    All the employees were friendly the place were clean. The restaurants have a wide selection of food and real taste good. Not to mention the welcome rum punch and lemonade. The pool area, the outdoors everything was spectacular.

    Cons: Their marketers are much better than the execution which was very disappointing when it came to activities. My kids were all excited about "high energy water balloon games" which turned out to be a tiny water balloon toss squished into a corner by the pool bathrooms. The tie dye station was a lonely employee stationed on a wheely cart behind the pool bar. With the World Cup, the website showed all sorts of activities. We went to the area (Mango Moon) where they were being hosted and asked several employees and they had no idea of what we were talking about but kindly called the activities director. The website said that there was a penalty kick shootout with pop up goals and prizes on the lawn near one of the pools...which turned out to be a staff member dropping the tiniest 18" high soccer nets we had ever seen and leaving. The website also advertised a World Cup viewing party on the green at Promenade at Sunset Walk with tournament watch parties "broadcast on 3 giant LED Video Walls throughout the Promenade". These turned out to be the regular LED screens at one of the bar/restaurants. We ended up driving to the Pointe on I-drive instead for our activities where we were not disappointed. If you are going to Margaritaville for the pools, you're good. Waterpark looks WAY better on the website than in person. Super crowded

    The lobby was amazing but just after checking in, the timeshare folks wanted to grab your attention and sign you up for a presentation which ruined the vibe. The music wasn’t playing at the pool which was a bummer. The hotel room was okay, nothing spectacular.

    The rooms were nice, our shower was not clean. The staff at the entrance were super nice (valet). The reception area not so friendly checking in or out. At least a welcome or a goodbye or ask how was your stay? would’ve been great. The pools are pretty cool, although they charge for everything.

    Arrived at 2;10 had asked for early check in when booked I know not garenteed but they said our room will be ready shortly just needs inspected waited 1 hour and 30 mins our grandkids 7 and 9 were very disappointed to sit in the lobby that long.     The resort itself was beautiful, but I was disappointed with the housekeeping service. During our stay, room service only made the bed and took out the trash. The sheets were not changed despite being dirty, and the bathroom sink was not cleaned. For the price of the resort, I expected a more thorough cleaning. Other than that, the property was nice and the staff was generally pleasant.

    On a call to front desk to ask please stop a very loud noise at 9am of a demolition hammer I was told that from 9-5 they hired a 3rd party and that they will refunded me (8 dollars of room charges) thas unacceptable I had to go my self and ask them to stop to at least wait until 11.     What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to assist with a smile.     The cottages, how close the water park & pools are. The convenience of stores & shopping near by. The first rep to check me in needs more training. Lord knows I wish i caught her name but she is African American with braids with a gap & the sad part is im African American as well & felt like i was mishandled when things were wrong by her. After speaking to the manager Raphael, he saved her job & the trip.

    The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great.

There's a rental car in the lobby and even that gentleman was very helpful . Each time I have traveled there , there was a big event going on so it gets a big congested at the front desk but everyone still makes you feel special and greets you with a smile .

    One of our favorite parts of the trip was spending the day at the main pool in a cabana. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff was so friendly that they felt more like friends than employees, the food was great, and there was always something fun happening. Between the water balloon fights, karaoke, salsa lessons, and snow cones, there was never a dull moment. We also loved how convenient everything was. Restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and anything else we needed were either right on the property or just minutes away. Even though we didn’t end up using the tram service, we loved the idea of being picked up and taken anywhere around the resort. And one thing you absolutely cannot skip: the cotton candy ATM in the main lobby. Watching it get made while choosing all the different flavors and designs was such a fun experience for all of us. This place gave us one of the most relaxing and enjoyable family weekends we’ve had in a long time, and we already can’t wait to come back.

    The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our trip, and the property itself was beautiful and well-maintained.     This guy s a beautiful property! The pools a huge and excellent for children to play. There are 3 restaurants and a grab go from for forgotten items. Euphoria is the finer dining restaurant. I had the NY sirloin. It was cooked perfectly. I also ate there once for breakfast which was mediocre. Provisions cafe had breakfast sandwiches and coffee daily which was much more affordable and actually better tasting. Margaritaville offers daily activities like the dying T-shirts, snow cone making, karaoke, s’mores by fire and a pig roast. All at additional cost but nice to have so many things available! We tipped the housekeeping $10 daily and our room was always spic and span. The grounds are immaculate! Lots to do within walking distance as well. Shops and restaurants at Sunset walk and the H2O water park. The resort charges a daily resort fee of $50. This does not include parking. That is additional $20 per day for self park. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is I think they should include self parking if they are charging a resort fee.

