There was a leak on the bedroom it was fix but nothing was offered or said for the inconvenience

It served it's purpose. Clean amd dry and not outside. It was a nice space and very affordable. Was not the Ritz, but we did not pay for the Ritz.

Overall the room was clean but the mattress was hard and you couldn't see the TV cause it was very dim but my stay was good.

The 2 men at the front desk were very friendly!! Room was fairly clean. A little dingy/dated inside and out. Pool was under maintenance until Monday, which we had planned to take a dip:( they may want to update booking sights to show pool is unavailable. Also there were multiple bugs in the room. Figured it out in the morning when about half inch opening between bottom of the door was leaking sunlight in. But for a place to just rest your head 12 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater perfect place to stay if you don't want to spend a bunch.

To start with the room was supposed to be non smoking and wreaked of cigarette smoke, we had to ask for towels which we were told they only had one. The air conditioner didn’t work, the tv didn’t work and the shower head was placed in such a way it leaked out of the sub par shower curtain. It was awful. We paid for two nights with insurance and we’re not abler o get a refund with insurance because we didn’t have photos. Visit for yourself and you will see that this place is beyond run down and not well kept up.

I reserved a room through Orbitz, had a confirmation and itenary number, reported to secure my room and was denied access due to them being over booked with many major events happening in Denver, Co. I showed my proof of purchase, in full, and was told that was my problem to take up with Orbitz because they were "over booked" and I wasn't going to get a refund from them. I requested a business card by which to prove to Orbitz that I was not the one who negated the contractual agreement and they would not accommodate me. I argued this case with Orbitz for 1 1/2 hours at 11:00 at night. They tried to reach out to Motel 6 and they would not answer the phone. I ended up having to sleep in a car because I could not get this resolved and lost out on the opportunity to secure another room in the area before they were all sold out. This was the WORST experience I have ever had at a motel and the 3 people in line in front of me were also turned away even though they had reserved the room in advance. This very much so felt like a scam. While I fought with Ortitz, I could have still "reserved" a room at this Motel 6 on the Orbitz sight even though they told me they were already "Overbooked." Thus, they continued to take the money from a sold-out city and left them to fight with their booking company. AWFUL!! BEWARE!!!!

They double booked me and I was left stranded without a room for the night. There was a line of people out the door with double bookings. It’s an old run down motel. Hence why there is no deposit needed. Staff didn’t want to help resolve the matter. They just shrugged their shoulders or wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia was trying to call them to resolve the issue. Will never attempt a booking here again.

You get what you pay for. Good location. Room didn't have a remote or blankets. Just sheets. Zero convenient outlets in the room either, all across the room from the beds. Nice shower.

Never stayed there. Hotel over booked when we got there. Front desk person was empathetic and nice. Ended up sleeping in our car :-(

We had a terrible experience at this motel. The front staff should never have put us in this room. This was a non smoking room. As soon as we walked in the smell of smoke was so bad that it was hard to breathe. The smoke detector was taken apart, cigarette burns on the sheets, handle bars torn off. The door had been kicked in. Dead bolt was broken and door didn’t lock at all, the room number on the door was ripped off. The room was not cleaned at all. The last straw was poop smeared on the bathroom wall! We should have complained right away but had to bring our kids to red rocks theater for a concert. When we came back the noise and suspicious activity near and around the room were so bad. The front desk staff refused to give us our money back. Didn’t even say sorry! He told us the rules can’t change and no refund because it’s been more than an hour! He didn’t care. He finally said the best he could do is give us a different room. The new room was better but still dirty and the noise all night long was horrible. We were on vacation and got no sleep! NEVER AGAIN! I will still fight for my money back!

Grateful for them taking us in last minute. The fan unit was inoperable in the room we stayed in making the room quite uncomfortable. We booked a second night the next morning and they could not find our itinerary anywhere. Needless to say we canceled and are awaiting a refund in full. Other than that the employees were very professional. This location has stepped it up compared to years prior. Great place to get some sleep in a pinch. And very budget friendly. Free pets as well is a lifesaver. Laundry room was clean and everything worked as though it should.

First of all they did not have a room when I arrived and also told me that my card was declined by hotels.com which I new was not right. After chatting with a rep from hotels.com which I had to do standing at the check in window where there are no chairs (I am disabled and have the use of only one hand) the clerk finnaly said something in not very good English and handed me a key thru the slot in the window. I went to the room which had no tv, no towels and the heat/ac did not work. I was exhausted from the day so I played down on one of the beds and tried to rest for a while. There was all kinds of commotion going on in the parking lot so that did not work. Finnaly I just got back in my car and drove on to the place where I had a meeting and napped in my car until time to see who I was there to meet. I stay in a lot of hotels and honestly I have never experienced anything like this before. Especially when I booked through this website. I have not looked yet to see how much I was charged or anything like that and it really does not matter. That particular hotel should not even be a option on the web site, I do not know how a hotel gets listed here but I would suggest that they do a better job of selecting the properties they list. I have 25+ years in the hotel and hospitality industry and I have never seen a property so poorly managed and maintained and still be allowed to have a license to operate. There is clearly a breakdown somewhere in the system.

