The room was $60... that's cheap so no complaints. I got what I paid for It's really just a gross building, towel rack and shower curtain about to fall off. The condition of the room was ok to sleep in but I couldn't wait to leave. Honestly for $60 I'd stay again. Kingman is a weird place

The pool was empty and closed and we were not told prior to booking. There was not enough washcloths for two people. The pillows were brown, and when I pulled the top covers down on the bed it seemed the sheet was wrinkled like it had been slept in and there was what appeared to be a blood stain on the edge of the sheet and two like dampened spots or something. Just didn't look clean.

I’ve seen pets but it’s only allowed in certain rooms! The staff is awesome always helpful and friendly ! Great place to stay !

Was welcomed with three kids and very respected!! Super nice owner very fair on price and amenity! Very friendly ! And they are very good at not bugging you if you end up staying more then one day they only come if you ask or want them to ! Honestly for a cheaper hotel I was super impressed !

The good price! There was coffee in the morning at reception, but no hot water for tea. The mini fridge was "on" all night! A simple defrost would save a lot of electricity for the owneers.

The gentleman at the front desk was nice. However, the room was dirty, the floor was filthy. The bed cover weren't fresh...we asked for a nonsmoking room and the room clearly reeked of cigarette smoke. There was cat food outside of door. I got what I paid for. :(

This is the worst place I've ever seen I came with my two daughters to stay for two nights and we arrived around 11pm the front end clerk was sleeping then we got our room my daughter found black mold in the restroom walls and and bad patch jobs with water damaged base boards broken fixtures and the room smells musty . When I told front desk they told me that's all they had and he will give me a refund and to leave and locked me and my daughters out around midnight after we took all our luggage and other things we had upstairs and had to re take everything down load our car and go look for another place to stay at this time it was past midnight. . Also they had people staying in the parking lot with a white van that was trying to get my daughters attention and to have them come over and had to approach them and tell them to get lost . The whole parking lot was sketchy. Everything from front end to the black mold room

It was a $39 / night hotel. It was old and needs work. Bed was comfortable.

Location was good. Price was good. This hotel is in disrepair - it needs a lot of maintanence and upkeep. Even though it was a non smoking room, it reeked of smoke. I requested another room, and it was just marginally better. TV didn't work, bathroom light switch was defective. No wash cloth, no bathroom floor mat, laminate flooring was coming up I booked it for price and location, but apparently, you get what you pay for. It was just a place to sleep, if my wife was travelling with me we would have turned and ran. If Wyhndam / Travelodge inspected this place they would pull their name.

bathroom towers are not good. I checked out in the early morning next day (7am), nobody in the front office. I rang the bell, and drop door key in the desk. a guy came out while I stepped out the office and waved to me indicating that he got the keys, checkout is OK. when I returned home, I received an email asking me to checkout online. it's weird.

Owner was super nice other than that it was a horrible place The rooms had a smell. No toilet paper. Bathrooms has a sewer small. You basically get what you pay for.

It was dirty, the pool was concrete. My door didn’t lock correctly. And I couldn’t change rooms because people live there. The whole experience was horrible. I’ll never stay here again. I thought because of the name it was going to be okay but that a mistake. I couldn’t even lock my door.

Faulty plumbing, they made us change rooms at almost midnight on Christmas Day, staff was rude, cursed at me, and grabbed my phone when I started to record the negative interaction. Horrible. The bedding was stained. There was mold in the restroom. The refrigerator was being supported by a book and a wodden door wedge. Absolutely disgusting. Still waiting on a reimbursement for this horrible experience.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel because online it says you can have pets there for $15 when I got there they told me I couldn’t have my cat there and then they said I could have my cat there but they was gonna charge me $30 so then I told him I didn’t want to stay there if they were gonna lie about their prices and then they said I would get a refund and I never did. After that when me and my sister were walking out, my sister hit her head on the door and the worker at the front desk, laughed at her and was very rude and disrespectful. Very sassy as well. Terrible customer service terrible attitude was such a shame because we was really ready to just relax. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room given to me was not what i reserved. The rooms paint was chipping. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly. The sink would clog and drain super slowly. The staff was ok. Their kids would be running around slamming into doors and just being super noisy. This was not my memorable experience. I was super disappointed and not planning on ever using this hotel again.

Standard couple of hairs in the bathtub. Smelled fine in the room Main complaint is housekeeping came and loudly knocked on my door at around 8 am and then tried to enter. They went away when they realized I had (luckily) put the deadbolt on. But mistakes happen. Good value for the price as I just needed a place to crash for a few hours while travelling.

I stayed at the Travelodge in Kingman and had a great experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked just the way it should. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and easy. Convenient location right off the highway made it perfect for a stopover. Solid value for the price, I would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was clean but one of the beds looked like they reused the bedspread or its permanently stained. It had stains and one even looked like blood. We arrived late evening so I didn’t report it plus we checked out very early. It was disgusting to see that.

The blankets were so disgusting. There was mouse poop on the bed. The manager gave me another room but the same problem. The second room also did not have a lock. The furniture were dusty and it looked like it has not been rested out for a while. It was so disappointing I just left. I didn’t not get a refund.

When I got there I had to ring the bell for service because no one was the desk the lady came out kind of upset with chewing her food and ask me when call for a question from my room they never answer call like 3 times.

. But the room was a non smoking and it smelt really bad of smoke...

It was dirty, poor repair, screens busted out, guests passed out on beds with doors open, guests hanging around watching other guests. I wish I had photos to share. Refunded and moved on. I hope they can get it together for future guests.

Broken AC, broken fan that was very scary room was very dirty. I literally left and paid for another room next door. I didn’t want to stay there. Oddly the next room I rented was way cheaper and extremely clean. I chose based on ratings. My mistake.

