I really like this resort very clean staff was nice beautiful decor I will say my hot tub didnt work that was my only issue

The resort was pretty cleaned smelled really nice staff were somewhat understanding and accommodating gave us an extra 2 hours at checkout still falls short from our usual Westlake location but I’m overall satisfied good budget location the rooms could use some renovations but besides that good location everything is really close and it’s next to Disney.

A quiet location but shared amenities just a couple blocks away Not much, everytwas surprisingly above and beyond.

There was no room cleaning service at all, not even upon request. Limited toiletries unless requested and even then they didn’t bring everything I requested. Regardless, I still had a nice stay. The place is nice and as long as I didn’t need to depend on the staff, everything was good. But if you are looking for a resort feel they’re definitely was no resort feeling. A nice hotel would have worked better for me and would have been much more cost effective. I will not be staying there ever again.

The front desk agent, Sara, that handled check in wasn’t welcoming or friendly at all so it wasn’t the best start to our stay at the Westgate. However, the room was excellent and clean which matters most to us. They offer a lot of amenities since you have access to their sister resort (Westgate villas). I would likely return, but ideally would want to check in with someone else. Westgate is a brand with a reputation to protect and should really have people who enjoy working in hospitality working the front desk because they are the face of the hotel and that first impression sets the tone for a stay.

When I booked my room I thought I had a queen bed but my mistake it was two double beds. They told me I couldn’t upgrade because they were fully booked, at 1 am I woke up not feeling well and went to the bathroom got sick and went to bed…. I opened my eyes seconds later and seen a bug on my pillow, I jumped up turned on the light and video taped the bug and killed it! It was bloody when I killed it so I knew right away it was a bed bug! I called the front desk and she told me to come to the front and gave me a new key after telling me they don’t have anyone there to spray my room, um it’s a bed bug I’m not staying in the room. Then she asked do I want a renovated or a non renovated room…. Duh of course renovated! I had most of my belongings in my had at that time and my husband waited for me with the rest. We went to the other building where I was greeted by a large roach at the elevator, I then went up to the room and it was nice, I showered and washed my hair, dried it and flat ironed it just in case I had any bugs, then I threw my clothes in the dryer. I was told my stay would be completely free, but I still was charged by expiration $63 . I threw out all my luggage and clothes and ran into Walmart to have clean clothes to go home in and had my car professionally cleaned. I reached out to corporate office and they have not contacted me back. I don’t recommend staying at this property. They could have refunded me for my belongings.

The staff was sweet no matter who I interacted with. When I called needing extra things they brought it in a timely manner. I also added another night and the process was smooth and I was kept in my same room which was amazing!!! The pools were nice and clean. No loudness just a chill place to stay. It was my 26th birthday and I enjoyed my stay with you guys as well as my family.

Very clean, nice pools, very central location for everything in orlando. I hidden gem actually. We had one of the refurbed rooms. Helpful staff.

I stayed at one of the newly refurbished rooms. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. What needs refurbishment is the carpeting in the lobbies. They have seen better days. The front desk personel were courteous. The only reason I would not go back is due to the awful traffic on Irlo Bronson Rd.

Construction occurring, one of the elevators out, hallway and room had an unusual odor, reserved a queen bed and given a full bed. Definitely a case where the photos and reviews definitely DID NOT reflect the reality of the hotel. Will never return.

Did not have breakfast included which would of loved. Also staff were not very pleasant at the check in. Would need more towels in the room.

This hotel is very centric to everything. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. The only thing I will complain about is the connecting doors we as well as the people next door felt slightly uncomfortable knowing strangers had access to each others room. It was called in and nothing was done about it. But other that place was great.

The rooms were not in great condition. They seemed old, felt old and smelled old. Just not a great experience. Next time I'd rather pay a few dollars more and go to a better property.

