The rooms were very nice and very clean.The shower head needs to be clean because it sprays all over the room and the mattress was very hard.Other than that it was great .

I needed a safe place to park my toy hauler with an Organic Potato Harvester! The nice lady showed me where to park to be able for all to get around. The room was just as reviews showed!!!

This is the second time we stayed at this motel. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet.

The staff were kind and accommodating. The room very clean and neat. No coffee maker but otherwise well provided. AC great but bit of noise. Loved the place.

Basic motel but a must stay if you’re travelling Route 66 and need a night’s rest in Kingman. Our room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Also nice to have the convenience of parking our car directly in front of the room.

My husband and I stay here often in our travels between Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The facility has always been quiet and clean. It is a great place to stop and sleep; don't miss the Mexican restaurant next door!

It's a basic motel for when you need a place to stay for a night on a road trip. For that, it is an excellent choice for a reasonable price. Everything works, the bed is comfy, easy to find. Ample parking. The air conditioning works well.

The Arizona Inn isn't fancy. It is clean, well-lit, plenty of parking and super-convenient to I-40.

It was okay. The refrigerator made all kinds of unpredictable loud noises... And outdoor noise was very loud. My allergies were really bad, probably from the pillows, dust mites.

The hotel itself was fine. Location is fine, quiet. But checking in, my gf had smoked a cigarette in the car a half hour ago with the windows down. I don’t smoke. The check in staff insisted she couldn’t breathe and left the room, told us Jon smoking literally four times. It’s some petty, insulting, stupid ways to act towards a customer. If can’t handle the public, don’t work at a hotel. Would never go here again b

It is one of the cleanest places we have ever been.

The motel was centrally located, and clean. However, the gentleman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude. He would hardly speak and would not give me any information regarding the area. Your check in experience sets the tone for your whole stay and ours was not pleasant.

Cute little motel, conveniently located. However there is no coffee in the rooms, and you have to wait for the office to open, then the coffee is mediocre at best and there is only fake powdered creamer. We booked an extra night as we were in town for business, the gentlemen was just shy of rude and charged us $10 more for our room, than we paid for the previous 2 nights. Not the best experience.

The property is in excellent shape all clean. E everything were great. The only problem was with TV. The signal for the TV kept going out and picture pixelated. A minor problem. Overall the stay was a great value.

There was road work the evening we came in but they worked through out the night. The next day, the road was new and smooth. The parking lot is good for motorcycles.

Other than a comfortable bed and a clean room, we don't need/want any extras. The room is a basic, clean room. The parking lot is well lit, the location easy to find and the staff friendly. This was our second time staying and we'll stay again.

Functional but zero frills and the room had a potent chemical deodorizer smell. The carpet was also filthy and after walking around barefoot in the evening my feet were black and dirty which was a bit upsetting. No 24/7 coffee which to me is important as an early morning traveler. The location though isn’t bad and lots of places to eat within walking distance, but I won’t be staying here again.

The rooms are updated and very clean. Basic amenities, coffee in the check in area, not in the room. There is no question that this facility and ownership cares for quality. I did find the bed to be a little too hard for me. Otherwise, it is a spot on place for price for a night or two.

Great location convenient to I40 and historic downtown Kingman. Close to shopping and dining. We arrived late, left early, so we only scratched the surface of Kingman. Looks like a hip place—breweries, coffee shops, smoothie/healthy options. Room was super clean with comfortable beds.

First time staying here based off of reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Room was exceptionally clean and the front desk was courteous. The only thing I have to ding is the TV would keep cutting out but it was no biggie. If staying in Kingman, I would highly recommend.

This the 2nd time we have stayed at this motel. We travel frequently between Tulsa, OK and Fresno, CA and Kingman is a convienent location for us to stop over. Unfortunately on this trip we were rushing back to Oklahoma, so we arrived late and left early. The room was clean. The young woman who checked us in (and out) was very nice. My only complaint this time was that the ice machine was not dispensing ice. It may be that all the other guests had already used all of the ice before we got there and it haden't had time to make more, but it wasn't a major issue. Price is right, beds are comfy because of these 2 things we will stay again.

We have been staying here for years, they do an excellent job keeping the place clean and updating stuff as they can. It stinks to have to say it but it's not your typical East Indian owned motel. They actually put money back into the place to improve it, they are friendly and make your stay pleasant.

The rooms were renovated and the outside was in the process of being renovated. On one hand, there was noisy construction during the day. But on the other hand, you have to respect that they are spending money to keep the place nice. Would stay again.

