    Worst hotel ever!!!!, it looks like a junky house, kitchenette was non usable no dishes cabinets were broken bathroom was disgusting dirty remote control was taped with blue paint tape tv black and white my room number was 275 the smell of urine and dirtiness in the halls and stairs were disgusting we automatically left and booked somewhere else. NEVER BOOK HERE

    While this is a cheap option. Tv didn’t work kept freezing. The shower was horrible, barely any water came from the shower head, the room was so muggy that the floors were wet from moist. Everything else was okay. Good for a 1 night stay just to keep sleep.

    That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better. There was only a bathroom light in the room. After driving 14 hours, my daughter and I were too exhausted to deal with management. As we tried to go to sleep counting the black hand prints on the ceiling. We were awaken twice with the police outside handling domestic disputes. We slept with our clothes on incase we have to run outside. The next morning we left and went to another hotel.

    Room was missing the clothes iron and the pot for the coffee maker. The full length mirror that was supposed to be mounted on the wall was not but the holes to hold up the mirror were there. The bathroom door handle made a nice hole in the wall the size of the door handle. Only two lights in the room worked. A lamp by the bed and the bathroom light. I brought these regards to the front desk soon after my arrival. I was told it is a result of remodeling. These are not acts of remodeling. I asked for an additional pillow but was told he had just washed all the extra pillows and they were air drying because you can’t place them in a dryer. People standing around on the property that do not look like they belong there. One girl rode up on a bicycle hid it around the corner of the building and then just sat on the second floor stairstep going thru her plastic bags of clothes (4/17) The morning of 4/18 I decided to check out early I handed my room key to the same person at the desk that I have only dealt with staying there. I think his name was Evan. He informed me that I would need to call back on Monday and speak to the manager about a refund. One of the worst stays I have ever had

    Parking lot was well lit with easy parking, though the front desk attendant was very courteous and pleasant, once we finally met him, our room left a few things to be desired,starting with the lack of lighting, it had a kitchenette with No light not to mention NO dishes with which to cook, how do you run an advertisement showing the items are furnished and then not have so much as a plastic cup in the room. the ONLY LIGHTING was bedside lamps and out of the 3 one was broken, hanging on by a wire "literally", the remaining 2 were no more than nighlihts for a child's room. the bathroom was without towels or a trash can only two thin hand towels and one washcloth were present, there was a hole in the ceiling where the overhead light should have been, and there was what looked like gold glitter paint spilled all over the bathroom shelf. And to top it off the bed had a thick itchy blanket under the sheets instead of on top, who's wants itchy fibers against their skin as they sleep? For the benefit of the kind staff that was available(After being greet by a sign at the front desk upon arriving saying check in online and come back after 3p) please DO BETTER!!!

    The room was invested with pests, no toilet paper dirty and so disgusting. I filled a claim with our insurance we payed because we could not stay and it was denied even with pictures. I will never use expedia or the alternative insurance again. This hotel was disgusting and i felt unsafe.

    Do not come here! 3 days in a row, i had to go to the front office and tell them to rerun my door key because it would not work. Dogs constantly barking, people yelling, someone whipping a puppy. I had rather pay $300 more for a nice room somewhere else than ever stay here again. ALWAYS SMELLED LIKE WEED. WHEN IT SAYS NO SMOKING, THE PROPERTY COULD CARE LESS.

    Floor buckling, sour mold smell, bug bites leaving huge whelps on my arms the size of golf balls, bed head board pulled half way out of wall mount, lights on head board stayed on with no way to turn them off ( I had to cover them with clothing to sleep) stove in kitchen didn’t work, tv remote missing, tv didn’t work, room phone sitting in desk but no cord and not plugged in, was not allowed an early check in, dirty linens where in front of my room from previous guest for 48 hours.

    This hotel looks decent in the Expedia photos. These photos must be from a long time ago. it is pet friendly. I saw a few people with dogs upon arrival. Pretty sure that is the only reason someone would choose to stay there. I arrived at 2:45 pm. The person at check in started off by giving me a hard time that room might not be ready because check in is at 3. After scurrying around a bit he came back with a key card for room 130. When I got to the room there were some people sort of just hanging around in the parking lot. Not really sure they were even guests of the hotel. The hotel is older so I figured it may be musty, I was not prepared for how bad the room was. The lobby smells like mildew but the room condition was by far the worst I’ve encountered and I’ve travelled all over the world and even stayed in a tree house in the jungle and that was cleaner and nicer than this room. The room had a bad smell, the furniture was in very bad shape. The door looked like it had been kicked in before and didn’t close properly. What made me immediately leave was the mattress. The sheets and blanket were clean looking but this mattress was filthy, stained and had an odor. I went to the front desk to leave so this was probably 15-20 minutes after I arrived and someone else was at the desk. The person at the desk that time was very polite and it just started his shift. I give him 5 stars but the hotel 0. This is the first time in my life a room was so bad I chose to not stay.