Let me start by saying this is no reflection of the staff. My interactions with the staff were minimal and they were all nice. This is about the resort itself. This place is being advertised as newly remodeled but it is CURRENTLY undergoing remodeling. I don’t think the room I was staying in had been remodeled yet because it was incredibly dated and there wasn’t a towel rack in sight in the room. I’m a solo traveler so I often end up in a room that has an adjoining suite. I rarely hear any noise from the adjoining room during my stays at other hotels but during this stay, the guests next door might as well have opened the door. I was awakened by hollering at around 2am and it didn’t finish until almost 4am. The rooms are tile so the sound carries under the adjoining door even more and these walls must be made out of paper. I truly jolted awake thinking someone was in my room. I will not be staying here again. There is no way to get a good night’s sleep with paper thin walls.

1. The room was FILTHY. The carpet was musty and smelled of dogs / urine. The sheets had stains on them and my wife said they smelled like an odorous man. 2. There is a jacuzzi in the middle of the room and there is a floor to ceiling window that leads to an outdoor patio. So, essentially, you’re bathing in public, truly bizzare. Now, there is a shower in an 2 x 3 room, however, it appears to be designed for dwarfs. 3. The staff were incredibly rude. We stated our misgivings with the room. They told me “well, we can look into giving you a different room on Monday”. We checked in on a Saturday so that was unacceptable. Then I mentioned the dirty sheets, she then sent someone who didn’t speak English to our room 10 minutes later with a grocery bag of “fresh” sheets for us to put on. No, they did not offer to replace the sheets, yet, give us a grocery bag with new sheets and have us do it after a 13 hour drive. I am not sure how this hotel is rated what it is. I learned my lesson. AVOID!

Loved how clean the room was and the fact that it had a full kitchen and washer and dryer making our stay amazing. Check was also super easy with just texting the front desk.

Pleasantly surprised with this resort. The photos on their website does not do the property any justice. It is a little outdated but it works. We had access to the other Westgate Resorts and they were nice as well. Would recommend if you need a quick getaway that’s close to Disney parks.

I arrived after midnight, and staff was waiting to check me be in. My room was clean and neat, and everything worked as it should. The location was great - only 10-15 minutes from all of the WDW parks. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect.

There is no description about the construction site going on. The villas across the street are worth paying that 30 $40 more or the Westgate on Turkey Road is worth paying that 5060 $70 more however much it is There’s a homeless man sleeping by the exit door the entire time. I thought it was an employee because he had on like a colored shirt, but sure enough I’m walking out at 2 AM to grab something at my car. I hear a noise and it’s him I’m not the type of bother the homeless usually if they don’t bother me, but that’s definitely a security concern. That should have been taken care of in my opinion if I knew that construction was going on, I would have never never stayed here. It is a headache with the door keys as well deactivate if you would almost put it in within a foot of your phone. It feels like the inside of the rooms were nice. The hills were nice, but definitely not as clean as I thought it should be was like pew bear in my showers when I got there. Might sound like I’m being critical, but I love love love hotels in good hotels and buying the descriptions and the pictures. It looked great. I would say deceiving though what I stay here again if I had to, yes would I book here again by choice no

I booked the 1 bedroom 2 double beds villa. So spacious for my family. Property was close to Disney parks. Upon arrival the staff were so kind. Treated my daughter so kindly (that's big for me). Shuttl to other westgate properties. Walmart across the street. Nearby food in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay. The beds were comfortable. Shower was clean. All in all awesome price for my Disney trip. Will book again!

Room was very unorthodox. Looked nice just bad Reno. Walls are paper thin, rooms have the doors between units and have about one inch opening on the bottom. The people next door smoked drugs and cigarettes all night and day and filled our room with smoke continuously. Asked for our money back and let us leave. All lies, staff horrible. Manager horrible. Never got our money back. Good work westgate. Garbage. Second westgate I have stayed at and both were horrible. But good news westgate got my money. Go anywere else then here!

Hotel rooms are spacious. Right in a rear location. Walmart is 3 min drive, CVS across the street. Hot tbs ar lean, pool is clean. For people who don’t read, there is no room service, have to ask for any extra items.

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. There was a playground right near our building and a pool so if we had used those amenities it would have been perfect.

