Reviews
Guests generally enjoy the Boardwalk Villas for its convenient location, with easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The property is often described as cute and well-maintained, with friendly staff. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the high prices, small pool, and understaffing, which can lead to issues with room cleaning and early check-outs. Additionally, some guests have experienced issues with the internet and food options.
- Convenient location with easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios
- Cute and well-maintained property
- High prices for food and amenities
- Understaffing leading to issues with room cleaning and early check-outs
- 5/5
Wonderful location for the Epcot! You can walk to Epcot or take the boat. You can easily walk around the boardwalk and have access to restaurants.
- 5/5
Really loved how cute the property was. The pool wasnt as nice as some of the other Disney properties. Very small. I will also say the prices were exorbitant. $9 for a six pack of diet coke. CMON. I know its Disney but for crying out loud....
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 5/5
We loved our stay we had a great time.
- 1/5
Understaffed. Need to clean rooms more often. Get rid of the incessant covid protocols. Worst Disney experience ever.
- 5/5
The bathroom is awful!
- 4/5
Many things are closed at the resort like restaurants and shops. Due to Covid. No entertainment at night on the boardwalk as well. Definitely would need to go elsewhere at night for dining and entertainment.
- 5/5
Overall stay at the BoardWalk Villas was excellent
- 5/5
Love that it is so close to Hollywood Studios and Epcot
- 4/5
We were checked out of our room early without our knowledge. We were told we would receive a phone call to remedy the problem, but were never called. We were not able to use the room for the full time we paid for it. Otherwise, it is a nice resort.
- 4/5
Lovely property with excellent access to Hollywood studios and Epcot. Staff lovely and friendly. Room spotless with great amenities in kitchen, small balcony for a bit of pm sunbathing. Disappointed however with food option choices. All on the boardwalk which is a short walk out of the hotel - not the best when raining ! Pool bar didn't open until 11.30 so needed to walk down to bakery on Boardwalk to fill reuse able mug. Needs an internal food grab and go section or Starbucks. No hotel restaurant although Flying fish on Boardwalk was excellent this would be priced if you wanted to go every night ! Option of ESPN and a couple of others but not very convenient for a family just wanting something quick so they could get back to parks etc
- 3/5
I was staying in the Villas for a business conference and the room's internet was so slow it was unusable. This meant that I was unable to complete any work on my laptop and should have stayed at a different site. Every other aspect of the room was amazing; however, the lack of internet is a deal breaker when I am attending a work conference.
- 5/5
I loved every minute of it THANKS VERY MUCH
- 5/5
Great location—close to Epcot, and boatride away from Hollywood Studios. Nice resort, very clean
- 5/5
The property is very central and walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood - the night entertainment on the boardwalk is fun.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing! We enjoyed a 1BDRM villa. It had all the amenities one could ask for. Plus, if you don’t feel like going to the parks, there’s plenty to do at the resort. We will definitely return!
- 5/5
We love to stay at the boardwalk because you can walk to Hollywood studios and Epcot. We also love the atmosphere/theme of the place- very welcoming and relaxing.
- 5/5
Amazingly friendly staff. Easy check in. Comfortable rooms.
- 5/5
One of the best locations for Epcot access and right on the boardwalk near all the restaurants and bars. Staff was great even mailed back my wife's kindle she forgot in the room!
- 4/5
Love the location and the variety of options for walk
- 4/5
The Boardwalk area is a great place to stay particularly for multiple park access. The Boardwalk area is a 10 minute walk to Epcot or Hollywood studios with monorail access connecting Epcot and the Magic Kingdom. You can also take the ferry from the Boardwalk to Epcot or Hollywood Studios, bus transportation is easy too. The Villa's are very nice (though ours had a leaking washing machine) and for a little more money 1 Villa is equal to two rooms, plus you get cooking amenities/washer/dryer, for us it is definitely worth it. Disney was doing construction/maintenance as they typically do in their "slow" times, so cleanliness/condition was not perfection as it usually is.
