Friendly staff, loved the shower!

The property is clean. The laundry works and isn't over priced. The staff is polite and reasonable.

Inexpensive and clean room that has convenient access to I-5 and Oregon 99E. There was no breakfast, only hot coffee.

We enjoyed our stay the staff is nice the rooms are clean. It's not fancy but worth the stay.

The bed felt like sleeping on plywood, the pillows where flat, and we had to wait longer than needed because the front desk person was on a personal call.

Enjoyed our stay. My one year old was able to move around and it was quiet.

Room was dirty. Sheets stained. Shower barely sprayed, moreso poured out. Stay didn't answer questions when asked, was cold and unhelpful.

Very dirty place and broken sink

Room was very dirty and appliances were broken. First night there were stains on the floor and a piece of rotten meat under my bed and faucet handle on sink was broken. I went to front desk lady and told her and she said “that’s ok” I was hoping maybe she would put me in a different room. Reluctantly I stayed a second night and they put me in a different room and was better but toilet was really dirty and room smelt like cigarette smoke. I will never spend a 3rd night here.

It was a nice stay no drama.

It was a nice hotel I felt bad the staff had to deal with an intoxicated man who literally defecated on our floor in the hall. Too many rules. No visitors. Can't use stairs to go out side door. I smoke and I prefer to go outside and I can't always use the elevator because I have issues with my ears and equilibrium. They were very kind when they found out we had a service animal which was amazing. Thank you for being so accommodating considering.

Cockroach in our room the second we got in. Brought it to the front desk they were super busy the guy said he would talk to me but instead he was extra rude saying that his manager would be in in the morning and talk to him then. So I did. He told me essentially to kick rocks and get a refund through Expedia. Is that happening? Unsure still waiting. There is NO complimentary breakfast like advertised. At 4am we had to call the police because of a guy overdosing across the hall from us. It was the absolute worst stay. We had our babies.

The stay overall is great but parts of bedding were absolutely disgusting

Towl racks falling off the wall hair dryer broken and missing the prongs for the plug-in tried to keep my deposit saying i did the damages i recommend if you stay here record when you you get in your room and check everything that way if they try to withhold your deposit you have proof

Was clean, access to laundry, the pool is a bonus. Front desk people pleasent.

Very nasty note at fire escape north exit NO SMOKING THERE when EVERYWHERE is no smoking SMOKERs should be ordered to smoke in cars...I think this is a welfare hotel with homeless families and a married bicycle team

And I couldn't stay because I didn't have my credit card with me. They refused after I paid Expedia.

Room exceeded my expectations excellent value and good customer service.

It decent for the price, beds a bit uncomfortable if you deal with back issues and the pool area was locked. Other that it was a decent place and I like it was away from the noise. Staff were nice. I'm happy with the overall stay. Will return here, just hope the pools open next time 😀

The place was smelly but nothing bad other than that

I would not stay here again, a critter/rodent that i would rather not say specifically but one that is a definite deal breaker for any home scared my child out of his seat as it walked over the refrigerator.. the room was not comfortable after that and the biggest inconvenience and waist of my money.

Hotel was ok for the price and location. Hotel had run down appearance, recent hallway walls patches, room air conditioner temperature setting/control was not accurate and room bathroom door would not fully close.

The pool was “closed for maintenance” and there was no blow dryer in room. The rooms were very outdated. Rooms need work.

We got to are room and it looked like a party had just got done in there left for a few hours came back it was clean

Hotel is dated with old furniture and old TV. Service was ok .reception lobby was not friendly at all.

I was not told I had to have a deposit before I booked and so I have not checked in and I’m tired and just got off work and want to sleep

The bed mattresses were stained and smelt like urine. They also had missing matresss cover sheets

Room entry door had to try card key several times to work everytime, could not shut sliding door (only halfway) to shower & toilet. Garbage scattered all over ground outside window. advertised free breakfast & had only coffee breifly at times, no food. Had to leave 1 day early & told they could not refund. I will never stay at a roadway again.

