Everyone working there was very nice. Special shout out to Reese who worked in the breakfast area. Breakfast was good and the room was clean and spacious. This hotel was located right next to the freeway and we could hear the traffic throughout the night.

Breakfast was nice, and there was plenty of room to sit - even with a few travelling sports teams staying there. It was quiet too - I would have expected to hear more noise from all families staying there, but it was very peaceful.

Good size refrigerator and small microwave oven but no coffeemaker or tea kettle in room. Make-by-the-cup coffee available in lobby.

Room was clean. Staff was asking a little too many questions upon my check in. Have stayed here well over 10 times within 3 years while on travel. Never had an encounter as I did the last time I came here. Will be trying other options next trip. Also someone needs to be looking after the breakfast bar. Entire family of kids reaching hands into things infecting everything with whatever gross germs kids have. Ewww.

Quiet. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Only draw back was if you want coffee in room you had to request a coffee maker - they did offer coffee, fresh brewed, in downstairs lobby 24 hours a day

My second room smelled so badly of body odor. Even after they came back to the room to spray air freshener it did not go away. It was either in the furniture or carpets it was so strong and offensive an odor. Completely unacceptable. Would not stay here again between the noise and bad odors. The hotel is next to an In n Out and the customers block the only entrance and exit to the hotel. It’s super inconvenient to have to wait and the customers will not move to let you into the only lane that goes to the hotel.

The room is clean and decent space, but the soundproofing is really bad, probably the worst holiday inns I ever had. I could hear all the footsteps from upstairs and the noise from the nearby highway. complained to the front desk people x 2 times, no resolution. They keep saying they couldn’t make arrangement due to no availability on a Sunday night….

The sound of the highway is very loud. I would have thought they would have put us in a room facing away from the highway as the hotel was pretty empty. We were too tired to go back downstairs and ask for a change. But that would have been a nice consideration. Also I am not sure why electric car chargers are not becoming more available, but will be looking for this in future stays.

From the time we stepped in the door late at night to when we left we were greeted with a smile and team members interested in us. The breakfast was also great for a free breakfast with eggs, meat and potatoes and warm cinnamon rolls among other items. The place also looked like new with varied seating in the lobby. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I had questions about a pre-charge on my account that exceeded the amount quoted by Travelocity. Her explanation was curt, and she acted as though I should already understand the issue, which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

I was in town to see family for the weekend and needed a quiet place to stay. This was perfect. Great location so I could grab food and go. Large room for just me and would have been perfect had my husband come as well. So clean! Shower pressure was decent (which is more than I can say about most hotels).

Pool needs to be a bit warmer if anyone wanted to swim. It was so cold that my kids, who usually don't mind ocean water, would not get in. Beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept on.

Nice and new hotel, rooms are large. Breakfast was better than expected. Only downside to this hotel is it is right next to the freeway, so if you are in a room on the freeway (east side) of the building, you will hear the rumbling of the freeway. Fortunately, the beds were comfortable and the pillows were wonderful (the pillow cases are even labeled “soft” and “hard”) so I fell right asleep and didn’t wake up from the noise. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The bathroom door wasn’t big enough for the door opening, so that was awkward….Sometimes…

I didn't like the height of the bed. I'm only 5'3 and partially handicaped. When I backed up to the bed, I was unable to sit down safely. My husband had to block me from sliding off, and had to help lift my legs, because the bed hit about two inches above my bottom.

We’ve been loyal to the IHG brand for years and often choose Holiday Inn Express for its comfort, consistency, and excellent service—whether in Phoenix, Texas, Oregon, or Washington. This location was our second stay in 8 months, and while check-in was smooth and early check-in was kindly accommodated, our overall experience was let down by one disappointing interaction. On the evening of Friday, June 6, 2025, we politely inquired at the front desk about the possibility of accessing a small breakfast item to-go early the next morning, as we had a 7:15 AM event. We’ve never had an issue with this at any other Holiday Inn Express—staff have always been happy to offer something simple like a yogurt or muffin to help accommodate early travelers. Unfortunately, the staff member we spoke with gave a long, overly detailed, and dismissive response that made our request feel like an inconvenience. It wasn’t about the food—it was about the attitude. A simple, “Let me see what I can do” would’ve gone a long way. We travel internationally and choose Holiday Inn Express because of its reputation for service and value, especially when breakfast is included. We love the brand, but this interaction didn’t reflect the hospitality we’ve come to expect. Regrettably, we won’t be returning to this location.

Nice and clean room, supportive and empathetic staff, good proximity to many desirable locations. If you’re driving, there’s a decent amount of parking, just don’t get caught up in the In and Out traffic. Our room’s fridge didn’t work during our stay, there is also not a freezer component to the fridge (be cognizant of what you purchase/bring in that regard). Staff were helpful in helping us problem solve our issue. Plan on choose this hotel the next time we are in town

Great facility, but located next to what felt like the world's largest and busiest In-and-Out Burger.

It was a very comfortable stay. Staff was great, especially Candise, who made sure we had an enjoyable experience.

The check in process was really frustrating. I had called to have an adjoining room added to my reservation, but when I got there they clerk said nothing was available. Also the clerk didn’t use deodorant and smelled terrible.

The bed/ mattress needed replacing as sink holes and beyond too soft! Everything was clean and staff friendly. I would suggest that the guest laundry be updated to taking credit cards or something along those lines as having to get a roll of quarters at the desk in order to do a load which wash/ dry is $6.50 leaves quarters to have to pocket and seems like a credit card for payment would be a lot easier for everyone.

This was the best stay I've ever had at a holiday inn. The area is beyond convenient next to literally any restaurant you can imagine (including in-n-out burger) and great shopping. Nice hotel

The hotel is close to shopping (Keizer Station) and dining options, and a short drive from our daughter’s house when we visit. The lobby and rooms are very clean and fairly new. We stayed on the third floor, so our room was very warm, even though we had the heat off. At night we had to turn on the A/C just to be comfortable enough to sleep. We inquired about moving to another room on the ground floor, and were initially told our room type was not available. So, we suffered through the three nights we stayed there over Christmas. After the second night, we were offered to move, but we felt it was too much hassle for one night.

The reservation was under my name and we tried to use a credit card to pay that belonged to my husband. He was with me. They would not accept it. Said the reservation had to be under his name. I have never experienced this before. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The property is within walking distance of stores and restaurants. You would think it would be loud being close to other buildings, but surprisingly it is nice and quiet.

The is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was excellent and the area is great for shopping and dining. The only hard part was trying to maneuver around the long line to the drive thru for the In-and-out. Not the hotels fault at all. We figured out a better way around and it was fine.
