    Staff was nice and welcoming, but the hotel completely changed since now being bought out. This was our first time coming and it not being a Wyndham, room smelled musty, furniture peeling, desk legs were rusty. Just didn’t feel like a nice comfortable stay like it used to.

    I am deeply disgusted by my experience at this hotel and would never recommend staying here.First, our room was completely neglected. We were left with dirty towels and received zero room service for a full day.Far worse, however, was the severe health hazard at the pool area. A guest vomited directly inside the swimming pool. I immediately informed the staff about this biohazard. Disappointingly, the management did absolutely nothing. They refused to close the pool and willingly allowed other guests—including children—to swim in contaminated water, exposing everyone to potential infections.The complete lack of hygiene, customer care, and basic health standards at this property is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

    Location, good breakfast, free available parking and overall value. Doors to restrooms need paint maintenance, and also the elevators. There was one that would only go down if I held on to the 1st floor button. Also,they are moving towards ai communication and the maintenance messages are not reaching humans. I needed an ice bucket and to fix the safety deposit box and after I placed the complaint 3 times it was only quickly fixed only when I was able to reach the maintenance supervisor. I wouldn’t rely on their park shuttle because their times are inconvenient.

    Location convenient to Disney and Seaworld. Staff was friendly and helpful particularly the ladies who served the breakfast. Free breakfast was exceptional, the best I have had....although you can't make a fresh waffle. They had bacon, chicken and turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs AND scrambled eggs with peppers, french toast, potatoes, and my favorite...fresh fruit with granola and other toppings including both strawberry and vanilla yogurt, pastries, coffee, orange and apple juice, milk, tea, etc. etc. and they refilled the items throughout the breakfast time. They have two pools one larger but both nice and clean. Inside the complex there is also a donut shop, Baskin & Robbins, pizza place, etc. Very convenient. Grandson loved the place, especially the pools. Didn't get the rooms that were booked and paid for. Did not hold king bed rooms. Gave us queen bed rooms even though I paid in advance and called to tell them we were running late and the person I talked with said "no problem" and I had told him we had booked two king rooms. They won't hold your rooms you booked. Bathroom could have been more clean, commode under rim not fully cleaned, sink under rim not fully cleaned, obvious hair..one..in sink. Shower corner and floor not fully cleaned, shampoo, conditioner, body wash containers looked as if not cleaned...one was oozing something...did not use them. Shower head either not cleaned or had dried water spots...mottled look, shower otherwise ok...we wore our beach water shoes in the shower to be safe. Towels clean and in abundance.

    I currently have two charges on my credit card with two different amounts. Unable to reach anyone at the hotel to get charges resolved. Had to reach out to credit card company to try and help resolve issues. It’s been a nightmare with this hotel to get anything resolved. Was transferred multiple times just to be finally transferred to the actual hotel, and no one answers the phone at the hotel.

    The room was clean but the ac didn’t cool right. The hotel was very hot in the hallways and there was alot of humidity. Property needs updating. Garbage cans were full to the top in general areas. Staff was very good and the breakfast was very good as well. Parking was ample and sufficient and hotel was centrally located.

    Great place to stay especially for kids. There are two pools, arcade area, and play structure for little kids but my 10 year old played on it. Great variety at breakfast. The pool is 6 feet at the deepest and 3 feet at the shallowest. It was clean. The bar on the hot tub was wobbly so don't use it for support. The sink in our room was clogged and was a slow drain. I received text messages to see how our trip was going and I mentioned this to them and when we got back to your hotel it was fixed. Beds are comfortable. Small bathroom. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins on site. Souvenior shop within walking distance of the hotel. IHOP outside of the hotel along the street. Walmart a short distance away but you need to drive. We will be back.

    The hotel was in a great location near Disney and had several options on property to eat. The hotel was clean overall and the breakfast was great! My only real issues were finding several stains on the comforter, and the walls being very thin and being able to hear my neighbors and people in the halls at night/in the morning pretty loudly.

    The only thing I looked was that it was close to the parks. The level of customer service was terrible, there was a live Cockroach in my mom's first room, my door didn't open so we had to switch to rooms on the third floor. I paid for two standard rooms with king beds and we got two queen beds, the 3rd floor smelt like weed and wet dog. I didn't feel safe, I was not comfortable, and breakfast was not included which I did pay for.

    The hallways smelled like weed (we really didn’t care for that), the carpet was filthy in the rooms. Bed was firmer than our usual holiday inn experiences- we prefer more squish. Staff was very kind. Did not participate in breakfast. Lots of things for the kids to do including a Chuck E. Cheese on site, a playground and 2 pools. The night we arrived, they only had 1 elevator (of 3 in that area) working and 2 tour busses FULL of people trying to get up to their rooms but other than that, it was an “ok” place to stay overnight

    This property is close to Disney and Walmart on 192. It’s very clean and not very noisy at all. The pool is extremely nice, I saw a lot of guests enjoying their day out there as I checked in. King room is very spacious and the property has lots of space.