    Only issue I would like to communicate is that the hotel staff at check in. Did not do a very good job explaining amenities pool open/close time water park etc.. They did not explain that there is a shuttle on site that takes you around property. I ubered to IHOP which was a waste of $ there where so many restaurant near with using the shuttle and food options at water park. For the water some of the big slide rides where down and the second day we went back for those rides still where down.

    Highly recommend Margaritaville Orlando if looking for a resort experience right outside the attractions. Beautiful property, gorgeous pools, vibrant suites, excellent food. We highly enjoyed the pool cabanas, and had a great experience at Euphoria, the more upscale dining option at the property. We also loved the poolside bar, including frozen drinks, even available in shark or blender cups! - Instagram worthy! We also appreciated the new and upcoming boardwalk right across the street with additional food and shopping options that were easily accessible by walking, especially Ford’s Garage. This hotel was an easy uber ride to Disney, and Universal, and all of the nearby parks, while still maintaining the Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville resort feel. It is a great option for couples looking to get away or families looking to reconnect. Highly recommend!

    Loved the hotel. Our only complaint is that before we arrived we went online and requested a late checkout as our flight was leaving late. We thought we were all set. We did not know until our last day that the late check out was denied as they had other guests wanting our room. Nobody said anything on check in and we essentially got kicked out of our room and had to scramble to get packed up and wait for a few hours in the lobby vs being able to relax in our room. The front desk was not helpful, or apologetic. Otherwise, we love the hotel

    This was our first time staying at a Margaritaville and it was a great stay. We enjoyed the access to Sunset Walk and the H20 water park. I think we went at an off-season time as it was not very busy, which was welcomed but it also felt a bit secluded. The resort is not too close to many other attractions so I would highly recommend taking advantage of all the resort amenities and Sunset Walk. The staff were friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and in good condition!

    As soon as I walked in to my room, I called the front desk. I requested that Sean someone to place the two very heavy closet doors back in their tracks so we can use the closet. They never sent anyone. We had to hang our clothes around the room. Some areas in the walkways had missing stone work. Place is nice, but not Paradise at all. Shame

    Shower drain was clogged , and did not drain for a long time so had to stand in nasty water , pool had black pieces that look like dird poop and other stuff at the bottom and floating, hairs left on the bedding from other guests , dlack marks on the pillow case

    They overcharged me by $100 when I checked in. I verified that with the email you sent me and reported that to you. That was 2 days ago. You stillhave done nothing about it. I asked to speak to the manager of the hotel but they were unavailable. The original room they gave me was dirty and smelled foul. The second room was better, but there was a cockroach that I killed. Its a beautiful property, but their billing policy is very shady.

    Waterpark - included with the stay. Complementary shuttle drops you and pick you up. Had one incident with the next door room. There was a dog unattended in the room barking non stop from 7:30 pm to like almost 10pm. When we complained and talked to a manager on duty, we were told they were trying to contact the people in that room. An hr passed, dog still barking and talked to mgr again manager who said they couldn’t do anything until quiet time 10pm. By 10 the people got to their room and dog stopped till 12am and again at 4am that the dog decided to bark few times. At this point we are tired and we were doing check out in the morning anyway. Next day when leaving stopped in front desk talked to a different manager David Smith. He was excellent. He listened and worked with us. Dropped some fees and gave us a discount for next visit. We really like the resort. The reason I am giving 3 star is because the dog situation. We were only there for 1 night and we didn’t sleep well with the dog situation. If you are wondering why we were not moved to another room, they were totally booked and there was no other room available.

    Overall, our family of four had a pretty good stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. One small pool was being serviced for a part of our stay but wasn’t a big deal for us. The breakfast that was included was a bit limited. There are items single-serve cereal and oatmeal, and there are things on the menu that are pre-made like breakfast sandwiches. If you have no restrictions or allergies, it’s fine, but there were hardly any options for me (meat and dairy-free). We walked to nearby Euphoria for breakfast twice. Food was decent and the service was great. The water park was great. There’s pretty much something for every age to enjoy. The food there was just so so.

