Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with some guests expressing satisfaction with their stay and others expressing dissatisfaction. Common complaints include noisy and smelly rooms, uncomfortable beds, and poor customer service.
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Good breakfast
- Noisy and smelly rooms
- Uncomfortable beds
- 5/5
A fine place to spend a night when on the road.
- 4/5
The staff is very friendly!
- 2/5
Too many rude and loud people throughout the building. The walls were paper thin so the screaming never stopped at all. I will not be staying here ever again
- 3/5
The room was clean but there was no hot water and the mattress was very worn out. It was like sleeping in a taco shell
- 4/5
Staff was great. Comfortable bed. Noise from room above. Could hear footsteps and movement.
- 1/5
The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. To top it off, the staff was barely civil and did not seem interested in helping resolve any of the issues. Overall, this stay felt neglected from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again
- 5/5
My ideal basic end of things hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores with a convenience store at the gas station across the street. I ended up extending my stay multiple times (6 days total).
- 4/5
Excellent points for location, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, amenities (gym, pool), air con.
- 5/5
The property itself is very worn, however the rooms are clean. And they make efforts to keep smalls at bay and housekeeping does a very thorough job. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming
- 4.5/5
Everything
- 1/5
The staff was outstanding and the room was immaculate.
- 2/5
The door locked. The first thing I asked staff was if it was safe. This was as someone was yelling out siding, seemingly having a mental health/substance use crisis. I tried to use the exercise room on of the nights and had maybe 6 inches of clearance before hitting the ceiling. The machine doesn’t go above 47rpm before it starts shaking. The upstairs wreaked of smoke despite being smoke free rooms. There was a wet spot on the carpet in my room when I checked in that remained for the next day, gross hairs in the tub. There was screaming at night around 3 am that woke me up through earplugs. I generally didn’t feel safe walking to my car in the morning as I was being stared down. This would be better if I had t been alone,I’m sure. Not the property’s fault.
- 5/5
A little older hotel, but clean. Good breakfast. Air conditioning works well.
- 1/5
place was trashed and old
- 4/5
No elevator.
- 5/5
The room was clean. Thank you.
- 4.5/5
If you get a room above the internal laundromat it will shake a lot mid day for a minute at a time. But it's not a big deal. It doesn't happen at night and it reminds me of the old school vibrating motel room beds.
- 4/5
We liked that fact that our family of 7 fit very comfortably in the room. The beds were really comfortable, with lots of extra blankets so the kids wouldn't get cold. We had dishes in the cupboards so that we could actually eat with real dishes, which was helpful. The cable tv was very helpful after a long day, we got to come back to the room and sit and relax with a movie (they had a dvd player) or with something we found on cable. The full sized fridge was great as well so that we could store our food from our long trip in it. we also loved that the breakfast was so hearty. all 5 of my kids were able to make waffles with relative ease in the morning and we were off on our trip with full stomachs.
- 5/5
The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly. They have lemon water and coffee ready in the lobby all day. The are close to plenty of restaurants. There is a gas station and an LA Fitness across the street. Around the corner there is a grocery store. A great location.
- 2/5
Beds comfortable, good variety of pillows, great blackout curtains, nice hot water for showers, plenty of towels. Iron and hair dryer in room. Spacious room.
- 3/5
Breakfast Homeless out front, TV was broken.
- 2.5/5
It was absolutely impossible to sleep on the first floor—the banging was simply horrific. They really should have tried to keep it down a bit; as it was, getting any sleep was out of the question.
- 5/5
Liked the soft linen and clean bathroom. Large selection of food items.
- 5/5
Nice practical place to stay on a quick business trip.
- 4/5
Excellent breakfast. Nice staff
- 5/5

Very good
- 4/5
Simple and functional stay. Fits the need
- 4/5
Some road noise but not bad.
- 3.5/5
Good value for money and the location was great for my purpose. It was also good to have some free breakfast included in the fair price. The breakfast was too limited in options. Apart from eggs, it was hard to find anything else. Having more options like potatoes, hot oatmeal, more fruits would make it better.
- 2/5
Need complete renovation
- 5/5
friendly staff
- 4.5/5
Very nice staff
- 4/5
Average condition and quality of room and facility. Good value. Convenient location.
- 5/5
Great location. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated but warm and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety for anyone’s diet. I would stay here again. Close to shopping and dining.