Room was nice, AC was very cold, pool was nice, hot tub wasn't truly hot. Only downfall was there wasn't anything to do at this site. You'd have to take a shuttle to the other resort to do anything fun. Lots of people smoking weed outside. Anytime you walk outdoors, you smell it.

I was impressed by the attentiveness of the entire staff. The grounds are well maintained around the clock and secure. The 1 bedroom villa meets every need for a comfortable and luxurious stay for up to 4 people. You can easy walk to affordable eating establishments. Our recent stay has me convinced that Westgate is the only place to stay when visiting the Orlando and Kissimmee area.

Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Staff was friendly, facilities were very good for the price and I got an upgrade to a nicer room. The only thing I didn’t enjoy had nothing to do with the resort. People feeling the need to smoke cigarettes and weed in the stairwell was selfish, disgusting and disrespectful to others.

We have no complaints about the room itself, but we were on the pool and the fact that they keep the floodlight on all night makes you feel like you were sleeping in Alaska in mid summer and that the sun never sets. Me and my son woke up at 3 AM and I honestly thought that it was morning time and was about to get up until I checked my phone and realized it was 3 AM but because it was so bright out he cannot go back to sleep.... so if you have kids do not stay near the pool because they do not turn the lights off all night

Outdated, mold in the shower, bathroom was not properly cleaned, crumbs on the carpet, and curtains did not close all the way with too much light getting into the room all night made it impossible to sleep. Staff is fantastic though.

We really didn't use the amenities--rooms were clean but need updated--had a huge old discolored tub in the bedroom area that I wouldnt use because of how it look but would be better as a larger bathroom/shower that is see thru which isn't ideal. Some mold in the bathroom on the sliding door brackets. NO soundproofing! we were awakened multiple times with people fighting in the next room! We could hear every single word. Probably won't stay here again.

Clean room, curteous staff and you have access to all of Westgate Town Center which is just around the corner. Some of their amenities are free (mini golf, resort pools, movie theater and others) or you can pay for some of the other amenities and activities (crafts, waterpark, boat ride, etc.)

The bathroom was tiny and had too many doors in a little space. To us this hotel was an overpriced Econ Lodge, We will not stay here again The r

No room service, overbooking in the resort, you have to pay for breakfast if you want to bring it back to your hotel room, thermostat doesn’t work. If you got this far I’ll say if you’re going for 1 to 3 days you’re stay won’t be as bad. But my main concern is they don’t have housekeeping unless you stay for 21+ days. Or you can pay 48 dollars for room service. Also they overbooked the towers resort so they made us move to the villas resort which to be fair has a lot of amenities. But because I went to Florida for things in Florida not to stay at my hotel the whole 2 weeks it didn’t affect me. When they made us move I had to wait in another wait to check in also. Also Florida was cold when we went and our heater was broken. Our room got to 60 degrees. We called the front desk and they “fixed” it. We learned in the end that you can either have a heater or A/C. I understand you usually don’t need a heater in Florida but for a hotel that has 14 pools and a helipad you can’t afford to have housekeeping and working A/C and heater? Also when they overbooked us the room we got moved too was smaller than the room we were supposed to be in. The pictures on Expedia also aren’t accurate to what the rooms look like either.

The room was fabulous, clean, large, more than what was expected. Wash/ dryer fabulous bonus.

At check in they said they didn’t have the room I reserved so they sent me to a sister hotel and made the reservation there and when I got there they didn’t have the room I needed either. It took a long time but they found an upgrade to give me. Just frustrating, it was late and we had a long day.

Upon check in I am told my room is no longer available and I have to go to the sister resort at another location. I then have to go through the entire check-in process again. NOT HAPPY.

Room was fine but had to check in at one location that took almost 30 minutes and they were overbooked so they sent us down the street to another linked property and had to wait in line for check in over an hour.

The door for the room had cracks so light was coming in from bottom and side. Staff came in twice in the morning. The first the opens our door without knocking and the second was an hour later knocking. The room smelled like wet dog in a sense but the lobby smelled nice. The a/c work’s fantastic tho!