- 5/5
The Boardwalk Vilass definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was extremely spacious and the kitchen was very useful. The room was perfect for my husband and I and our one year daughter. The service at the hotel was also very good. I lost my sunglasses somewhere around the hotel and when I reported them lost the next day, I had no hope of recovering them. While we were at one of the parks, they called me telling me they had found them! Also, they had afternoon activities on the lawn by the boardwalk in the afternoon for kids which was priceless when looking for ways to burn your little one’s energy. It was an excellent stay and we already booked our next stay there! The only negative was that they took a little over an hour to bring our luggage to our room.
- 4/5
Weather was chilly so didn’t get to fully enjoy all thatcis offered. But was convenient to Epcot!
- 5/5
Wouldn’t stay anywhere else at Disney World
- 5/5
staff is amazing front desk supervisors Tyler and Amanda a 12 on a scale of 10
- 2/5
The rooms seemed outdated. Hallways weren't big enough for people to pass each other. Having kitchenette was nice, but room wasnt worth the price tag. Bed was uncomfortable and bathroom small.
- 5/5
Location is great. Staff were very helpful. Housekeeping did a great job.
- 4/5
Rooms were average for the price but that was expected. Pool towels are also too small!
- 2/5
Old property in need of remodeling, way over priced for the age and condition. Restaurants and service were excellent.
- 5/5
The resort has a fun pool with a lovely snack bar, we always found sunbeds to relax on. The hotel itself does not have a restaurant, but a step out on to the Boardwalk & it is all there for you to take your pick. Epcot is in easy walking distance & the boat to Hollywood Studios is easy, alternatively you can walk. We loved everything about this resort and were sad to leave, but all good things must come to an end. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an option with more space and a more subtle theme.
- 2/5
The room that we checked into was extremely dirty. The place looked liked a wreck. Wrappers on the floor. The trash bins under the sinks where full and not emptied. The carpet was full of minced paper and wading of hair.
- 4/5
This was a two night stay before heading over to the Polynesian Resort. We had a studio room with a view of the clown pool. The room itself was comfortable but we were only a couple of doors away from the elevator and main lobby. A bit too loud for our liking but we made due considering we were there for two nights. The front desk was not very helpful when we asked at check-in if we could be moved down the hall at least. Other than that the location in proximity to Hollywood Studios and Epcot was great. This was our second time staying here and probably won't come back. The only reason being that we prefer staying at the Magic Kingdom resorts. Those resorts have a more mellow vibe which is what we are into at this point in our lives.
- 5/5
This was our second stay at The Boardwalk and it was even better than the first! We stayed in a beautiful one bedroom villa that was definitely large enough for two kids and two adults. Besides the pool, location and other fantastic amenities, I have to say the best part was being able to check-in in advance via the Disney app. Not only did they have our room ready early, but they texted us when it was...allowing us to completely skip check-in at the front desk and go right to our room. After a long, hot day at Magic Kingdom, this was priceless! Keep in mind you need the Disney app + linked Magic Bands to do this, but most people have those anyway. :-) Will be back ASAP!
- 4/5
Drawback: poor breakfast restaurant choices but with kitchen can make breakfast in room.
- 5/5
Pool was great for a break to cool off with very cool waterslide Even life vests for the little ones There’s an arcade but it wasn’t working during our visit Will definitely go back
- 3.5/5
When making the reservation I was promised a king bed and upon checking was told that only queen beds were available.
- 3.5/5
Location
- 4/5
Efficient transportation between theme parks remains an issue with Disney. They’re planning and implementing sky transportation within this or next year that may help relieve accessibility. Given the volume of visitors, I’m skeptical. However Boardwalk Villas are very nice and comfortable, especially the 1 bedroom with garden view. Transportation between magic and animal kingdoms and Boardwalk remains a hassle but good if your focus is Epcot and Hollywood. Run away from Tratorea pizzas on the Boardwalk. Their work of art isn’t edible.