- 5/5
This poor motel- needs new mattresses, new ceiling fans in bathrooms, terribly squeaky floors replaced, definitely needs new washer & dryers for Guest Laundry, outside walkways & entrances definitely need pressure washing.. Excellent breakfast & wonderful Front Desk Agents, Housekeepers & Maintenance make up for the replacements/repairs
- 5/5
There's nothing that was wrong with this hotel The area was nicely placed next to all the shops gas stations and easily accessible to the freeway for me to continue my commute to work.
- 5/5
Staff and room were perfect. Housekeeping did a great job on the room. The breakfast was always hot and tasty.
- 5/5

- 4/5
It’s fine.

Clean room and staff
- 5/5
A very thoughtful hotel that offers coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The front desk is always open 24 hours a day to serve guests . The hotel offers a free breakfast starting at 6:30 am convenience for us when traveling. We will be back
- 4/5
Staff
- 3/5
Staff came knocking and calling well before checkout time. Very noisy guest as well
- 5/5
Standard breakfast foods but hot and regularly replenished. Room was very clean and the bed surprisingly comfortable. Despite a first floor room near the front desk, never had any noise issues. Would come back.
- 5/5
Clean and spotless
- 4/5
I love the location of this hotel. Easy to get around and good for shopping. Not fancy, but it works for what I need.
- 1/5
Hotel looks like a motel 6 , very old timey . Basic . Room wasn’t 100% clean , smelled slightly like smoke . Noisy can hear cars outside from window . Confusing shower and ac unit on wall . Wouldnt stay here again , I checked in at 530pm and left at 9:50pm didnt really like it next
- 3/5
Clean and easy access to freeway /Chicfla
- 4/5
Clean room, good AC/heat. Front desk is friendly and tries to accommodate our requests. Parking can be difficult after 8pm, as spaces can be difficult to find.
- 5/5
Comfortable stay
- 5/5
I had a worker staying in town and he was very happy with his accommodations at Quality Inn in Kirkland.
- 5/5
Breakfast was convenient.
- 3/5

It's a safe and quiet place to stay. Very clean. They provide breakfast everyday, and have coffee & water 24 hours. I like the coffee. Staffs are very nice. It's near freeway exit easy to find
- 2/5
I booked for a room with a sofa but they gave me a room without
- 3/5
Pros: professional staff, excellent free breakfast (!), clean room, good location right off the highway, right next to a Chick-fil-A :) , decent internet speed, exercise room Cons: TV slightly small, parking is a little dicey, exercise room a laugh (only 4 machines, one was broken), oldish bathroom with fluctuating water temperatures and odd controls.
- 5/5
Clean room and very quiet .
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
I had a worker stay at the hotel and he had nothing but good things to say!
- 3/5
What you’d expect
- 5/5
Staff very polite and helpful
- 5/5
Friendly, accommodating, clean and had a decent breakfast.
- 3/5
Noisy! The people above us were very noisy, thumping back-and-forth-bangs on the floor all night long -i was woken up at 12:30 in the morning from loud floor noises, the neighbor across the way had a dog that was barking. What happened to quiet after 19 rule?
- 4/5
We had a late check out- someone knocked a lot tried to open our door at 11:20 am. I was sleeping as late as possible for night shift, and it gave me a heart attack. Wish that our late checkout was considered and communicated. Other than that, great stay.
- 5/5
The bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated that the air conditioner/heating unit was very quiet.
- 3/5
Okay place to stay but don't expect a luxury stay.
- 3/5
A tiny room.
- 4/5
Limited parking, older hotel. It was clean but the carpet needs to be replaced. Thin walls could hear neighbors.
- 5/5
Needs a better parking arrangment
- 5/5
Very easy check in. Comfortable beds. Clean room!
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Beds are comfortable. Floors could use an update. Toilets are low to the ground. Shower drain is corroded and looks rough. Floors were wet so had to keep shoes on. Breakfast was nice, eggs were gone at 9am on a Thursday.
- 2/5
Run down property
- 2/5
A musty smell in the hotel room, combined with outdated facilities
- 3/5
Shower temp had to be adjusted constantly to keep it warm.
- 5/5
House keeping staff are friendly and professional. Very hard workers.
- 3/5
Check out time on-line sez 11:00, on the door it states 12:00. False fire alarm at 9 pm, guest stated "same thing happened 2 weeks ago". Room desk chair off kilter, desk not wiped, and a musty smell in the room...but not anywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast sign warned about the egg shortage...is that still a thing?
