Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating its proximity to Disney parks, cleanliness, and friendly staff. However, there are consistent complaints about the quality of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, and additional fees for parking and resort services.
- Great location near Disney parks
- Clean and tidy property
- Outdated rooms and bathrooms
- Additional fees for parking and resort services

Everything was great
- 5/5
The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. No complaints whatsoever
- 5/5
Wonderful. Location and staff was excellent.
- 3/5
Very disappointed with the food selection at Disney. Nothing healthy.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and helpful during check in. Cabana pool service was spectacular. Loved the close proximity to Hollywood Studios and Epcot and the convenience of the boat transportation after too much walking at the parks all day. Hotel room very quiet and a nice size. Only complaint: pillows very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Excellent stay overall except for the sound proofing of the room and lack of life guards to stop annoying kids from diving in the pool

The hotel and surrounding areas like the boardwalk were phenomenal. Beautiful and very peaceful. The shuttle busses were also a huge plus.
- 4/5
Taking the ferry was super cool The fan in the bathroom was not working
- 5/5
Our room was ready early which was awesome. Pool and location are fantastic. 10 min walk to Epcot. Plenty of activities close by and shuttles to parks and Disney springs.
- 5/5
Our rooms were upgraded and we were able to enjoy a presidential suite with two bedrooms, one big living room, three bathrooms a kitchen, three balconies, a jacuzzi and even a baby grand piano. The hotel is beautiful and the location perfect. Beautiful swimming pools plenty of restaurants and the staff friendly, helpful and attentive. We recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a great place for the family vacations.

Beautiful property. But the fact that they have the worst pillows ever is mind baffling. Had to call desk and the ones they brought were still terrible. Not sure how a place so expensive gets such a big thing wrong. Even though they are a Disney family hotel they do not have the good pillows like Disney. Also note that they charge a 50$ resort fee as well as $40 a day to park there. Next time I’ll just stay at a Disney resort. Also no microwave or refrigerator in room. But the hotel is “ luxury “

Fabulous location!
- 5/5
Location. Reasonable rates.rooms are Clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds.
- 5/5
You can tell this is an older hotel but it is nicely maintained and very clean. There are shuttles that take you to the parks and Disney Springs. I only wish breakfast was included. It’s a lovely place to stay with amazing amenities.
- 5/5
I've been to Walt Disney World several times but this trip was the first time staying at the Swan. I will definitely stay there again. Fantastic & helpful staff. Ver pleasant, quiet & clean environment

All good.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay and loved hanging out at the pool. After a long Disney Day we really appreciated the hot tub. Staff was very friendly and the kids loved the s'mores at night on the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Swan at Walt Disney! The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and I was able to request daily room service which I highly appreciate. I recommend this hotel to those who plan to go to Disney as it is right next to the boardwalk, has amazing views of the fireworks, and is close to the parks for added convenience!
- 5/5
Loved our stay. So convenient to go to the parks, very clean, so many on site activities, helpful staff. No complaints! Will stay here again!
- 5/5
We always have the best time in this hotel.
- 5/5
Great stay! Beautiful and clean hotel in close proximity to everything! Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
The body wash dispenser in our room did not work. The room walls are thin and could hear other guests in the halls and in their rooms. The bus drivers to and from the parks were aggressive drivers.
- 5/5
This is the second time stay in here. Great place to stay when traveling with a family or traveling independently.
- 4/5
The downsides are relatively new and negligible but worth mentioning. First, recent changes to the transportation system has changed a bit and the bus to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom now drop you off away from the standard dropoff which costs you time and energy. Second, the hotel gets a bit full of locals on the weekends, starting Fridays at the pool. There’s a big difference between the family vacation / conference crowd and the drunk panhandle crowd… Otherwise, still love it!
- 4/5
Breakfast was poor and the room cleaning too
- 5/5
Great hotel close to a lot of things on Disney property. Great amenities and lots of dinning choices. Great price for the location. Very friendly staff and would definitely stay here agin.
- 5/5
Great Vacation
- 5/5
Do not eat breakfast. Location was good for visiting Magic Kingdom and Disney Springs (different shuttle buses) and wonderful for Epcot - walked there and boat back. Both fun! Facilities were fine - what you’d expect in a “good” hotel - but what made my stay so memorable was the staff. Debra(?) checked me in and out and took the time to chat and answer my questions. She recognised me when I checked out 48 hours after I arrived. Impressive when you consider how many guests she’d spoken to in the meantime! Kevin cheerfully fetched my luggage, called a quality cab and let me know when it arrived, all with a moon boot and a smile. Casual grill was closed and Japanese restaurant was hosting a karaoke night. I ate elsewhere as I’d not long come from Europe and didn’t fancy Italian. One day I had to wait till after 4pm for the room to be serviced. I was tired after taking advantage of early entry to Epcot and wanted a nap. Both of these are trivial first-world

Place was amazing, wish I knew more about the hidden fees. After paying for our stay we had to pay and additional $300 dollars for our stay.