Ignored by front desk, waited to check in for 10 minutes while he chatted outside. This place is dirty and smells of burnt chemicals. The best thing about this room is you can see the tv from the toilet. P

You have 56 tv channels but only 39 of them seem to work. Bring something to watch. Your allowed to smoke in the hotel so it smells every where like a old man who smokes.

Tired of the low budget motels charging deposits when they don’t offer breakfast, towels are old floors are dirty and all together just dingy and unkept!

We stayed 2 nights here. staff very attentive to our needs.

The person checking us in only spoke to me when asking how I wanted to pay the deposit. No "welcome" or "how can I help you?" Nothing. The pool is supposed to open at 8, but not a single counter person could be found before we left at 9:3]

I understand that a 2-star hotel is going to be no-frills; I just expected it to be clean. I will not be staying here again.

the staff at the front desk was rude. Never smiled. The hallway smelled like marijuana. Junk outside by the garbage can. This hotel is a definite example of you get what you apy for.

Bed was like a. Board. Very uncomfortable. Did not get any sleep. They use flat sheets for fitted i hate that. So cheap And they do not stay put.

Worst hotel experience EVER! We came to the hotel and checked in but had to ask to change rooms because i was in a walking cast and their elevator was out of service. The hotel was ok. There was no information on line or at checkin regarding a cleaning deposit that has not yet been refunded. I did not like being blind sided!

A construction worker was moveing a locking system on my bathroom door as if he were standing on my side of the way looking directly at it. I questioned him and he stayed silent along with an lady and one that was the ring leader. Definitely a privacy concerns holes in many rooms along walls, also i just asked to be moved and was told that everything is okay, and that "I" the customer service representative was apologizing to them not you. The drilling amd noise did not stop from around 7pm to 4am the next day and began again at 730am. I originally called front desk because I heard the nosies of a drill going off and was making sure it was the hotel and not anything compromising privacy and security of guest. THIS A DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING AND INTO THANKSGIVING DAY 7PM TO 4AM AND AGAIN AT 730AM UNTIL I CHECKED OUT EARLY AT 10AM

easy access from freeway - good location - pancake house near by - staff friendly and efficient

Great location! Great staff! Room was clean and spacious. Pool area was clean. No breakfast served but restaurants within 2 mile radius. Location very close to highway… not close enough to hear the traffic but close enough for commuting. Parking lot clean and safe. I drive a nice car and no damage or tapering.

Holes in the bathroom door, peeling wall paper. The only chair was filthy. One of the worst beds I have slept on, it physically hurt to lay on. Asked for a extra blanket and pillow, was told they were full up and nothing was availble..they had a total of 8 vehicles there so I highly doubt they were full. The heater only blew cold air

It took almost a month to get my deposit back

Doors would not open with card key unless you slammed the door handle. Whole second floor smelled of pot and incense. Pubic hair all over bathroom. Unsafe room conditions for toddlers

Probably the worse place I have ever stayed. The smell of weed through the whole place. There were very sketchy people coming in and out. There was screaming and yelling on the floor above us. We packed up and left! Don’t do it!!!

Got to room and sheets definitely not changed. Black dirt on them. Then found someone's left behind toothbrush in the shower. Couldn't have been cleaned

Hotel staff was reluctantly accommodating. Neither rude nor friendly. Room overall was clean as where the linens on the bed and the towels supplied in the room. Request for an early check-in was ignored. The check out process wasn't exactly timely but far from quick. Overall I feel like I got what I paid for as far as the quality of the accommodations for the price I paid for the room. Due to the interactions with the staff upon checking in/out (mostly the staff that handle our check- out) we will not be returning for another stay in the future.

The property has not been maintained well and whomever cleans does t know corners all need to be vacuumed. The place is in dire need of a facelift!

This is not the place to stay if you're allergic or can't stand cigarette, pot smoking, noise, banging/slamming doors. I asked fir a room far away from the smoking section but my room and halls reeked of smoke like an old Vegas casino. Some people had a party going in parking lot with loud music coming out of their cars. I was disappointed to sathe least.

We found out that the noisy next room was occupied by a staff member. Not good. Otherwise, it was an okay stay.

