I like that big Spaces, bath in each room, and the only dislike that they charge extra for cleaning, other than that is pretty nice , secure and the personal is very nice👍

The outside of the building looks nice. The house we booked had a fridge leak. They put us in another house. Also had multiple things wrong with it. Lights didn’t work, washer & dryer didn’t work, Bathroom towel racks were broken and laying in the counter. Carpet was dirty. Spiders, worms, roaches throughout the house. We complained and nothing was offered to move us again. We left early. Totally disappointed and no refund was given even for the nights we weren’t there. Again, we left due to the bugs being the final straw. Staff offered no assistance.

It was gated and beautifully maintained. My teenagers were able to walk around unsupervised and enjoy the pool and restaurant and gym. There was literally nothing to not like!

Clean, comfortable, spacious and in a great location close to parks. Walls are thin to neighbouring properties and our neighbours enjoyed partying very late most nights. With autistic children, this was close to being a disaster. Appreciate other properties won’t suffer from the same issue. Aircon in master bedroom much less effective than other rooms.

The location was great, if you have a car (which we did), houses in a secured gated community and a 10 min drive to Disney. Kitchen facilities and loads of space. Slight smell upon entry, although wasn’t through entirety of property. Kitchen was missing a few items.

Very close and convenient for all the Disney parks. Spacious, quiet and relaxed environment. Would stay again The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped with more utensils and chopping board etc.

The property looks ok from the outside but once you are inside it’s a different story. The outside bbq area was a nice place to eat (once I had cleaned the disgustingly filthy table)…picture provided. There was a distinct shortage of anything to make a long term stay of 15 days in any way pleasant. There were no cooking facilities (one frying pan and one HUGE saucepan), there were no drawers or shelves to put clothes in or on and not enough coat hangers to hang things up (the shelving that was there was too high to use!), there wasn’t an electric kettle and the toaster was the cheapest toaster I’ve ever used in my life, there was very little in the way of cooking utensils like a cheese grater etc, there were no toiletries (we had to ask and even then we only got shampoo and conditioner so had to buy body wash), bedding wasn’t changed in the 15 days we were there, towels weren’t changed either, the TV’s had no satellite options at all (what’s the point of having a tv in every bedroom?). This place was not cheap! Inside the whole finish had been very cheaply done. In the past we have stayed at Bahama Bay resort which is half the price and twice as good…..there is nothing to do in Magic Village if you need a break from the parks…the pool area is not set up for adults and there are no umbrellas…it’s a very sad area. I would not recommend this place at all!

The location was great for us - so close to Disney. Loved that each bedroom had its own washroom and the outside patio was great for relaxing. It is a 'gated community' and you need a passcode to access even the reception which we did not have before we checked in so that was a challenge. Also, additional supplies (ie: toilet paper or paper towel) are not available unless you pay for a mid-stay clean.

Hot tob gem

Electrical plugs in all 4 bathrooms did not work. None of them had a GFI to determine if breaker needed reset. Also living room table lamp had no light bulb. Requested one from management but never was delivered. Kitchen lacked dish towels & dish cloths. No coffee. No basic food spices. These are items usually provided in a VRBO rental.

The unit needs quite a bit of maintenance. Some examples are shower drains are plugged, shower water temp is scalding and can't easily be adjusted, & bathroom fans are loud and need to be replaced. The units are generally clean but carpeting needs to be replaced and there is a musty odor from the carpet being cleaned but not fully dry.

Not enough towels. For a property that has a hot tub only one towel per person was not enough. We had to wash them everyday. Also/ we booked 2 king beds and only got one. We reached out about it and never heard back about a price adjustment.

Property is a strange hybrid of a VRBO and hotel, no daily cleaning service and early check out time. Overall plenty of space at reasonable cost, clean but some wear and tear. We has some maintenance issues at home; House was at 58 degrees when we arrived and A/C was still running. We turned to OFF, and then tried to get heat to kick on, but it never would. Texted management, which jumped on it the next day, but left it in heating mode to 80 which again would not shut off. We just turned off the at the thermostat and eventually temp equalized with outside. Clogged sink an shower drains.

Location and overall condo was great. The fridge did not work and froze all of our food. The point of staying in a condo was to save money on eating out less. We were there for a big event and were in the room late at night and left early each day so could not get help when we needed it. The outlets in our master bedroom did not work and the TV was set in spanish and we could not alter it.

The layout of the condo and plenty of room in the TV AREA. The kitchen was not supplied with enough variety of dinnerware. There were no dinner plates or bowls.

Only complaint I have was the house smelled like Mildew and could tell there were some incidentals That took place and the repair was sub par. Other than that I would stay again.

I like the proximity to the Disney world and how modern the townhome was. The kitchen was not stocked at all. You couldn’t even really cook a full meal because there wasn’t enough cookware. Very basic. Don’t come here if you plan on cooking.

