The couch was absolutely filthy. No hairdryer, shampoo, lotion, tissues ad only 1 roll of toilet paper. Never again

The room was clean. The kitchen was dated, and in need of an update. The property overall was a safe except for a few wandering people that I couldn't tell if they were staying there or not. The property was clean.

The floor was sticky. Bedside lamp didn't work. The bathroom tile was gaping and trapped water underneath cause the shower curtain is also too short to stay in the tub. The kitchenette doors didn't close cause they looked like the hinges were messed up. The air conditioner would randomly turn itself off even though I had it set to constant fan. The TV would randomly turn off while I was watching it. The door didn't close properly because it looked like it had been broken previously. The floor didn't seem swept. Under the bed was disgusting it was full of crumbs that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. I almost debated leaving my lost shoe under there cause it was so gross. When it snowed and rained and the floor got wet the stickiness for soooooooo much worse. Idk if they're using a swiffer wet jet on "wood" flooring or if they're just putting too much cleaner in the solution but the floors audibly make a sticky sound when you walked on them. The towels had orange stains on them so I didn't even use them I just used them to mop up the water that was coming out from under the bathroom floor Everytime I stepped on it after water got trapped under it. Cause the shower curtain is just short enough that it doesn't stay in the tub when you shower and gets water all over the floor unless you point the showerhead at the wall. The showerhead only has one setting and that setting is pain. I have bruises from the water pressure

Lots of dog poo not picked up in grass areas. Floors in room were filthy dirty turned sockes black and any drop of water made floor sticky. No pressure in shower and had to search for hot water. Charging for dishes is ridiculous idea.

The room was not very clean. The staff was nice.
- 4/5
I liked the price and the storage space. I also liked the bathroom sink. I feel like I got what I paid for. I feel like it could have been cleaner in the bath. I saw some soap scum buildup. I also feel like they can upgrade a bit on their beds, but for the price, it was a decent stay.

The room they gave us was filthy unfortunately. There was a case of beer still in the cabinet facets, door nobs, surfaces, chairs, bed sheets, were all smudged up. I cleaned for two hours apon my arrival. Also, on the inside of our front door was the outline of a cross with condensation dripping down from it. Considering ALL of the walls had lines down them dripping from the ceiling which is a well known sign that there is mold.. The staff was definitely keeping an eye out on the place. You can clearly see they're efforts to ween out the hooligans and then the place around. I just wish I didn't feel so disgusting while staying in the rooms. 😑

The room smells horrible I let the door open for an hour to get some air circulation the fridge was so loud the only way to make it stop was to leave it open I want a refund please the gentleman up front was dismissive and not helpful

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, dark, poor staff
- 0.5/5
The bed was scary, it felt like it would collapse if we moved at all, this is the most pared down extended stay I have ever seen. The bed was scary dangerous.
- 3/5
The rooms aren’t too bad. They’re old and outdated a little dirty, kind of misleading for them to have a kitchen set but if you want to use it, you have to pay extra for the plates and silverware and utensils. Never been to a hotel before that you have to take your own bedding down, drop it off and then put new bedding on yourself or a hotel that you have to take your own trash outside to the dumpster. The area is not too bad, but the parking lot is a little bit shady. The rooms aren’t too bad. Looks decent on the outside, should be condemned on the inside. Absolutely filthy!! Smelled terrible, food inside the A/C unit. Worst experience in a motel I’ve ever had. I slept on my son’s couch after the first night of my 3 night reservation. Disgusting!!

