained. Entrance door to door was crooked. Needs a total overhaul or just demolished. The price was the only plus.

Vending machines not working. No ice machine. Pool not available. Toilet kept running. Towels were clean but dingy and seemed old.

So bad in every way it’s gross and smells bad

If there was an option to rate negative stars, I’d click on it so fast. I booked this hotel for my friend to stay at for a wedding and we walked in and were grossed out. There were holes in the door to our room that looked like bullet holes, mold in the shower, damaged ceilings, the room smelt musty and gross. The beds were super lumpy and uncomfortable and the covers were so thin. We were trying to iron a dress shirt with the iron provided in the room, and black ash kept spilling out of the iron onto the shirt. The overall place felt unsafe and ghetto. We will definitely not be staying here again.

We did not stay. We checked out the 3 out of 4 rooms and they all was the same, they smelled sour and the bed lining what stains and cigar holds on the comforter, no pillows it looked like they had sheets folded in the pillow case to make pillows. The elevator was out of order and we had 3 disable adults that could not take the stair and they would have had to go to the other end of the build to get the one that did work. We had 6 grandkids with us and the pool was out of service. Last the hotel is the spot that they let the homeless come stay. There was a lot of rooms opening., And the property was just did not feel safe

Do not waste your time!! This place is a crack hotel! The hotel does not look great as the pictures. I walked I tot the room and walked out! The room was disgusting.

When I traveled with family I always make sure that pool is available. I booked this hotel because it was showing pool available while booking. However I was told by receptionist that pool is closed for last few weeks. My kid was very disappointed.

I understand that for the price we paid we can't expect much but basic cleanliness is a must. There was dust on the floor and someone's clipped toe nails, shower head and faucet had built up on them that was interfering with the water flow. I noticed that the first morning and asked at the reception to clean the room specifying the floor and built up on the shower. The only thing the cleaning staff did was changing the towels and making the bed. The second morning we decided not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I wanted to use the coffeemaker in the room. The coffee holder was missing and I found an old molded coffee pod in the water compartment, something that was not cleaned after previous guests.

Horrible stay. Beds are not comfortable. Stains everywhere. Pool and hot tub shut down. All around just felt gross when I left.

This property should be condemned it was discussing would have slept outside before I stayed there. Misty at front desk was very helpful she helped get our money back. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE.

Our room was filthy. There was dirt caked on the once white doors, grime around the bathroom sink, and stuff growing out of the shower head. Dust bunnies were all over the room, and it smelled very musty. Will not be staying there again.

It looked like a property that has had its time and waiting to be demolished. Only one elevator worked, the pool closed for some time. Everything looked in disrepair. Bedside lamp not working, lumpy mattress, bed squeaky, Kleenex box empty. Couldn’t use the internet. Breakfast choices awful. Coffee tepid.

I don’t normally write a review but I was vary disappointed the room they put us in the 1st time was disappointing and no light vibe was not good we asked to change and they gave us a bigger room but it was discussing!! Hair all in the bath tub they did not sweep the head board had oily hand prints and just pure disgusting!! We take a shower and 5 sec later feet were black!! They don’t sweep or mop! The whole place is rundown and not maintained the pool was empty and dirty

First room was unexceptionable, walked into the room smelled like dead fish, cigarettes, inside of the front door well let’s say needs replaced, bake of toilet broken, mirror frame broken, water on end table, refrigerator door had something all over it, rust on light fixtures and door hinges, show head needs to be replaced, second room they put us in Bed looked like it was not made, just covered over, the bottom of the bathroom door was rotten away when you close the door the door had two holes in it, and again the shower head needed replace, the bathroom sink you were unable to unstop the water in the sink, in the breaks area the juice machine was not working so management put a jug of Apple Juice out, there was a container of Milk something you would place coffee in, you could make a waffle and that’s about it, counter was not cleaned even when there was an employee just standing around, this holes also wanted a $100 damage deposit on the condition of the rooms done know why, sent the GM a msg with pictures and ad of 03/15/2025 at 2030 hrs no reply, I have more picture

Very nice and welcoming

The rooms were bare. No phones, no pictures. The bed mattress was slumping. The ceilings were cracked. The bathroom stainless fixtures were ugly. The shower pressure was poor. Checked out as soon as we found another place.

This hotel (motel, really) is very run down on the outside. The room door looked like some may have tried to kick it in or break into it. It smelled of pot. The deadbolt didn’t work and you could see it was bent inside the door. The room was clean and comfortable though. It was okay for the price. Staff was friendly. Pool was not usable.