    The property looks nothing like online. The buildings are old and dilapidated needs a now update and renovations. My bed sheet had human body fluids on it, It was so dark in the room you couldn't see anything until morning. I felt like I wanted to bleach my skin! NEVER AGAIN!

    Our family absolutely loves staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Kissimmee by the Parks by IHG! This was our second stay here, and once again everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The entire staff is amazing, but we especially want to thank Alexander and Milton at the front desk, and Viviana and Daniela from the breakfast team. They are always so professional, friendly, kind, and welcoming. Every staff member truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and appreciated, and their kindness makes the whole experience even more special. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family of two adults, two kids, and two dogs. It is not always easy to find a hotel that makes everyone — including pets — feel so welcome, but this hotel absolutely does. The pools are always so much fun, and the game room is our kids’ favorite place in the hotel. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and the warm service from the staff made it even better. Another big plus is the free and secure parking with plenty of spaces available. The location is also excellent — very close to the Disney parks and conveniently located near Universal and SeaWorld as well. This hotel has become a special place for our family. It is the kind of place where you feel sad when it is time to leave and happy the moment you arrive. We already look forward to our next visit! Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another wonderful stay. We highly recommend it!

    Elevator are to slow and get stuck every time, Bathroom shower and bath tubs should be cleaned better, and also please do not refill body wash and shampoo with a cheap soap that actually don’t smell good and is not the brand of the bottles you have in the rooms… Other than that crew members here are just great! like every time I stay!! have a reservation again for next week hopefully the soap is better 😄

    My complaint is the shuttle to disney. I chose this hotel because is close to disney and they offer shuttle to it. Im disable and need a scooter to move. Sadly they have very limited spaces for scooters and the times those shuttles go to the park are ridiculous. They dont even go to epcot.

    Overall the stay was pretty well. The only issue I had was housekeeping came in and took all the dirty towels and wash clothes but did not replace them. I had to call to the front desk to get replacements. My last night I went to the bar where the bartender let me know they did not have two of the drinks that I requested that were on their menu. I ordered a third drink off their menu that was not great but I paid for it and left. The outside of the hotel at least in North Tower could use a facelift as there a lot of rusting and paint shipping on the outside of the building but the inside looks great. The amenities were great including dunkin' donuts and the restaurant and arcade.

    Right after checking in, I was approached by a staff member attempting to sell me a vacation plan. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t interested and that I was tired, but he continued to push the sale even after I said I was already feeling overwhelmed. That interaction set a frustrating tone for the stay. The room itself was also lacking basic amenities. There were no soap bars or the usual vanity kits with essentials like a toothbrush and toothpaste. The body wash provided is labeled as Dove, but it clearly does not match the quality or authenticity of that brand. Later that night, I needed ice, but the ice machine on my floor was missing entirely. I checked other floors, and none of the machines were working. This made a simple necessity unnecessarily inconvenient. Overall, this stay was very disappointing compared to my past experiences here. The increase in price does not reflect the current level of service or quality.

    I was extremely let down by the conditions of the hotel and room especially for the cost thst was spent to book a room here. Our coffee pot was broken and never worked, the shower basin was cracked and a cheap sealant was placed to try snd fix it but it still wasnt. Everyone we talked to including us had fridges that froze everything put in it. Parts of the walls were either peeling or bubbled from water or leaks, the elevators were either not all working , stuck w people on them and everytime u got on them they moved even w just a small person on them. Some doors were simply sealed back together with white plaster on a brown door. Furniture in multiple.of our groups rooms had drawers that didn't stay closed so we used different methods to keep them closed. Our bed had to be changed first night due to blood being on the foot of the sheets, there were stains on places of rhe comforters, I paid for a magic view room and yet couldnt see all thr magic considering we weren't high enough to see them kver the trees. There was no couch as in our pictures. So many things. I think we should get some sort of return for the conditions of the entire hotel let alone the cost I paid for a special room that didn't even have what it claimed.

    You have to level set with yourself if you stay here; if you’re looking for a place to rest your head for a few nights, grab a quick bite and mostly not be there, you’ll do great. However, if you want to feel at home for a stay, this is not for you. The lobby gives a great welcome with a view of one pool, a Dunkin, bar and restaurant. Once you pass that area, the story changes; the cleanliness declines dramatically and the areas under renovation increase. We had to change our room 3x before finding one that was tolerable. Tolerable meant accepting dirty carpets and a bathroom that could use some love. The staff was friendly in making the switches. No problems with the staff or commons areas. The rooms were just not up to par despite the bed being comfortable.