Before I entered the room, I noticed I was in the corner of the building with no light and you couldn't see the door from the walk way. When i entered the tile was uneven (almost fell), the white towels were brown, there was no toiler paper holder, the broken furniture was held together with screws. Thebeds where awfully. I was only in that room for less than 10 minutes and i decided to che c k out and go somewhere else

Not a family oriented hotel, room supposed to be non smoking smelled like smoke, next door guests were inappropriately smoking “something “ and acting odd so we approached the reception to request a different room, we were told that if we didn’t feel comfortable we should find another place, we got our kids back in the car, when an individual claiming to be the manager stoped us and offer a different room, and lured us to stay by saying everything in town was sold out, it was late night after a long day of driving so we decided to stay.Not a great experience, they advertised to be pet friendly for a $15 dlls charge and at the office they charge $20, not a big deal but a lot of inconsistency, the state of the hotel does not fit the pictures shown on the app, very poor customer service. Relaxing environment. CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. Location was perfect. We were our way to las vegas and we checked in Travelodge in Kingman. We had great time in Travelodge with our family. TV has lots of channels and wifi was strong. Towels were clean. Parking was big and they have special parking for trucks so it was easy for us to park. Pool was clean. Lobby was spotless. Front desk couple were very friendly and helpful. IT WAS PERFECT AND PEACEFUL. NEW MANAGEMENT IS DOING AWESOME JOB. THANK YOU TRAVELODGE.

Our Room was clean and bed was comfortable, Toilet and bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was good and water was hot as we needed. The hotel is very closed to the grocery store, taco bell, and other eating options. It has a big parking lot and there were lots of parking available late at night even though they were full house. This place is very dirty Windows are in secure with no locks doesn’t have lightbulbs in most of the lamps. Dirty rags shoved in the bathroom light fixtures. Cheapest hardwood floor you can get coming up big gaps very unsanitary. Owner of the establishment or manager whoever he is lives on site booked for three nights only stayed one asked him for a refund on the other two nights and he said I booked through Expedia you deal with them and walked away.

This was the most disgusting place ever, one bath towel and half a bath mat. Mold above the shower and wires hanging from the ceiling where a smoke detector should be

There was drywall damage and other noticable things in need of maintenance. Still a good stay for the money.

It was the second worst place i ever stayed. Food stains on the wall, fridge was all iced up but didnt cool. Microwave didnt work. Curtains falling down and a halogen security light outside, no sleep. Put me next to an apartment of employees who made noise into the night. The clerk ran my credit card without asking. I wanted to pay in cash. This is the worst Wyndham property ive stayed at. I'll be lodging elsewhere oin future.

The toilet leaked, there was mouse poop on the floor in the morning when we woke up, a hole in the wall, the main lock didn't work and was taped down, there were no towels in the room, and there was one roll of toilet paper but not on the roll, an exposed electrical outlit with no face plate.

I booked on line request a wheelchair accessible room I didn't get one I was unable to get into the bathtub. I also was charged a $

It looked like black mold on the bathroom wall. The tub was old and yellowed. The blankets were well worn and thin.

When My daughter and I got there I went to pay and get My Key card the guy at desk tells me he needs another $150 when I asked why he said was a deposit all cash payers need to pay. So I said ok I will got put the money in the bank and pay that way ..he said we would still chEge $150 So I asked why he said because and that was it. So I told him that info is NOT on your site he said oh well it should be so we did this for another 10 minutes finally I said screw it and left..... Then they proceeded to try to charge my bank $300 four times . Thankfully I already spoke to my bank about the issue and they were denied.

The guy at the desk was extremely rude and racially profiled me and my significant other. He threatened to call the cops on us for no reason the room wasn’t the best. It was dirty still and it wasn’t. I won’t be going back here.

Was ok other than half the lights didn’t work the floor tiles were broken. The hair dryer looked like some one tried to break it. The door looked like it had been kicked in before. The bedding had burn holes in it and the sheets had pee stains on them. Would not recommend staying here and will never stay again in the future.

The person behind the counter was friendly but the room itself looked fair as you entered. The full view of the room was not as satisfying. The bathroom needs a full make over. I believe this would help further stays from others.

I have never stayed at such a horrible hotel. The toilet didn't flush, my towels were dirty and it was sooo hot!!!! It was owned by Jayshee Patel but through Wyndham. I will NEVER EVER stay their again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not clean, no towels or toilet paper when got into the room. Had a man follow me around while I was taking my dog outside. The. Was woken up by that same guy banging on my door and window. Felt very unsafe, I was there with my 2 children and myself.

When to go check in and got cussed out for having cash needless to say I wasn't able to get a room I went to the motel down the street they was very friendly and helped me out a lot

We paid $115 online. The sing advertising the place said $39 per night. There was a gang of bikers staying in the hotel. The door to our room was ajar when we first got there. The bedding was ripped. The tile floor was missing a lot of grout, & the large tub was yellowed with age the color of tobacco stains. The curtains didn’t close enough for privacy. We had a non refundable room, so we just left, and didn’t spend the night. We stayed at a place at the next exit that I wish we would have booked first.

This was not a great place to stay, yet I had a place to sleep for the night and that's about it. The tub and floor were dirty. The cheapest blanket was on the bed and I think the cover was actually a drape. Looked like drapes on the beds. Lots of gaps around the real drapes so too much light came in and as it is a motel it felt a bit too exposed on the first floor facing the parking lot. Also, I specifically requested a non-smoking room and this one definitely was a smoking room. So meh... yet better than the stay at the Econolodge off Highway 40 in Albequerque where people tried to come into the room twice in the night with working keys because the front desk kept reserving my room to other people! That was the worst!