    The hotel was the cleanest most well kept hotel that I have stayed in, in a long time. The pools are beautiful and well packed. Lifeguards everywhere. Bartenders at the pool were friendly. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son‘s 21st birthday. Would highly recommend!

    Staff very friendly and accommodating. They have 1 restaurant. The day we arrived it was closed that evening because they had a convention and it was being used for a private party. Breakfast was good there. Had dinner there one night and the fish was very dry to the point that I did not eat it. The manager offered to send another meal or something else I chose not to since my husband was done eating at this point. 2 minute walk to Sunset Walk. That was fine for an evening. Only a couple of decent restaurants there. Be sure to use Uber not a taxi when going to and from airport and places of interest your looking to go.

    There is not adult hot tub and the water park closes at 5pm when you aren’t able to check-in until 4pm, so we were never able to go which was part of why we went there.

    Room super clean. Terrific view from room 339. Expensive as it is with any Margaritaville property. Plenty of food options in house and within walking distance. Grocery store easy to get too. And plenty of chain food places. We also ordered in from a bbq place the hotel uses. Rented a cabana, that was nice and affordable. Pool service from Alex kept us happy. I am never a fan of vacation club sales during vacations. Especially when i just walk in after air travel. But they gotta get foot in door. Easy enough to say no and staff wasn't too pushy about it. Only negative really was checkin. Yes we got in 2 hours before check in time. We did our check in procedure and then went for lunch. Our cell was taken, but never got the text that room was ready. Had to get back in line to get room.Wasn't that busy on a Tuesday. The pool was chock full of kids. Which is fine. I once was a father with young kids. But maybe some restrictions on the amount of balls being thrown in a pool be good idea.If we hadn't paid for the cabana, we would have just stayed by the quiet pool. Which was big and had exactly 5 people using it. So i would recommend that. Would we stay here again? Yes. Liked the rooms, staff and vibes. I think other things were just things that happen other places. Oh, fix the cotton candy machine!

    I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our time there. I got a room with a balcony as I always do but this time, the view was of a dead palm tree and the parking lot. We also had to endure loud obnoxious people leaving a wedding in the banquet room. I’m sure they had a great time but we didn’t enjoy their antics during late night hours. We will be sure to never take that room again.

    I went there to celebrate my 75th birthday. 18 of my family members came from Pittsburgh Minnesota and California. All had great rooms. We had a suite that overlooked the pool so did the others. The valet staff was wonderful. We had 2wheelchairs and 2 walker to unload every time we got in the car. The entire resort was wheelchair accessible. We had a fabulous time in pool and water park both younger and older grandchildren. Would love to go back,,

    Clean room. Enjoyable pool experience. There is a lively pool with music and a quieter pool if you want to relax. I was annoyed that there were many people who saved multiple pool chairs early in the morning and never came to use the chairs. This was rude for families that had no where to sit.

    Was a destination in itself. You can uber from airport. Shuttle to parks and walk to plenty of dining spots on sunset walk. Everyone and food was great. Only hic-cup was they forgot our welcome drink but when I brought it up it was quickly remedied. Great entertainment at resort and sunset walk

    Our luggage was gone through by staff. I reported it itemmdiatley when I got back to the room. The maid and maintance department was in our room. I know this happen because I put everything in my suitcase and zipped it up. I didn't have anything of value in the bags so I could not find any thing missing. I was just very upset and disappointed. Also the bar closes at 11:00 pm I thought that was early for a Margaritaville. We didn't arrive at the hotel until late and we would have liked a drink upon arrival. The staff at the front desk were extremly nice. The restaurant staff was also very pleasent. The bar staff was not friendly at all, they just put your drink down and walk away, we were not offered another drink. The pop up bar staff were much more attentive. Thank you

    Our stay at the Margaritaville Resort was great. It feels like an experience from the moment you walk in to check in. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Love that there’s a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby walking distance. The only con was the breakfast that we paid extra for. You get your breakfast at the concessions and would have preferred a regular sit in and service breakfast or buffet. Other than that a great time was had.

