the hotel was good ( a bit pricey for the location) and it was nice to have storefronts and restaurants nearby. We did a short stay so we didnt take advantage of much the hotel offered, but the breakfast on the weekend was much better then I'd hoped and staff was very nice.

Very few limited selections on breakfast. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. We didn’t use the kitchen as we only stayed overnight.

This is an interesting combination of a high end hotel while also laid back. Everything is immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable, even the pull out sofa. Close to great shopping, dining and parks. Pet friendly. Wonderful complementary breakfast. Very safe and secure

The stay was amazing and I loved how there was a target right behind and there’s a lot of restaurants near by. The hotel itself was amazing, staff cleaned up the room perfectly. Breakfast was delicious but I wish they had waffles. Parking was alright because there’s a random Target section of parking that I wasn’t sure if I should park there or not. Overall experience was amazing and will definitely come back.

We stayed during a period of renovations so we couldn’t use the gym and the dining area/ bar was under construction. The pool did not look clean so we didn’t use it. However, the location was amazing. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was amazing, clean and spacious. We loved having a kitchenette. The bathroom was amazing and the shower was so big and spacious. We really loved our stay here.

The breakfast service was excellent, the accommodations were superb, and all necessary amenities were conveniently located within walking distance. Furthermore, parking facilities were readily available and hassle-free.

We got there early from our flights and they had rooms available and let us check in early into our rooms! So accommodating because that helped us get settled and be able to start enjoying our vacation with our family. All the staff was very nice, the location is EXCELLENT, restaurants and shopping was all super close that we could walk to a lot of it. We really enjoyed our stay.

I arrived early and was immediately greeted and allowed to go to my room. The staff was wonderful. My room had a great shower and was clean. The breakfast was great and a lot of food. Highly recommended.

My stay at the Hyatt was amazing. My room was so clean it felt like I was the first person to stay there. The woman at the front desk was so kind and made check in so easy. The hotel seemed newly renovated and smelled to clean. They also keep all the doors locked (accessible with your key card) so I felt extremely safe. There was a lot to do nearby and several places to eat and shop. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!! I will be going back!

As a celiac, it was very upsetting to know that the bacon, eggs and potato were not gluten free when its very simple to make them so by simply not cross contaminating them or just having gluten free cereal or granola. The room was also not clean, remnants of food in the microwave, dirty sheets on the sofa bed. Hotel is also currently undefgoing refurbishment and so the gym equipment was all unplugged with various contrctuction machinery in the way and dust everywhere

Please double-check that the room you receive matches the room you booked. In my case, I booked and paid for a King Studio Suite with Kitchen and Sofa Bed, which should have 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed. However, when I checked in, I was given a King Room with only 1 king bed. For a family with two small children, this was not suitable and caused a lot of inconvenience. At check-in, after payment, the front desk did not tell me there was any room change. I only noticed the problem after I entered the room and checked my booking again. After that, I had to go back to the front desk and discuss the issue several times before I got a more reasonable solution. First, the hotel said I could get a full refund. But it was already around 6 PM, we had two small children with us, and I had work the next day, so finding another hotel was not realistic. Second, after I said this was not acceptable, the hotel offered 5,000 Hyatt points. I was also told that if I had not been a Hyatt member, this option would not have been available. Third, I explained again that the room was not suitable for four people, and I suggested changing rooms the next day. The hotel agreed. Fourth, I also said that I should not pay the King Studio Suite rate while staying in a King Room. The final offer was a $10 discount per day. In the end, I do not think I received fair compensation for the inconvenience and the room mismatch. Most of the staff were polite and kind, but I was disappointed with the management and the way this situation was handled. Location was going through remodeling. Long wait for elevator and a few sections in the lobby were closed.

We arrived during renovation and our room was not ready until 9:00pm a bummer especially when we had plans for dinner so we were unable to change our “airport” clothes and ended up changing our dinner venue BUT the staff was amazing and accommodating… Penny and her night crew were very friendly and Lance was on it when the tv wasn’t working we will be back because of their professionalism and courtesy

Hotel was undergoing a big update. Our room was newly renovated. Was very nice. Big enough, had a little kitchen and couch area and bedroom area. Almost a suite. Staff friendly. The lobby was being redone so stuff was moving around as they did work. But it wasn't loud, no biggie.

They actually had decent food today There was no towels in the swim area. they charged me a 200 fee for no reason. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. There was no ice tray to get ice the room had stains on the floor. The hotel staff is absolutely awful. There was four kids that belonged to a staff member in the pool area alone running around splashing and jumping in all 4 at the same time. The room says 516 square ft the room was maybe 300 no way it was that big so they are scamming people on the room size!!

The hotel was so loud we usually celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas morning here and it's never this bad banging all night. No toilet paper in our bathroom. 6 people requested and only 2 towels in the room. Bedding looked so dingy and old. The shower is chipped and gross. The pool was discolored. Couldn't sleep no extra blankets or pillows . Went for breakfast at 830 and there was nothing left and no bacon they said they ran out ??? The food is awful I don't believe a homeless person would want to eat what they had left.