I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone. You can black list this location from EXPEDIA.

Cable to tv was cut. Phone didn’t work. Asked for a wake up call and receptionist didn’t know what that was. Wake up call didn’t happen and didn’t make a very important meeting. I will never stay at motel 6 again.

Very dirty and rooms are terrible. Pictures online look much better than the property actually is. Switched to multiple different rooms and all of them had problems. One with leaks and mold, TV not working in another, doors not closing etc. Terrible smell in rooms as well.

The room I ordered had a refrigerator and microwave. What we did not get was no refrigerator no microwave and no towels we were also got to the room and the bathroom light did not work I told Steph and they said they would have maintenance out tomorrow to fix it then tomorrow came and no one fixed it and I asked about towels and they said we had to wait till 2:00 p.m. to receive them and we were out and about and never had any towels dropped off for were told about it maintenance never came to fix it light it was never offered and another room staff was pretty rude they said that all the lights were out in most of the bathroom so it wouldn't be a point to change rooms that was pretty unsatisfied with our stay and it was not ideal especially trying to shower in the dark very dangerous. Not getting towels had to use their own no good customer service I mean I shouldn't have to go down and get my own towels every time at a certain time of the day when I was prepare to just have fully stocked towels and at least have the courtesy of staff to drop some off or offer some kind of kind of communication about also the lighting let alone the towels. I am very disappointed in this stay and I bought a bunch of food before I came and we had no refrigerator or microwave to use it so it all basically went bad and that was a waste of money. And the customer service I received was the bare minimum and seem to always have an attitude when asked about anything.

I stayed one night before a medical procedure. At check in (3:15pm) I was told that I needed to wait for the manager to come over with the computer password. When I was finally checking in, they charged me the walk in rate even though I had a reservation for less money (about $15 more). I paid it to not cause a scene. As soon as I got to the room, I noticed it was very dated. Doing a walk through, I noticed there was no bath towels or fridge for my medicine. I went back to the front desk and there was a note stating that they were away and to come back later (so I never got a towel). The bed had springs poking me all night, and the neighboring room started fighting around 2am. The neighbors tried to break open the door joining the rooms, but were unsuccessful. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep and will definitely not return.

They said I had to call park in and get a refund. when I called to get my money back, park inn said they could not give me a refund. what a scam! this was also the rest of my money in my account and I had to try and sleep in my car! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I just want what is right- my money back since I never stayed here and was fully charged! DO NOT TRUST PARK INN

Our stay at this location was very disappointing and felt unsafe. When we arrived, there were police surrounding the building, and several homeless people hanging around outside. The room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. The smoke detector had been ripped off the wall, there were holes in the walls, and the bed was pushed right up against the heater. The sheets and blankets had black hairs all over them, which was very unsanitary. After seeing the condition of the room, we didn’t feel safe or comfortable staying there and decided to leave right away. I would not recommend this location.

The staff was great but the room left much to be desired. My bed had hairs in it, the bathroom vanity was falling apart, and the TV remote didn't work. It was cheap though.

It’s wasn’t the cleanest place, bed was fine but bathroom was missing the exhaust cover exposing all the dust in the fan, shower curtain missing hooks, shower floor dirty.. random stains on walls. The sink counter top was on an angle like falling off the wall.. it’s was quite sketchy wouldn’t recommend for a solo trip.. I asked for extra towels a few times.. got nothing just the original bath towel a hand towel and a floor towel.. it was quite loud too.. between cars and random people talking loudly

The floor has some sort of smudge spots all over it. Shower had hair in it. There were drink rings on the desk. There were tenants blasting gangsta rap music throughout the night.

The TV was nice and staff was friendly. The room itself had paint all over the floor, we were missing a lampshade, the room smelled like smoke, and I could go on. Not great quality.

Considering the price and location it's not bad. Probably don't bring kids if you can avoid it.

The room itself wasn’t bad, but it stank like wet dog. We also had no Toilet paper,& enough towels for everybody. The older women working the front was nice,& gave us the things we didn’t have in the room (TP/Towels) and it’s pretty ghetto in the nearby area. Would most likely not stay again

In my room, someone had taken all of the lamp shades, so everything was just a bare bulb. I got undressed to shower, and then realized there were no towels in the room. The phone in the room didn't work. I called the property on my cellphone and told them I had no towels. The woman at the front desk said she was alone and asked me to come up and get them. (I got dressed, walked from the back of the property to the office, then walked back to begin my shower.) Everyone at the front desk was amazing. But the rooms and the services need a lot of work. Also, every day my room key wouldn't work. The guy told me your car key, cellphone, watch, etc -- anything can wipe the card, so I just went to the front desk each time I returned so they could fix the key. I think this property is happy with the un-homed customers it appears to cater to, and just wanted to let everyone else know what to expect.