Young woman at reception was wonderful. Even gave me one of her personal stools for shower. This was the problem, nothing is handicapped accessible. No hand rails and no place to manouver a walker or chair. Would suggest at least safety bars in tubs. Very cool place though an very convenient

The Not so Good - when I entered my room for the first time, I noticed the desk / table and its chair had potato chips and pretzels crumbs. I went to the front desk and asked if someone could come and clean it and it was cleaned immediately. I also noticed the bathroom had a light musty smell and I assumed it was because the building is old. When I was going to take a shower, I noticed the shower curtain was brownish towards the bottom. I went to the front desk and it was replaced immediately.

It is not modern but very clean..very close to many eating options and brewing options. Mexican restaurant adjacent to Motel with nice family restaurant across the street. Most everything closes between 8-9 pm during the week.

The rooms at the front of the hotel look a little dingy on the outside but the room they put us in in the back was very nice and clean. Very quiet. Would 100% stay here again if we were going this way.

This place has been somewhat updated. It was clean however there was a smell of dog feces in the room. There’s clearly a sign that says no pets allowed yet I was asked if I had any pets that night so I don’t know if they do allow them. The sheets and towels were clean. Bed was ok. I struggle with microfiber sheets they make you sweat. For the price it was fine for one night.

Arrived late, 9pm. No issues checking in. Room was large, spotlessly clean. Only let down was the temperature of the room. Air conditioning hadn't been switched on for our arrival, (1st time experiencing this) once cooled down it was very comfortable & we slept ok.

My stay in room 117 was generally pleasant, with a clean room and a quiet atmosphere during my week-long visit. However, the air conditioning was excessively loud and may need to be updated. One notable concern arose when someone knocked on my door and attempted to enter without announcing themselves as housekeeping or room service, and without giving me adequate time to respond. As I was traveling with children, this incident was particularly disturbing. To improve their service, the staff should prioritize proper door etiquette.

As others mentioned, it is an older hotel, and just like others saying, it was clean and comfortable. Given we just needed a place for a quick overnight stay for a low price the Arizona Inn worked just fine. Checking in/out was quick and the staff friendly.

The motel os right across the street from Metcalf City Park. I arrived on a Sunday and there was a really great band plsying in thr park from 4-6..i then walked down Route 66 snd checked the war.memorials and the Santa Fe train. The restaurant, Calicos is just across the street. They had really good breakfasts. And there is a Mexican Food place in the same parking lot as the motel. It was just ok. The room itself was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. There is a fridge and microwave in the room, but no coffee maker (minor detail). There, sadly, is no swimming pool. It'a not a deal breaker for me, because I'm sure that is what keeps cost down, I just thought I'd mention it. In the lobby behind the desk is a security monitor that shows the parking lot and the doors of every room. So I felt secure. I had an issue with the internet, but the staff quickly helped get me on line. They are unbelievably nice and so accommodating! I would totally stay here again without hesitation.

The property is close to the Interstate, not far from great restaurants and very pleasant folks caring for you. There are really no amenities, only coffee in the lobby, an ice machine, but that's about it.

Best room we've had on this trip. Cleanest bathroom and bathtub was spotless. Bed was very comfortable....older, slightly worn furniture but new granite on all the tables and counters. Easy chair and hassock along with table and chair too. Tastefully decorated. Desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating. Outside didn't look special, but the inside was spotless. Impressed for the price!. Only thing missing was a breakfast and coffee, but many options nearby on the way out. Would definitely stay there again!!!!

This older hotel has been very tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of plug-ins for your devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Management was friendly and helpful. A bit bare bones but that’s reflected in the low rates. A great place for travelers on a budget who want a clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel.

Clean well kept economy hotel. As is typical,there weren't enough outlets for all my life support equipment. There was sunlight visible around the door. Manager was incapable of recommending local restaurants because she didn't eat out. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Got a ground floor room by request. No elevator to the second floor. All of this because my life support equipment fills a suitcase. Clean and reasonably well kept. If you need a pool or hot tub you're out of luck. Your basic no frills place to stay with comfortable beds. A good economy hotel foran overnight stay for two.

This is a motel from central casting for Route 66. It was everything I expected from an older two story motel from that time period. A good place to start our off the interstate Route 66 experience.

As expected, clean room. We stay here every year for a family trip through the area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Just a place to clean up and sleep. Doesn't offer breakfast but they have coffee available. Our only issue is being put in 2nd floor with only stairs to get there. We both have knee issues. They could mot accommodate us.