One roll of toilet paper. Water was out when we planned to prepare for our event.

This hotel was off the charts great! Staff were very courteous; they clearly cared about the clients. Really good service attitude. Cleanliness was as good as I’ve seen in a downtown hotel. Breakfast was also exceptionally good for selection and quality. If you are near downtown Denver this place is hard to beat! Also gobs of stores and restaurants in the immediate area.

I absolutely love this hotel. The location was perfect. We came in to see our new first grand son. The location was perfect from our son just a few minutes away. The rooms were nice and clean love the kitchen and the digital blinds. We had a wonderful view of the mountains. Everyone was very nice. Coming from Florida the air was very dry and they brought us up a fan . Only complaint would be the breakfast. I would prefer a better variety.

We stay here every year and generally love it. The building is nice and there surrounding shopping center has many options and is very pretty during the holidays. This time, however, was less than great- when we got to our room our trash cans were full of trash and dirty diapers. There were dishes left in the dishwasher. The second day of our stay the hot water went out, and was not fixed before we left 5 days later.

The Hyatt House was a spectacular stay from start to finish. We were so pleasantly surprised to pull up to the front of the property to find a street strung with lights right as the snow started. The front desk staff was so pleasant and helpful at check in, checkout, and when making an adjustment extend to our stay due to the weather. The hotel itself is clean and well appointed, large windows downstairs give you a wonderful view of the festive street outside while you enjoy a meal, a drink, or a game of pool at the lobby pool table. The room was spacious and exceeded expectations and I know I keep mentioning the street but seriously laying in bed and looking out the window at the lights in the snow was just lovely. There is so much to do and see within walking distance of this property - restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and the most beautiful outdoor ice skating rink I’ve seen. We had an absolutely fantastic time and highly recommend a stay here.

We could not have been more tickled with this property, the staff or the location! Nicest stay we've had in some time & one we intend to repeat. Luxe shower, tasty breakfast, accommodating staff, well appointed room, easy parking. I could go on, but you get the idea. Great choice!

We have stayed here multiple times over the past two years and our room is always clean, the staff always friendly. We will be staying here again in the near future! I would have given 5 stars but they were having trouble with their hot water which was resolved before our stay was over. Chalked it up to shtuff happens, especially around holidays.

Overall was very happy with our stay at this hotel. Great location, next to many stores and restaurants and close to all attractions. Target and Whole Foods were located in the back parking lot which was very convenient....and Walmart was a three minute drive. The breakfast every morning was included and was very good, with a variety of hot and cold options. The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The pool was nice but like most hotels the water was too cold to enjoy a swim....my only little complaint. The area around the hotel is very safe and decorated with lights, very nice to walk around to the stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Denver.

Free Parking behind the hotel with back entrance was very convenient. Front desk staff went out of their way when trying to link up our tablet with WiFi. Unfortunately the tablet was too old and never linked. Maria, our housekeeper accommodated our extra coffee pack requests after preparing a little meal in our room's kitchenette (stove with 2 burners, full size Frig and sink). Location perfect to visit cousins and when taking little day drives around the Denver area. Will definitely return to the Hyatt!

Absolutely loved staying here! My 1st time and most definitely want to go back. Staff was friendly, loved the pool table out front and the room was amazing.

Checking in was a bit odd, since there is not an obvious place to park, other than in the street in front of the hotel during check in.

When me and my husband arrived, front desk person didn’t tell us that suite was shower for disabled people , we tried to shower but water wasn’t working that was because we don’t know how shower operate for disabled people, we do see little stool their but we cannot resolve why is there and also we cannot turn thermostat from cooling to heat , it was 10:45 pm. and I was not sure can we still report problem or not . We wait till morning and went to front desk to report issue. The lady told me she will send maintenance man around 9:00 am. No one show and me and my daughter went again to front desk , the lady told as what I mentioned up on this note , maintenance man come and fix thermostat . We also paid $466.00 dollars for that unpleasant situation and very poor service. I will leave my phone number and I am wishing someone higher will call me and we can resolve that issue. Everyone was very friendly and kind and very helpful. This could be a fault of my own, room didn’t get cleaned even when the sign was off, and noticed some stains on pillow and bedding. Not a huge deal breaker but was a shock.

They have a problem with their laundry facilities, it is extremely loud and shakes the room if you are near it.

Back again..as usual I stay every other month or two. Got in late for a one night stay this time. Was up graded to a one bedroom suite which was great, but it was a handicap room and didn’t know that until I got in room. Shower I did not care for at all and would not want that again- hate shower curtains! Gross! One of the reasons I stay here is because of the glass door showers so it was disappointing when I seen a curtain and handicap amenities. Not sure why I was put in this room? Maybe they ran out of the type of rooms I booked and because I got in so late I was just put in the handicap room? Not sure anyways good enough for one night but definitely would not want that for more than a night. It was very noisy all night but again I don’t usually stay on the second floor.