The hotel is great, and convenient. The hidden fees are a problem, just be honest about the pricing.
- 5/5
There wasn’t an onsite doctor or any medical staff since our daughter was under the weather. This was a bit surprising given the proximity to Disney and the number of families staying in these family of hotels. Other than that, it was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I’ve stayed here 3 times it does not disappoint! First two visits I had a view of the Tower of Tower and Epcot and could see the fireworks from both parks. This time I had a view of the Dolphin and didn’t realise until I heard the bangs I could see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from my balcony. The location can’t be beaten being walkable to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. My parents were given a room near mine which was really good of the staff to arrange when it was separate bookings. The only thing let it down was the unfriendly bar tenders in 2 different bars at the Dolphin however since I’m reviewing the Swan I am not considering that in my score. The Swan will always be my first choice for Orlando it’s perfect for Disney but nice and relaxing with access to the Disney Boardwalk.

- 2/5
Location 10/10. Aesthetically great- very beautiful. The walls are thinner than toilet paper. It felt like the people next door were literally in our room. Accommodating… not so much. Parking is $40, there’s no free refills (if you’re used to actual Disney hotels). Food selection and coffee not good.
- 3/5
Very clean! The bed was a little uncomfortable but we didnt realize we got an ada room. The front desk staff were the friendliest. The resort was beautiful and i the fact that it was so close to Epcot

The staff were amazing. Very kind and hard-working. The location was nice, with plenty of transport and amenities. The shower water pressure was quite nice. The beds were horrific. Pillows were basically unusable, with some being hard as bricks and others being completely flat. The food options were pretty unimpressive and overpriced for the quality. The shower was nice but the curtain was a mess and water would get all over the floor.

Everything was great except for the wifi. I was unable to get it to work on the iPad. I only wanted it at night to use white noise for my child to sleep. Had I known I would have brought a sound machine. Considering how amazing the rest of the hotel was it was a shame that couldn’t work. I would have been ok with this but the hotel staff member gave me a code because she got annoyed I could not find a non-existent button. Then she hung up before I could see if the code worked, which it didn’t. Other than that the hotel was amazing
- 5/5
Location I liked everything.
- 5/5
Though not considered a Disney hotel, you still get the perks of buying lightning lanes a week before. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff was nice and room service was great
- 5/5
We loved our stay here. The staff was super friendly. Java coffee was wonderful and the staff even better.
- 3/5
Booked a king bed room, got a room with 2 beds. Too tired after journey there to go back downstairs to change rooms plus we had plans that evening to see a concert in downtown Disney. Stay was for 2 nights which only requires housekeeping once, they didn’t do it so that was a call to get it done.

It’s within walking distance to Epcot, and buses to the other parks run about every 15 minutes, which is very convenient.
- 5/5
The pillows weren’t very good
- 1/5
The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I accidentally locked my credit card, and as a result, our room was locked as well. We arrived at the hotel around 9:00 PM, and I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The employee told me it would take a short time to unlock the door, but we ended up waiting for hours with no solution. Around 1:00 AM, they finally gave us another room so the baby could have a diaper change and go to sleep. Meanwhile, I had to stay outside waiting because my medication was inside the locked room. It wasn’t until nearly 2:00 AM that they were finally able to open the original room. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of apology or concern from the hotel staff for the inconvenience and stress they caused—especially while traveling with a baby. Also, what I found most absurd is that the hotel charges $40 per day for self-parking. On top of that, the hotel breakfast was horrible compared to other hotels or resorts. I would not stay at this hotel again.
- 1.5/5
Room was ok No breakfast place. No restaurant that was kid friendly.
- 5/5
Great for families as a nice resort vibe with very good amenities and food, also nice for a chill getaway between park days
- 5/5
Everything was amazing. Great staff. Location was excellent
- 5/5
Everything was perfect! Wish there was a direct route to the Magic Kingdom other than rideshare, but the walk to Boardwalk to catch their busses wasn’t bad.
- 5/5
Great restaurants at the Swan and its sister hotels on property.
- 5/5
Easy dining options, great walkable location
- 5/5
Everything was clean and excellent
- 4/5
Location. Size of TV. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Almost non existent closet. The “accessible” room had a tub. Explain how someone with severe mobility issues can get into a tub. The tub was ridiculously slippery. The nightly rate was too high given that the room and amenities were no different from a nice hotel in most any other city.
- 3.5/5
Value for Disney World area but it's because it's not an actual Disney property. Clean and comfortable. The bus from the Swan doesn't get to park directly at Magic Kingdom. The air conditioning was very loud in the room. Marriott branded check-in information didn't match actual details of our stay.
- 4.5/5
Location was good and coffee bar offered great choices. I found the bathroom to be tired looking and needed some updating (shower grout and bottom of bathroom door was worn)
- 5/5
Perfect stay for our time at Epcot
- 5/5
the only things i did not like about the Swan was: you have t0 pay $40 per day for parking and 2. the magic Kingdom bus does not go to Magic Kingdom directly. Otherwise we we3re very happy with our stay! Loved your coffee shop!!
- 5/5