    I would not recommend anyone to book there. We booked online paod of course get to the hotel no staff is anywhere to be found. We call tje number on the business sheet it rings to the front desk while you are standing there and no one is there to answer. I had to call the police see how to get my money back. I had kids we all had to use the restroom the stress level was on the rise as we ended up with no where to go because all hotels were booked that we went to after getting robbed by studio 6. We went back next morning the staff stated the manager sympathy was not in call at noon. Called another staff member answered and he said she will be in on Monday. I will be calling today as i am not able to return to the hotel my family and I had to get back home.

    Need a refund, showed up at 11:15, four people waiting outside. Door was locked to the reception area and all lights off. Everyone was trying to call, but it just would just disconnect when you hit “zero” to talk to the hotel. People were knocking on windows, trying to find someone. After 45 minutes, we got an uber and found another hotel. We knew we’d be getting in late, so before booking, we called the hotel directly and they assured us someone would be there until 3:00am

    The staff support was lacking. I kept asking for clean towels and they kept saying that they don't have any towels and giving me the Run around, I had to buy my own towels and wash clothes, I had asked for coffee and they said that, they didn't have any coffee.and they took out an extra , $421.00 , There no water coming out the shower I have pics and the manager did care, she had said that she had to leave, and she had left. I was so, I mean so disenchanted with the whole miserable stay! I would not recommend any one to that hotel. No running water for a shower! I had to wash up on the little kitchen sink!

    Extremely bad. Cabinets were broken, roaches everywhere. Including inside the fridge. Bed frame headboard was cracked all the counters or cabinets or furniture made of wood were all chipped. The bathroom door was extra dirty. But we needed a place to lay our heads. So we really didn't use anything and checked out the next day. Oh and to top it off they double charged us. And didn't want to refund, but my husband was pretty upset so then they refunded the second charge. Very very disappointing. But you get what you pay for I guess. But the double charge made it worse.

    We did not stay. There were several signs warning about criminal activity. The light outside our room did not work. There was a half full bag of trash in front of our room as well as trash sitting on our windowsill. There was trash in the parking space, including a broken wine cooler bottle. When I walked up to the room, there was a gap around the door that I could see into the room. I have never felt so unsafe in my life.

    the bathroom sink was leaking and wanted to take a shower there was no shower curtain there was roaches coming out the drain of the tub and for some reason they did not have a working ice machine and when I got ready to check out this morning at about 8:30 9:00 there was nobody in the office in the office was locked up so I had to leave the key on the dresser in the room and I had a non-smoking room and the people on the right and the people on the left of me they were standing outside smoking and it was coming in through our door cuz our door had a opening and the smoke was coming into the room which ended up getting my wife sick I will never go back there

    Had to pay to use the water, we reserved a double queen room, the manager told us there were no more available although I reserved the room nearly a month a head of time then charged us an extra 6.00 to downsize. The flooring was coming up and we were tripping on it, there was half a roll of cheap toilet paper and no spare, there was a huge hole in the ceiling over the toilet, the tv was broken, the door jam was broken, and there were roaches. People lived there and were loud and obnoxious so night and it was a Tuesday night. Absolutely the worst place ever ever stayed.

    Staff was awesome. The room we got was already reserved to another person still in it. We had to change our room. The new room smelled like mold and mildew. We had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. There was no bedspread on the bed and kids were screaming all night. The staff did apologize about the toilet paper and were very accommodating to us. They also gave us spray for the room.

    I’m not thrilled about the housekeeping. It took me three weeks to get my room cleaned finally spoke with Steve. The guy that runs the front desk and he is a very professional young man. He took care of the situation for me. I think Steve should run the place all the time. He’s a great man. I write Steve is a 10+.

    Everything was terrible…When I reached they cancelled my booking without any information to me. It was showing booked at expedia. They had no idea why their earlier staff cancelled it. And then the reception said we are full so we cancelled and didnt even inform. Then I asked ok where do I go now so he said ok we will give you room (in double price from what I booked thru expedia) and that I have to pay them cash. This place is terrible and they are cheating people to put cash in their pockets. Never ever stay in this place. Very rude staff and irresponsible!