- 5/5
Very comfortable and convenient to all of Disney!
- 5/5
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
- 5/5
We visited Epcot so walking from Boardwalk is very easy.
- 3.5/5
No 24 hour room service. This is really important because often times we stay at the park until close and are very hungry by the time we get back. There is no food anywhere nearby after midnight.
- 4/5
Well kept hotel. I stayed in a villa but it was a long walk to the lobby because of the hotel layout. Signs need to be better for locating your room. Boats going to Epcot And other amusements leave every 15 min. The food and wine festival was great!
- 5/5
Studio villa was a bit small, but comfortable. Patio area was beautiful and a nice, relaxing touch to our room.
- 5/5
Loved everything except the dirty dishes and the flight check in! Great romantic fun location! Close to everything!!
- 4/5
This was our first stay at the Boardwalk. Hotel location is great, can walk to Epcot and MGM or take a short boat trip. The hotel had a very small shop in the hotel. You had to go out to the boardwalk for the main gift shop and restaurants. They only had two restaurants that were very expensive, a bakery and ice cream shoppe also. We like the food courts located in other hotels for a quick bite, to pick up something. This was not available at the boardwalk. there was no real breakfast dining, only a lounge to get coffee and a roll or muffin. We ended up being stuck there for 4 extra days during hurricane irma, the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to stay for a discounted price. However all the shops and restaurants were closed except for the one small shop in the hotel. They set up buffet dining in the conference center for guests and or you could purchase a boxed meal during the hurricane. They had laundry service for free. You just had to buy the detergent. Overall it was a very nice hotel, loved not having to take the bus to 2 parks.
- 4/5
Hotel room had two TVs but only one remote, I called for a second remote but they delivered the remote.
- 5/5
Otherwise all was fantastic.
- 5/5
The rooms and staff are always amazing. We feel like we are at home when we stay here. Your daily commute to the parks are pretty easy no matter which one you go to and the evening entertainment is always fun with a stroll on the Boardwalk.
- 5/5
Hands down the best Disney resort for a family or couple. There is literally something for everyone; from a kid's club to night clubs! You can see kids walking around the boardwalk in the evenings while parents sit at the tables overlooking the water. So relaxing!
- 5/5
Because of mobility challenges the staff kindly moved us to a more convenient location.
- 5/5
No
- 5/5
Overall stay was very nice. Only not so good feedback is re: cleanliness in the shrubs near the outdoor balcony. Room was on first floor and some weeds over grown and debris pick up could have been better. Sleep sofa was very uncomfortable but the king size bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Ideal family location.
- 5/5
Nothing!
- 4/5
Pleasant, comfortable, and staff helpful. Did have problem with toilet (slow flushing, and then would not flush and had to call twice for someone to fix). Our cleaning lady for our room was pleasant and did a beautiful job.
- 3/5
Fair at best. Hotel staff is great. Would stay somewhere else.
- 3/5
The size of Boardwalk is a little overwhelming - it had the feel of a people factory more than anything else. Staff was friendly but efforts seem to be more on trying to keep things/people moving (understandable). Room was clean but showed signs of wear.
- 5/5
First time staying at Boardwalk villas. Perfect for families that want to be together and have a little privacy as well. Highly recommend for the location. Walk to Epcot, boat ride to Hollywood and bus ride to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. We are Disney snobs having been here close to 20 times and we LOVED this place!!
- 5/5
The price is exorbitant, but the staff and location make up for it.
- 5/5
This is a great location. You can walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The pool is great for kids, they have lots of kid activities, the service is the best. We love it here!
- 5/5
This is a great place to stay clean and access to the Disney parks by bus, boat and walking.
- 5/5
Elegant, leisurely, clean, well-staffed - you name it, it is here. The Villa rooms are incredibly spacious, with full kitchens and large bathrooms. You can't go wrong here.