- 4/5
Great location, newly renovated rooms and clean. The rooms do have thin walls and you can clearly hear your neighbors
- 5/5
So glad I chose to stay here.Hotel was very clean, variety of restaurants, close to many activities and parks. Excellent all around !!!
- 5/5
Great location! Great amenities! We love this place! Easy walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood studios and has several pools and activity games for family to play! Great for family!
- 4/5
Standard room, nothing special. Door not very sound, could hear everything in the hallways. Bathroom didn’t have working fan and facility could use upgrade. My bed mattress was lopsided, felt like I was sleeping on a slope. Convenient to everything. The views were spectacular. Needs more quick service food options available in the hotel at reasonable prices. Parking in Orlando area hotels is outrageous and getting worse everywhere.

Great option for a Disney property. Rooms were recently updated, nice to be able to walk or take the boat to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Many options for food.
- 4/5
Pool was nice.
- 5/5
Convenient, clean and quiet. Great dining options at the resort and nearby.
- 4/5
We could not use our balcony which is something we look forward to. Overall, good stay
- 4/5
Clean, quiet, super convenient to get to Fisney parks. Beautiful location. Main pool with slide was freezing… too cool for kids to go in. Smaller pool was warm but super crowded since main/ big pool was so cold. Sean boats are fun!many restaurants but most don’t open mid day so not many options for lunch. Very nice staff in the little Disney store.
- 5/5
Room was great. Spacious with nice balcony and view
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing
- 5/5
The resort was beautiful and so convenient to Epcot. The pools and beach area was tropical and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The sink area was great for getting ready with two people. Restaurants were great. We will definitely stay here again.

The building was dated. Food expensive
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel on the Disney boardwalk. You can walk to Epcot
- 5/5
Nice rooms and great location. Java, coffee cafe in the Swan, had friendly staff and quick service. We enjoyed staying at this hotel. $40/night for parking was a little too expensive.
- 5/5
It always feels like home. Many memories!

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The location was also very convenient and close to many attractions.
- 3.5/5
It was close to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The rooms could be updated. We were out of body wash halfway through our stay. They didn’t refill it. We had to ask. The rooms were kind of small. Would be nice if there was a couch in the room beside the beds. I wanted connecting rooms and I talked to 3 people who said we had connecting rooms. When we got there they were not. It would have been more convenient if they were because we were separated from my kids.
- 1/5
The walk from the parking lot to the front wasn't great (be disabled) they could've used someone in a golf cart to bring you to the front lobby . I even seen employees parked in the front

- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
I knew nothing about the Swan or Disney World properties and due to flight delays ended up here for 24 hours via Expedia. Everything was seamless and I lucked into a corner view room. The water shuttle made exploring Epcot and The Boardwalk not at all exhausting during such a short stay. Every restaurant was delicious and the service outstanding!
- 5/5
Clean room. Updated.
- 5/5
Parking (self park) was easy and convenient with a short walk to lobby. Restraunt services we very good and breakfast was on par with prices exoected $15-20 . Service was good and staff efficient. Water taxi to Epcot and other resorts was great, Epcot drops you near tge French area. Rooms were very clean, updated modern and well maintained. Beds abd pillows were fitmer than what i liked. Bathroom amenities were high quality.

The Swan is a very nice place to stay at Disney World, especially if you spend any time at Epcot, Hollywood Studios or the Boardwalk, which are all accessible by speedy water taxi. The breakfast was also quite good. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Slight walk to the pool area
- 5/5
The parking never quite worked correctly for us during our visit.
- 5/5
Typically stay at Disney resorts but wanted to give Swan a try. Wonderful experience. Grotto pool was awesome with drinks and food ordered from your chair and brought to you with a smile. Easy access to Disney board walk and boats to Epcot and HS. Already booked our next stay.

Beautiful place
- 5/5
Loved the convenience of getting into Epcot!
- 4/5
The only two things I had an issue with were the parking and the pillows. Valet parking was $53 and self-parking was $42, which felt pretty steep. Also, the pillows in our room weren’t very comfortable.