    I paid for 7 days the room apeared to be clean until I took a shower and I had black feet by the time I walked to the bed. I turned the TV on and could not get one channel to come in along with no sound ,did not get another TV untul midday next day.No working microwave blew because of outlet and frigerator stopped working a loss of $50.00 of meat to spoil ,after 3 days I requested to be moved until 2 days later went from a King room to queen room half the size and then had to a strong man to move my bed from that room because they had,no downstair rooms available Only gave ne I day,credit so I should be Happy about that.They beed ro check the rooms thoroughly befire renting them 😉

    The forst room they gave is was firt woth fake eyelash om nathroom wall amd thr front door was broke and couldn't lock securely so they gave us another room whi h was to be non smoking but amelled like nast. Cigarettes amd the tv wasnt mounted on the wall the light didnt work except on the bed so i jad to cook with the nathroom door open which os just gross. There wasnt a plug outlet for the microwave where ig was lo atdd under the stove so i had to lift it up amf put on the tanle amc only one so ket worked so i had to get a. Extension clrd to use it. The stove didnt have k ons to cook amc when i informed tbe dexk it tool them2 amd a half hours to bring when i told them i jad to go to work a.c when i asked for the ma.ager she was so rude. I arely tolerated the stay there. Also ir smelled like pee on the walkway and the hrounds was so unk rd mpt. Even tbough it is cheap place to stay it doesn't have to look like it. Amd thr staff is so ghetto amd rude hanhing in the lobby gossiping instead of taking care of pronlems timely. I usually don't have problems with. Otel 6 but this o e amd phillips hwy in Jacksonville are the absolute worst 😑

    This hotel is the most horrific Hotel i have ever stayed at. From checkin they cancelled my reservation because i wasnt there at 4pm so i had from check in at 3pm until 4pm before they cancelled. Then they charged me almost $100 more than my reservation. We did get a room. There was no remote (was told to come down and get one) then their was no towels (was again told to come get some) The toilet wouldnt flush and the next morning when we woke up i stepped out of bed and the whole hotel floor was flooded from the AC. I went to the front desk to ask to be moved to another room and the young lady stated she did not have the authority to move. She stayed she didnt have any towels to clean the water up and the maintenence man wasnt on site but she had a mop. After i stated i didnt stay at a hotel to clean and i had prior engagements to handle to please have this figured out by the time i got back. I left at 7:30 am and returned about 3:30pm NOTHING was done. Roxy apparently the manager was so very rude and condescending. The maintenance man was nice and did fix the AC and the toilet but there was No microwave,no cooking utensils, no coffee maker (this was supposed to be a kitchenette. The toulet paper sat on the counter. The room was a complete mess. Never again!

    Booked a 2 night stay and when we arrived to check in room wasn’t ready and they asked his to come back in a few hours. When we came back to attempt check in the second time the room was disgusting. Debris on floor, an electrical fire in the outlet, no kitchen accessories provided, fridge door didn’t even close and it was filthy with spilled liquids in it, walls were literally falling apart, tub had black foot prints on the base, men’s sperm (yes I’m serious) all over the tv stand! We did not stay and demanded a refund. This property is run down and gross.

    The property was dirty. There was mold or mildew in the bathroom, no towels were in the room, they couldn’t find a remote to work for the tv, there were stains on the floor. There was only 1 staff member who was nice and seemed to care everyone else seemed annoyed to be there and didn’t care if you had concerns.

    Horrible service. Dirty rooms , full of black mold and smell like dog piss. Matress was stained so bad itnwas unreal. Toilet seatvwas broken, refused to fix, the sink and tub drains were always backed up couldnt even use the sink in kitchen, it smelled like a dead animal was im the drain. AC blew cold but also produced a nasty smell. There is black mold everywhere.

    Couldn’t check in. Called in advance to have a room ready since my party and I traveled far for the NFL game. When we got there, at check in time, they told me it wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready till closer to 5, which is an inconvenience since the game was at 7, and we still had to get ready. I asked for two single rooms instead of 1 room with double beds; and they told me no there were no rooms at all. They asked if I wanted to keep the reservation and I told them I had to talk with my party to see what we should do. While we were outside in my car, the manager came out and said we “slammed the door” open so they cancelled my reservation and we couldn’t stay there. No one slammed a door or even slung one open. We were frustrated, yes, but we were still very nice and respectful. The staff and manager was unreasonable and would not budge or even help us to stay there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to NO ONE. it was dirty and looked like the outside had not been cleaned in years. I had a bad feeling pulling up and was hesitant to stay, but not even mad that I went somewhere else.

    Stayed for a couple days some of the Pros were clean,nice and cool upon entering the room.     This is one of the worst hotels I have experienced. The room was nasty. Hair in the bathtub, only one light in the room worked. Also the amenities listed on the website said that cooking utensils were included, when i arrived I was told they not included, but could be purchased. All of the furniture was damaged and in terrible condition. The light that was supposed to be under the shelf was broken and laying on top of the shelf in pieces. I immediately asked for a refund, which they did agree to. My advice is skip this hotel. Nasty!

    When we arrived the staff was great. The room we were given didn’t have a tv installed and the room was not clean. They did offer to move us, and when we did the other room was a little cleaner but smelled like wet dog really bad. On the second day I went and asked for new towels and rags and we did not get any… I went and purchased a couple so we could have clean towels and rags.

There is also no housekeeping service so you have to clean your own room.)