Too many things to talk about. Hands down the worst hotel experience. I’ve never been so disappointed in a property, I only stayed because I couldn’t find an alternative.

From the time I checked in I was at peace and can’t wait to book again. The front desk staff was amazing!

The pool was closed, the breakfast was cheap & terrible. We did not get room service because we were supposed to request it ahead of time. We were not aware of that.

The place was dirty. The key kept them deactivating. The bed was falling down on the side, and the sheets and towels had stains.

Breakfast was just coffee, some juices in bottles (dispensers were not working), small yogurt cups, and waffle-makers. Not to be considered "Continental"! There was broken furniture all over the property. Noise from the neighboring community most of the night. Water quality was horrible/smelled. Would not recommend or stay again.

The breakfast was very limited. No pastries, eggs, or bacon. I found a pubic hair on my bath towel. Key stopped working - had to get another one. There was a lot of rust on the fixtures. TV guide was missing. I could go on... I will never stay at a "Quality" Inn again!

There is nothing to like about this property. It must be closed for renovation. Furniture is horrible: rusty lamps, doors, chairs; dirty walls, TV. Dust on furniture. No hangers for clothes. Ceiling is in bad condition. There is mold on a wall under the sink. It is unacceptable to let people in. I have made video to prove it. I think I must have my money back.

It was a lot of rust in the room, also the shower head had mold on it and rust. The phone didn’t work in the room and the wifi wouldn’t connect.

Our room door was difficult to open. The handle wouldn’t release. It took numerous attempts to open. Had to place paper in door jam to prevent rattling. The breakfast was sub-standard. Definitely not a Holiday Inn Express breakfast. It was $75.00 tax for a king bedroom. I guess we got what we paid for. LOL!

This property and hotel room were absolutely disgusting the floors were dirty the shower was filthy the room stunk of mildew and mold. The pool and the spa were half full of disgusting brown and green water and I was told it hasn't worked since before covid.

This was the worst case of false advertising I have ever experienced. The pictures are nothing like the hotel. The pool and hot tub were drained with no notification. Needles by the sidewalk, rooms were filthy. Loud screams throughout the entire night. Worst experience of my life. We toughed it out for two days then got a different hotel. It was miserable. Never again.

Could hardly get the room door open. Metal on metal, door handle didn’t properly open. Had to try 3 or 4 times to get in the door. The shower head was SO calcified that it didn’t even provide enough water to properly shower. NASTY! Their breakfast was absolutely disappointing. The best thing was the coffee. Being retired military I’m use to hardship. But my wife is not. DEFINITELY NOT A HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS BREAKFAST! A VALENTINE DAY DISAPPOINTMENT.

I found an insect walking on the floor, and when they took the wet towels, they didn't replace them with new ones nor made the bed. The breakfast was very basic, only coffee, and we couldn't eat there. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Additionally, the pool was not in service and looked abandoned, as there were no signs of ongoing renovation."

The rooms were in horrible condition and outdated telephones do not work in any of the units air conditioning would not give heat if you shower heads had corrosion and the coffee maker was non-functioning the morning breakfast was old the pool has algae and the fountain were empty in the front of the hotel with swampy water still in it I do not recommend this hotel at all

They had a terrible their attitude and not respect to a disabled person .. when I call on the phone with communication assistance for an interpreter and ask for help assistance but they hang up the phone and rude also rude..we are not appreciated it at all

I Rent two room for 4 people each and they only put towels for 2 people and same thing with paper towels, probably we never come back to this hotel

Smells terrible

The room was dirty with stains all over. The faucets and fridge was rusted. The bedsheets had stains. Floor was sticky.the main door and walls were with bad stains and paints off. Had the worst stay. Recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel.

It seems like their is renovation happening maybe, the room had very old and dirty doors ,bathroom floor the corners was very dirty, very large water bugs /roaches in the bathroom ,carpet and flooring seem very dirty ,tub was dirty need to be bleached

The floor was plum sticky we stayed two days the beds was never made the next day and room we had to ask for towels to get them was not a very good experience

Only issue i had was the room temperature was way too cold prior tome walking in room. Felt like walking into a freezer. Everything else was really good.

They need to close this property down all the appliance anre old and the hotel room that l in was old and ragged. It had a worst smell Hair was in the tub, bedspread old smelly light fixtures seem like they was falling apart door to the room you had to push hard on it to open And push hard on it to close it . For breakfast it’s just waffles cereal and apple wow what a hotel why is it still opened