I think that it is very important to note that this not similar to many other Westgates. I have stay at almost every Westgate in the Orlando area and this is not like the rest. You do not have a security gate you do not have the “Westgate amenities like Drifts or American Sid’s the Mexican restaurant. The game shows it was not like anything I have ever been to before.

Great price they sold out of my room at the smaller hotel in the front, but they upgraded me and sent me to the resort, I ended up getting a two bedroom condo. Very nice clean resort for a wonderful price.

We had a newly renovated room, and it was nice. Only complaint is that the bed was a little short. Im only 5'9", and my toes were off the end of the bed. Overall, though, great hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a non-smoking hotel, however, our room smelled like cigarettes and weed. The parking is horrible, we had to park in the front of the hotel (our room is towards the back middle) there was no parking at all. We got a call on our 3rd day in the morning asking if we had gotten our complimentary package when we checked in. We never did and it's the 3rd day we were there. There is no safe in the room so we don't feel comfortable leaving our belongings in the room while we were out. They suggested I can bring my valuable to the security desk and they can hold it, ( that doesn’t feel so safe either). Water pressure was extremely low, barely can take a descent shower. I let them know and said the would someone out to check, however, my friend was also staying in the same hotel and she had the same issue. Btw, no one came because we were out all day and I did not want anyone coming into our room while we were not there. Then our keys were not working, we had to call them and they opened the door for us, then brought back two keys an hour later.

It’s truly sad because this is a stunning resort with so much potential, but it’s being let down by the cleaning standards. With better attention to housekeeping, this place could easily be exceptional.

the hotel is, you could have a very negative experience. We’ve never just packed up and left before, it was that uncomfortable for us! I don’t actually think I would give the hotel a second chance because of this and we are in Orlando every month and stay at all the budget hotels around Disneyworld (I’m not picky…don’t want bugs or crime…that’s how low my bar is). But this was by far our worst experience in 20+ Orlando area stays. The hotel can’t control who is in the room next to yours, but they were unable to help us in any way.

Let’s start with false advertisement, we were not placed at the resort we booked . The Expedia resort info and amenities was for a “sister property “ NOT the place they put us ! We had zero restaurants on property , no gym , no food market , not even a coffee stand !! The room we were put in was not clean . Foot prints all over the floor , shower was dirty with open soap . The AC in the room would not stay on so our first night was horrible . When I spoke to the front desk they told us we could upgrade for $25 a night . Which we did the room they moved us to was better . The keys to the room Do Not Work !! We had to go down at least 4 times to get new keys . This was not a nice place to stay

This hotel chain was amazing. From the staff to the facility. We experienced an issue where the room we booked wasn’t available when we got there. I didn’t have to make a fuss or ask for a manager. The front desk staff immediately handled the situation by switching our reservation to their sister property westgate villas which was 5 minutes away. They even gave us a one time courtesy room upgraded. The property was huge with so many amenities, they even have their own movie theatre. I will definitely be staying here again.

I checked in and in the morning went out for breakfast I had only checked in for one night realized I forgot to tell him I was staying another night in fact to tell him they went out for the day when I got back everything i Had left in my room was gone She's worth the bed all the drawers in the bedroom in the kitchen were open. I told the front desk they got security I filed a police report The biggest problem is all is the hotel didn't even seem to care

Great stay! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and 2 jacuzzis. Wonderful hospitality and clean resort. Close to Disney! Lyft rides were around $15 to Disney rideshare drop off.

This was my first time staying here and before I checked out I booked my next stay with Westgate. Rooms seemed remodeled, clean, and have everything you need for a great stay. Staff was friendly.