    Clean room and close to Disney and all the attractions of Kissimmee. If you're traveling without kids, be prepared to see a lot of other people's kids AND large groups. This place was packed with all sorts of groups. There was even an ROTC group doing some sort of ceremony in the parking lot right in front of our car one morning and we had to ask them to move so we could get out. LOTS of groups and you might hear other guests in the hallway outside of your room.

    In desperate need of a renovation. Everyday the elevators broke down even though we were told they were working on fixing them everyday. There was no water in our room for a few hours one day and no one told us they were fixing it until we called maintenance twice. Police showed up at hotel on the first night to arrest someone in their room. On the second night the street hotel was on was surrounded by police. Do not stay here!

    The bed was a clean, the shower was not… maybe it’s just me but it’s disturbing seeing someone else’s little curly hairs (you know from where) in the shower floor… Drawer in the room wouldn’t stay close unless the bed comforter was again holding it closed. The PA system in the room had a quiet buzzing sound, the blackout curtains were off just enough to let light through them. TV had a bunch of issues with missing / not working channels, etc.. A bunch of little annoyances. Hotel has potential, but it’s like the staff just gave up and stopped trying

    Well, it appeared. The hotel had been renovated at some point, it was still definitely showing its age. The air conditioning in it didn’t seem to work to its potential and it was also very noisy. Well, it was ok. Stay for the price. I don’t know that I would stay there again. We didn’t utilize the pools because for the most part they were pretty dirty. Also, the hotel itself is extremely noisy. They play music and do karaoke by the bar restaurant area, but it seems to be extra loud on top of that there were get an adult alike at all hours of the nights walking and running through the hallways and just being loud. I do want to add that the mattresses could probably stand to be replaced.

The worst part is that they didn’t take it seriously until I insisted on getting my money back. Only then did they finally move us to another room — at 1:00 AM. The issues didn’t stop there. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The sheets were dirty, and the chair inside the room was visibly stained. At the pool, it got even worse — the fabric on one of the chairs broke immediately when my daughter sat on it. That’s not just poor quality, it’s unsafe. For $700 for 3 nights, this place is a complete rip-off. You expect basic comfort, cleanliness, and safety at that price, and this hotel failed in all three. Save your money and go somewhere else.     There was a huge gap in our door that kept our door to the room from securing and made it louder with all the disrespect guests staying on the same floor. The elevators were broken multiple times and were very scary when they did work. There were no towels at the pool every time we went. The curtain to block out the light in the window was broken so light came in as soon as the sun came up. The hotel itself and room were very unkept and need painting, fixing, etc. the phone in our room didn’t work. There were no usb ports in the room. Furniture in room needs to be upgraded and fixed. Dunkin closed due to a “scheduled power outage”. No such thing as quiet hours.

    The hotel itself looks old but they had a mini arcade, play place for kids, and a pool, hot tub, etc. it was very close to Disneyworld and had plenty of restaurants nearby. If we had kids, I might come back here again, but I’ll probably find something else next time.

    The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed nice enough but then when the elevator opened on our floor it had a weird smell. Our room had fauces in wood on bathroom door, the lampshade was falling off wall lamp, the smoke detector showed wires coming out of the wall and the beds made spring sounds when you even sat on them.

    Bar and food staff were amazing but the rooms AC didn’t work, they have mold and you can tell they paint over problems. Had to pay a resort fee and the pool was filthy. Lastly, I ordered food at the bar using Apple Pay then they charged me on my bank card and to my room and tried to take my deposit. It took a week of me calling and leaving voicemails before had to call my bank to dispute it. Never again. You get what you pay for I guess.

    Really horrible place to stay. Bed was horrible, squeaky and felt the springs in my back. The bed also had two human size shape indentations that we comfortably fell into every night, if you’re into that type of thing. Anyway, horrible stay, horrible experience and beware of the $20 resort charge since they call themselves a resort. This is because they have buses that go to the parks and they have a Dunkin’ Donuts on site. Voila you’ve got a resort. You sti have to pay for coffee since they don’t offer coffee with their breakfast since there is a Dunkin Donuts on the property. Please choose another place to stay.

    Recently renovated hotel! Lobby was impressive. Front desk staff were pleasant; Diego, Gabby and Gaby were professional and courteous. Tap key in hand I headed to elevators, upon stepping on to the 3rd flr, the hallway smelled musty and felt heavy with humidy. rm 324, North Tower - 1 King bed, tub/shower, 1 adult, nonsmoking: my concern- door wasn't flush, 1 1/2 inch gap between frame/door causing bright light from exterior hallway to filter into interior of room. Being a solo traveler, this made me feel uneasy. The cabinet, that stored the small refrigerator, was dirty and had a dried french fry on side of unit. I took photos, went to front desk, showed Staff and they immediately assigned me to the 7th flr, rm 729, North Tower - 2 queen beds, shower, 1 adult, nonsmoking. It was clean, inviting, a/c on and bathroom was well stocked with towels, all amenties were as stated via their website. Unfortunately no microwaves in rms, but there are two microwaves for public use as you approach the lobby. Across from the Convenience Store is a snack/beverage area, to curb that midnight craving. Inside the entrance doors you'll find a Dunkin Donut's, Pizzaland, Chuck E Cheese Kids Zone, with pay as you play arcade games for all ages. The bar tender Haziel, at the Gulpin Gator was very personable, a true people person. I ordered a lemonade and she suggested a splash of strawberry puree. I'm so glad for her recommendation, it was very refreshing! My seven day stay was delightful.

