Nice place to stay in Kingsburg I would stay there again if I ever go back to Kingsburg.

Clean, fast food right across street walkable

Just the price. The tub was slippery when you turned the water I had to put a towel on the floor so I wouldn’t fall and I found hair in it shower very little toilet paper no shampoo too noisy next to the freeway not enough towels and didn’t sleep all night.

The rooms had 2 live roaches that I saw and stepped on, I informed the staff and they didn't seem concerned!

The hotel is comfortable and great for an overnight stay. The spa was not heated so didn't do too much for the aches and pains of driving, but refreshing to cool off due to the temperature. Otherwise a good stay for what we spent.

The room smelled very musty, the AC did not get cool or cool the room. Both beds had stains on the bed cover. There were cigarette burns on the bed cover and it was supposedly a non smoking room.. The one bed sheets had stains as well.

I did not like anything we ended up not staying. We cancelled and requested a refund. They said they refunded, but I would need you to give me the refund. The lady at the front counter was very nice, quick, and helpful when I had questions. For the location, I was pleasantly surprised how little street/highway noise there was in the room. While the bed itself was comfortable enough, the blankets where minimal at best. Kind of on the level of hospital bed blankets. And the pillow. phew. I've had more supportive pillow laying on a box of Kleenex.

The front desk staff deserves ten stars. Room was spacious and clean. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, People should not be allowed to smoke on the balconies or stairs, it wafts in through the AC.

Excellent Motel 6 stay in Kingsburg! The front desk and Housekeeping staff is welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was clean, large, had microwave fridge and plenty of towels. There are restaurants close by and this is a good place to stay if you are visiting Yosemite or the Sequoias. Good place to stay with your dog.

Room - Wi-fi wasn’t connecting so tv wasn’t working properly. Bed would make a crunching sound when simply rolling over. Shower had mold growing and the toilet seat was broken.

The wi-fi didn't work, the sink was clogged (partly due to an incompetent plumbing construction choice), paint was peeling in many areas, the pool and jacuzzi were closed (even though it was not listed as being seasonal), there were significant stains on the bed comforter, there was a decent amount of mold on the shower tiles, and some of the pillow cases were too small for the pillows. However, the basics were passable. The bed sheets, the towels, the tub part of the shower, the toilet, and the floors were clean. The water worked well enough in the sink and shower (although the pressure in the latter was not very impressive). The staff was just okay. Not rude, but not communicative either. Most of the motel appeared vacant (there were only about 6 cars in the parking lot), so before our room was assigned, we asked if we could have a room towards the back away from the noise of the main street. The clerk gave no response to our request one way or the other. She looked to her computer and assigned us a room very close to the main street in front without an explanation. Not sure what we did to cause that particular retaliation, but we made no fuss over it and took the room without complaint. The street noise was not TOO bad for me, and my wife had earplugs, but someone else might have been bothered. It wasn't a terrible experience, and it did perform the basics, but it was not a pleasurable environment. Adequate for the minimum essentials only.

It was okay - what we expected from a Motel 6. The place was pretty shabby but seemed clean. The sheets and mattress were stained so that made it feel kind of gross. The matress was OLD and not comfy. The pillows were small. There's freeway noise but it's not too bad. We were in a non-smoking room but you could smell smoke right outside. We typically like to stay at hotels but decided to give it a try since prices were so high for the holidays. We saved $$$ staying here but we won't be staying here again.

The staff was accommodating to my guests who were staying there. I didn't stay there...I purchased two rooms for family who was visiting.

Room looked dirty restroom had mold by the shower the paint had a big bubble above the toilet. bed was very uncomfortable the pillows were flat . The bed was very squeaky house keeper would pound on the door we asked for extra towels an she only brought 1 towel

The room felt very neglected. I kept asking the housekeeper for extra towels and she only would take the dirty ones and not replenish let alone give me extra ones. The sink kept clogging and could see visible stuff that was pushed into the sink from previous tenants. The bathroom door frame also had visible disrepair. I also dropped my watch behind the bed which caused me to have to move the mattress and box springs to get to it. Upon removing them, there was a ridiculous amount of dust bunnies and cockroaches in the empty space within the bed frame and the underside of the mattress had a big stain on it that was either blood or red wine.. It was disgusting! Only reason I didn't want to book another hotel is because I was too preoccupied with my dad being hospitalized during my stay.

Second time we have stayed at this location, and would absolutely stay there again. Convenient, reasonably priced, safe, and walkable to most things.

My washcloth had dark hair in it. I don't have dark hair. No shampoo or conditioner. I had some employee bank on my door while I was sleeping. Thankfully I had the lock on the other side. She thought there was something going on in my room. I was alone and sleeping. Really will never go there again.

Rooms were dirty , pillows were a joke , no toiletries, no coffee maker and poop floating around. The toilet 😩. I would never stay there again .

Needs a little TLC but a nice staff and great price.