    Hotel is beautiful! Room was very nice and spacious! There is lots to do around the resort. Welcome margaritas is a great touch. Staff is very helpful. I do think things could be explained better. What time shuttles leave and return from the parks. Finding out that it leaves at 7am and comes back at 7pm made me upset. Room service hours-I wanted breakfast and when I tried to order everything was available after 11am I had drinks at the bar that I didn’t like but the live music was very nice! The weather wasn’t on my side so couldn’t enjoy the pool. Also everytime I returned to the hotel I was asked to sign up for time share I hate that. Overall I would love to come again when the waterpark is opened.

    The room was very spacious, very clean. House keeping was fast and very friendly. The welcome desk and the reservation desk staff were so friendly and accomodating. We were snowed in, I expended my stay through Expedia because our flight was cancelled and they allowed me to stay in the same room to make the whole process easier on us. Highly recommend. The entire resort smells divine. The pools were huge, lots of seating and the water was heated to the perfect 80 degrees. The food and cocktails were amazing. We will be coming back!

    The resort is wonderful! The pools are amazing, I love having the bar and grill right in the pool area so you can grab a beverage or snack. Our room was great, the king size mattress was quite comfortable plus it was nice to have a ceiling fan to help circulate air. The staff we encountered were very nice and made it known that we could reach out to them for anything during our stay. This was the second time we have stayed at Margaritaville in Orlando and it certainly wont be the last.

    The valet team was outstanding as well: courteous, prompt, and extremely polite every time we interacted with them. My girlfriend and I are very particular when it comes to cleanliness, and we often run into issues at other hotels. This property absolutely exceeded our expectations. The room and common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. It’s rare to find a hotel that nails professionalism, hospitality, and cleanliness all at once, but this one did exactly that. We were genuinely impressed and felt well taken care of throughout our stay.     When I checked in I had requested and paid for a king bed pool view room. They sold out of those and put me in a queen room with a parking lot view. Only thing they offered was resort credit for the mix up. I paid a premium to get a pool view. Also I had to switch rooms the next night so I could get the pool view room so that was more time out of my day messing with that. Finally in the correct room and the toilet was clogged. Took maintenance over an hour to come fix the issue. Just wasn’t a pleasant relaxing stay.

    Pools were enjoyable but could have been warmer for the weather, we came the last week of December 2025. I would recommmend warming them a bit more during the “winter” months. Throughout our stay the pools kept getting low on towels, thankfully we were able to get some though. Also, it would have been nice to know ahead of time the H20 park was not open for the season. The room was very clean except the bath mat in the bathroom didn’t appear to have been vacuumed, as there was hair in it from previous person. Otherwise we had a great room with a pool view. The food amenities and restaurants were a bit pricier than expected since you’re already paying so much just for the stay. Having an all inclusive option or just lowering food pricing would be great. On average we spent $100 per takeaway meal just for 2 people, unless we ate from the cafe. Lastly, staff was pleasant and helpful EXCEPT we very disappointed and turned off from our interaction with the vacation sellers. They duped us into coming over to talk to them right after we checked in. They pretended like it was a mandatory part of check-in and we really didn’t appreciate that at all. We had not even settled in and already being hounded by a sales pitch. It felt really icky and made us feel awkward every time we had to walk by which was uncomfortable.

    When we arrived there was no one at valet then one guy finally came out and said he was the only guy. Went in to check in and hotel was overbooked so didn’t have a room for us. They told us to go eat dinner while they figured it out and an hour later “upgraded” us to a cottage. But we needed our car for that so had to go get our bags and car back from valet and drive around to cottage. So took 2.5 hours to get into a place to stay and a lot of chaos after a long day of travel and with a cranky kid. While at the front desk trying to figure things out, overheard at least 6 other guests with same or worse issues - one was sent to an embassy suites due to overbooking. Needless to say we did not enjoy our time at the resort, it was completely disorganized and I’m shocked it was so highly recommended and rated on Expedia. We will NEVER stay at another Margaritaville resort. They gave us a drink ticket for our trouble, which didn’t come close to making it ok. The cottage was nice, but bedrooms were upstairs and we have bad knees and lots of luggage. So not what we booked or expected at all. Stay anywhere else in Orlando.

