The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great! We didn’t use the pool because we just spent one night on a road trip.

It is located directly off of I-40, so it is noisy at night. The staff was pleasant and the indoor pool was nice. The breakfast had many options to choose from and was always kept stocked and refilled.

Our room was on the second floor and having a dog meant trips up & down the stairs for taking him out to potty, although the side door access was conveniently located and closer than the elevator. The room door was extremely heavy too and hard to prop open to bring luggage and other items into the room.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff is very nice! Booking.com lists that this property has a hot tub. IT DOES NOT. It used to have one but that area is now covered up and has tables and chairs on it. We were looking forward to a hot tub after a long day of travel. The staff told us that they have tried to get Booking.com to update the listing and Booking.com will not do it. (Booking.com also says this is a pet friendly property and the staff said that’s incorrect too, that they do not allow pets. We didn’t travel with our pet so that wasn’t a problem for us.)

It would be nice if there was more than one comfortable chair to sit. The second chair was for the desk and not comfortable. My husband is disabled so I gave him the comfortable chair and I sat on the bed.

The location was easy to find. The rooms were clean and they didn't smell like anything which is preferable to overwhelming cleaning solutions. The rooms were older but they are well maintained. The lobby was clean and the breakfast room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast offerings and plenty of coffee choices. I will definitely stay again. The lobby was clean but it was very small.

It's a 2 star type hotel, but for $76 a night it's a great value. The pool in weight room are very small but we were just staying there for a quick overnight on the way to Los Angeles. The staff was extremely pleasant. The beds were comfortable and overall we were pleased with our stay.

We stay here on our holiday trip through AZ every year. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Normally give an excellent as a rating however this trip our bathroom has absolutely no shampoo nor conditioner.

I used my phone to connect. I left before breakfast but no coffee was an available even though the hostess said there was some. The bed sheets were wrinkled appearing to not be fresh but could not find hair or dirt. The bath mirror was mounted too low to use.

This is an older property, but the upkeep has been mostly effective; the plumbing may need a small update, as the water pressure was a little low on the bathroom, but that wasn't enough to take away from the overall experience. The rooms and facility are relatively simple- I describe them as "minimalist"- but very, very clean, and gave off a cozy vibe. A particular highlight was the breakfast, which was way better than most hotel breakfasts; good variety, very fresh, and the biscuits in particular hit the spot! The pool was not heated, but well maintained and very clean. If you're looking for 5 star luxury, this won't be your spot; however, for the price, it's hard to find a more comfortable and clean place to sleep.

Hair on the toilet seat and all in the shower. So that really gave me the ick and no really trust that everything else would be properly cleaned.

I chose this hotel because it had an 8.8 rating and I feel I’ve been led astray by this because it didn’t live up to that rating.

They don’t take cats! Despite their listing saying they are pet friendly, they don’t take cats. So after an 8 hour travel day my reservation was not honored, leaving me frustrated and having to find other accommodations. Fortunately, they did issue a refund, so there’s that.

Hotel was clean with easy saw access off of the 40. A dated facility with old round commodes and soft beds. On the upside, they had a great breakfast with biscuits and gravy, eggs and bacon. Facility was clean and quiet. Rooms were dated and the bathrooms definitely needed a new upgrade with new toilets and showers.

Cons: The property is in a sketchy area, and I was concerned about parking my car. The person at the front desk assured me that they have staff monitoring the property 24/7. My room was on the 1st floor, and I could hear every step made on the 2nd floor, plus the floorboards were creaking. My room also smelled. I think it was a smoking room at one point, which is something that requires a deep cleaning of the carpet and curtains. Lastly for the cons was the light switch for the bathroom was not located in the bathroom. It was in the hall near the entry door. PROS: Despite the smell, my room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was cozy. The morning breakfast was a good mixture of hot and cold foods (eggs, bacon, toast, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles), and yummy biscuits and gravy. Check-out was a breeze, and my car was still there when it was time to leave.

It states in the hotel information "daily housekeeping. " its misleading, our room was not cleaned when we returned our second day. The hotel did nothing to resolve the situation. So we had to leave. These are very dishonest people, who falsely advertise service not provided.

Last minute accommodations needed. This hotel proved to be very comfortable, and clean. The beds were exceptional as I completely slept through the night. The complimentary breakfast was really good: waffles; biscuits and gravy; scrambled eggs; sausage.

I was greeted with such kindness at the front desk , Ms Kaitlyn greeted me with a friendly smile and check us in explained everything I needed to know quick and efficiently so we could get into our room , we had a 2:30 am arrival from traveling ! The bed was one of the most comfy cozy beds I have slept in !!!! Clean and comfy I fell asleep so fast! Hot water was perfect we also loved the breakfast they had so many options , something for everyone ! Thank you Ms Rhonda you really make everyone’s morning !!!