    Got there on a Thursday morning after driving from S Florida. Would have been amazing to check into our room (yes, i'm completely aware it was before the stated check in time). We were going to the parks all day so rather than check in at 10 pm I asked if there was a room that was ready that we could drop finalize the check in (so we didn't have to do EOD when we woudl be exhausted), drop the luggage off, freshen up and go about our day. First response was 'no'. Then it was let me check......oh they found a room.....but then says I'll have to charge you an early check in. WT HOLY F. Seriously? I get it......in advance I request and pay for a check in early...but here i am..about 5 hours from the real check in.....and they want to charge me ean early check in? The room was available and was not going to be used by another guest, c'mon. This left a REALLY sour taste. Sometimes you just do what's right vs the 'end bottom dollar'

    Property in bad condition, AC unit makes a loud noise, rooms are not clean, worst housekeeping service, saw black flies inside the room. We switched our room after 3 days because the AC unit was making a loud noise and they did not send anyone to fix it. So we had to change the room after 3 days. Second room was ok. The only thing we like about was the breakfast and kitchen staff. I would not recommend to anyone and not going back to this hotel ever again.

    Basically, you get what you pay for. We knew going in, the hotel probably wouldn't be the best we ever stayed at, just due to price. It was fine if you need some place cheap just to rest your head (I guess), but there were several issues: 1) The bathroom door didn't slide closed all the way and had a large gap so your entire fam would know what's going down in the bathroom. 2) The bathroom was dirty. The floors and walls had dirty fingerprints, the shower had dirt on the floor near the drain, and the counters had toothpaste on them from whoever stayed in the room before us. I wiped everything down with one of the provided stark white rags, and it came away grey. 3) The coffee maker didn't work! It heated the water and sounded like it was trying to pump it through, but nothing was ever produced. We tried several different ways, thinking maybe we were just doing it wrong. Nope. Coffee maker was simply broken. 4) This hotel was obviously remodeled/renovated - kind of. There were cracks from floor to ceiling in the walls, along the ceiling, etc. Whoever they hired needs to come back and fix it. 5) Outlets by the alarm clock kept cycling on and off. 6) The floor lamp didn't work. We didn't have use of it since this hotel *was* just a place to rest our heads, but we tried to turn it on the morning we checked out and sure enough, it wasn't working. 7) What are the mattresses made of? Cardboard? 8) The elevators are scary 😅

    We stayed three nights to go to Disney. The hotel and room were nice and clean. Hotel was busy when we went but didn’t feel over crowded at all. The only problems we ran into was we had a conjoined room (with the people on the other side not in our party) and you could hear everything in there. Second is there are shuttles at the hotel running back and forth from the parks at certain times that you make reservations for. They give you an itinerary at check in when the times are running and what lanes you have to be at for pick up from the parks. Both days that we were picked up from Magic Kingdom (day one) and Hollywood Studios (day two) we ran into issues with the wrong bus being at our lane number. So make sure you ask if they are running to your hotel before you get on so you don’t get taken to another hotel. It was frustrating but luckily we asked before getting on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and the shuttle to the parks were definitely a perk despite the problems we ran into!

    The property looks very different from what is advertised. When we arrived, the room was not clean there were hairs in the shower and in the bathroom, which immediately made us question the overall hygiene. During the three nights we stayed, the hallways were never cleaned. There was a cotton swab lying in the corridor when we arrived, and it remained there the entire stay, which clearly showed a lack of basic maintenance and attention. I even requested to cancel the rest of my stay and offered to pay a cancellation fee just to leave, but the issue was not resolved and no accommodation was offered. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, service, or overall standards.

    We also noticed that the shower leaks water onto the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient and something that should be addressed. I typically love IHG Hotels & Resorts properties, but this location falls short compared to its close partner, Holiday Inn Resort Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. Another downside is the traffic. The hotel sits off a one-lane road in and out, and post–amusement park traffic can be very frustrating. After a long park day, waiting in a long line of cars just to get back to the hotel isn’t ideal. Overall, it’s fairly priced, but with a few upgrades and improvements, it could be much better.     I paid for my room a few days before arriving at the hotel. They gave me a last-minute room for disabled guests. The bathroom didn't have a door or a shower curtain, and it flooded when I showered. I slipped when I got out, and my leg still hurts. I asked to change rooms, and I had to put towels on the floor to prevent another accident. There were no other room options. I have photos of the scene if you'd like to see them. I will never return. Please do not recommend this hotel.