- Overbooking reservations is not a trustable approach - I was not alone, many customers were redirected so it appears like a planned strategy which is not welcomed - It took more thann 50+ min to check in westgate Villas aft 10:30 pm so definitely not what we wanted to experience - charged resort fees when it was promised during that checkin that it will be waived - room was dusty like it needed sweeping - Overall, not a pleasant experience and will not refer anyone to this property

Amenities , and room was amazing everything new and clean except the beds were too small for two adults and the housekeeping is horrible. They are very loud when out in the hall and didn’t provide room service except the morning we were leaving knocking on our door at 8:00 am to get us out the day we wanted to sleep in till 10:00

When we arrived around 10pm, they told us they were overbooked and we had to move to their sister property, Westgate Vacation Villas Resort. We were tired and it was inconvenient for them to push us over there while they were still registering people for rooms there right beside me. The room at the other property was ok but still inconvenient to be pushed there that late at night.

Definitely recommend. We stay here every time we come to Orlando very nice.

I dont even know whete to start here. The staff was great. The hotel itself seemed fine till we got in our room. The wall's felt as though they had zero insulation. You coukd literally hear the next room conversations at a regular to low volume. The shared door in the room had light coming through it on the sides and the 2 inch bottom that wasnt flush. The people above us were oartting loud music, voices till 2:30 am. They ignires security knocking in thier door. Security had to outside to yell up at them. After they settled down theybwent to thier individual rooms and were talking and doing other things i wint nention. I felt like i was literally in the room with them. Needless to say i oaud money for a hotel i never gell asleep in with my kids. The next day we had a 12 hour disney day that was horrible because we all just wanted to sleep. I dont blame the hotel for the noise. But the walls being paoer thin was ridiculously annoying.

The room and staff were great. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was the absolutely awful noise all night long. The windows and sliding doors are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING outside. Our family was woken up multiple times during the night. I would definitely come back if they fix the noise issue.

I checked into this hotel because my friend Recomended and because I wanted my son close to disney see fireworks we only came for one night. I didn’t see fire works because i was t told they had party 9_12:15 and at 9 it was the fireworks is what they told us when we arroces 11:30pm because it was so cold I intislly went to pick up my son and tried confirm with front desk but the clerk change she didn’t have any info so non the less we missed it. At 4:30 am i was wake by both of my neighbor s enjoying their time and it’s understood but i HD a child and at check in requested a well lit place and quiet I have child in spectrum lol I got a room with attachment and very thin walls about 5:45 am I had to finally call front desk and request a bit of quietness lol they offered to move me. They told me when I checked out they have solo rooms????? It’s nice decorated but never again. Hotels.com you should have this info about quiet rooms!!

Long wait for check in, when we arrived there was only 1 person working check in with 6 families waiting.

We ended up with an upgrade and it was so nice we decided to stay an extra night ! It is in a good area and close to Walmart and other tourist things. Highly recommend.

The room was clean but the hall light didn't work. The door to the terrace did not lock and the blinds did not close completely. The shower water was lukewarm.

Check in was simple and we liked the space of the room but that was about it. The bathroom had ants and the floors was disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Especially the bedroom floor. It had a black tinge to it. We had to wipe our feet before putting our shoes on because our feet were black and dirty. Absolutely disgusting. Lastly you can hear everything outside the room. Walls are paper thin. We could hear everyone in the pool area carrying on for hours and we were on the 5th floor. The only reason we were able to go to sleep was using my toddlers sound machine. Not an enjoyable stay.

This place is really outdated. It sounds petty, but there was no lotion. The bed was like sleeping in a canoe, it sunk in the middle. They still use vertical blinds, and some were broken. The shower head was directed towards the shower door without being able to move it, so I got soaked before even going in. I'm not saying it's the worst place, but in Orlando, there are A LOT of better options.

the villa was super clean like new. The only issue the tv was not working which was a bummer. I have a back issue and can't watch tv in bed. It was very late when we noticed already showered , so we were not able to let someone come an repair . The other problem that needs to be super addressed. The connecting room has a huge gap under door. You could head everything see when the light is on and off. I do not feel that is good for privacy and allowing noise to not come through. We do not like to ask for anything free, we were not offered anything for the broken tv

Checked into my room after a day at the park and it was hot so I lowered the air and waited for it to go down and it never did. By the time maintenance checked and tried to fix it and wasn't able to it was 10:45pm and my child was already asleep. They said they could move me but I wasn't going to move my stuff and kid at 11pm.

