Good time nice people very clean, but for type of hotel should have many many more microwaves than one in a corner of a laundry room and at least maybe a sign that says where it is at assistant at desk would not show me spent 40 minutes walking whole bottom level of a hotel all for a ham and cheese hot pocket

Bed siding have a mattress protector. Pillows didn’t have protectors. Some that did were covered in yellow stains. Called front desk for a blanket because we were cold and it took over 2 hours. I had to call 3 times to finally get it by 11pm, long after I wanted to go to bed.

Rooms were clean and looked upscale. Bathroom was also clean enough but was expecting better quality from the franchise. Staff was pleasant at checkin but did have a rather sarcastic response to a question. Other than that good experience and would book again. Also great area with lots of eateries and shops within walking distance.

The lobby and room were beautiful. The pool was pretty good. Hot tub was not very hot. The staff was nice but they couldnt find my reservation by name, only by number, but that might have been a miscommunication with Expedia.

We didnt even have the courage to stay the night, this is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel

Only there for a quick overnight sleep, didn't check out any amenities or local spots, but the room was excellent, very clean, bed was very comfortable, 4 large pillows, nice upgraded look to the room and bathroom. Only drawback: views are sub-par if that's something on your list.

Room was lovely and very clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and personable. The housekeeping staff, front desk, bar staff, all of them were wonderful. Very pleased with this stay.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, I-4 and 417. Everyone at reception was exceptionally friendly and professional. Sadly, the room was in poor condition, when we arrived. The bathroom was dirty, with obvious stains on the shower wall and shower door and there was dried up saliva and toothpaste in the bathroom toothbrush glasses. When we informed reception they had housekeeping come back and clean, which was nice but two days later, again our room was not cleaned at all, the beds were not made, towels not exchanged. The state of the bathroom was dilapidated, with the calking around the shower in dire need of a touch up (see photos) and the towel hook detached. We informed reception who sent someone up immediately. Calking was touched up, towel hook not reattached.

When we were checking in, we asked for an ADL room because my friend is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating. Very nice. It’s clean and very comfortable.

Toilet ran constantly and didnt flush right - had to call maintenance 2x. AC wasnt cooling properly - hot in our room and then freezing in hallways.

Room was comfortable but the front desk staff was so so. Breakfast buffet was not worth it. other than that it was fine.

The room was disgusting! There was hair in the shower and on the towels, the floors look like they haven’t been cleaned after many stays, I even wiped up a smudge on the floor and a towel instantly turned brown.

It was not what I was expecting. I know they had a sell out for hotel night before. I rent a room based on HOT TUB and pool. They kept saying they were going to get hot tub up and running NO HOT TUB NO WATER IN IT. . they could have told us that it wasn’t working we would have found another place. Very poor service. I know we had to wait till 4 but getting off cruise in AM MAKES FOR A LONG DAY Disappointed

Hotel was convenient location Heat in room did not work. Room was extremely cold, One of the drapes was not working, one of the lights was not working in the room, Ice maker was not working, and all the hallways were very cold.

The property staff was extremely nice - I was greeted every time I came through the door and was asked (with interest) where I was from by the friendly bellmen. It was very LOUD when a lot of people where in the bar area and they needed a place to spread out, so I only went there one time. My room was quiet and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott in Lake Mary, Florida. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and made sure we had everything needed for a great couples weekend. We will definitely be back.

Neighbors can be easily heard and if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbors then you can’t sleep well. Rooms were not made daily.

Everything about the stay was good. The staff was excellent. The lady who was there 8/9-10/2025 doing the omelettes was so pleasant to my son. She made a dolphin out of a banana for him. He was so happy from the appreciation he actually cried and hoped to see her again. N/a

I like how the property had attractive amenities. And I loved that my room came with room service and complimentary breakfast because the concierge room. I did not like that once the weekend came the property was dirty, guest were really loud and we were asked literally day in and day out for our room number when walking around or going for food downstairs.

Very clean and hosts were extremely helpful and nice. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but wasn't terrible.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Had chocolate on the sheets on one of the beds, but changed them immediately. Chocolate was there before we got there.

Never get room 918. It is across from the cleaning crews lounge and the door is heavy as it shuts. All throughout the night you get startled by the slamming shut of that door.

We where late on getting there.11:00 Got up at 4 am to take shower. We had a early flight. Only one wash cloth. I was furious . 5 star. No excuse.

There beds are super soft and left me with a back ache. They need to update there old used beds. I would never stay at that Marriott again. He checked other rooms and the old beds were the same. Spend some money and give your guest a good night sleep.

Very disappointing. My husband and I just wanted a nice weekend getaway but when we stepped out of the car upon arrival, we could only hear screaming kids from the pool. Trust me, I’m a parent and want all children to have a fun and memorable time. But this was about 75 little league baseball kids aging 9 to 12. Forget going to the pool, all 75 kids were in the pool. Kids were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and taking off running. We’ve stayed here several times and this has happened many times before. Sad, but we won’t be back.

The rooms could have been cleaned a lot better especially the bathroom ( those showers seemed barely cleaned ) , the staff has very slick mouth, & very unaccommodating. Between my calling & arriving I don’t know who got more on my nerves with attitude. If changes need to be made to my account or I want to add my Marriott number to my room order so I can get my points or add a guest to the reservation that should not be a problem because I went through Expedia. Next time I will book through my app like always , if it going to be sure hassle, like it was with this reservation.