Great for big groups where you can stay together but still have privacy with so many bedrooms and private bathrooms each. The $10 charge for the delivery packages, even when we put the address of the specific condo as explained by the person in reception the packages still arrived to the lobby and so the charges

Very beautiful and spacious. Lots of room for all of us and also comfortable shared spaces. Bed and pillows/sheets were superb. It was a little tricky to navigate at first when we came in at night. Getting the gate code to the Uber/Lyft drivers was also an added complication but it didn’t diminish the overall delightfulness of the experience.

The cleaning service was upon request and pretty high US$147 (very quick- 1hr for all 4- Bedroom house). The gym had good equipment and was clean and stylish. Would like to stay again,

Beautiful and clean premises. We booked the three bedroom villa and we absolutely loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious and the patio with the grill outside was such a nice touch. My kids loved having their own rooms and didn’t want to leave. Will definitely book again and recommend to family and friends.

Booked for a family holiday to Disney. This place is absolutely perfect. Location is within a few miles of all Disney Parks and Universal is very accessible. Clean and homely. Everything we could have wished for.

Disappointed in this establishments inability to accommodate handicapped guests even though we requested and paid for a mobility unit. These units were great but are new for a remodel.

We had the three bedroom with outside grill and jacuzi. Very nice. easy check in and out. Very clean and modern amenities.

Condos were clean and staff was nice. When we checked in it was 11pm local time, our AC wasn’t turning on. They had a maintenance staff over in 5 mins and the unit cooling shortly after. I would stay again and recommend for a family vacation set stay.

We were sent to Magic Village a Wyndham property not near as nice as Reunion and over charged $261.50 more. I would ask $261.50 to be credited to us. Please Advise

We had a 3 bedroom with hot tub and stayed for 7 nights. Only tea cups in kitchen, no mugs and the bowls were very small with a wavy top that made putting any decent size portion of food in impossible. No oven glove or tea towel either made using the oven & kitchen difficult. TVs were a great size but had no channel guide or listing which made life difficult. No chromecast facility either. Hot tub was nice but very small and only fit 2 adults comfortably, anymore would flood the patio! The hot tub steps were broken and taken away quickly but never replaced. Reception were thoughtful however for the guest involved. No extra towels provided for the hot tub or pool so we asked for extra. Again reception were great at providing these quickly. Sprinklers next to the patio were set to come on at 9pm onwards and soaked our patio. This was annoying when we were outside enjoying the grill and outdoor patio area. We always made sure to move the furniture cushions so they didn’t get soaked! On the positive side: the site was immaculately kept including the pool and lobby areas. Would highly recommend venturing out to the pool. It was a lovely relaxing space. It also felt very secure and safe with the gate being code entry only. The area was perfect for Disney too.

I didn’t like the fact that despite there being a mandatory $240 cleaning fee, the jacuzzi was prefilled and was extremely dirty with grime around the entire rim.I had a Mr.clean magic eraser that removed the grime which proved it was not properly cleaned. My 7 year old decided to plunge her arm into the water and ended up with a rash that was confirmed to be ring worm and required anti-fungal treatment. There was black moldy hardened pieces in the blender after taking the blender completely apart which too is evidence of poor cleaning practices. Beautiful property but the quality of the cleaning was subpar.

Roaches in my room, hot tub didn’t work the entire time

Modern homes with lots of space for families with convenient access to theme parks and retail nearby. However, these properties do lack certain maintenance updates. We had some issues with the A/C not staying at the temperature set and showers with warm not hot water on some days. Sheets are a bit scratchy too. Overall, would stay here again but might take that into consideration.

The property is well taken care of and quiet. The units have most everything you need, could have a few more things added but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

This is a great resort but there were a couple issues with our unit that made the experience less positive. One is that the showers in each of the bedrooms either ran luke warm or scalding hot. There wasn't any way to adjust the temperature of the showers. Second there isn't a way to adjust the hot tub temperature. It was scalding hot the first night. Someone came and added cold water but then it didn't heat up the second night. We turned on the heat overnight and then off in the morning hoping the 3rd night it would be perfect but it must be set on a timer so the heat always comes on and was again very hot at night. Very frustrating having paid extra for a hot tub unit.

Garden common areas need better care.

They nickel and dime for every little thing! They don’t replenish any supplies like toilet paper, paper towels soap, conditioner, dishwasher pods, etc. They charge an astronomical fee for housekeeping. There are absolutely no activities or amenities at this resort. One of the worst places we’ve ever stayed for the price!Never, ever again!

Really nice place to stay house was clean could have done with some mugs for coffee just had small tea cups in the house. Only down side with this resort is the £250 cleaning fee and resort fee at 10 usd per day I think these fees are a bit off a rip off

Condo was nice and served its purpose for what we were looking for, but it was a little run down. Wasn't impressed with the showers. The tile upstairs in the bathroom moved when we walked on it. Slight smell of mildew. Overall, it was a very convenient location (right off the interstate) but not sure that I would stay there again.