- 2/5
We came home at 10:15 pm and the maid left the patio door open so it was hot. The toilet had a tissue in so I flushed it and it overflowed. I called the front desk repeatedly asking for a maid with a mop and nearly an hour later a maintenance woman with only a plunger showed up. Beyond exhausted I called the front desk again and they gave us a new room that was hot (ac was off) cooled down fairly quickly though, but had no coffee maker. The room was fine, but small with a dated bathroom. Great location, but 599/night is pretty overpriced.
- 5/5
The hotel pool is fantastic and my granddaughter loves it. The food options around hotel and great and we enjoy just walking around the boardwalk outside the hotel for exercise or fun. All in all, this hotel is always our first choice and we have stayed at almost all of the luxury ones at Disney.
- 5/5
We stayed at the Boardwalk Villas the first week of November for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. This was our second stay here and I was happier this time than last(and I was really happy last time!). We had a newly redecorated studio. It was very pretty. The dark wood entry complimented the light blue walls & creamy wood work. Our standard view was of the Boardwalk courtyard with a partial views of the Boardwalk. Our request for a room close to the elevators was granted. The staff was friendly & helpful. Mouse-keeping didn't leave us any towel animals (I think because we weren't traveling with kids) but the room was very clean every day & always done quickly. The Boardwalk is a beautiful place inside and out. The close proximity to both EOCOT & Hollywood Studios makes it an excellent option for those who want to be close to the action. My only complainant was that the shower tile & hardware had not been updated in our room. This is really an non issue but it did detract from the overall feel. Also, the refurbishment has removed most of the Disney feel from the room. There are hiddens Mickeys & you'll know where to find them. Don't go excepting Art of Animation level of Disney themeing.
- 2/5
Some hotel rooms are currently under construction. Loud drill noise from 9 to 5. Beware of the west wing!
- 5/5
This was my son's first trip to Disney and the location of the Boardwalk was fantastic. The extra money to stay here was really worth the convenience of walking into Epcot and the short boat ride to Hollywood Studios. After the fireworks at Epcot, it was wonderful to just walk back to our hotel and not wait in lines for transportation. Especially with a tired 7 year old. The pools were fun and my son really enjoyed the quiet pool by the clubhouse. The clubhouse had games, crafts and XBox consoles to keep him busy on a few rainy afternoons. We can't wait to go back again.

Disney World visit
- 5/5
This was our first time staying on property, and it was amazing! Boardwalk is just a short walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, our favorite 2 parks. Our room was recently renovated so very nice and a good size for our family of 4. The pool was also a highlight for our kids!
- 5/5
Boardwalk is the ideal location in disney. Staff was friendly, pool was great, and room was clean. What more could I ask for!
- 4/5
Our stay at the Boardwalk Villas was wonderful. We had a very nice suite overlooking the swimming pool, which was just what we had requested. We also enjoyed the jugglers, food, drinks and fun on the Boardwalk and the convenient walkways to epcot and the studios. It was everythingwe hoped.
- 4/5
We did have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for our luggage to be brought up which wouldn't have been an issue except we had groceries which needed to be refrigerated! When I called the valet, they literally told me it would be up there soon and "don't worry". Don't worry?? Our family was sitting in the room wasting time and the guy tells us "don't worry, it'll be there"! I think the quality of their staff has gone down as the following day, my husband overheard one of the valet's being cursed out by his superior(?). The guy getting chewed out, in front of any guest walking by, was in the regular burgandy shirts and the guy with the foul language (f word included) was wearing a greenish cast member shirt. On this note, I would warn anyone to NOT use the valet parking. We observed on several occasions, the valet drivers speeding on the property in guests cars! My husband was so upset on the first day as he saw a valet passing him and then flooring it in a guest's Lexus!
