At 1030pm, I was woken up by the sound of my next door neighbors talking in bed.

Everything was great, would've been excellent if the 3rd floor elevator button worked. It made it difficult for me with a infant carrying a stroller while being pregnant. Ammenties consist of hot water for an oatmeal package and coffee was so hot it would cause a blister if spilled on hand. Floor in my room was not clean.

Elevators out of service it's dirty in the whole place needs a good cleaning. They need to have one price for all of the amenities you're charged too many times on your credit card if you have a pet they should just do it all at one time each time we are charged fees. The bathtub is not working so if you have any pains or aches I need a bathtub you can go there they don't have it ready . The place needs a lot of repairs they making a lot of money at this location but they don't put any money back into the building I've stated a lot of these extended stays do to my pet... They're making money but they're not putting anything back into the building. Read the first one

The mattress was not good and the fact that you could not turn the bathroom light on without a very loud exhaust fan coming on were major drawbacks, making it hard to sleep. The free breakfast is really meager. But the place was clean and it had a refrigerator and microwave.

Check in process was terrible as I arrived at 2:30 pm and the receptionist said at first I would have to pay an early check-in fee, then he said there were no rooms ready, and I explained to him I had to go to work and would not be back after midnight, since I work at the hospital, but he never said that the front door and the main lobby will be closed after 11 pm and I'd have to dial in from the phone for the night attendant to come let me in. It was a mess overall. The room was fine, except you could hear all the cars and trucks on the main highway as it is literally across the street. Breakfast is just a to go bars to grab.

Hotels.com assured me that pets would be welcome without charge, but when I checked into the hotelI was charged $26 for one night for our well-mannered, smallish dog. "Pet and switch," had I known and factored in the cost of competitors, I might not have chosen Extended Stay, which was otherwise alright.

The front desk closed down around 11pm and left a note to call 0 if assistance was needed… not response to our call. We were locked out of the front door for 1 hour until a guest was leaving.

We booked for three nights, but the property felt very stingy with supplies. We had to request basic kitchen items like spoons and knives, plates, and even then, we were only given one saucer pan. We never figured out how to use the stove anyhow, and surprisingly, the front desk staff didn’t know how to either. We were provided with just two rags and four towels, even though we booked the room for four people (only three ended up staying). When we asked for extra washcloths at the front desk, we were told we had to bring the used ones down to exchange them—but we didn’t even have enough to begin with. The woman we spoke to, who seemed to be the manager, was very inconsiderate and not helpful at all. The only positive experience was with the lady who checked us in—she was very sweet and remained helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, she’s the only reason I’m giving this property 3 stars instead of 1.

I spent all night trying to fight off the STINCH in the room. The entire Hotel STANK!! I mean REEKED of B.O!! I sprayed disinfectant that I had with me, air freshener, I sprayed the bed, the curtains, I even sprayed bleach on the floor and the odor just would not let up!

The property was outdated and smelled like weed on our floor but the staff was extremely nice and friendly. The bedroom was decently clean (except for the shower and fridge). AC was cold and the tv had good channels! Just an overnight stop but super convenient to food options and the highway.

The front desk staff Marsha and Stephanie were professional and friendly. They addressed any concerns and questions that we had. The room was clean. It was our second stay and we will come back.

I was disappointed. The room is smaller than pics, upon entering the kitchen counter was disgusting! With stains , scratches and chipped up counter tops! Microwave looks rusty, the bathroom counter top had green stains on it as well as was cracked! The toilet had black stains! On arrival they refused to let me use the bathroom in the lobby, so I ended up peeing on myself! No recliner chair in room as in picture. When complained to front desk during day, was told to let them know if I want to check out! So I booked 6 nights but had to stay 2 nights cause the check out time had passed, so I checked out in day 2 and am awaiting my refund for 4 nights . The outside of the hotel looks decent but the inside is musty and smells like cigarette smoke and is in dire need of upgrades ! The staff needs better customer service training ! Because look how they caused the company to lose 4 nights of pay !

I have nothing but gratitude for this amazing staff. Upon check I had a minor hickup that most would have allowed me to “figure out” on my own and come back later, not this team! First I was very emotional and they all consoled me as reassured me things would be ok. Second they worked as a team to help address my situation and get me back to my daily routine. I am grateful we decided to stay at this hotel. When we leave in a few weeks I will miss everyone. Thank you again for showing me kindness and understanding during a moment of awkwardness!

Absolutely the BEST experience ever. I am very particular where I lay my head and my family as well as I are in transition to a new home so we needed temporary housing for a month. The front desk and house keeping staff is phenomenal! Super CLEAN facilities, fully stocked vending and laundry area! Did I mention CLEAN facilities! The rooms smell fresh, bedding is crisp, and bathroom is great. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I felt safe in the area as well since I work late. Definitely would recommend! Look no further this is your temporary home!

I’ve purchased a stay here a few times because their pricing is affordable and every time I have stayed the rooms were clean and neat. If I wasn’t satisfied they had no problem allowing me to go to another room that was of my liking. Staff are always kind and I really appreciate that. Definitely recommend others to stay. It’s been a blessing to us.

This place is only a 15 min drive from the airport/train station. The location has a decent amount of restaraunts, both fast food and sit down, adult beverage store nearby, and is pretty quiet.

The place is in a good central area. The front was welcoming. Add i got into the room it had an awkward smell. The mattress had a dent on one side. Heater worked well which was got since the weather was freezing. In the bathroom a on the sink broke off!

The room could have used some thorough vacuuming. I could overhear the couple next door's argument. The front desk made me insist on having the them print out my receipt. They seem incompetent and resistant to doing their job. This is poor value compared to other similar hotels.

