Clean room. I enjoyed my stay.

Loved everything...breakfast was great No outside seating, other then pool area. No where to sit in designated smoking areas.

This is the nicest hotel in Kingsburg and the free breakfast (complete oatmeal bar, make- your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and more) is the best in the Central Valley. We will always stay here when we come to town.

From the second I walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming! I stayed for 4 nights and by night 2 I felt like I was staying in an apartment. The breakfast offered was always fresh and never ran out. The tv in the hotel room had YouTube on it so I was able to sigh into my account and watch my favorite videos in the evening. There was plenty of stuff within walking distance to the hotel, from a delicious bar & grill, a shop that sold a bunch of sports memorabilia, and the cute Swiss inspired downtown Kingsburg. If I ever find myself out here in the future, I know where I’ll be staying!

The staff switched rooms around so I didnt have to wait longer than the 3pm check in time. I liked everything especially the bathroom very cute decor

For us going to Kingsburg is all about visiting our family. We could stay with them but, we prefer to stay at the Fairfield Inn. Naturally being next to highway 99 it is a little noisy.

Clean Staff was not happy and a bit short. At least the lady at the front desk. Breakfast eggs were the worst tasting eggs, not sure it was actual egg

The rooms were very nice. The staff was outstanding. There were lots of places to eat within walking distance.

room was a handicap room, and we specifically asked it it was one at check-in. they said the only difference was some additional rails. the shower could only be used as a handheld unit and the water was only warm.

The room was spotless; the staff was very personable, not just with myself, but also hearing them interact with other guests throughout different times of the day that I was arriving/leaving the hotel (early morning/afternoon/late evening). I look forward to booking yet another room with them again in the future. They've nailed it each time I've been a guest.

The room was clean, adequate. I asked for a room away from the elevator and road...I was told at check in that it's not away from the road but it is quiet. It was not quiet at all, so we were very frustrated with the information we were given at check in.

The young lady who handles the breakfast is great, courteous and very pleasant. I also had some computer issues and miss Bueno at the front desk went the extra mile for me. Two gentlemen at the front desk were also excellent

We like this hotel, rates are affordable and rooms are very clean. It also offers complimentary full breakfast that we enjoyed. We plan to stay here from now on as our families are based in Central California.

Did not get the room we really wanted, but they worked it out.

The hotel parking lot is fenced in only accessible through one gate. It's not difficult to find the entrance gate, but it can be a little awkward.

Check in is at 3 o’clock, but we arrived at 3:30 and the rooms were not ready and there were quite a few people waiting for the rooms in the lobby. I requested a late check out since we were delayed checking into our rooms.

Went to pool, no pool towels clean our available. Came back later that evening, still no housekeeping or room service. Do better, you know how many people are booked at your hotel, be ready to service it.

We stay here often when visiting family. It is always quiet, comfortable bed, friendly staff and clean rooms. Thank you we will be back!

Nice room. Requested two extra pillows from the lady that checked us in on Friday, but she said she could only give us one. No big mirror in the bedroom inconvenience for the wife. Tv volume set very low. Call front desk about it, but no answer. Two guys drinking a 12 pack of beer in your parking lot on Saturday afternoon nothing said to them. All the workers were very professional and helpful except for the one that checked us in

There was a mix up with our reservationwhich caused a delay in my being able to check-in. I took away one star as this wasnt due to the clerk at the front desk; she did her absolute best to rectify the situation.

Glad I picked this on my long drive...it turned out to be a quiet nights sleep and comfy bed.

The overall feel of the room just felt dirty and needed a deep clean. There was an odd odor when I walked in and it was also on one of the four pillows. The desk area is in a interesting position with the chair sticking out, which I stubbed my toe on twice. I’m glad I brought my own antibacterial wipes to wipe surfaces and objects down. The pillows were way too soft for my liking and I woke up with a stiff neck as a result. The shades were difficult to open and close. I’m not entirely sure why I was assigned that room since there were not many people staying at the hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful. You are close to 99 and downtown, which has fun spots for shopping, coffee and dining.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The interior was quiet and peaceful despite the highway being nearby, which you can only hear when sitting outside. The staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even providing wine glasses upon request. A wonderful experience overall!

Beautiful hotel lobby, spacious room, absolutely loved my stay here.

Great room. I found that getting two queen beds was cheaper then getting one king bed. It's a lil hard to find the entrance from the main road but it's a nice place.

Always a great stay when in Kingsburg.

This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. I usually will clean whatever room I’m staying at before I even bring my clothes in the room but I couldn’t even find anything to clean. Even the keys in the spa tub were really clean. All of the staff are super nice and polite.

The bathroom door closes automatically. Had to put the trash can in the doorway, to keep the door from closing all the way. Couldn't get the AC to turn off. Opened the window, but my room was facing the freeway, so it was noisy.

The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Very clean, quiet room with comfortable beds. The breakfast has a lot of options and was very satisfying.

Hotel was excellent a lot of noise from the freeway traffic since we had a room facing the freeway otherwise everything else was perfect!!

The staff was very nice. The property was fine. The location so close to the freeway is a problem. The noise from traffic was hard to stay sleep. I know that hotels are mandated to safe water but this was ridiculous. Shower was better part of a trickle and faucet wasn't much better. The facility needs to be updated. The price matched the rating. I would stay again if need be.