    Beautiful room and property. Great location where you can walk to shops and restaurants. The staff were fine, but I expected a much more friendly and laid back vibe (given it’s a margaritaville), but found it to feel very stiff and corporate in the hotel itself. The pool was fine, we actually preferred the neighbouring hotels pool (which we were allowed to use), they had a great DJ!

    Water slides who doesn’t? Upon arrival we were told it was seasonal and was closed. But they had no problem accepting all my money before telling us this. Washrooms around pools were filthy at half capacity or more. Drinks and food are straight up price gouging. It cost me 175 CAD for 6 drinks. Most the staff were quite pleasant and friendly so I give them a star for that. Hot water in the shower was an issue 4 out of 5 days we were there. Beds were decent, floors weren’t clean to my satisfaction after room was cleaned. Would feel sand etc on floor still and it wasn’t from us kinda bugged me. They lost 2 stars for how they treated me and my family and stole my money because I simply didn’t get what I paid for. They lost another for the hot water issue and the bathrooms being quite gross. All they had to do is offer us a free resort dinner for my family of 4, or passes for Aquatica which I had to pay for because I promised my kids a waterpark. Which funny enough all others were open around but of coarse not there’s. They offered me a cabana on the last day of my stay and it was cold out. Hardly enough and more of a slap in the face if you ask me. I feel truly scammed for this wasn’t worth it.

    No explanation provided for the various charges incurred. The staff at the hotel are not very english-friendly. Housekeeping was asked multiple times to clean the room and provide caffeinated coffees but the room was not cleaned and the beds not made for 3 days in a row.     Loved the decor of the king suite overlooking the pool. The balcony was very spacious with 2 lawn chairs and 2 chaise loungers. The room was perfect for my significant other and me. Having a microwave in the room would have been helpful but not a deal breaker. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did not hesitate to give us an upgrade from the king resort view room when asked.

    Ive already gave them this feedback. We were truly disappointed on this trip and considering we got married here and we come every year for our anniversary. We were pretty disappointed when we decided to spend eight days for Thanksgiving with what we found. The Internet didn’t work. The tablet didn’t work. The hooks were falling off the wall in the bathroom. There was mold in the shower. I was really disappointed as well as my wife to not just find it in this condition but when we told them about it amongst some other issues that we had they kept saying they would address it and it took multiple phone calls to get it addressed along with the fact that we weren’t compensated or offered anything just to say hey we care about you guys as customers and at a minimum they could’ve at least moved the room instead of allowing us to deal with it we even had a sink that wouldn’t drain and that still wasn’t fixed until we left even though they told us it was fixed

    Also was very displeased that we had to pay $15 a day to park the car. The Folio and Checkout Option on the TV didn't work ever and I had to ask for my folio, the ice machine on the 1st floor was broken also. It was a very different experience than the first time. The bar/restaurant was also under construction. Seems an odd time to be doing work, during the busy holiday season and then to charge parking on top of that... I never got a final folio either. I had to ask for it two days later.

    The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern, very clean and lots of space. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because we were told we qualified for late checkout prior to arrival but at check in when I mentioned it, I was told you have to call the morning of to see if it's available, so we called in the morning and they said that others called before us and so they got late check out and we didn't as there are only so many late check outs available. We were only at the hotel for 12 hours, so that was very frustrating especially because we were originally told we qualified and didn't realize it was first come first serve. In the end after some negotiating and a kind agent, we were granted a later check out but not without some stress.

    WOW! Everything was wonderful regarding our stay. Free breakfast for 2, free drinks for 2, room upgrade, 20% off spa certificate, great pools, free welcome drinks. We will definitely be staying again. Two very minor issues: ice machine broken and didn't know where to go - resolved swiftly and above and beyond by the front desk, they went to get us ice. The pool had a "closed" sign in front of the gate but upon asking it was not closed. The staff friendliness and genuine kindness was 5 star.

    It’s so nice it’s hard to leave!! This is our second time at Margaritaville Resort Orlando and won’t be our last. It’s clean, it’s beautiful, it’s fun, the staff is amazing. Activities every day, live music both day and night. Outstanding pool. Loved all the food. Our waitress Oriana was THE BEST!! So good we made sure to request her section every day there. The room was clean, great balcony room and the most comfortable bed. Location is great with so much to do from the sunset walk right next door to free shuttles to the Disney parks. Love it here and already plotting how to get back!!