Friendly Staff and convenient location to major highways

Probably one of the worst hotel stays in my life. I have no idea what is going on at this place, but literally people are walking, stomping, making noise, grunting and opening and closing doors non-stop all night. Literally at 3am when I was woken up by doors opening and closing in the hallway my room was in, above and below my room as well, very hard to sleep, and was very unsettling. A broken table leg and a weird smell were the least of my issues with this hotel that looked somewhat nice on the outside, but was like sleeping in an active bus station for the night. I left after one night and stayed at another local hotel and just absorbed the second night I paid for to get away from this place. Would NOT recommend.

I have the "staff & service" 3 stars only because they were short on staff and i was told the housekeeper on duty that day resigned without notice smh. But other than that, the pleasant woman who checked me in was very helpful and was able to assist me with no problem.

Reasonable price, kitchenette, lots of clean towels, shampoo etc for 11 queen room. Each access to rooms from back door which actually locks (unlike other hotels that I have been) and opens only with room key that makes you feel safe. Self Laundry facilities and vending machines. They offer grab and go basic breakfast but I didn’t use that service.

Our only complaint was no Continental Breakfast. Great stay otherwise.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helped when the first room did not open. The second room was okay a bit dirty and one of the pillows had a blood stain on the cover. I was not in the room long and the bed was comfortable but if I would have stayed longer I would have brought up the issues.

The bed was awful! The bathroom wasn’t clean. We didn’t even shower. Checkin in, the guy didn’t say hello, I asked him if he could charge another card and instead he charged the card on file when i specifically said to not do that, the woman next to him refunded me right then and there- thanks have to wait for my $100 to go back into my account after a holiday weekend when I have bills coming out. The man to didn’t say a word when he gave us our keys. The absolute worst experience! The whole hotel smelled bad. I felt really unsafe. Never again.

ESA is definitely a good and affordable option for a family. I liked the fact that they have a kitchen with the necessities to be able to cook and enjoy a good meal if you want to stay in. The location is great with many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. Definitely would recommend!

The staffs there are so very nice and helpful. I can't quite remember all stuffs names but i would recommend this place anytime. So close to everything and the place is clean.

Many upgraded since I last visited here. New flooring, fresh paint, and equipment. Outside grounds continued well kept. Since I travel with my dogs, the station for dog bags and waste disposal was greatly appreciated…just wish all guests with pets used this addition. The staff was very friendly and always “working”. The great concept is that every room has a full kitchen (minus conventional oven), so that if you're staying awhile and don't mind cooking a bit you can eat your own food - improving quality and saving a butt-load of money. Our problem was that the first room we were given was uninhabitable - missing a major furniture item, light out by the bedside, phone not working (couldn't reach the desk), pillows minus pillow cases and one of them stained with a bit of blood. A second room was fine, but of course we had to move to it. The desk help was super-friendly and helpful, so I can't fault that, but clearly their QC and room inventory were sub-par. Still, once we got settled we were happy with the place, and will give them another shot.

Rooms are dated. They had no kitchen items not even a coffee maker the first rooms mattress smelled like human pee the second room smelled of underarms and sweat.

The receptionist was very helpful and got us a serviceable room in exchange, so props to her, but having to change rooms was a drag. The rest of our stay was good.

The room smelled like smoke and there was a distinct odor of food in the room. This was unacceptable and does not warrant a favorable review.

Actual dirt in the sheets. Colorful urine-stained sheets. Artful cigarette burns on countertops and sinks. Delightful hole patterns in blackout curtains. Drawer front falling off. Questionable greasy substance on the table. Not sure what my shoes were sticking to on the floor. If it had not been after midnight, and having paid nearly 200$ for the room, we would have left to find another place to stay.

The property itself was ok but the rooms could use some updating. I like the fact that it was close to eating places. The staff was very friendly. However, I did not feel very safe.

Basic accommodations in a central location for conference I attended. Two strip malls - one on either side - with fast food, food marts, liquor store, and other stores meant that getting breakfast, lunch, and dinner were a simple task.

Curry smell, roaches crawling just extremely poor overall.

First of all, we didn't know extended stay means the rooms will only be cleaned once every 14 days. Also, free breakfast was a joke, although they advertise this being a smoke free place, every night after midnight we would get a strong smell of weed to the point that we couldn't breath and had to walk outside for a fresh air. Bathroom smelled like crap and carpet was filthy. Will never stay and this property again.

There is a kitchenette with frig, stove, and microwave, but there are no pots, pans, plates, cups, or silverware. So there isn't much use in having a kitchenette. Worse, there was no coffee maker in the room. The breakfast they serve downstairs is just a granola bar. There never seems to be anybody at the front desk.

I didnt like being told that they were overbooked and didnt have any rooms when i arrived. I didnt like being given a dirty room with no sheets and being told to dress the bed myself with new sheets. I didnt like the dead cockroach on my window sill. I didn't like the no breakfast when the website says free breakfast on it.

Canceled the reservation. Every part of the room has a different smell. We tried 2 different rooms and both were unclean. We were told we get a refund and still haven’t gotten it. Hotels.com has been very UNHELPFUL. Have gone through 2 customer service agents. Moral of story, dont stay at this hotel and dont go through hotels.com

Our stay was fine. Unfortunately, there were some undesirable guests near us. I would stay there again, if necessary, but not for more than a night or 2. The area in general has gone downhill - not a safe place anymore. Staff was great and all things considered... I would give an overall rating of 7/10

I was pleased with the set up of the room (small kitchen, refrigerator, etc.). However, it was the exterior that was unpleasant. There was trash (broken glass and other debris) in the back of the building and I reported it and nothing had been done. The rooms and building itself was decent. The employees were friendly.