    My stay at the Holiday Inn in Orlando, Florida was extremely disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and immediately bombarded us with offers to attend a timeshare presentation as soon as we entered the door. We were placed in adjoining rooms where we were kept up all night by noise from our neighbors - snoring on the first night, and a couple engaging in loud sexual activities at 3 am on the second night. The rooms had a musty smell of mildew and were not properly cleaned or maintained. There was a large crack in the door that let in light all night, and the constant noise of kids running up and down the hallways added to the chaotic atmosphere. In all my stays in Disney, this was by far the worst experience I have had. I do not recommend staying here. 0/10.

    The room was in awful condition and clearly not maintained. Chairs were ripped and heavily stained, and the bed headboards were dirty and stained as well. Even after staff came to change the bedsheets, the room still felt unclean and uncomfortable. There were multiple serious safety concerns. The mattress was not secured to the bed frame and flipped when I sat on it. The drawers did not close properly and kept sliding open, forcing me to constantly check them so the top drawer wouldn’t unexpectedly slide out. The elevator was another major concern. Every time we used it, it felt like it was going to fall. It kept jumping up and down before moving, which was extremely frightening and made us feel unsafe. While the staff tried to help, these issues go far beyond customer service and point to poor maintenance and management. This hotel is not safe and not clean. I strongly do not recommend staying here.

    The building I was in definitely needed some remodeling, the elevators were outdated and someone got stuck because they were ringing the bell. The beds were hard as a rock, the pillows as well. The standing shower looked very old as well.

    The building shook when the elevator was moving, the elevators were bumpy, a dog barked all night long, and the 10pm-9am quiet time was definitely not abided because it sounded like there was a party going on out in the hallway all night. I’ve stayed at multiple holiday inns and typically have a pleasant experience but other than the staff who were great, this stay was not up to par.

    this was my 4th time staying at this hotel but this was the first time I've had this experience here. The room that I got was room 353. From the moment we went to the third floor, the hallway smelled horrible. We entered the room, we were settling in and when we went to the bathroom, it was filled with fruit flies. The flies were coming out of the drain from the sink. By the second day, we had to put a tissue on the hole for them to stop coming out. It sucks to complain but I have loved coming to this hotel the previous times. The staff and lobby are great.. but this room or floor was just not in the best conditions.

    Shower floor was brown, tables were dirty and alarm clocks phone fridge was dirty. Cabinets wouldnt stay shut so we did had to close them all the time we were there, since furniture is old. They really need to upgrade their rooms or do better at cleaning them. Sheets and towels seemed ok.

    I had high hopes for this resort since it was Holiday Inn. This was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Also, when I checked in there was a $19 resort fee and a $50 deposit; I would understand the deposit if this was a luxury hotel but not for this resort. It is very close to Animal Kingdom but that was the only positive of this resort.

    This hotel is very conveniently located close to Disney, which made our trip much easier. The bedding was comfortable and we slept well. However, the only downside was the service. I called to request a hairdryer and also asked for tissues that housekeeping had forgotten to leave in the room. The staff said they would bring them, but they never arrived. In addition, bottled water is limited to two bottles per day, which was a bit inconvenient for our family of four.

    Love the location of the hotel-convenient to all Disney Parks and shopping on 192. This is my second time staying here but this time I had some bugs in my room that were rather gross. I unfortunately didn’t see them until the morning when I was about to check out. I did tell the front desk as I was leaving and they said they would have a report filed to have someone take care of it. I would still return, just hope I get a room without bugs.

    Carpets are dirty, the room was in a bad state, some bugs were in the room, we even saw a cockroach in the hallway. The hotel was really busy when we arrived on a Friday and our room wasn't cleaned up until Monday.     After first checking in there was a hair in the bathtub. Don’t think it was cleaned very well. On the last night we had no running water and could shower after the theme park all day. They said it would be on by 3am it wasn’t in until right before check out. They had no washcloths available. We couldn’t go to the bathroom all night. All they did was credit us $19 I don’t think that was nearly enough. They really didn’t seem to care also. Disappointed because we like to us hotel.

    The hotel and rooms smelled terrible, the staff was not helpful. Waited 20 minutes to check in to our room because they only had one employee working. When I asked for a luggage rack, I was told they’re over there, there was no luggage racks and they didn’t bother to help me track one down. There were dogs barking in the hotel at night. The hotel smelled like mold or mildew and they covered it up with some type of fragrance that made it worse. There was nowhere to park when we came home for the night. It was just an awful place.