Room was ok. Little dated. Great location.
- 1/5
It was very bad. The conditioner was only on no automatic. We got so cold and they charge me extra for room service. Anywhere I go they come they do room service. They never charge me for it only in this hotel plus they charge me for the water ball I’m not gonna visit never ever in my life. I’m not gonna suggest to my friend family to visit this hotel super expensive.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On-site restaurants were excellent especially Kimonos and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant at the Dolphin hotel across the courtyard was also a delight. Wonderful walking or boat access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Had a terrific Galentines weekend with my daughter.

Overall, my stay was amazing. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The private beach was misleading because you cannot bath in the water. It’s just really for the sand, but I would visit again.
- 5/5
Staff was very courteous!! Rooms very clean!
- 5/5
The staff were incredible and the resort was spotless.
- 5/5
Exceeded expectations
- 4/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
Everything was great except for the 40.00 a night the hotel changed for overnight parking
- 4/5
Clean room, overall good experience.
- 3/5
We didn’t use the pool or eat at any of the restaurants so can’t comment on that. One awesome thing is that we ordered groceries to the hotel and thus had snacks, breakfast and such in the room.
- 5/5
Awesome stay. Great check in from valet to front desk. Rooms were kept prefect. Could be better
- 5/5
The room, the amenities, the location... everything superior quality.
- 5/5
Fast and friendly service, clean room and location to EPCOT.
- 3/5
Overall, the property is beautiful, with well-maintained decor and charming details. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. I requested daily cleaning service, but it was not done on Wednesday, which was disappointing. Coming back after a long day spent exploring the parks, I was expecting a freshly made bed and a tidy room, but that didn't happen, leaving me feeling let down.
- 5/5
Frinedly Staff , Clean Room , Great Location For Acess to Epcot and Disney Transport
- 5/5
Very Good location and service
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is huge and well taken care of.
- 5/5
Great stay as usual. We are central Florida locals and frequently stay here when doing a weekend at Disney. Convenient location, several great restaurants on property, and room is comfortable.
- 5/5
Fantastic restaurant options and easy transportation to the parks.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Room was clean and a perfect size
- 5/5
Total package! Clean, inviting hotel. Friendly staff. Great food options. Perfect location. Easy, quick check in!
- 4/5
Lovely view, did not know about a “ free breakfast” . But Java cafe was great.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel with incredible location. Very convenient if you want to go to Epcot or any Disney park.
- 5/5
Nice property. good staff, efficient, great size room. Only complaint is that the bedding could be softer quality.
- 5/5
We at dinner at Kimono's and enjoyed it very much.
- 1/5
Despite booking through hotels.com, the hotel charges us again for our room to the tune of an extra $300. They blamed this on a billing error between their system and Expedia’s, but the real issue is, it took more than 30 minutes to correct. Usually this wouldn’t be a big deal, but one of the perks of staying here is early entry to the Disney parks - due to the time taken to correct their billing issue, early entry to the parks became impossible, and the additional money I spent to stay here as opposed to another nearby resort was wasted.