Room was not clean and of poor quality. Floor was all vinyl no carpet. Kitchen area was dirty and in poor condition. small bar of soap and 2 thin small towel were the only thing in bathroom
- 0.5/5
Rude receptionist-didnt let us check in because we came at 12:15 even when we booked properly-we had spoken about our logistics earlier- the prick told us they had a night audit n its now cancelled
- 1/5
Check in went great, friendly staff. Room was clean and well maintained. BED WAS SO HARD IT WAS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY SLEEP. You rent a hotel room to sleep, when you can't do much of that, it defeats the purpose of getting a room. Terrible stay.
- 3/5
The property was very old and run down. The rooms were clean and the staff was nice. It was a convenient locations.
- 3.5/5
No ice machine & no hand towels.
- 1/5
The floors were gross and sticky, there was a layer of hair and dust on everything. About 20 hairs in the shower. Pretty sure the sheets were never cleaned. I’ve stayed in 3rd world countries and this was worse.
- 2.5/5
The nicest trap house that I have ever stayed at . My room may have previously been used as temporary housing for the unhoused or an entire crew of oil field workers. The aroma therapy of sweet cannabis enveloped me as the constant soothing sounds of gangsta rap rocked me to sleep. The nice couple living up stairs were very passionate about their mornings, I know this because heard them expressing their feelings to law enforcement before dawn.
- 1/5
By far the worst experience of our lives!
- 2/5
I paid 150 for the night should have been nothing. The toilet had feces stains on it, the counters had food crumbs all over, someone’s underwear was hanging on the rack by the door. Wouldn’t waste my money here
- 0.5/5
Completely unsatisfactory. My family and I had weekend plans in Denver. We had 1 room for 1night, 1 room for 2. Before I got there they sent me pictures of dirty, rundown rooms. They had to go purchase cleaning supplies as everything else was booked.
- 3/5
That said, the north stairs and luggage carrier, were dirty. The chair was torn/worn and the mattress cover was stained. Frequently there were strange ie broken down cars and a renovated bus in addition to smokers of tobacco and marijuana in the parking lot. Also, a simple fix there was nowhere to leave a key if checking out before office hours, 8 am I believe.
- 0.5/5
Check out time doesn’t matter. They disregard their own policies and will walk in your room and throw away your stuff when ever they feel like it
- 1/5
To put simply- bad vibes is the definition of this hotel stay.
- 1.5/5
Cleanliness and the smell of cigarette smoke
- 0.5/5
Lovely staff and helpful No to big I didn’t like
- 3/5
Kind staff, minimal amenities included. Stayed in room 200. Anna at the front desk was welcoming, kind and provided site amenities information. Downside of this stay is few amenities included in the cost of the stay. No hair dryer, no shampoo/conditioner, 1 towel, 1 wash cloth included per person per stay, not per day, no hand towels. Kitchenette, but no dishes provided in room. Bed frame VERY wobbly, supports need tightening. No crime issues experienced during our stay.
- 3/5
I called the front desk right away and was told that there were no King Size accessible rooms and would have to talk to the manager in the morning. Well neither of us slept well because of not being comfortable that we left early. I probably will not stay at another Extended Stay again.
- 2/5
There is a reason it was cheap.
- 5/5
The lady at check in was very quick and very friendly. The check-in maybe took 5 mins. I was pretty quiet and close to transportation. When I got to the room. It had an smell of smoke. The floor was dirty to the point that my gray socks were black after walking in the room. The shower did not have hot water due to the fact that the bathtub handle was pulling out of the wall and would not turn all the way to the hot side. Also looks like the kitchen was water damaged and all chipped up. It was clean but the trim was pulling off and the paint looked like mold was starting to grow.

- 1/5
The room was disgustingly filthy! It reeked of cigarettes as well. I cannot believe you recommended this property!
- 1/5
My room was literally full of cockroaches. The kitchen sink, the floor, the bathroom. I put all of my food and trash in the refrigerator to try and help but they even climbed on the water bottle I was drinking from. I woke up with one crawling across my arm in the middle of the night. It was awful. The floor was sticky like it was mopped with a dirty mop. I have never been in a dirtier place. The staff did not hassle me when I ask to check out early and were very helpful to get me a refund. They were very apologetic but didn’t seem surprised. I couldn’t leave fast enough. Never again.
- 5/5
Total awsomeness
- 2/5
The room was very dirty, we were given one (crushed) bar of soap, there was hair all over the shower, we wore shoes in the room because the carpet was a mess, there was food wrappers stuffed behind the nightstand, and the walls were very thin so we could hear the people next to us talking at regular volume.
- 5/5
All wonderful.
- 4/5
Kinda funky people staying there. Otherwise, good.
- 1/5
The Management for this company needs to be better trained on customer service and overall. The first room was disgusting, not cleaned and refrigerator was not working.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing
- 3/5
bad maintance bath room
- 1/5
Reserved a King room, was notified upon arrival no King rooms were available. Was not offered any compensation for them not honoring the reservation. The room in an extended stay hotel typically has dishes, etc. for use. There was NOTHING here not even facial tissue. I would NEVER stay at this location again.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent. Area was Noisy with a lot of traffic.
- 4/5
Close to where I was going. Room was pleasant. Met my needs.
- 1/5
Staff was rude
- 1/5
Would not recommend as a single woman- the doors all face the street. Didn’t feel super safe.
- 5/5
Tucked away and quiet. Except for the neighbors next to me at one point brought dogs in and it sound like a fight was going on so loud my friend on the shower was yelling to make sure I was okay