Lovely room but walls too thin. Kept hearing TV from next door while trying to sleep and toilets were too low to get up from comfortably.

Check in was a bit slow but Room was amazing and staff was friendly. Clean, updated and will be a go to place for my family now.

Very clean and well maintained resort and rooms. Our 1 bedroom King room had a full kitchen and lovely views. Very near to restaurants, stores and the Disney parks. Highly recommend, especially for the price.

Room as expected in add. There happen to be an event at the pool on Saturday Morning. There were over 60 people and disruptive. When I spoke to Christina she told me pool hours are from 8am - 10pm. No other commit when I explained it would of been nice to tell this event was occurring and potentially offering another room or option.

The hotel was difficult to find due to their sister property nearby having the same name and some of the entrances that Google directed me to being closed. We went to the wrong place, waited in a long line, and were sent to the other property. Most of the amenities are at the first property which was quite inconvenient. There was no restaurant or breakfast at this location. The staff were not very attentive until you cornered them. The rooms and pool areas were clean and they did have a nice little garden area. The arcade consisted of about 5 arcade games, one of which was broken. With all of the other options around, I doubt I will stay here again.

Checking in very easy-even had a room available for early check in. Staff super friendly and helpful. Villa was stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Room was big. View of garden was beautiful. Only downside, no outlets other than in kitchen and bathroom.

If looking for a reasonably priced hotel this is the place. No frills. No food or pool bar. Big pools but no atmosphere. Close to parks which was good.

This place was excellent and surprisingly reasonably priced. The room was very nice and spacious, and came with pretty much everything you would need. This was my first time in that area, and I absolutely loved it. So many restaurants and shops to go to. I will definitely be returning soon

The staff was excellent ! The manager Humberto was very attentive and willing to help. We had car issues and arrived a day late , the staff was informed of the issue and they made sure our villa was ready! Sarah was amazing , and so was Euridice. Thank you for making our family vacation amazing . The only issue I had is that the keys deactivate really easy and had to go multiple times to front desk bc we were locked out . We will definitely come back

This once great property is in dire need of a face-lift. I have been visiting the different westgate accommodations in the Kissimmee area for the better part of 30 years. I know they're in the middle of a remodel, but it took 3 room assignments to find a room that had a working air conditioner and didn't smell like sewage! Great place to chill with nice pools and hot tubs overall.

Nice and convenient

I stayed in an updated room with a Disney fireworks view which was really nice. It was conveniently close to the disney parks, a walmart supercenter, and a bunch of food and stores. My only downside was that 2 out of the 3 pools were open which isnt much of a complaint but the hottub in pool #2 had cloudy/foam white bubbles which was questionable. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Air conditioner in room didnt qork properly. It wpuldbt turn on at all...then finally we got it to thrn on but room stayed warm.

Everything was excellent

I felt that we were not staying at the main resort, but they still charged us for a resort fees that we only went to the pool once. Also, the walls are really thin. You can hear our next-door neighbors have conversations well into 4 AM in the morning. When we went to the main resort, the hot tub wasn’t very clean. It was very greasy. It looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in years the same with the pool, but the property was very nice.

Everything you need is on the property almost like a little village/town

I stayed for the first time, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. The room was outdated, with several issues that made it an uncomfortable experience. The room has strong smell of humidity, which made unpleasant to stay in. The cleanliness was poor, with the carpet being dirty and unkept. The mattress was uncomfortable, with an indentation in it, making hard to sleep well. The furniture appeared old and in need of repair or upgrades. All the appliances were not working properly and old. Overall, the location was very convenient and with some renovation and a stronger focus on cleanliness and maintenance would help to be like is advertised.

Easy check in and check out. It was quiet. However, the room that I stayed in needed cleaning. Air ducts & vents, need deep cleaning. Guests with animals should pickup after them.

The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on ever away from home. I have had 3 back surgeries and never sleep too well, but on this trip I slept like a baby every night we were there. The place was spotless and even smelled clean. The pools were perfect, not too much chlorine, but yet they were clean and clear. Will definitely return to Westgate Towers!