The hotel was overall great . Customer service was horrible At first they would not check me in because they said I had to pay for the room + deposit. I prepaid the room and was aware of the $50 deposit . I showed them my confirmation , receipt , and bank statement and they still would not let me check it . I had to have booking customer service contact the hotel to confirm the room was already paid for . First room was dirty sheets , shower, and had an awful smell . Second room was great , comfortable , and clean . Went to get breakfast and was disrespected by the hostess . Spoke with manager and general manager was not pleased with the outcome

There was dust all over the lamps, outlets, walls, and the towels were all different types of white (think dingy, ratty towels you use to clean not dry off with.) The reception staff was kind and friendly and helped get a replacement room. When discussing the replacement room, my only request was “as long as it’s clean” to which the staff replied they couldn’t guarantee that it was clean and to check it thoroughly. The replacement room had garbage already in the bin, but at least was “cleaner” than the last. The ONLY good thing about this stay was the delicious breakfast cafe and the staff who were friendly and kind. I will never stay at a Marriott ever again. To think such inhospitable conditions are normal in the hospitality industry. The room should be clean….

Although the hotel was nice and staff amazing there was an issue with accessing our room due to a key malfunction that the hotel was experiencing. Our stay was for 4 nights and only once did the key work properly. We were constantly going up and down to have a new key issue only to find out that when we did go back to unlock the door it did not work. Maintenance had to let us in several times. A huge inconvenience. Disappointed but staff were doing their best. However the issue lasted out entire stay.

I called on friday requesting an early checkin for saturday as we were attending a wedding and needed to get dressed by 3. I was told no problem there were plenty of rooms available and to be at the front desk at 2. We arrived at 2 and then we were told no rooms available and we ahould have come earlier. The front desk said they would call me when one became available. I waited 30 minutes called down to get a atatus and was being told no nothing available. I pressed the issue and was then assigned a room. It left me with little time to get ready. We own a mariott timeshare and use your credit card always. Do better for your loyal customers!

I loved that it was close to restaurants and highway. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was lovely during the day The noise. Vinyl floors are great for hygiene but noisy when a children's soccer team is above you.

Other businesses in the area. Hotel is ok . But got so much noise from guests next room , so at 3am I had to go to hotel desk to complain and they had no security guard at that time. Got 2 terrible nights.

We got in earlier than expected and asked if it was possible to get checked in our room early, due to having an event we needed to rush off to and wanted to change and freshen up. The front desk receptionist made it happen for us and was very accommodating.

I know i left my 2 chargers plugged in next to the bed and called to ask about them. I was promised a call back but never heard anything.

Hotel is nice and the service is decent. This time I tried to get ice from the Machine and no ice was available, I even went to the other floors. One morning, the hot water was weak.

Kitchen staff seemed understaffed and in result were kind of grumpy but other than that everything was great

I expect a higher level of service from Marriott and this location did not meet it, from not checking use on time to toiletries not being restocked, to waking up to staff singing in the hallway (you can hear all the noises inbthe hallway).

Overall our stay was very good. Only issue is refrigerator in our room did not work.

The night we were there they had an event going on so half of the parking lot was closed off to regular guests but the event section was almost empty. made no sense at all. had to park some distance away. Bar tender was inattentive and forgot or ignored requests. couldn't seem to get salt and pepper but she had time to fawn over an attractive male patron at the bar. finally had to get the attention of a waitress to get our needs met.

The smell of the room gave me a huge headache.

I love that the staff are consistently courteous and professional. Staying here is like my home away from home. It is a comfort to know every time I stay here I am delighted and never regret staying here.

Great location, 15 minutes from Sanford Airport. Hotel is located close to food and shopping.spotlessly clean and comfy.

We came here after a horrible experience at another hotel and honestly I’m so grateful of how clean and comfortable my stay was here. The front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Definitely will come back!

Is there any reason there are no bathroom accessories (i.e. makeup remover, shower cap, etc.?) This is a full service hotel and should provide them.

Shower had hair in it. Gross not enough towels. Hair conditioner needed to be refilled, had none for the 1st shower there. And waited for hours for a check in phone call, never got 1. Had to go to the desk and see if room was available and it was.

The place was awesome, however only one complaint, the room smelled a little like mildew probably because the Ac was not functioning right. Not sure if it was just my room but stayed probably around 74 degrees even when i turned ac down to 65 so. But overall i would give it a 8 out of 10 stars.

Beautiful hotel but have to wait 3 hours to get a room.

The workout and pool areas were clean and very inviting. The parking lot area is well lit and i felt safe during my walk.

Then the heat in our room didn’t work .. the shower wouldn’t drain properly.. smh . An overall “ bad experience” . The room was however modern and clean.

Then only one of three elevators was working, long waits to go into or out of rooms. Front desk with just one person dealing with several users. The hotel is clean and nicely kept, breakfast was good, location was fine as well. If the rooms and elevators will have been in proper order, will give 4 stars

There was only one out three elevators working so it took too much time waiting for an elevator and there is very limited assistance with luggage when checking out on the weekends I am handicapped so assistance with my luggage is very important

I was here before our flight for our honeymoon and the room smelled moldy and the jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff was okay but no extra effort. There were deliveries and trash walking to elevators.

I strongly recommend looking for another hotel; staying here is simply not worth it. The room was dirty, with hair on the floor that stuck to our feet, and even more hair on the bed. I’m not convinced the sheets had been changed. The trash cans didn’t have liners, and the towels were stained. The coffee maker was outdated and barely functional, with no coffee provided, and the creamers were months past their expiration date. The thermostat was the worst issue, it didn’t work properly. It was freezing cold, and we couldn’t raise the temperature. We had to turn it off and sleep bundled up. The shampoo and body wash were in large refillable bottles that looked dirty and unhygienic. The glass cups provided were also visibly dirty. I would never stay at this hotel again, even if they offered to pay me. We only stayed one night, and that was more than enough.
