    I rented this room for my niece and her friend that were homeless at the time. I rented for 2 wks online. These girls were 18 and not homeless because of drugs. Key didn't work after day 1 and they would not re-key the door for these girls. I was out of town, and they wouldn't let the girls back in the room. The girls were with me at the front desk when i got the keys and explained it would just be them staying. The front desk guy was horribly rude to them and barely let them get their belongings out of the room.

    Parking was good no equipment to cook with but the stay and staff was so amazing it didn’t matter it was a crazy weekend with spring break going on but I did not notice they kept the noise down the place clean I just moved from Ohio and that was my first place I stayed and I’m glad I moved to Houston if everyone is as pleasant s the staff was. Thank you so much

    Place looked and smelled dirty, some kind of stain on the ceiling in the bathroom and something I’m not sure in the elevator was there when I checked in at midnight and was still there at 9am when I checked out, no person to talk to when u check out they have a metal roll down door that’s closed, very strange so I heard people talking so I slid my card under the metal door and left

    We found two roaches in our room after we checked in. We went to the front desk and no one was there. We contacted Expedia to ask for a refund for that night and the next night that we had booked. Expedia said they spoke to an employee there named Drew who wasn’t authorized to give a refund. We then left and had to find another hotel around midnight. When we reached back out during the day, they said they would not give us a refund.

    Hotel muy mal estado elevador huele a puros orines, el cuarto con cucarachas, la cama olia a pura humedad , tina con hongos por la humedad el baño olia a cañeria cucaracha en la cama y en la estufa de la cocina y todavia se negaron a darme un rembolso y no solo eso me cambiaron de habitavion y tambien tenia cucarachas. Cuando solicite mi cambio argumentaron que la vucaracha yo podia traerla en mi maleta.

    Saturday morning found out shower head sends water to top of ceiling and all over floor. The commode if you didn’t pull up handle after it would keep running in fact it was running when we entered the first time. Lots of wasted water House keepers should noticed both toilet and tub if they cleaned them Room was spotless though. We left room door keys on the table next to TV

    When we first walked into the room, we could smell smoke and it seem like guests normally smoke in this room. My daughter has asthma and cannot stay in a room with cigarette smoke. We were only in the room about five minutes and we saw cockroaches. Needless to say, we left and checked into another hotel

    Didn’t realize this was an extended stay hotel when we booked. We always call the hotel when we know we will be arriving much later than check in time. When we called this hotel, front office told us, we needed to arrive before they closed @ 10 pm. 🤔 When we arrived we understood why they closed, this hotel is more of an extended stay place. Which is why they probably don’t clean the rooms that often. Our room had hair in the bathtub, toilet was dirty like someone had just used it. Bed and the rest of the room was okay, looked old and well lived in. Second room smelled nasty. The front desk person couldn’t even go in to inspect because as soon as he opened the door he smelled it. We we given another room , which was okay.

    As soon as you walk in to the hallway to go to your room it smells so strongly of cigarettes and pet urine. I had to double wash my clothes once I got home to get the smell off of them. The smell it so strong it gave me a migraine my whole time staying there.

    It was horrible from start to finish. The person checking me in was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable being there. He was telling me how I was causing a problem by checking in after midnight. Somehow my quoted price I confirmed on hotels.com went up $70 while checking in. Very uncomfortable experience while I was checking in alone. The room smelled like smoke and piss mixed together. There were roaches all over the whole stay. The towels had stains on them. The drawers in the dressers were dirty. The freeze and fridge smelled like rotten fish. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy.

    I’ve been staying at this property for work for at least a year when I’m in town. The price is good but the behavior amongst guests and staff is on decline. One week there was lots of noise which sounded like a guest playing ball with their pet past midnight. Another case the alarm went off after midnight so I tried to extend my checkout to catch up on missed sleep and staff was rude when I woke up to pack and leave. I’ll just stay somewhere else.

    Reservations were made online via app and my card was not to be charged until I got there, at which time I was planning to pay with a different card. However, upon arrival the guy told me that my reservations had been cancelled because they tried to charge the card and it did not go through. So the rates went up AND I was told they no longer had my room available.

    guests are a little anxious to get on/off the elevator. Elevator is a bit slow. would be nice to to have people NOT hovering over the door. cleaning is done once every two weeks. Once you get used to the regulars its not too bad. some people are so nosey so set your boundaries early.

    I drove down from Dallas, arrived to the hotel around 5 and checked in, when the lady at front desk gave me my room key, I went to evacuate my room as I do with all my hotel stays. The room (303) looked fine until I got to the bathroom and the toilet had fecal matter all over the toilet lid. I went back to the office and let her know and she gave me another room (305) that room was just a little better than the first room. This room (305) smelled like mold and mildew, after about 3 hrs of being there the smoke alarm in my room went off, the guy at the front desk called my room and alerted me that he was getting a fire alarm notification at the front desk, he asked me if I was smoking or cooking, I told him “ I don’t smoke nor was I cooking” after about a minute of me fanning the smoke alarm it stopped. Then on Monday afternoon I get back to my to find out that house keeping hadn’t been to my room, because my bed wasn’t made nor was there fresh towels in the bathroom, I called the front desk to see what was going on, then the guy at the front desk asked me to bring my dirty towels to the office. I shouldn’t have to do their job. Over all I will not stay at this hotel ever again. Also I have never seen a hotel that didn’t have a ice machine.

    The vending machine charges $1 per soft drinks/cokes, but $1.25 for water. But the water was sold out both days. So we bought some of that at Wal-Mart, too. Taco Bell is next door, & there are other places like Starbucks & Jersey Mike's Subs within walking distance. The washers & dryers take either cash or credit card. Same thing with the vending machines.

    I booked the room to be paid “at the hotel” but my card was charged at 2 pm the day my husband was supposed to arrive there. He was late getting there so he called the hotel and was told that they had already cancelled his reservation and their computers were down so they couldn’t put him back in the system. He had to rent a room at a different location.

    The door to our room would not lock. The manager of the property only offered to "look at it when he got in" which was 2 hours after I was supposed to be at work. Because of this issue I had to make the choice on whether to leave my belongings in the room, unlocked and unsecured, or reload everything in my car. Once I got back from work they informed me there was nothing wrong with the door. Had the front desk escort me to my room, and they realized that the door was in fact not locking. At that point they decided to change my room. The pet fee was also significantly more than stated on Hotels.com