Everything was excellent overall. I was there 3 days but only downside they didn't clean the room while i was there. But i alway keep my room clean anyway but. I did ask fir new towels and they gave it to me with no problem. Overall 4.5

Awesome place and reasonable price.

First time at the property and the entrance to check in very narrow. The access to the parking was crazy. After checking in you find out that you have to go into a small parking area that has bad access to the hotel go back out onto the highway turn and go down the highway 50 ft turn into a larger parking area. it looks like the property designed if the entrance was on the other side of the building. I blame the architect for a bad design and bad planning. Everything else was just fine.

After a questionable trip I was finally in a comfortable place. They loaned me a charger when mine broke. The food was amazing and the staff, absolutely perfect! Thank you for the best stay ever in a sea of terrible events!

The facility is kinda old. The AC was not cold enough. It was kinda noisy. I guess it was because the windows are old. Someone next to our room also smoked marijuana inside the room, we could smell it in the hallway. However, the staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel looked clean overall and the furnishings were up to date but the hotel itself is older and needs remodeled. What I mean is that the bathtub was really old and drained slowly, there was a poor patch job in the ceiling above the toilet, and the grout in the tile was coming out. Even if the place is clean, problems like this make it feel like it’s not.

Too bad all hotels aren't as good as Kingman Clarion! Great staff and the gentleman who checks us in is the best. The breakfast area is clean and you get a mean cup of coffee. Love this place, Burt Bradford

I travel with my 3 kids and everyone was friendly. Pool was nice and clean my kids enjoyed and I enjoyed a nice walk at the gym. Breakfast was also good and fresh. My kids enjoyed their stay. And im always up for a kid friendly hotel and this was it.

Only complaint is the AC, the halls and stairwells aren't air conditioned and it's very warm throughout. But worse, the AC was off in our room when we arrived. It was 98° outside and our room was probably 85° with the curtains open and evening sunshine heating the room. It took forever to get the room comfortably cooled. Thankful that we arrived well before bedtime!

Staff was amazing! When asking for advice at front desk, the young lady was super helpful and explained where things were in the city. When I came down early morning staff in the kitchen provided me things before breakfast even started. Clean and cozy, I do recommend.

Condition of the room was in need of maintenance. Paint was clipping there was very little counter space. The bathroom light was in a very odd spot outside the bathroom and on the other side of door. Hard to gey hot water at sink. No maid service in between days stayed.Very little space for eating breakfast, second mornings every seat was filled and little room to get some food.

This is a great place to stay when you’re en route and just need a nice bed and a clean room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows too. The area doesn’t seem to have much charm and the building itself is in iffy condition. Still it doesn’t seem unsafe and it’s convenient. Perhaps they’re renovating it? Breakfast was surprisingly good with excellent coffee and biscuits and gravy. Bacon and eggs too! The staff are super nice and helpful. We didn’t use the pool, but it looks very clean and well tended. The breakfast room is small. Also, it was very quiet, maybe because we were there on a Monday night.

There was a mishap at breakfast where a guest pulled the waffle batter dispenser off. The young man taking care of the area handled it very well and cleaned it up so well. All the staff were helpful.

Ok, however, to use a pack & play for a baby, we had to sign a form, set up and return the pack & play to the front desk at checkout. I appreciate the hotels that have them set up in the room for you with sheets and blankets already made.

Got a call after night 1 of 2 nights asking if we would let them go into our room to make repairs. If they knew it needed repair, why did they give us this room? We also had to tell them that the bathroom sink was clogged.

The wall was thin because I could hear every word they were saying through the door between rooms. The large towels are clean but the other towels are colored and paper thin. Breakfast is okay but the room is small so it looks like it’s always pact. The room door bottom half has a gap that’s wide enough to see into the room. Night and morning the cold water is always warm.

The parking lot was narrow and not good on the check in side so i left and parked in the south parking lot and had walk around the building to check in. At 430 the smoke detector had a battery issue it was beeping. I went to the desk no maintenance till 700.i got up had breakfast and left. Not good

WiFi was horrible, couldn’t get a connection and when I was able to, it would knock me off, happened several times, gave up and just used my regular data. Breakfast was good, lady working was busy keeping everything stocked and she was very nice to talk too.

Absolutely love the hotel. Our room is really spacious and the bed so comfortable. Although we didn’t use it, I love that the pool is indoor, so it’s something we’ll keep in mind when traveling in the winter and in deciding which way to go when traveling. Really is a place to keep in mind.