- 5/5
My wife and I recently were married at Disneys Boardwalk and chose to stay there for our visit as well. In true Disney style they exceeded our expectations, from the Staff greeting as you walk up to the resort to the moment you leave. We visited a couple of Disney parks and the ferry from Boardwalk is very concenient.
- 4/5
Great place. Whole family enjoyed the hotel and amenities
- 5/5
We stay at Boardwalk Villas twice a year and have a great experience every time. We love the location because it is possible to walk to two parks and its a short bus ride to the other two. My granddaughter loves the pool and slide and we really enjoy the Boardwalk activities and eating places. We won't stay anywhere else.
- 5/5
Hotel is clean and staff is great! The hotel is a little dated as it hasn't been updated in 15 years.
- 5/5
Loved the hotel, the staff and facilities were wonderful. My only disappointment was not getting the accommodations we were told we would get. We asked for a room facing the boardwalk and upon check in we were told none were available. It was disappointing as we were celebrating our 45 th wedding anniversary.
- 5/5
This is our 10th trip to Disney in 3 years and we LOVE Boardwalk Villas. The rooms are spacious, amenities great, location perfect for walking to two parks and a short bus ride to the other two, pool great fun especially the slide and availability of food and beverages way above average. We have tried 3 other villa locations within the park and even though they also are outstanding we love the situation at Boardwalk the best. Also, Boardwalk and Old Key West seem to offer the best discounts and so we try to take advantage of that. Overall a great experience there---and we are going to stay at Boardwalk again this April.
- 5/5
This hotel was close to everything we wanted! We walked to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There were lots of activities for every age.
- 5/5
I've stayed at numerous Disney hotels and this ranks up there as one of my favorites. Terrrific facilities (it's a Disney Vacation Club property which tends to make it a bit more upscale), lots of restaurants and stores to visit in the Boardwalk right outside the hotel doors, and both Epcot and Hollywood Studios are walkable from this hotel. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked awesome (w/ a cool slide for the kids), as did the workout room. Top notch Disney service from the moment I walked in (my room was ready @10:30 am even though checkin wasn't until 4 pm) until I was whisked away in the Magic Express bus upon departure. Would definitely look to stay there again!
- 4/5
Always wonderful and magical. Centrally located rooms very nice staff excellent. Stay here every time we do Disney
- 2.5/5
Room needed updating. Location in hotel was not great. Not very clean. Expensive
- 4/5
The room that we stayed in was a little out-dated. It had some wasted space and the lighting was poor. It was clean but you can tell the room was probably made in the 80's or 90's. I am not sure if this is the look they were trying to go for? The outside was really nice especially the Boardwalk itself and not overly crowded. I told my wife it felt like an upper class retirement home in Miami. The great part is the short walk or boat ride to Epcot or the Studios. I recommend this for older couples and families with grandparents. Kids can still enjoy it hear but the place was not as appealing for kids compared to other resorts we had stayed at.
- 5/5
My Family had a wonderful time! The boardwalk Villa was everything we expected!
- 5/5
A superb 1 bedroom villa. The Boardwalk was built quite a while ago, however, in true disney style they have maintained and upgraded this property over the years and you would think it was a new property. we chose a room near the lobby, 2068, and the location enabled us to observe our 16 and 11 year old children swim in the pool from our balcony. We didn't have to drag them out of the pool till it was their time to shower and we sipped cocktails end enjoyed the buzz of the resort. The location is the best of the disney resorts. You can walk to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT and the Boardwalk is buzzing at night with free entertainment. There are plenty of great restaurants, bakery, buffets, soda shops and quick bites in this area. A perfect place.