They tried charging me for dirty sheets by taking it out of my deposit, then threatened to not allow me back on property stay away very unclean no sheets on mattress homeless people living in back of parking lot

The check in was easy. This is a hotel. The riomsxare inside a building. There is a spot wuth very heavy Indian food smell in the second floor, but not a big deal. The room smells like it was smoked in or around or oreviously, but not too bad. There ample space in the room with open sink, a shower stall and toilet clised off with a sliding door. My room had fridge and microwave which were hige pluses. No coffee machine. I didn't check out the breakfast. The staff was courteous. Overall, I had a comfortable stay and recommend this place.

The condition of the room was highly unsatisfactory. The door handle did not latch properly and required fiddling to engage, posing a significant security concern. The pocket door between the bed and bathroom had a broken latch, making it hard to close, and provided no privacy. The bed covering appeared grimy and the carpet on the floor looked old, tired and questionably clean. The Inn advertised a “breakfast included” but this was misleading. No breakfast was available, only coffee from 6-9 AM. Service was virtually nonexistent. On arrival we had to ring a bell to have someone come out to the desk. Upon leaving, due to safety concerns, the front desk was again unattended. We rang the bell 3 times and waited, but no one appeared. The most alarming aspect of our stay was the severe safety issues. A homeless camp was located at the edge of the parking lot, and a man was loitering at the front door. This same individual later entered the lobby, ranting about his “f…..’ing rifle”, and then paced the floor of the breakfast room, creating unsafe and uncomfortable environment. When trying to leave the building, we found a weighted plastic tub placed directly in front of the door on the outside, which we had to shove aside to exit. Cleanliness and feeling unsafe and uncomfortable led us to leave the hotel shortly after arrival. We will never return to this hotel.

It smells like cigarettes ( the whole building even the non smoking rooms) and they want an additional deposit even though the rooms are disgusting. I left in the middle of the night.

It did not have bed bugs though and the mattress was very comfortable.

Breakfast was coffee only and the milk was powdered. More than minimal. There 'was' however, laundry services that were convenient and reasonably priced. The staff were not friendly. We wouldn't stay there again

Great Budget Friendly Place

Not only did they charge us $60 more than what I was told in the booking, the room was dirty, the toilet seat was loose and floppy side to side, and there was a giant pile of mattresses and garbage at the front of the building.

Sheets had hair & stains on them, stains on walls & carpet. Pretty disappointing stay, this place definitely will not be a place I return to again.

I do not recommend staying here! The parking lot had homeless people and broken down vehicles on the side of the lot. The lobby had a funny smell, not bad but definitely not quite right. The room was HORRIBLE!! The shower was tiny and the grout was filthy. The sheets had burn holes and the pillowcases looked stained. The room had a horrible smell as well. The beds were very uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everyone around us. We only stayed for 10 minutes before deciding to leave.

Tough area to stay. It's not a four star hotel or area. Stayed in a lot worse. Stayed in a lot better. Breakfast was so horrid we didn't even try eating it.

Too many homeless in the parking lot. They have a lot of homeless as guest. That's fine. However, they bring their broken down vehicles (again fine) but they trash out the parking lot with their garbage. Then at night, other homeless people show up in the parking lot and stay all night possibly selling drugs. The bed in my room was terrible. All I felt was all of the SPRINGS in the bed. Terrible back pain as a result. Wanted tom have my mother stay there. THAT'S NOT HAPPENING!!!!!. ROADWAY INN USED TO BE A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. NOT ANYMORE.

The staff was extremely rude. They also advertised pets allowed and at check in time me let’s not allowed. They did end up allowing my small dog with a pet fee but every time a different staff member, which they appeared to all be related, we got questioned about which room we had been booked and who we were. Burns everywhere, dirty walls, black mold in bathroom and shower, no screens on windows on third floor, burns in linens, evidence of prior drug use on counter top. Furniture very stained and floor not even vacuumed. There was a pool but it was absolutely freezing and advertised as heated and indoor. Trash Littered in the pool area.

I have STILL not received my $50 back That you held. First, you charged my card and the hold fell off it took over a week with a debit card for it to go through. When I called to talk about it your person could not access the internet. I wat my $50 dollars back