The decor in the house was really lovely and modern. It had 4 great rooms with en suites and lots of wardrobe space. The kitchen had everything you need and in as new condition The house was really handy to all the Disney parks and to a large Walmart. We used the barbecue most evenings.

In my opinion the place is overpriced, for what has to offer, but seems ok if you are going to stay for a week or longer, also if your family party is more than 5. Villas are still in good condition, seems construction is not older than 4 -5 years old, but you can see that maintenance is poor or very limited. Be really careful with safety deposit and the condition when you left the condo. They can charge you for almost everything. Cleaning fee is $240 dollars for 4 nights, which is absolutely absurd, since they do nothing for you during the stay. Trash need to be placed out of the apartment every day before 2pm and cant stay out after 4pm, etc.. make sure you read the instructions carefully, return furniture to the original places and most importantly that they do not have to do "excessive" cleaning. The question is, what is excessive ? Amenities are very limited, not enough shampoo, towels , dishwasher detergent, etc.. so if you are going to stay more than 3 days, you really need to bring your own toiletries and even toilet paper. Also, the place is really quiet and there are no activities for kids or adults. The pool area is bored to dead so don't plan to stay there for a full day. Big advantage is the patio and BBQ grill area, this is a really good point on this place. As I said, overall the place and the stay is justOK.

Everything was perfect!

Landscaping wasn’t finished around the unit and the exterior lights didn’t work. Our unit had great access to pool, tennis court and beach volleyball court which is all very nice. The proximity of the complex to theme parks is great, close enough to come back for a mid day break if you wish. The unit is very spacious with all rooms having their own en-suite and decorated nicely.

All Disney parks are within less than 10 minutes drive University studios within 20 minutes Big and new villas Very safe place and many supermarkets and restaurants are nearby

Did not like the Gate service

It appears the exterior of the property was well managed, but interior is outdated. More specifically, the upholstery and furniture was old and dirty. Security and restaurant staff members were friendly but the ones at the front desk were not as much.

This was an excellent property for large families/groups traveling and for once, the resort photos match exactly the reality. Clean, very convenient, excellent beds, and an overall great place to stay.

Great customer service!!! They had a maintenance person on hand at 10pm. The property is new and beautiful. The units are modern and fully equipped. The beds were super comfy. Just beautiful!

Had a few issues with strained couches on first room was then given a second room with no issues. Overall good stay but be aware there is only 2 towels per room given for whole stay. Toilet paper and paper towels are not refilled.

Where I stayed, they had a really creepy monkey statue painted in red, white, blue, and yellow, and when I asked the front desk about it, they said they’d never seen it and it was probably a prank. Yet the creepy statue remained. Lastly, they offer no room service which is another reason for the rating of a 3/5. However, this place is beautiful and has so much potential to be a 5 star place!

I had stayed in this hotel for a total of 6 days. Immediately in the first day, the refrigerator problem started to happen. It would constantly go out of power. We called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy to come. When he came to examine the fridge, he knew to go to the electric circuit breaker to flip the power back on. Apparently it may be a faulty circuit breaker. The maintenance guy told us its now fixed. We then go to Walmart to buy food and drinks for the grill and our hotel stay. Every single day, we go out and come back to find no power in the fridge. We would have to flip the switch back on, on the circuit breaker to get power back. This happened for all 6 days of our stay. Alot of our drinks, milk, meat, ice cream, etc had spoiled and we had to throw it out. We informed the front desk regarding this problem and the guy said he will speak to someone to see what can be done. This indeed was very frustrating and upsetting to throw out so much food. I strongly believe Wyndham should compensate us for the loss. I took photos of the problem.

Alright Magic Village it’s time for a refresh or a better cleaning service. Once again you pay a premium cleaning fee but the furniture was soiled, the floors needed to be mopped and the patio needed a good pressure washing. Such a shame because this WAS a nice property in a great location. Going down hill FAST!!!

Very comfortable large spaces, comfortable beds and linens, nice pool and gym. Very quiet. One thing that made the resort feel a little worn was the condition of the lawn in the courtyard and the half-dead landscaping (mostly the ornamental grasses). After seeing the beautiful landscaping in the parks, this was not pretty to look at. Kitchen towels would have been nice to have.

I loved this property so much! It felt like home as soon as we walked in theough the door. The staff was excellent; very friendly! They were accommodating and very fast in responding to our questions. Definitely visiting again without a doubt!

Our stay was great prepare like your going to a Air B&B we had everything we needed. Pool great but not heated. Restaurant closed and theres no bar. Front desk polite and helpful. They gave us a extended checkout. Loved our townhouse plenty of space and privacy,beds comfy. Will return overall we had a great time.