- 5/5
We were very happy with the hotel's location and amenities. Right outside the hotel were places to have a bite to eat and a delicious bakery. The staff was very helpful and always in a good mood. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
- 5/5
First time staying at Boardwalk villa and plan on staying there again. It was so convenient to walk into Epcot and Hollywood studios. Bus ride to Magic Kingdom was quick and took the monorail back to Epcot in the evening. Restaurants on boardwalk were excellent, especially Flying Fish. Very pleasantly surprised. Our housekeeping staff was amazing. The attention to detail was great and room was super clean and tidy when we returned at night. Had all the "magic" of Disney. Recommend highly
- 3/5
The bathroom showed its age. Dirty grout and the tile and shower didn't look very well maintained. Had stayed there earlier in January and things were better in a regular room. Villa was not worth the extra money.
- 5/5
We had a fabulous stay at The Boardwalk Villas. A great 1BR with plenty of room to share with my 24 yr old son. Practically 2 bathrooms. One of the things I really liked about the location was that you just need to walk out your door and the boardwalk is there with shopping, dining, arcades, walking and water taxi. Easy bus access to the parks. A great vaca!
- 4.5/5
Expensive. Won't be able to afford to come back for several years.
- 5/5
Villas were very nice. Adorable set-up. Many twists and turns inside the small space made it so interesting. Large balcony. Big bathroom with shower and sink, separated by a door was a whirpool tub and sink. Fully equipped kitchen, pots, pans, dishwasher, stove, micro, table, chairs, counter and more chairs. Living room with pull out queen size sofa bed.
- 5/5
Our room was easily to get to and not far from the Boardwalk. My daughter (age 24) and I went for a long weekend. There were two bathrooms; one with a shower, sink and toilet, the other with a tub and sink. There was plenty of vanity space for all of our toiletries. The sofa bed was very comfortable, as was the queen bed. There were plenty of towels, soaps, shampoos, etc., and everything was cleaned up each day. We came from the airport on the Disney bus, and brought our own luggage to the room. There was no "up to three hour wait". The whole Boardwalk atmosphere was great!
- 4/5
The area as a whole is so much fun with a lot to do outside of the parks. Disney it self was as i remember extremly plesant , incredibly helpful , clean and really FUN! Whats new is the progressive way disney has made your stay easy. The new wrist bands are your room key your way to pay for things and your park ticket. Incredible !!! Final word GO !

We loved our stay at Boardwalk Villas. We had a 1 bedroom villa rooms are great and the location can't be beat. The staff is always helpful. Would love to stay again. This is a no worry vacation for anyone who loves the small details and easy get around transportation.
- 5/5
Nice accommodations, clean, quiet, and close to activities.
- 5/5
Our stay at the Boardwalk Villa was by far the most relaxing, friendly, and enjoyable thus far. The staff were friendly, very accommodating and willing to help with anything asked if them. The Disney property is so beautiful and clean. Great job Disney you thought if everything a guest would want and like
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Clean and roomy. Steps from Epcot and Hollywood studios. Pool is awesome. Had a great time.
- 5/5
Best hotel we've ever stayed at near Disney. Location is incredible as it is just short walk or boat ride from TWO parks (Hollywood Studios and Epcot). Also a very short shuttle ride to the other two parks (Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom). Prime central location for any and all Disney locations/activities. The room was beautiful and modern. One of the nicest pool areas I've ever utilized. Beautiful pools and spas! Two different nights, we were able to use the spas and we were the only people there! The restaurant, Bluezoo is one of the best we've ever eaten at. Service was incredible and food was to die for! High prices but well worth it. Only non-Disney resort actually on Disney property in a perfect location that includes Disney shuttles to wherever you want to go. We will be back!
- 3/5
Very nice hotel. Not much for kids other than the pool which we could not use because it was cloudy and cool most of our stay. No option like miniature golf as an alternative to the boardwalk (which is nice to stroll on). Our room seemed like a mile from the lobby and access to the boardwalk.
- 5/5
We loved that this hotel was walking distance to 2 parks and that after the parks closed there was still activity on the boardwalk.
- 5/5
The only negative thing would say is I wish the concierge that told us about the fast pass when we bought our 3 day passed.
- 4/5
short stay but very pleasant..would recommend this hotel..great location.