Yes
- 5/5
I love the Swan! we have stayed here before and we just love it! it is beautifully kept; super clean, the staff is amazing! there are a lot of family friendly activities and loads of choices of restaurants. the location to Epcot and other really cool Disney hotel properties is great!
- 5/5
Helpful staff, clean room, convenient water taxis to the parks, and fantastic connection to the Boardwalk.
- 5/5
Great service!
- 5/5
Stayed in a king bed room with a balcony which had a gorgeous view. Breakfast tasted fresh and bring good portion sizes.
- 5/5
Love the swan and dolphin. Had a great check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff is very friendly.
- 5/5
Everything was fantastic ❤️❤️
- 4/5
Everything was good except the food options were just burgers, fries, chicken fingers, much like the theme park food. Even Il mullino was subpar, but it could be because we are coming from northern NJ where Italian food is generally very good. Boardwalk area was lively, but again the food was meh. We didn’t try the onsite Japanese restaurant tho. Pool with waterfall, swan boats, poolside mobile ordering, water slide, multiple hot tubs, s’mores on the beach, outdoor movie night were great. Rooms were very clean, and had everything we needed for two adults and two teens. It seemed to have been recently renovated. Location to Hollywood studios was good in that we could walk there 15min., or take the free friendship boats. Walking was actually faster usually, rather than wait. Epcot was walkable too, but it’s nice to sit down on a boat ride at end of a park day to rest our tired legs. Good location for Epcot and Hollywood studios.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick and easy with a friendly and helpful front desk. Room was great (2 Queen beds and a balcony). Property is beautiful with many food options between the Swan and a quick walk to the Dolphin. The water taxi to Hollywood Studios was super convenient (also goes to Epcot). While this and the Dolphin are Marriott run you do get some of the Disney perks (1/2 hour early entrance, theme Park transportation) you do not get the Magic Band convenience of paying or using as a room. My husband and older kids appreciated that it wasn't Disney/kiddo themed (though I missed that a bit since I'm the Disney fan in the family). The bus to Disney Springs was very convenient and the driver was very nice. Overall highly recommend
- 5/5
Amazing resort! Very clean and convenient. Staff was top notch!
- 1/5
The hotel was ghetto.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing!
- 5/5
The room was outstanding, the staff so friendly and the elevators quick! My only concern is the gap between the hotel building and the balcony railing.
- 1/5
The hotel feels outdated and significantly overpriced for the level of service provided. The check-in experience was extremely poor, with unprofessional and unhelpful staff and no sense of hospitality. Despite confirmed booking details and remarks, the room assigned did not match what was reserved. We were given a room that felt poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and below acceptable standards, which directly impacted our stay. Requests and concerns were not handled properly or with care. Cleanliness, comfort, and overall condition were below expectations, and service throughout felt disorganized and inattentive. Breakfast quality was poor, with limited options, subpar food, and slow service. This experience was well below a 3-star hotel standard, especially considering the price paid. We regret selecting this hotel and would not recommend it
- 5/5
First time staying at the Swan, however, I’ve stayed at the Dolphin many times. I loved it just as much as I do the Dolphin, clean, perfect location and friendly staff!!
- 5/5
everything was good
- 3/5
It's not what I expected for such a high price; for the same price I could have stayed at the Swan Hotel New next building.
- 5/5
The room was ok, but the view and the closeness to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. There’s also lots of other transport available to/from Disney parks.
- 5/5
Clean, convenient perfect for our quick weekend trip!
- 5/5
Clean room and very comfortable bed! Excellent!
- 1/5
Worst check in experience was able to check in 3 hours later than 3 pm
- 4/5
Location was great.
- 2/5
The resort is beautiful and overall very nice, Expedia does not explain the added fee of resort charges. Please know they charge 100.00 for incidentals and then 56.00 a day resort fee which is not included when you pay in full thru expedia. The swan is not really for kids and for all the added resort fees you stay on a actual Sisney property for less. I would certainly choose a disney property. The pop up on the site says this is what you pay. NOT TRUE.
- 4/5
The "free" internet only worked for the first day of our 4 day stay. This is not a value resort, so not having internet for our entire stay, should not have happened!!!
- 5/5
Excellent service and professional staff.
- 5/5
My room was clean with a nice walk in shower and large bottles of toiletries.
- 5/5
Good people and great place to stay
- 5/5
Amazing staff. Great on site restaurants. Hotel is clean, updates rooms, super comfy beds and great pillows. Perfect location to the parks.
- 5/5
Hotel is beautiful and walking distance to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios. I was lucky to get a room with a view of the fireworks in both parks. It’s my second year here and it’s the only place I will stay in future costing the Disney parks. Their bus service does not go into Magic Kingdom it drops at the monorail but it is fine, does not add much time to the journey and actually saves on the long walk from the Magic Kingdom carpark where the buses drop off. I left a note for House Keeping that I didn’t need full service I just wanted the daily bottles of water included in the resort fee, they did not disappoint I got lots of water and they left me in peace. I paid for a 4pm checkout which was excellent to keep the room until it’s time to go to the airport and enjoy a relaxing last day.
- 5/5
Immaculate room - friendly staff - a lot of amenities
- 5/5
Always love staying here. The staff is excellent
- 4/5
The biggest problem with property was there were guests that we thought were excessively loud. The rest of hotel was just fine.
- 5/5
A nice way to stay at Disney!
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
Love this hotel so much! Beautifully decorated for Christmas! The rooms are renovated and the facility is just gorgeous! The staff is so kind and helpful as well!
- 5/5
Loved everything
- 5/5
Amenities, location
- 4/5
We stayed here with my 22 month old daughter and it was great. I think this and the dolphin are good places to stay because it is easy to get to epcot and magic kingdom and it was not a bad price. disney is expensive and this is very family oriented and in a good price range. They have grab and go breakfast and restaurants in here as well, but overall it was well maintained, clean and the valet guys were great too. I would stay here again. Thank you! It was magical!
- 4/5
Clear and clean
- 5/5
Excellent hotel
- 5/5
Everything was great!!!
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful !! The staff was welcoming and my room was comfy and clean. The hotel was conveniently located close to all the parks and many different kinds of restaurants. I would truly recommend a stay at the Swan.