It was too close to Disney parks and a Walmart. A full house just for your family equipped with all you need to stay there. Awesome!

The complex was extremely convenient to Disney (10 mins without traffic) and next to many stores. The house was clean and the pool was nicer and bigger than I expected from the pictures. My big gripe is that this house comes with NOTHING. You get one roll of toilet paper and a small bottle of shampoo & conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one dose of laundry detergent, and one dose of dishwasher detergent. Staff was unwilling to give us anything else. There wasn't even hand soap to wash my hands with when I got inside. I've been to other hotel-operated condos and they at least give some condiments (like small bottles of salt & pepper) and a bar of soap or something, and all the toilet paper you need. It seems like the place is unnecessarily trying to nickel & dime you by not providing you with very essential items for your stay.

Clean nice luxury

Magic Village charges a premium cleaning fee and one expect the units to be immaculate and 7563 was not. There were visible stains on the furniture in the living area, empty food containers between and underneath the sofa cushions and the floors were not properly swept and mopped…I could go in but I won’t. My family and I have stayed at this location on several occasions without issue so I hope this was just a misstep and not a new trend.

Size, location and price make this property good. You have to bring supplies or go shopping while you are on vacation for necessities you would normally find in a hotel or timeshare such as soap & toilet paper.

Beautiful house… clean, safe, spacious. Everything we needed to make our stay memorable was available. Even when we had a minor maintenance emergency, I called they arrived within 20 mins abs took care of everything with no problems. Staff was very friendly. This was my second time there and I’ll definitely be back

hotel on July 12 to the 14, 2021 for a short family getaway to celebrate a birthday. The customer service there was awful. The issues began the day we were traveling to the hotel before we arrived to check-in. As the manager attempted to change me from the room I reserved not once, but twice. Then after arriving we had to wait an hour and a half before our room was ready. Once in the room, the hot tub was half filled with water and never got close to being lukewarm. It took maintenance over an hour to attempt to come and fix the problem, but it never got fixed. Please do not waste your time at this hotel. I'm sure Orlando has many more choices for a large family to have a pleasant trip. Especially for the amount of money you're paying. It's best to find another place to enjoy your trip where you won't to be treated so poorly and given at minimum decent customer service.

This was a pretty amazing hotel suite. There was so much room to spread. Loved that every bedroom has it own bathroom and shower. The outdoor grill space was great for entertaining at night. Lobby smelled amazing!!! We got to enjoy the pool area and like the day beds. They only had 1 person at front desk at all times so service was slow, but our requests were met fairly quick. If you are doing Disney, location is perfect!

We booked a 4 bedroom with a jacuzzi in April for June. When we arrived to the property they said that the system over booked the rooms therefore they gave that room to someone else and our only options were a regular four bedroom villa without the Jacuzzi or a three bedroom villa with a Jacuzzi. It was super upsetting because we planned this vacation two months ago. The front desk lady told me that she tried calling me the morning of and told me it went straight to voicemail however I never received anything from them and there was no voicemail that was left over. I thought this was super unprofessional especially since we were getting notified the morning of and we were flying so I didn’t receive any phone call if we were in there air. The place itself was really nice however it was just so disappointing that they blamed this mess up on the system and was only able to find this out the day of. They only offered us $5 off per day as a discount ($30 total however the $25 off was only because we were downgrading from a Jacuzzi room to a non-Jacuzzi room, so they really just added a five dollar discount). We also had to ask them to allow us to check out late on Sunday since they weren’t going to offer it or anything else to compensate the mess up.

Condo was dirty when we checked in... we also pay to have a crib and highchair set up for us upon arrival it was not. And their was a cockroach in the condo!!! Beds were super uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor...

The Villa was spacious and accommodating.

I rented a handicap accessible unit and the accommodations were excellent. The only thing I would add is to install a chair height toilet s as bd add a bench to the spectacular shower

I was worried because I read some bad reviews. However, our stay was very pleasant the place was spotless and the customer representative was very nice. I will be staying again definitely!

The brand and company can be fine. The staff here are TERRIBLE. Even asking directly about handicap accessibility, we were put in a building that didn't even have a ramp on the sidewalk, let alone able to get in the building. Next room, the bathroom flooded. The hotel's response was that they did me a favor by not charging a cleaning fee for the wrong we were put in the first time for all of 5 min. It went down hill from there. Not really a hill. It was a straight hole at that point. Never again.

This propert was amazing. Front Desk services were wonderful, in person and over the phone. Any concerns I had were addressed respectfully. My only issue is that they charge $350 for cleaning deposit. I had to take photos of scratched doors and markings on the wall to make sure I have proof just in case. I feel as though they should let guests know to take photos of things out of place, so people can be fully refunded with their deposit. Other than that, amazing experience.