- 4/5
We stayed in a one bedroom villa for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The one bedroom is roomy enough for 2 adults and 2 kids and having the kitchen and laundry is a wonderful advantage. The pullout sofa/bed was a high quality commercial unit and created a real bed (I was nervous about this beforehand but it worked out very well). The location and facilities are great. The long walk from the elevator is a definite journey -- I read about it but didn't really believe it till I got there -- it's a very strange design and quite a hike to most of the rooms.
- 5/5
The worst part was hearing the snoring from the room next door, walls were thin and activity could be heard coming from both adjacent rooms.
- 4/5
Very nice room but located along relatively long, dreary hallways.
- 4/5
Within walking distance of Epcot and Hollywood. The Boardwalk contains several nice restaurants and lots of options. Conceirge service went above and beyond.
- 1.5/5
The location on the Boardwalk. The room was very disappointing. Very old, need updating. The refrid was too smelly to use. The shower was nasty.
- 3/5
We will be staying at the Swan and Dolphin again the next time we go.
- 4/5
First time to stay at this hotel. Stayed in a 1 bedroom villa. Room spacious and clean but pull out couch looked worn. Enjoyed staying near the boardwalk. Has a very vibrant feel at night and it was pleasant to sit on boardwalk in the morning with a cup of coffee. Needed an extra bed for one night and in the villa they only supply an aero beds for an extra $15 a night. I did think this was ridiculous given the cost of the room. Overall like the the resort but my favorite Disney property is Wilderness lodge.
- 5/5
I HAD TO ATTEND MY WORK CONFERENCE AT DISNEY WORLD BUT WANTED TO BRING MY FAMILY SO I CHOSE A 1 BEDROOM AT BOARDWALK VILLAS AND I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE ROOM, THE SERVICE AND THE PROPERTY. FIRST, OUR ROOM WAS READY EARLY! SECOND, THE 1 BEDROOM WAS SPACIOUS, THE KITCHEN WAS STOCKED WITH UTENSILS, DISHES, ETC, THE WASHER/DRYER WAS BIG & THE LAYOUT WAS PERFECT (BATHROOM ENTRY FROM LIVING RM & BEDROOM). I HAVE A 2 & 5 YR OLD WHO LOVED THE POOLS (5 YR OLD LOVED THE SLIDE) AND THE RECREATION HALL WAS FANTASTIC WITH TOYS FOR ALL AGES. THE ONLY DRAWBACK IS THAT THE HOTEL IS A HIKE TO MAGIC KINGDOM BUT DISNEY PROVIDES TRANSPORTATION. WE JUST DROVE A RENTAL CAR THERE. ALSO THE RESTAURANT OFFERINGS GET A BIT TIRING AFTER DAY 4 (ALTHOUGH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE FLYING FISH--GREAT MEAL, EVEN FOR KIDS).

This hotel is a great place to stay. It is very comfortable, great location, close to so much (Hollywood Studios & Epcot, restaurants, shopping, treats, bakery, walking) and the pools are nice to relax at. They have a movie each night on a blowup screen, pingpong, other activities, hot tubs, etc. The restaurants have really really good food. This hotel is really neat to visit during Christmas, too - I visit it each year, and there are 4 other resorts to go walk to and see also. The staff is great. The only thing about this particular resort that I don't like is that it is always freezing. The lobby & hotels are always SO cold, no matter what time of year, but even during July I had to bring a sweater around.

wonderful location to enjoy Disney World attractions. You can walk to Epcot or take a boat to Hollywood Studios. This is the first time I rented a car from the airport and drove to the resort. Very easy to drive on the property and even the parking lot staff are wonderful "welcome back home".

We stayed in a one bedroom villa and it was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans forks and knives everything you would need! Totally worth the extra money with all we saved on being able to cook! The only draw was the place is a maze!!! A lot of walking just to get to the elevator! But I loved it!