- 5/5
Loved everything!
- 5/5
Great resort and staff. Loved our stay
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Nice atmosphere.
- 4/5
No complaints
- 5/5
Spotless room and super helpful staff
- 5/5
Very clean room. Was able to get an upgrade to a resort view. Free unlimited bottled water and tons of perks for enjoying the area and the parks on a budget
- 3/5
The room was possibly the worst location on the property, which I guess is typical for aggregators like Expedia. Better to book directly with the hotel next time. Probably worth the extra $20-$30/night.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Staff was pretty friendly. But not perfect.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable! Perfect for our needs.
- 5/5
Would stay again. Separate sink area allowed more people to get ready at once!
- 2/5
Pretty small room. Paid top dollar and didn’t even have a microwave, also charged me $513 ( $100 every night it took out) when I went to go confront them they stated that it’s just normal fees. If that’s your normal fees maybe you should let the guest know. Parking is EXTREMELY far. No bar, and they also limit you to room service since you didn’t pick the dolphin resort. That’s actually crazy. It’s like them saying (you didn’t spend enough so you can’t get room service food here) I’m not one to complain but when I spend $2300 plus $500 I’d expect a lot more.
- 5/5
This is such a convenient hotel to stay in when visiting Epcot. We had everything we needed and the staff was helpful answering our questions.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel and surroundings.
- 4/5
A bit overpriced but good
- 5/5
Great time. Highly recommend
- 3/5
It’s a decent hotel. But they sock it to you with hidden fees. Their “resort” fee of $50 a night per room is a disgrace! It should be disclosed in the price. It should be illegal to add the resort fee. Then you’ll pay a $45 a night fee for parking. The whole Disney experience is a money grab. Just be sure to add additional fees in your stay at the Swan or any Disney hotel. At some point, the exorbitant costs will crush Disney. It’s over the top. The Swan is a decent hotel. Nothing more or less.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Great option to stay when visiting the Walt Disney Word Resort. The area is beautiful, there are plentiful transportation options and a wide variety of restaurants.
- 5/5
Cleanliness, convenience and service are top notch.
- 4/5
Love this hotel!!!! Always want to come back
- 4/5
Hotel is a bit of a maze, there's also two unadvertised bars at Swan which would have been nice to know. Missed housekeeping everyday. There was a loud noise in the wall.
- 5/5
We LOVE THE Swan and Dolphin!
- 5/5
Always a great choice to stay here. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean and spacious.
- 5/5
Everything great except lady at pool bar was very rude and some grout in bathroom seemed dirty black mold?
- 2/5
The room had a crib in it that we didn't need or order. Housekeeping did eventually remove it. The bathroom was not clean. There were long black hairs all over the shower wall. Glitter all over the bathroom floor The tv didn’t work.
- 5/5
Very clean and nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
We love staying here. Great location. Great service and great price.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful at night. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. The room was cozy and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Great property and location.
- 5/5
Love that the pool stays open till 11pm and that it’s walking distance from Epcot and Hollywood Studios. The transportation to Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom were running all day and night as well. Very convenient.
- 4/5
Not as clean or maintained as I would have thought, for the price. Looks like mold in the showers, and regular debris left on the interior hotel carpets. No lifeguards at the pools, but I forget that this is not actually a Disney hotel.
- 5/5
First time staying here. Had always done a Disney hotel previously. Moving forward will only be staying at the Swan. Love how close it is to Epcot and Hollywood Studios.
- 5/5
Its always great staying at the Swan, I highly recommend it.
- 5/5
Miles Smith made our check-in process so smooth. This was a breath of fresh air after our Universal hotel experiences a few days prior. Hotel is walking distance to Epcot and Boardwalk area. We took Friendship Boats each day - allow more time than you think for the boats because they make several stops.
- 3/5
Pretty
- 5/5
The Swan was a great experience. First time staying there and the room was really nice, clean and service outstanding. Very impressed and I’ve stayed at a lot of premier resorts at Disney and this is the same if not better for us. Thank you for a great experience.
- 5/5
The big disappointment was transportation to the Magic Kingdom. We waited an hour to catch the bus. The bus driver had no idea how to put the ramp out for the electric scooter. 3 men got ofc the bus to carry the scooter on board. When we algor to our destination he didnt lower the bus til I stopped people from getting off. It must of been at least a 2 ft drop. Very dangerous. For that reason I may stay at a Disney hotel in the future.
- 5/5
This was our 4th or 5th time staying at The Swan and everytime, the staff and experience gets better and better! From the moment we got to the property, we were greeted by friendly faces willing to help with anything we needed! The rooms, pools, restaurants are always amazing and we really do feel at home!
- 5/5
The Swan is always a gorgeous place to stay!
- 2/5
My reason for the low rating is the instistsncecof Disney affiliated properties, this one happens to be a Marriott, to price gauge people to death. I’m a platinum BonVoy member. 2 night stay $250 “resort fee”, no complimentary internet, $38/night self parking, and although a great selection of bars and dinning, at least 30-50% above off property dining establishments. Kimono sushi came out to $108 for a skimpy, very good quality, rainbow roll and 3 small pieces of tuna sashimi and 2 cocktails… WTH???
- 5/5
Great place to stay. Had all the amenities and was close to everything!
- 5/5
Great property. Clean , friendly staff
- 5/5
Magical place! So many activities for families!!!
- 5/5
I would recommend this resort property to family and friends.
- 5/5
Clean Room- staff very friendly