    Went to all the Disney Parks except Magic Kingdom while we were here. It was close to them all. Easy navigating. Check-in was quick and easy. No complaints. Big clean room with mini fridge and coffee maker. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board. There were bottles of water and a couple of robes that we didn't use. Huge parking area.

    One of day during the stay we arrived from parks by 01:00AM and the water was ran out. At the first time a probably return by 6:00am, after it returned by 3:00am. It’s worse. In four months I’ve stayed on 3 Holiday Inn properties - FLL by the port, MIA Airport and now at Orlando by the parks. Worse experience on them all. Dark rooms, smells humidity, problems with water, noise and more. I must admit was the last time at.

    Room was clean, however property and grounds seemed dated and some areas were in need of fresh paint. When I conducted my search on Trivago I requested that breakfast be included with the room, however, I didn’t read that it was an extra fee when I booked the room with Expedia, my mistake. However, even though the breakfast looked good, it was more than I was willing to pay, so I skipped it. Their 7” meat lovers pizza was delicious, and even though I was warned by the server that it was spicy, I ordered it anyway. I paid for it the next day, lol, but it WAS GOOD! I feel that they could have provided more for the price and not being closer to Disney.

    I was placed on the 1st level near an exit door and people walking out with their dogs kept barking and room right next to me was also barking at night. Only one lady doing the check in.     The room met the needs we had for our stay for a week at Disney. With our days at the parks we didn’t utilize the “Resort” features but the price was great for our week long stay. We had a 2 queen room on the Top floor that faces toward the parks and at night we could see the fireworks which was fun to see. The room seemed a bit in need of some TLC. The biggest issue was the door which I had to force open when we first arrived and clearly was just modified. It never actually closed on its own and so I had to lock the door to ensure it closed properly. I never felt unsafe but didn’t love that it was clearly used and not fixed. The shower was nice and spacious but it did seem the water drained backwards away from the drain at first. Always seemed to have a huge puddle after each shower. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Again nothing was bad about the stay but definitely feel Ike we got what we paid for as far as price and quality. I know it recently switched to IHG from Wyndham and maybe those improvements will come. If you’re looking for a hotel a a lower price and ease of getting to the parks then it’s a great place to stay. anything

    The room itself was not very clean at all. Hair on the floors in the bathroom and in the shower as well as on the sink vanity and toilet seat. There was also an army of ants on the sink vanity. I thought they were living in the tissue box sitting on the vanity so I set it outside of the room in the hallway but they kept coming. For November the AC did well maintaining the temp of the room. The bed was fine but I’m also a person who can sleep most anywhere. Due to the overall condition of the room I did check for bed bugs but didn’t see any.

Because I complained to Expedia and requested credit or partial refund they told Expedia no because of my conduct and behavior and I was alone never made a sound and also I was banned from the hotel just for speaking my truth and requesting service that I paid for ….     Dont recommend at all. The building was really run down, and the hotel smelled of cigarettes all over. My room had bugs and I had to immediately leave the hotel and ask for a refund (thankfully I was able to book elsewhere quickly). Not to mention the assistant manager was rude when I asked for a new room due to large bug inside and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Poor customer service and now I’m waiting for my refund. Terrible experience w my daughter - spare yourself and book someplace else.

    We’ve stayed here before and we don’t have any problems. However, this time, the toilet didn’t flush properly. We had to flush 2-3 times for it to go down. And the lamp was hard to come on. We had to keep plugging and unplugging the lamp for it to come on. Overall, it was okay. I’ll give it another try when we come back.

    The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Minutes away from Disney! The rooms definitely need updating. However, the bed was amazing and comfortable. They were having a shortage of housekeeping which was evident with how late they came to clean the room,; however, the room was very clean. Overall, the price and location make this a good stay.

    Comfy bed! Room was clean and had the pool outside our window. Close to attractions and shuttle offered to Disneyland theme parks. Staff were all so kind. I appreciated the complimentary water everyday with cleaning. Only thing I would prefer is if there was a microwave in our room. But there are 2 to use in lobby. Love the long hours to where the pool and kid zone area stay open late. I would come back!

    Cons: Rooms are old, moldy and desperately need updating. Our 1st room had an awful smell of dog/cat urine. We immediately requested a new room which the front desk accommodated with no hesitation. The 2nd room was an improvement but still had foul odor. Sheets had stains, carpet was awful. We didn’t make a big fuss and dealt with it since it was only 3 nights. Overall 3 out of 5 stars mostly due to location. Would consider returning if rooms were improved.

    Hotel was super convenient and very close to Disney parks. They have a kids area and arcade which my kids loved. We enjoyed seeing fireworks from our bedroom. I would recommend some upgrade in the rooms. Overall a good stay.