    I would like to thank Expedia for my VIP status and acknowledge that the resort is clean, organized, and the staff is polite. However, for a resort, important services were missing, such as room service, and the breakfast is expensive and not good in quality. My main concern is the concierge. I was encouraged to buy two-day park tickets, which led me to extend my stay by an extra night. However, the concierge did NOT inform me that Magic Kingdom would close at 6 PM due to a special Christmas event. Because of this lack of information, I paid USD $760 for tickets and could not use the second day as planned. The hotel told me they could not do anything because the concierge is a third-party service, but if the resort allows a company to operate inside the property and sell services to guests, the resort also shares responsibility. This situation caused unnecessary expenses and frustration, and I request that this issue be reviewed.

    The first night someone pulled the fire alarm twice(out of their control), but it was handled. Our room was located on the ground floor, and in the middle of the night the irrigiation system outside would kick on and make a screeching noise so we couldn’t sleep. We also noticed the ducts for the air conditioner had an annoying ticking/thumping sound that kept waking us up. I did notice the doors were pretty thin on the rooms as you could hear conversations pretty clearly inside the rooms (and vice versa) walking down the halls. The facility is beautiful, the pool is very nice and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the sit down restaurant was good.

    This is by far the worst establishment I have ever visited. I booked a stay for our daughter’s 5th birthday to enjoy Disney as a birthday present and it was completely ruined and destroyed. The level of disrespect on the hotel staff is unbelievable. Please do not ask for bed sheets or plastic bags for the ice container. On the overnight shift, Landry Who is the most rude and disrespectful employee I’ve ever met in my entire life. I’ve never had to walk down to the front desk because an employee would not give us the simple hospitality items we deserve after paying for one of the biggest most expensive rooms in the resort. The level of disrespect from Landry is uncanny, and it ended up with Us having to leave the resort at 1AM on our daughter’s 5th birthday while she was sleeping and destroyed the entire vacation for our daughter because we had to drive home due to not having a place to sleep. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and if I was you I would be very careful about staying here. The customer service on the overnight shift is the worst I have ever experienced!

    Shower in the "suite" only had half a door leaving it wide open for a lovely freezing shower. It was very hard to sleep on flat,dead pillows with bedding that had a faint smell of vomit. Breakfast was sub par. Best part besides the drafty shower was being awakened at 5am with the music outside blasting. Was too exhausted and too disgusted to complain at the time. Also did not even get to use the pool that closed at 9pm. Booking included waterpark tickets we never received or was told about,which come to find out wasnt even open for our stay. Room promotion conveniently does not state ONLY OPEN ON THE WEEKEND. the resort fee was nothing but a rip off and we did not get to use anything resort fee stated for.

    Very nice hotel. My major issue is the provisions area closing so early when there are many necessities that people need throughout an entire day. They advertise room service but also don’t do that at all. The restaurant should stay open til later. The whole place smells like Lysol. It is a nice hotel but definitely never staying their again.

    Please check the waterpark website BEFORE you book. The advertisement says Margaritaville with H20 waterpark but the waterpark is only open on weekends now. They updated their hours on last week. They will not accommodate, refund or care about this being the only reason you booked.

    The property itself and service was great. However, when I booked, the listing title was “with H2O waterpark” which was the only reason I chose the resort. We had an extra 2 days in Orlando and my two kids love water slides, so I sought out a resort where we could enjoy a waterpark while there. Upon arrival, we were told the waterpark was only open on weekends and our stay was Mon-Wed. My kids were devastated. This should be clearly stated when booking. I feel this was an extreme misrepresentation. Margaritaville should be transparent and state operating hours in the listing, or at least remove “with H2O waterpark” in the listing description and remove waterpark photos and amenity description during periods when it is closed.