- 5/5
Hotel is OK. A bit outdated for the price. Bathroom door was very hard to open or close, cabinet door fell off when the door was opened for the first time. The house keeping did not replenished the tissue box as expected. I had a cold and did not have cleaned tissues to use.
- 5/5
Beautiful and quiet hotel, accessible to theme parks by boat
- 5/5
The Swan is a great crowd. Not a lot of children. A simpler hotel and that is a good thing. Close to a lot but not crazy when you "get home". Enough amenities but other stuff is steps away..... My third time here.
- 5/5
I have stayed there before a few times and I love it.
- 4/5
The access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios was fantastic. To the other parks not so much from the standpoint of returning. You have to go out of your way to get back. Better instructions at check in would be helpful. A bit more friendliness at check in would go a long way.
- 5/5
Very convenient
- 5/5
Amazing stay. The hotel was gorgeous with great amenities. Lots of restaurant and bar choices. Gorgeous pool and outdoor seating areas. Immaculate grounds. Very convenient to parks.
- 5/5
Absolutely love this property it’s amazing!
- 4/5
Conventions happening and the pool bar was closed at the grotto and the other lap pool bar closed at 6 making impossible to get anything to drink near the pool. Otherwise it was a good stay. Loved the property for its amenities and property

AMAZING HOTEL
- 4/5
Was enjoyable stay
- 5/5
Deluxe all around good value for services provided reminded me of what hotel use to be
- 5/5
Cannot beat the price I paid ($215 a night for two queen beds) for the convenience of being in the middle of the EPCOT resorts
- 5/5
Our stay was great. Staff was very nice. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Amazing location and hotel was super clean. Loved our experience!
- 5/5
Everything was amazing we will back soon
- 5/5
It was awesome my kids really enjoyed themselves here!!
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable, refreshing.

- 5/5
Best hotel in Disney!
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay.. will be returning every year..
- 5/5
great
- 5/5
Great location to EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Boardwalk
- 5/5
Beautiful stay
- 5/5
Great hotel, the check in staff that checked us in doesn’t belong in hospitality but the rest of the staff was wonderful.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Close to the parks, beautiful property, lots of family friendly activities within the hotel.
- 5/5
Our first stay here! Definitely not our last. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The surroundings were immaculate and beautiful. It smelled amazing no matter where you were.
- 4/5
We feel that the property was delightful convenient to all of our destinations. We enjoyed it. The environment was wonderful. We feel that the restaurants were a bit overpriced and we did not get much for our value. We had a very unpleasant meal at Kimonos. Our take out order was wrong. This was very inconvenient and disappointing. Other than minor inconveniences, we had a very lovely time at your resort.
- 3/5
staff is friendly overall but poor experience with the hotel management, the manager wont let us check in due to we buy the room from expedia (3rd party) we have to wait in lobby for 2.5 hours to check in due to the hotel error and manager's stupidness .. room is small but its ok the resort fee is expensive and tried to play the paddle boat never open, even in sunny day... however the shuttle and location is wonderful I have to say
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Beautiful resort and centrally located
- 4/5
Housekeeping missed us multiple days but the room and stay was very nice. Would come back again
- 5/5
Great resort - walking distance to Epcot - awesome karaoke bar!
- 5/5
Really great property, everything easy to get to, great pool.
- 5/5
We had a great time at The Swan. Enjoyed our walks around Boardwalk too.
- 5/5
The resort was very nice and the spaces around the hotels were very nice! Very convenient to all of Disney!
- 5/5
Great property !!!
- 5/5
Such an amazing trip and hotel, will be coming back!
- 5/5
Great resort!
- 5/5
The property is well maintained, staff is very helpful and we had a great first time experience. We will be returning.
- 5/5
I like the the Swan because of its location to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The staff are friendly and Monica was so nice when we check in.