- 2/5
Check in was awkward, the room smelled like wet dog and was tiny compared to the photos online. I didn't even stay, I booked elsewhere and left.
- 4/5
Hotel was clean.
- 5/5
10/10
- 4/5
Just a plain clean room with a sofa and chair. It’s a little tired. Great bed. Breakfast was hot and they weren’t stingy with the amount.
- 3/5
Pool hours not open long enough and no late check out. Housekeeping was banging on my door before 10:30am must of banged and sid housekeeping at least 3 times before i said Pass....
- 5/5
Clean and convenient. Very nice staff!
- 4/5
Rooms were very small however they offer a nice alternative in the lobby. We enjoyed an evening glass of wine there. Older hotel but well cared for.
- 4/5
This was a great stay for my child’s soccer tournament. Staff were friendly, especially Billy! Good breakfast, comfortable beds. It would be soft from a remodel or new carpets as the rooms are a little musty but overall, it was a great stay!
- 5/5
close to freeway but not noisy
- 4/5
Place was clean and staff was very nice. The only thing we noticed was the hot tub water could use some clean water.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good.
- 1/5
Tv remote didnt work, it was very stuffy, everything was outdated, way overpriced, seemingly unsafe per the front desk, breakfast was gross. This is a $100 hotel... not $225
- 4/5
Was ok
- 4/5
My tub drain was broken.
- 3/5
I like Just the area.the parking lot,and the person Receptions he is a good person. But I didn't like the bathroom and others facility in room all too poor.
- 5/5
Convenient night stay and breakfast
- 5/5
Awesome stay next time I'm going come again .
- 2/5
Bathroom had spider, ants and mosquitos!
- 4/5
Not impressed with old mattresses and chairs accumulating around outside of the building.
- 2/5
Pretty old building with some issues especially the bed too soft, cabinet sliding door came off when I opened to put my luggage, the fridge when I opened water was dripping, lights fixtures are flickering. Also, when I check in staff was not helpful when I asked direction. The same thing happened when I asked the morning staff on duty. Will not recommend
- 4/5
Nice staff- helpful & brought new fridge.
- 4/5
There were ants in our bathroom, sugar ants alot of them not just a few
- 2/5
Refused to provide checkout receipt.
- 5/5
Quality Inn Kirkland is an absolutely phenomenal property. The amenities and rooms are perfect, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are just the most wonderful, welcoming people :-)
- 4/5
The rooms were clean, and comfy. A little tiny but not terrible. Breakfast is good. Parking can be a little difficult since it gets packed. Great location! Proximity to many stores and places to eat. I would stay there again.
- 2/5
Very outdated, not very clean, the people in the room next to us kept trying to come in through the conjoining door. My daughter had a massive anxiety attack and was so scared because of our neighbors. Also, the parking was awful.
- 1/5
I was relocated to a second room, which had basic amenities like the hair dryer and shower head were not functioning, additionally, two hotel employees were directly outside my door in the hallway making loud, high-pitched cooing noises at an animal. I appreciate love towards animals (as a fellow animal lover and mother) but the volume and duration — nearly seven minutes — were disruptive, especially in a building with thin walls where noise travels easily. I peeked out to ask if they could lower their voices, but they simply stared at me without responding and continued their behavior upon shutting my door. This lack of professionalism was frustrating, especially considering they were on duty and had just been cleaning nearby rooms minutes before. I returned to the front desk to share my concerns and once again was met with silence — no apology, no explanation, and no effort to address the situation. I informed the staff that I would not be staying, as I did not feel comfortable. Despite spending less than an hour on the property I was still charged the full rate with no communication or gesture of goodwill.

- 5/5
The quality Inn Kirkland is an absolutely exceptional property!! The amenities are absolutely perfect and the staff are just wonderful people!!
- 5/5
Best place to stay, that gives you whole package which includes parking, pool and jacuzzi and plenty of shopping and dining. I will always stay here when I travel to Seattle.
- 3/5
Dirty carpet
- 5/5
Clean, staff friendly and polite always have a great time here
- 5/5
Except this smell, all others were good to me.
- 5/5
Unit was extremely clean, breakfast had a great selection and staff were very helpful.
- 2/5
The refrigerator is leaking water and I had to ask at the front desk how to turn on the a/c. There was no sign. The dresser is ancient and scratched
- 4/5
This quality Inn was fairly good no problem.
- 4/5
good stay , decent rooms.