It was an area for lots of rest, relaxation and tons of fun.

Amazing experience!!! The rooms were spacious and very clean. Convenient to have a full kitchen and two full baths. Grounds were wonderful with multiple heated pools, fire pit, lounge chairs, grills. Will definitely go there again!!

All in all, highly recommend this property.

I loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. Quiet, renovated, and convenient location. There is a Walmart right down the street if you forget any essential items. Plenty of eating in the area. There is a shuttle that will take you to the other Westgate Villas resort for sit down dining options.The only issue I had was key cards not working frequently. I followed all rules about not having them near my phone or car key, but it was a constant issue getting in and out the building and the room. Other then that, loved this resort and look forward to staying in the future.

When we arrived they ran out of rooms so we had to go to a sister location. We were understandable about that and the place looked great but after a long drive we get everything inside and had no water. I went to try and call the front desk in the phone and it was broke. So after calling a few numbers we got someone and they said it would be at least a few hours before water came on. Needless to say we had to wait until the next day to do anything with water and with a child this was just awful!!!!

When I checked in, I was told I would be charged an additional $200 if I smoked in the balcony. Which you is crazy because you can’t leave a smoke smell on the balcony, your outside. A couple of hours after check in, I tried to adjust my thermostat to 73, it went up to 77. Went up front to complain and see what can be done was told, they cannot fix this because all of their units run together. So basically if you want your room at 73 and the next room over wants there’s at 80 it will meet in the middle. Which left us with a temp of 77, so I was sweating while sleeping. I wanted to cook dinner, and as I was rinsing the dishes I noticed some of the utensils were dirty. Overall it was not worth the money.

I was there at 3;55 to check in told it will be after 4 pm at 4;15 told it would be 4'30 at 4'30 told it would be soon at a little after 5pm told them just to cancel my stay then they said we have a room it was very hard to find as the map drawing was to the 1st room that i checked in that was on hold and the 2nd room they gave me was over looking the pool pumps trash and what have you , once in the room a lot of long black hair in bath and other places the pools were cool and hot tubs Luke warm no one swimming or using over all I would not go back to Westgate you can stay at a better place for less money

The shower/ toilet area was way too small and you barely had room to get through the shower door or dress in that area. There was no rack to hang your towel or clothes on so you have to lay everything on the floor or the toilet. The vertical blinds were not hanging straight no matter which way you turned them so light and sunshine was constantly coming into the room.

Everything is very clean, with recreation space for the family. The only detail is that a room with a whirlpool tub was reserved and the room they assigned us had a normal tub.

This Westgate hotel was beautiful. Our rooms were clean and exactly what we needed. I would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10.

Unit was clean. Bed a little more firm than expected. Screens on the sliders would be better. Had toilet issue, but maintenance responded quickly.

Super easy location which is why I choose Westgate often. First time staying in the Towers hotel which is not beyond the security gate. Beware of the “daily resort fee” that is charged upon check-in.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The room was spacious. The pullout couch was somewhat comfortable.

Our room was great. Clean linens and the jacuzzi tub was perfect after walking around Epcot all day. Amenities were nice too!

One note, the GPS put us out at the resort, not the towers so double check your location. We waited in line for 20 minutes to find this out. Oooops.

Couldn’t get in door from the outside. Elevator was not working. Otherwise everything was good. Also except for noisy neighbors at 3:00 in am. Not the resort fault.

Terrible, could not get WIFI connection and NO ONE CARED. Shower door DIRTY, not housekeeping fault needs repair or replace caulk. People talking outside very late. AM FIRE ALARM !they said it malfunctioned. Didn't appreciate attempt to SELL ME A TIME SHARE. Would not have booked had I known.

I was in a recently renovated studio for three nights. The room was beautiful! It was very clean, the bathroom was amazing, especially the shower, and it was very spacious. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. We usually stay on Disney property but will definitely stay here again.

We stay at this property often. I love everything from the staff to the condition of the rooms. I'm definitely going back.