Room was nice. It was nice to have a little couch but was set up at a weird angle to watch tv or read. I dint like the barn door in the bathroom but I know that is the trend. The shower was nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby which was great. Got coffee at Starbucks in the target. Breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs were burned and rubbery. Potatoes were only sort of cooked and not brown and crispy. I had a pastry that seemed wet and soggy. The bread choices were not great. Only blueberry bagels. Had an English muffin that was poor quality. The sausage was good. The yogurt parfait was the best breakfast item. I would probably go out to eat if I stayed here again.

The staff were excellent. They clearly work hard. The room had stains on the window coverings and had a weird mix of high quality (good coffee pot and glasses) and Super 8 (soap bar with no holder, no make up mirror).

We stayed for two nights . The room was large and very nice. It was weird that there was a microwave in the cabinet with no place to plug it in to use. So it was unusable unless you wanted to pull it out of a high cabinet and search for a plug. I found the staff to be pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for getting to the concerts at Red Rock. Only 15 minutes away! Lots of shopping, movie theater, and restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to Golden, Boulder, Idaho Springs, etc.

Location is superb! So many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were nice, staff was helpful. Very comfortable, we’d stay there again if in the area.

Nice Hyatt in a convenient area of town! Several of the touted restaurants nearby have closed, as it seems Belmar no longer draws shopping and dining crowds. We were happy with the comfortable suite and easy parking across from a Target.

Very nice lobby and room. We arrived around 12:30 and the room was ready but they charge $25 to check in early. Check in is at 3:00. I was not fond on the money grab when the hotel wasn’t busy.

We arrived earlier than check in timing and was told that we could check in with no mention of fee. Was given a room beside laundry room. Washer and dryer completely vibrated the entire room at night and at 7am in the morning. Air conditioning was terrible. Expressed my concern during check out and was told nothing could be done except remove early check in fee that I was never made aware that it existed.

Bathroom wasn't up to safety standards. Shower stall floor no grip ... very slippery 2) toilet too low and no room for safety grab because of ridiculous sliding door which was too heavy. 3) No table 4) Refrigerator wasn't bolted down and almost fell on my wife when she tried to open door which wasn't fitting correctly.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Suites came with a full kitchen and stocked with all of your basic dinnerware, utensils, pots and pans, microwave. Lots of entertainment easily walkable in the area.

Room was a little beat up. Target next door was handy but parking lot was pretty full bc shared with Target. It was just ok.

Hotel was in a great location. We stayed there to be close to Redrocks. Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly that worked there.

Great option on the west side of Denver, which allows for great accessibility to the mountains. The staff was friendly and the area around the hotels offers many dining options. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The lobby is well kept and had comfortable meeting areas. The gym had a variety of machines available and the rooms are spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will absolutely book again next time we're in Denver! Beautiful view of the mountains from our room was a bonus! Breakfast was enjoyable each morning, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and as advertised. Walking distance to many things, including fabulous restaurants.

Not what I expected. The hotel is in a borderline not-so-great area of Lakewood even though I used to live in Lakewood just over a year ago. Back in 2023-2024 it was a very nice area, convenient to stores, dining, and other desirable shops. But there was something that’s changed over the last year and a half that I was not expecting. Sad to see. The accommodations were satisfactory and the breakfast was ok, not great. I would probably choose another hotel closer to Littleton in the future.

I've stayed here a few times over the years. The hotel is very well maintained and nice, with good controlled access. It is "downtown" in the Belmar area but I've never had issues finding parking and the parking is free. There's lots of food options nearby and the water pressure in the showers is to die for!

Very clean room. You have the amenities for your stay. Full kitchen, microwave. There’s a Target store across the parking lot. Highly recommended. When I travel to the Denver area that’s where going to stay

I wish my trip would have been longer. It was so comfortable. Hyatt is doing something right to retail Penny at the first desk- always welcoming and helpful.

Both hotel and our room were clean and quiet. Spacious and clean breakfast area, good choice of breakfast options. Staff was polite and welcoming. For improvement: one day our room was not serviced, and they forgot to empty the trash basket under the kitchen sink for the last 3 days (thankfully, there were 2 other baskets in the room). Once we saw a cigarette butt on the floor in the hallway on our floor. Also, the hotel shares the parking with Target. Once we returned at 8pm and barely found the very last inconvenient parking spot. It wood be better to reserve more parking spots for the hotel. In general - we loved our stay and definitely would return; and I recommend this hotel.

The room was nice. It’s very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Also, convenient to Colorado Christian Univ. campus.

Young man in wheelchair checked us in and helped us another time after losing my sunglasses. We had to checkout a day early due to illness and the gal at the front desk told us she went ahead and refunded us a night. Everyone was so helpful. Downside: walls are very bery very thin.

Love this hotel. We stay here anytime we are in the Denver area