    We were blown away by this resort! You walk in to the grand lobby and immediately loved the smell of this place . We even asked about it and they sell it in their store! We bought a lot of it haha. Our room was so beautiful and enjoyed the balcony overlooking the pool so much. We loved using the pool and laying out by it. The grounds are beautiful and enjoyed our stay here so much. Staff are friendly and amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

    The facilities is maybe five years old so everything looks pretty new still. Everything was clean and functioning. The room is spacious and had a fridge, coffee maker, iron, and safe. TV options aren’t plentiful but who wants to stay in the room anyway. There are two pools with access to third adjacent pool at the pseudo Embassy Suites. That pool has a splash pad and big pool with nice in-water chaise loungers. The large pool has lots of water front cabanas and two pool bars. The resort is next to a small shopping area that has a few shops and lots of restaurants. The provisions cafe is nice and has pretty much something for everyone. Had breakfast at the sit down restaurant and it was pretty good. This is a nice family friendly resort which we would definitely visit again. I’ve see the Margaritaville’s at Daytona and Ft. Myers Beach and this facility is definitely a cut above those. Being a local it was a great place for a local staycation.

    Property is hugh. About 4 buildings connecting and in the back is the pool and lazy river. Pools is as long as the 4 buildings lots of chairs and tent huts around the pool and the bar. It was an amazing stay and my wife wants to go back whenever we're in Orlando.

    The hotel was great and was in a great area. The only complaint I have is the person who checked us in was not very helpful at all we weren’t even provided a parking pass or proper directions of how to get to our hotel room since the elevators were a little confusing. I would definitely stay here again!! We didn’t receive any of the vip acess hotel perks including a welcome drink which was disappointing but overall it’s a great hotel!

    They finally did get me a room a few hours early but not without an attitude. The room I was given had an air conditioner leak that soaked through several towels, the shower head was a rain head and the water went everywhere, it needed to be cleaned. Shampoo and conditioner in the shower were empty. Beds were comfortable, slept well, pool was nice and the drinks were too. Although they were expensive.

    Loved the location of this property as well as the amenities and choice of food. Staff was amazingly attentive. If you call down request something they will call you back to make sure that you actually receive what you asked for. The staff at provision was very efficient at getting your food to you quickly. The check-in experience was very informative, laid out the property and answered all my questions, made a great first Impression. Target, Dollar tree, Marshalls, Wawa, plus all the food options and the movie theater all within 2 to 3 minutes.

    A very beautiful property! Our room wasn’t available so we were “upgraded“ to a suite with a pool view. The balcony was less than underwhelming and a huge palm tree blocked our view of anything. Huge Bummer! Also, walls are so thin! You can hear EVERYTHING. every time somebody walked by or spoke on their balcony nearby. You could hear it all. Location is great. Very central and convenient. 6/10

    The hotel is beautiful. The head desk person gave me some confusing guidelines on finding my room. He could have been more specific with which elevators to take for my room. The room did not have a microwave oven, only one roll of toilet paper, and no lotion for your skin.The pool was nice, but I wish it was a little deeper. Five to six feet would have been great. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants, a nearby movie theater, and also a place where you can buy alcoholic beverages.

    I left my beach coverup on the bed when we leave the resort at 11:00 am we come back at 12:00 and nobody can find it in the room because it was cleaning already. I asked everyone even the front desk . I cannot believe how they cannot find it ?? I don’t think this can happen in an Hotel like Margaritaville .unbelievable

    We have a poor rating. We didn’t feel it was a resort style hotel. Based on the photos we expected a variety of on site restaurants, this hotel only had 1 restaurant Euphoria. The hotel felt refurbished meaning it was an old hotel remodeled to look refreshed. Staff was kind, parking was easy, the Margaritaville H2O water park which is the reason we booked was a terrible water park. The photos online shows it was a brand new water park. It’s a very old outdated water park. The rooms were decorated nice but we had ants in our bathroom. Ants on the sink and walls of the bathroom. Not sure why. Overall we gave it a poor rating based on our experience.

    Long Wait at check in, no one else there just crappy staff. Maybe should have thought to not give people coming in late at night room they would be drilling above starting at crack of dawn.     The bar at the pool, Tika, I had a pina colada, it was very watered down, zero alcohol. My room was nice, but I couldn't get any hot water from the shower, which irritated me. Please beware of hidden fees! They only tell you the day before you leave the hotel. There is a $500 clean-up fee and an additional $250 if there is any damage done to the room