- 5/5
Best property ever. This is our third time staying there and I would never change.
- 5/5
Was good yes?
- 5/5
I loved the resort. At the Dolphin restaurant the staff failed to clean about 8 tables and they chose to seat us in the mist of this. Tables were just left completely dirty, full of plates and left over food from prior guests. I took a video of the restaurant because we were in disbelieve that it was kept so filthy. I told a manager and he stated he saw the same thing, he eventually got someone to clean it but his response and the unsanitary appearance was disappointing. I showed the swan's front desk the video and expressed my disbelieve they apologized but were in shock as well.
- 4/5
Must say between valet, and resort fees you are definitely looking at a chunk of money. My stay was two nights and they charged me a bit more than expected. So be prepared because there will be a lot of holds on your credit card. Still waiting to see if some will drop off because they are pending.
- 5/5
CONVENIENT LOCATION NEXT TO DISNEY PARKS, EASY TRANSPORTATION AND ACCESS TO THEM; VERY NICE HOTEL
- 4/5
It a good property but my card declined for bank reason or so but it surprising I step out coming in I don’t have access to my room with my card that a very wrong move to make they could have try to call me or call the room intercom to notify me management should take care of that act pls
- 5/5
It was an amazing stay!!! So close to Epcot, walking distance or took the boat!! Will be back!
- 5/5
Everything is awesome
- 4/5
Wife has severe food allergies. Took care of it all.
- 5/5
What we liked, the hotel rooms, the atmosphere of the hotel, the amenities, the location, transportation to and from parks. What we didn't like, pricing of food.
- 5/5
Nice service.
- 5/5
Fantastic hidden gem of Disney World properties. Quick walk to use another nearby hotels Disney transport was helpful. Loved our stay here. On par with Disney Deluxe resorts.
- 5/5
Great place to take a break. Comfortable, convenient, and well located. For Disney theme parks.
- 5/5
Only disappointment was $50 per day to valet Park plus $50 per night resort fee
- 5/5
Everything about the stay was easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was clean and easy to get to the parks.
- 2/5
Didn’t get a room for 3.5 hours after check in time. Bathroom smelled terrible like mold. Room safe was broken and when I called front desk for them to fix it they said they’d send someone each day and that never happened.
- 5/5
Privileged location, excellent option when going to Epcot or Disney Hollywood studios. Magic kingdom's fireworks can be seen from the property as the park is just 10 min away. Loved the place! And definitely coming back again.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, excellent service and great transportation options to the parks.
- 5/5
Exelent
- 4/5
My wife had an enjoyable weekend at the Swan. The property is a great location for what we wanted to do
- 4/5
The main pool with the waterfall is like a college spring break vibe, not relaxing family-fun like we’d hoped. People drink from plastic cups and metal beer cans and then they’re just strewn about, sometime floating in the pool. It seems there’s not enough staff around the pool and with the afternoon DJ, it’s overwhelming.
- 2/5
We requested room service for linens and general cleaning and they never came
- 3/5
I enter to the parking lot cause I rented a car and they still charged me for the parking. I did not that I have to use the keys and them, I took the ticket and at the exit I used the keys. I’m hoping the property contact me and refound me
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Beware when booking. There are so many hidden/unexpected fees such as parking at $38.00 per day, tourism taxes, more taxes, $50 daily service fees. Room was vacuumed when we checked in, no microwave, they need to have better coffee machines in their rooms. Very appointed mostly about all the extra fees that you are charged each day.
- 5/5
My girls gave it a 10/10 and would love to come back just to stay on property. The Boardwalk was nice and alive with performances and a movie.
- 5/5
Overall, my wife and I enjoyed the one night stay at the Walt Disney Swan hotel We had an amazing time we love this hotel and will be staying there in the near future.
- 5/5
Wonder full experience
- 5/5
Excellent, more affordable option to stay near Disney, without the price tag of those on the monorail. Free shuttles, good cafe, restaurants and the hidden gem - the pool areas! Great for adults at the swan and awesome for families at the dolphin! Highly recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Property is amazing. Clean, updated, and smelled so clean. Amenities were amazing. I would highly recommend and stay here again.
- 5/5
The property provided easy access to Walt Disney Theme Parks, clean rooms and facility and delicious on-site restaurants especially breakfast choices. Lastly, the on-site gift shop is like shopping at one of the Walt Disney Theme Parks. The staff is nice and accommodating.
- 4/5
Facilities and the surroundings are good. It should be great if there will be a dinning meal plan offered on their package.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Valet was $56 and I wasn’t told before pulling up. Surprise fee. You’re welcome.
- 5/5
friendly staff everything was nice clean and enjoyable
- 5/5
Really nice hotel. Transportation provided to Disney Parks & Disney Springs. Nice amenities and activities for the family also good restaurants on site.
- 5/5
Love this property and have stayed here multiple times. We love the access to the Boardwalk and parks. The transportation using the boat is very easy and fun. The hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and check in is usually quicker than planned, so we can get into our room timely. Would book and stay here again and again. Already planning our return for October!
- 5/5
Very impressed
- 5/5
Hotel was great. Great food options and wonderful transportation to the parks. Lots of parking available.