At reception Anna, wanted my partners id, after getting all I said was you should put that on your web site, so customers are not inconvienced. She than got into an argument with me. It was the worst possible check in ever! Anna should never be in customer check it. Rather let her clean rooms. The microwave was non functional, and only got replaced an hour before we checked out
- 3/5
Found a used plastic cup behind trash can in bathroom, so cleaning was questionable. Had to ask for shampoo and soap as there wad none in bathroom. Weird place and not happy with inconveniences for the price i paid.
- 4/5
Over all clean and nice. Good location
- 1/5
Not a family environment . An extended stay property tends to attract “not so savory” people . My mother was fearful of her safety due to issues with the surrounding guests . The employees were nice and made it right by issuing a refund for our stay .
- 5/5
The trash dumpster was overflowing for days. The water for the shower took 10 minutes to get hot.
- 1/5
Room had overwhelming dog pee smell. Bathroom was very dirty. Didn't stay, and wasted my money.
- 1/5
Mold in room hair on bed, people selling meth in parking lot Harassing guest, no one at front Desk from 11pm- 9am , abd no where to drop key for guest checking out early
- 5/5
Very nice place
- 5/5
staff here is always very nice my go to place to get away sometimes.
- 5/5
Reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and tidy. I had a service dog with me and they gave me no hard time whatsoever unlike most places. Check in was easy and room was quiet. I'll definitely be there again.
- 2/5
Had to leave after the first night, killed multiple roaches.
- 3/5
not really a one night stay environment
- 1/5
We ended up not staying as we were not aware that they didn't supply any plates, knives, dishes etc. All that was there was a fridge and an oven and beds.
- 3/5
Very old condition. Tv didn’t work until we went to front desk to figure out remote(we know remotes normally)! Dog hair on floor. We had no dog. Bed was ok. Reception was nice
- 1/5
My first room wasn’t cleaned when I came in…food and trash everywhere. So they put me in a different room. That room had multiple bugs in the bathroom. Called and asked if the could do anything…said there wasn’t any other open rooms. As I was checking out, I asked for a manager to call me about my horrible stay, it’s been over a week and still no one has called. Will never stay here again. If I could give it a score between 1-10 it would be a negative 20.
- 2/5
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room needed to be updated. Low water pressure. Bathroom light was pitiful. Mattress was disgusting, i ended up putting my blanket over the bedding
- 2/5
Elevator had strong, unpleasant odor all weekend with a very sticky floor. At no point did housekeeping clean our room or even knock on the door to attempt to clean our room and we didn’t have any do not disturb sign up or anything. Everything in the room was old, warn down, and half working, and the top two drawers would not stay closed. Volume options on the TV are basically muted or makes your ears bleed. Our rooms floor was pretty gross, and there is no tissue.
- 2/5
Cramped room not clean...beds uncomfortable...linens limited.

Had a room booked and showed up after work late in the evening to find the office closed with a note on the door saying they were overbooked and then they tried to not refund me
- 1/5
Expedia advertised kitchenette with pots, pans and kitchen ware for this hotel. There is new management and now you have to buy pots and pans at $40 a pop and they recommended going to a discount store to pick up paper plates and utensils. The front office was cramped, the parking lot had customers hanging out in their cars. Did not feel safe. I contacted the hotel directly (earlier in the day) and there was no mention of any charges. Plus we arrived 1 1/2 hrs after cancellation charges, so we were stuck paying for a room that we didn’t stay in. They told me it was a third party reservation and there was nothing I could do. Would Expedia refund me the charge??
- 2/5
The room was basically empty. No coffee maker. No shampoo. Bed only had 2 pillows. No extra blankets. It was kitchenette and it had 0 utensils or dishes. Lots of people up at all hours shutting doors and making noise. I should have slept in my car. Trash under the bed.
- 1/5
In our room, there was no soap, no Shampo, and so on. Finally, in the bathroom, I found several hairs around the tubes, and it was not clean at all, and the tub was ugly and dirty; we stay in Chicago for an extended stay in America
- 1/5
No manager was available and i was very upset. The clerk was unreasonable and shouldn't deal with the public for a living.
- 2/5
They had an elevator
- 2/5
No hot water
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Boyfriend and I needed a place to stay last minute. It was cheap and the front desk agent Hayleigh was amazing and very kind. The room was…ok? There was a bug problem. It wasn’t bed bugs or roaches or anything just like a weird bug we couldn’t identify and they were all over dead and alive. We slept on top of the covers. Room had a lingering smell of smoke. Kept our things on the table and off the floor. I’ve stayed in worse scarier places but for the price and the time crunch we dealt with it. A reminder this is an extended stay so there’s a lot of people who live in this place weekly. Nothing wrong with it but I got a sketchy vibe from a few people in passing so just be aware of your surroundings and leaving valuables in your car and such.
- 1/5
Such properties should be investigated and take off of Expedia. This property is unclean, smelly, and the room that was assigned to me had bugs. I was unable to sleep in the room as there was many bedbugs crawling around, so I was forced to sleep in my car 2 hours after checking in.
- 1/5
I showed up and their was a sign on the door saying to contact my third party and get a refund. They apparently didn't want to staff their hotel, so the office was closed, and my wife and I ended up sleeping in a car at a truck stop. When I had a VERY important meeting the next morning I needed to be in top shape for.
- 1/5
Not so good. Jumping spider looking bugs all over entry door. Some inside crawling on walls. Did Not Stay.
- 1/5
Room was not clean and for 3 people they gave us 2 towels and when we asked for another one Anna at the front desk acted very rude !! Will never stay at this location again
- 1/5
Did not allow me to check in. My flight was delayed 1 hr. They marked me as a No show, charged me a large no-show fee, and was unable to reverse the charge, because computer was in "night audit mode". I asked them if they could provide me the room for the night, since it was available, and they said they could not make any new reservations, as system was in Night audit mode. They told me to leave the property and find somewhere else to stay. Mind you this was one o'clock in the morning am. So I had to walk with my luggage to another hotel