Approaching the property you see a very beautiful Motel 6. My favorite one is in Carpinteria and I love it so this one reminded me of it and I decided to give it a try. The front desk woman was friendly coffee was good and that's all of the positives. My room had not been cleaned for real. The last occupant had killed a spider with the blanket and the spiders body was still crushed in the blanket. There was an old Pizza still in the refrigerator. In the morning a cockroach crawled out of the side of the wall. While searching the mattress for bugs I saw the wrapping of an old condom under the mattress and the Box rain had a hole in it. The mattress was also stained quite a bit.

It is ok, mainly quiet, room ok smell a bit at entry just opened windows, no coffee machine in room or toiletries limited asper just soap no shampoo or lotion. Bed needs new mattress as this one worn. Floors need better cleaning. Nice quiet HVAC unit in room. Just ok....coffee only in lobby for morning...onwards to the worlds largest raisin box, then to coast to SB!

It's a Motel 6. Basic, but clean. Had a comfortable bed and a hot shower. Room smelled a little too much of PineSol, but i got used to it.

Check in was good…the woman there was very nice. Outside of the property was showing age. Room was simple and mostly clean. The AC was not that strong. The picture of the tv would constantly flicker. Some of the towels had stains.

Now, I do have to mention that there was a mouse in the room. I wasn’t horrified, because he seemed eager to hide, I like rodents, and I had already had far bigger problems on my trip than one mouse. I named him Clifford the Clumsy Mouse because he ran into the doorway. Like, actually ran into it and had to stop and get his bearings before he found a hole to run into. Ahem. Anyway, the lady at the front desk that night was appropriately horrified and offered to give me a different room, but I didn’t need to move. I’m confident the property has brought out an exterminator by this time, but if you happen to see Clifford say hello for me. Also, I really do recommend the property; I am not being sarcastic. I would stay here again. And my goodness, central California sunsets are beautiful. Also, Save Mart sells California milk.

What a terrible experience. Staff was very unfriendly. Our room was so hot it was unbearable. Over 100 degrees. The A/C was so slow to cool it down. It never got bearable. The staff kicked us out before checkout and was RUDE!!! Do NOT stay here. NOT worth it.

The rooms are clean and motel is located in a convenient area with a gas station next-door, several fast food restaurants, grocery outlet and dollar tree all in walking distance. Quick and easy check-in. Great service. Clean room, rooms could be aired out of the cleaning products they use, but at least I know it's clean. It was a comfy stay.

It was a very good stay. Place is very well kept and clean. Although my sheets did have some stains on them everything was absolutely clean. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Theres many places close by for coffee and food. Very well priced.

This place is a Motel 6 so you need to have the correct exception. It is really nice for a Motel 6, but it is still a motel 6. The staff is great, I have been staying there once a year for 15 years. A far as Motel 6 goes this is top of the line.

The Denny's down the street a great breakfast. The place is in need of some TLC. Will stay there again.

Needed a simple place to rest overnight, nothing fancy, the room was clean and property seemed fined. One minor thing was the drains were little slow emptying , but not a deal breaker. Otherwise everything seemed fine.

Poor quality rooms with old furniture, damaged fixtures, and dirty floors.

Only complain I had was Room 205 where I stayed didn’t have hot water it was straight cold showers. Everything else was normal motel experience.

It was okay for the price. Pretty rundown furniture and amenities are limited. Cigarette burns were seen on the bed sheet. Don’t expect much from here.

The blankets had marker/paint stains on them. The sheets had holes in them. Outside was dirty, spiderwebs everywhere and the paint was coming off of the floors. Bathroom was dirty as well.. the bathroom floor looked dirty especially by the toilet. Not coming here again!!

My stay was ok. You get what you pay for when you stay here. The front desk workers are fast at checking you in. Rooms are decent. Not very detailed as far as rooms cleanliness. No in room coffee, so bring your own machine or something. The maids seem to be in a hurry if you’re not out by 10 am. Get knocks on the door. Some of the people staying there at night are kind of noisy. But for the money it’s not bad.

My girlfriend was not willing to spend the night here out of disgust. The mattress had a large dark stain that looked like blood. The white bed sheets were thin and did a poor job at coveing up the stained matress underneath. The bed sheets also had brown stains on them. Overall, the room was a mess. The walls were dirty, the wall moulding was dusty, the toilet was stained and the table had grease stains from the last guest.

Motel is older, but well maintained, rooms are clean with minimal amenities. Was fine for overnight stay.

Simple but clean room with everything what you need if a bed and a shower is enough for you. Room was clean as well as sheets, bathroom was ok too. It was a good deal for money as this location is quite pricy. The place looked safe - we didn't see any homeless people or junkies wandering around. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall, not bad. The pool was closed, and the lights from the parking lot and adjacent gas stations easily shone through the curtains. The beds were typical Motel 6 fairly comfortable, the pillows were thin and a little firm.

Unfortunately, this time around the property was not acceptable. There was cockroaches on all 3 rooms we booked. There was no other hotels available around the area because of the long weekend. We never had a problem with this location before.

The property is ok but the WiFi is awful. We had 8 people in our group in 4 different rooms and none of us could get on the WiFi.

I love that we NEVER have a bad experience. Its always pleasant and worth the choice of choosing here. Ill definitely be back

Excellent facilities. The only drawback was the nearness to a nearby railway line that was noisy when a train went by at night. Otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.