- 1/5
The location was not as described on site. The rooms were loud. You heard everything!!!! Tub was leaking the whole time. Waste and loud. Staff tried to move us but ended up charging us for the issue for the only room they had left. It was worse. Ended up going back to the original room and had to deal with the issues. I have a video to support the leak and the noise. Breakfast was very basic and limited. Biscuits were frozen.
- 3/5
I've stayed here a few times, and the quality of your stay will depend on the kind of room you book. Some rooms are really well kept, while other are serviceable but could use some updates. Free breakfast options are good, I love the waffle maker. This motel is located right across the street from a big shopping center (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack, etc.) and is within a comfortable walking distance. I think for a max of about 3 nights, the rates are excellent with all of the perks.
- 5/5
Breakfast was solid, and the area is very walkable. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would stay again.
- 5/5
need to provide for recycling
- 2/5
Seems to build a little bit old and too many laws when people walk by the highway and breakfast was not good as used to be Stafe reception great pretty much that’s it another thing if you wanna go breakfast if you get there half an hour before they close, we will surprise. They also supply a lot of stuff the more they cut up everything early and even on Saturday and Sundays they shut the breakfast 930 which they should be keeping open till 10..
- 1/5
The housekeeping came in at 9am while my husband was standing there in a towel. When i told front desk he said "okay thank you". Never again....
- 5/5
The only problem I personally have is that I'm Handicapped and there's not enough parking for us Handicap people
- 4/5
Breakfast staff was excellent. Coffee was hot and ready. One front staff gentleman was kind and helpful and one younger one was short and unhelpful.
- 5/5
Staff was helpfull and the rooms were clean. If you are light sleeper, request second Story.
- 3/5
Ants!!! ANTS!!! ANTS IN YA ROOOMZ!!
- 3/5
The room was clean. The TV didn’t work properly. Water pressure good, bed was comfortable. But parking was a nightmare. A large portion of the lot has been leased or sold to a fast food drive through next door; all that remained was very small spaces, many of which were on steep slopes. The smoking area is right outside the door next to handicap parking; it was filthy, with so much smoke and so many people in the way smoking we could not get to the door. Cigarette butts all over the ground and several still burning in the ashtray. The manager was rude at check-in. Obsequious when we checked out. Trash around the parking lot out of view of the street. Cigarette burn on the floor of our non smoking room and smoke in the hall from the smoking area being too close. Breakfast was ok except the small space doesn’t have enough seating by far. I don’t recommend.
- 1/5
no good evry thing
- 3/5
The room 114 got loud noise from upper floor in the early morning, maybe because early people start walking and eating breakfast. Don't want to stay in that room.
- 5/5
It is a good place
- 5/5
Quality Inn Kirkland is absolutely phenomenal!! The property is extremely well maintained, with very nice. well equipped rooms, an excellent breakfast, and the absolute best staff at any hotel I've ever stayed at!! I genuinely feel like family staying at the Quality Inn and I'm so grateful for the wonderful people that work there and take care of all my needs. Special shout out to April, Lan, Dan, and Jimmy :-)
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
It was experience to stay there.
- 2/5
Housekeeping was poor, not aloud after 11am? that’s crazyyyy. On top of all the cords not even being plugged in when we checked into our. It also reaked of pee
- 1/5
The room we have is really smelly and the carpet is sticky. The sound proofing is poor.
- 5/5
Great place and staff clean room
- 3/5
Need to fix the shower water system
- 4/5
Old hotel but okay for the price. Certainly was better than the Motel 6 across the street. Glad I changed
- 5/5
Late check-in, yet the front desk help was very cordial and helpful, which was refreshing. She was pleasantly willing to change our room to the main floor since my wife is recovering from hip surgery. The mattress, sheets and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced in any hotel stay! Amazing! Had a wonderful stay. Price was worth it, and affordable.
- 4/5
It was over my expectation. Thank you
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Staff friendly
- 4/5
La regadera no servia
- 4/5
Woke up early at 6:30am on Saturday and Sunday mornings from the doors slamming in the hallway, and thumping footsteps from upstairs. Very annoying. Staff and service were very nice. Convenient to have fridge and microwave in the room.
- 4/5
Property is in a good east side location. It’s economical with good food around. Dan is cheerful and willing to help. The housekeeping Needs to be educated on check out times and of the do not disturb meaning as knocked twice before 11:00 am to clean when the check out time is noon.