Other than the areas cleanliness its a good place to stay
- 5/5
Rooms are always clean and comfy and I love that. What I don't like at all there's people right side our door at all hours of night/ early morning talking, laughing it sounds like they are in the room with me
- 5/5
I needed a place for one night in the Lakewood area and this Extended Stay America was my choice. It was in a convenient location, the price was reasonable, checking in was quick and easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.
- 3/5
Well, we lost power at our house and didn't want to sleep another night in the cold, so we chose this place to stay. It wasn't bad for the money, but we were greeted just outside the lobby by a big pile of dog poop! Bring your own coffee because they don't supply coffee.
- 4/5
Fairly good price and the location was good. Just didn’t like that there was too sketchy of traffic going around the block.

- 4/5
everything was great. just not as clean as it could've been. toilet gad a little something on it and the cooking area didnt seem to well cleaned
- 5/5
Fast room, beautiful layout within the room.
- 3/5
It’s an extended stay, you can only expect so much… I was looking for cheap and clean. It was exactly that… shower was lukewarm at best, no hair dryer (I was told this is normal for an extended stay)… They offer coffee in the lobby but no creamer… definitely some sketchy stuff going on in the parking lot… the snowplow plowed in my car, it took a bit to dig out by hand… all things aside, it was cheap and clean.
- 1/5
There were many VERY dirty surfaces in my hotel room and they looked like they had never been touched since the previous guest check out. Two of the lights did not work at all. It was very very noisy as I could hear every cough and sniffle from the person above me.
- 3/5
I had issues with my bank and the payment did't go trouht.
- 4/5
The shower curtain was dirty and the tv was a pain to work but that’s my only complaint. The bed was comfy and they were able to accommodate me on short notice
- 1/5
Hailey was great. Seemed embarrassed of room uncleanliness. 1st room has infestation in bathroom. Some sort of black fly looking thing all over the floor. I get on the room phone and am talking and look down and chewing gum is stuck to the mouthpiece. Nice with covid numbers going up. A maggot in the drawer. Told Anna (I believe) who informed me she couldn't do anything and I was stuck there all night. Couldn't sleep in car due to - degree temps. 2nd room, phone wasn't working (I had forgotten cell phone). Tell front desk girl who informed me rudely they'd try. I said I didn't feel safe staying in a room with no phone for emergencies, to which she replied I told you we'll try. I come back to office and Billy, who I thought was wonderful at the time, handed me a brand new phone and said plug it in it should work. No. He actually got me a room. Great. NO. 3rd room in less than 1/2 my time there and I haven't complained or been rude. I lay down and finally get rest. Wake up to a weird vibratng, stinging all over under my clothes (I am on top of the bed). Leaving a lot out, I go see Billy who says I'm off property and proceeds to get a little unstable when I question Extended Stay gave me bugs and is kicking me off property. I got screamed at. No apologies except thank you for letting us know we have a problem. I HIGHLY recommend staying at a shelter before ES as they will be cleaner and friendlier. Look up midges, thankfully they didn't follow me, but they could you!
- 1/5
Hotel staff were extremely rude, hotel fire exit doors to stairwell were broken and the hole building had a grossn rotten smell to it,I wouldn't recommend. Spend your money else where.