    We stayed here 2 times in the past week for a total of 4 nights and stayed in 2 different rooms. The hotel has lots of great amenities and the magical view is amazing. However, rooms smelled heavily of mold/mildew or wet dog. I had to go buy air freshener for the room it was so overwhelming. Over all the hotel was nice, however the smell made you question the cleanliness and overall maintaining of the building

    Good afternoon, we had to move rooms as the dog was barking non stop, but the move was fine. What went wrong was the lighting and security level to vehicles parked in the northern section need to be improved. My front left hubcap was removed off of my car and largr amount of garbage was in the parking spot next to my car. I physically reported it immediatly to the front desk. I asked about camera footage, and if it can be reviewed. Front desk took my room number was taken and i was never called or updated about anything! Safety comes first and I will not be back for that reason!

    Checkin and out was quick and easy. I didn't like the solitication to do the resort sales tour immediately after checkin. The toilet in the room didn't flush well. AC was nice and cold. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower had hot water but low pressure with the rain head. It was very convenient to parks. Skipped the buffet breakfast that was not included.

    When I arrived, they asked if I preferred a room with a king bed or two beds. I replied that I was traveling alone and it didn’t matter, as I only wanted to rest after 17 hours of driving. When I got to the 5th floor, where my assigned room was located, I immediately noticed a strong musty smell throughout the entire floor as soon as I stepped out of the elevator. Walking down the hallway, I saw that on that side of the building, all the rooms had exposed demolition areas, and some even had industrial drying equipment running. The strong odor of moisture and mold was completely obvious, and what made it worse was that the entire floor shared the same AC system — so the mostly smell in my room was just as bad as in the hallway. When I get down the stairs to request them to switch the room Angelo’s actitud was the worst part of this story and He didn’t want to help at all. On top of that, more than 10 days have passed, and I still haven’t received the refund for my deposit. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with this hotel chain.

    We just needed a place to sleep for 2 days and this was perfect. Nothing we needed to be expensive but also wanted clean and comfortable in all aspects for us. And this was it! The breakfast cost if you don’t get vouchers. I recommend doing that or just skip having breakfast. It’s a little pricy. But overall I loved it.

    No complaints about anything except the room was extremely musty and stuffy. It had a strong musty smell and felt almost damp. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft like a cloud. Would’ve been a 4.5/5 star stay if it weren’t for the smell and dampness of the room. Staff were all super nice and accommodating. The grounds were clean, plenty of parking, hotel lobby smelled very nice and navigating around was easy. The food at the grille was yummy and coffee was great at lavazzo too.

    Staff was friendly and professional. Common hallways smelled musty and damp. Room was very basic. Door handle was mounted incorrectly. I thought the handle was broken, went back to desk to report it. Clerk said just lift the handle up not push down. This worked. Had to have the safe replaced. The first one did not work. Overall, this hotel is NOT up to Holiday Inn Resort standards. At least not the area I stayed in. The main pool had loose patio stones at the pools edge. They were not cemented in. Very sharp and unsafe. Maintenace on this property's common areas needs to be improved greatly. HK staff need to be trained not to sing loudly or shout through the corridors, especially in the mornings. Not a bad place for the money but with all the other choices for budget friendly hotels in the area I'd try another property first. Orbitz gave this property a 8.6 rating. NO WAY. The best I would give it is a 7.5.

    We took the hotel specifically for the shuttles to the parks, there were no shuttles even though we were told there were. This caused extremely excessive expenses. The staff did not help with the issue even when we asked repeatedly. In addition, our room was not cleaned even though we asked several times. Unfortunately, the experience at the hotel was negative.     My stay here was okay. I stayed for 4 nights. When checking in, I was given a room that did not have AC, and I was not told that by the lady at the reception desk. Then, after a long, sleepless night the next night after coming back tired from Disney, I asked the kind gentleman at the reception, and he told me the room I was given ( 444) did not have any AC and gave me a different room which was much better. Also, I was overcharged for the coconut water can from the 24-hour market. It was labeled $4, and she charged me $5.38. When asked, she says the rest is tax. I honestly felt like being scammed because a day before, I had bought it from someone else at the reception for a dollar lower. I advise you to please make sure to train the staff to be transparent and kind to customers. Thank you!!

    We ended up checking out early because of how dirty the room was. When we initially arrived, the toilet wasn’t flushed. After our first night, we noticed small bugs crawling all over the night stand. I immediately called to notify staff, and I was told they would have maintenance come. We waited about thirty minutes before going downstairs to the front desk. I asked if it would be possible to change rooms. I was told due to the inconvenience, we would be reimbursed the $40 resort fee and could move rooms. The lady helping me told me that there were no room available at the moment, but we would be notified once there was. Once we arrived back to the hotel room a few hours later, I checked in with the front desk. The same woman I initially spoke with said “Maintenance went and looked, there were no bugs so we will not be reimbursing you the $40 resort fee”. I told her there were indeed bugs, and that something has to be done about this. She said “okay let me go to the back to check on this”. She comes back a few minutes later and tells me that she will be giving me the $40 resort fee back, and that we can move rooms. When we got to the room there were still bugs on the night stand. More hours pass at this point without hearing anything. I finally decided that I just wanted to move to a different hotel. When I went to the front desk (same woman) I showed her a video of the bugs and she says “those aren’t bugs, they’re ants, those aren’t our bugs”. Very disappointing stay.

    Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. On our last night, the water was turned off for maintenance, but the only notice was a small sign at the front desk that most guests didn’t see. The ice machines didn’t work, the hallways smelled strongly of paint, and we even found some trash left over from previous guests in our room. On top of that, the on-site food was very expensive for what it was. The only real positives were the convenient location and the comfortable beds. With some major improvements, especially in communication, maintenance, and cleanliness, this hotel could be much better, but as it stands, I wouldn’t stay again until renovations are fully complete.

    Cons: the hotel looked very old compared to the pictures. The elevator was bouncy and felt unsafe. It also took forever to get on. We even had to use the stairs 3 times because of the wait. That was not the best when we are on the 5th floor. The elevator also would go up even though we pressed the bottom button. The water also turned off on our last night. We could not wash ourselves and the toilet didn’t have water. I spoke to staff at check out and it just seemed to be shrugged off. We only stayed a few days so it was tolerable but wouldn’t stay again.

    Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Kissimmee location. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and pizza place for dinner. Room was clean and I slept great. They had a nice bar and pool area.     Our family of four stayed in October 5 days for fall break. Hotel needs renovation. The floor we stayed on smelled old and like mildew.our shower drain was backed up causing you to stand in water to your ankles. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and the bed skirt on one of the beds had a blood stain on it.Pics online were deceiving. Had to call multiple times for wash cloths. One of the days we had no water starting at about 1pm until after midnight due to a pipe that burst. We were unable to shower, brush, or flush the toilet. The cold AC and free parking were probably the only good things about our stay.

    There was a very strong scent and feeling of humidity in the room. The refrigerator was not functioning properly and all of our baby food spoiled. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. They did send someone to fix the sink drain right away which was helpful, as well as to adjust the fridge settings. but the moisture in the room and hallways were evident. luckily we were only staying there for 2 nights, otherwise I would have requested a different room or a refund all together.

    Stayed in a magic room, could see Epcot fireworks in the distance. My grandkids were mesmerized. Great place for kids, there’s a play zone and pizza and breakfast buffet. The customer service is stellar. Everyone is friendly and Viviana was exceptional! She went above and beyond both mornings while we had breakfast. Parking is free, WiFi is free, the resort fee is reasonable. Overall a great value for the money.

    The resort itself didn’t feel clean at all, and the pool looked so dirty we didn’t even want to go near it. On top of that, they flat-out lied to us when we asked if they had a direct shuttle to EPCOT. We were told they did before booking, but once we got there, surprise — no direct ride. To make matters worse, everything in the lobby is outrageously overpriced (seriously, $7 for a bottle of water?). Between the lack of cleanliness, shady practices, and misleading information, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

    Love the hotel.. the vacation planners/salesmen are very pushy and unfortunately they are right by check in. The hotel doesn’t look the best from outside but on the inside it was perfect.     The ENTIRE property is run down. The pictures make it look nice but those pictures had to have been 10+ years ago. The location of the property is the only good thing about my stay and the one super helpful staff member that helped me while I was there. I booked a 1 night stay and didn’t even stay my one night.

    My family and I just recently enjoyed a visit, and hade a really great time. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Would most definitely visit again.

    We had a great stay here. This hotel was super convenient if going to Animal Kingdom Park. The room was clean. Downstairs had a 24/7 convenience, store for the essentials you need. Plus, there was a restaurant and bar on site so you don’t have to leave your hotel to get food or order from Uber eats. The pool was clean hot tub jets worked perfectly. There is an arcade on site everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

    The property was in an ideal location for all the amusement parks in Orlando. The room with a king-sized bed was spacious and comfortable. The walk-in shower was refreshing. And the price was highly affordable, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The aesthetics was beautiful to the eye,

    Went for a 5 night stay with my wife while visiting Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando. It was a great, clean, comfortable, safe hotel. We enjoyed our stay and never encountered any issues at all though out our stay. Close distances to almost anything you’ll need for a Disney vacation… 2 Big Disney Gift Shops right at the corner, big Walmart right across the street, several fast food options right down the road for those wanting to save a little and not eat much inside the Disney parks… Overall an enjoyable stay. Only thing missing was a micro wave in our room. For being a Holiday Inn we were surprised there was no microwave but it was not a deal breaker. Everything else was great! Enjoyed some time in the pool as well after a long day at Disney. Will definitely stay here again when we return in the future.