The service at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. The bed was old and creeky and very uncomfortable. There were no towels or trash can in the room. Brown streaks on the walls in some places and the door deadbolt did not work and you had to yank on the door just to get it open

Room smelled like a bottle of bleach exploded, flies in the room, burn marks in sheets, holes in bathroom walls, bathroom door hardly opened when closed, hole in window screen. The worst motel/hotel experience. So bad we had to leave and find another hotel.

This is the next best thing to home for us. The staff are all amazing people, they have treated me, my husband, and our children like family. It may be a rough part of town but it just adds character. The manager that runs this place is so very professional and she runs a tight ship keeping us safe and feeling welcome. Property is in rough shape. We went to take a shower and realized we didn’t have towels in our room. Call front desk to get towels and was told that housekeeping does not come until 9 am so we would have to go without towels until then. Pool was closed despite being advertised as having a pool. Front desk acted like she hated being there. Beds were comfortable.

Well, it statedcwith rm #111, missing light globes, the door dead bolt was missing the knob for the dead bolt, no towels in thebroom, the mirror on the wall had been ripped off the wall, the area was very sketchy, drug users and homeless on the property, I went to the office about not able to lock the dead bolt, , so she moved me to the rm #112 nextdoor, it was not much better, holes in the wall patched but not painted, the room smelled like mixture urine and pot, the drapes had a big hole in them, it had a ball of tissue in it so you could not see in, the sheets had black top or tar on them, so I took them off the bed and we slepted in our clothes, also, no towels in th I s room as well, if I had not driven 16 hrs, we would not have stayed, we were just dead tired. My opinion, it should be torn down. Dont waste your money.

Only one towel in the bathroom and we only got one from the front desk. The light outside bathroom was out. The light over the sink was out the next day. Light wasn’t bright and the faucet didn’t work in the shower stall. No lampshades in the lamps.

All staff was nice and accommodating I had a few earlier check inns that was nice I have a big family and they love our cat hotel was pet friendly big plus. despite the area and the problems with this epidemic this staff has it under control.

Needs proper maintenance

My wife and I did not have a good experience. The entire property seemed run-down. I had the distinct impression that there was drug deals and prostitute present. Inside there were almost no aminities (refrig, microwave, hair dryer, etc). The upper lock on the door was broken. The two lights near the beds were both shadless, and one had exposed and dangerous parts, plus both were broken. And the light in the shower was exposed very near the shower head. Please notice the pictures.

I love that the office people are very friendly and polite and we'll go out of their way to make sure that those that stay here are happy and accommodated and they're extra friendly to my puppy which makes me just happy so thank you office staff cookie and I appreciate it

Some rooms are better than others there are certain individuals who stay at this hotel who are bad news there is trafficking happening there and drug use.

Avoid at all costs. Worst motel I've ever been to. The motel is run down. There were no towels or plastic cups. Paint spattered on the floor and on the walls on the bathroom. The beds are extremely small and the sheets are itchy. Their pool was out of water and shouldn't be even listed as amenity, misleading. Neighbors noisy. Internet went out four times and was extremely slow. Motel was way overpriced for what you get. It's so bad it should lose its motel 6 qualification or be subject to Motel 6 inspections to be a franchise.

The motel is in a very sketchy area. A police presence was on the street nearby. On the plus side, the staff was polite when we cancelled our reservation and went somewhere else.

There was a busy street right nearby that made a lot of noise. That didn't bother me - I sleep through noise just fine - but I mention it because there are some that might be bothered and would want to know in advance.

the bed sheets were dirty with little specs of something and hair so I ended up leaving after finding several spots of hair in the bed of 2 different rooms they tried to put me in.

The front desk staff was really friendly and welcoming. The shower curtain looked a bit dirty, we didn't feel comfortable to shower I there. There were people (guest from other rooms) gather in the side walk smoking and drinking which make me feel unsafe as I was staying with my kids and the pool was out of service.

They should close down this location. Unsafe is putting it lightly. Staff weren’t educated enough. One bath towel, that was it, tv didn’t work, lights didn’t work, huge gap under the door, smelled like cigarettes. Absolutely the worst experience with a hotel.

The room I request was the wrong room they didn't even have a microwave then afterwards they didn't want to help me change rooms after I made it a request to get the one I ordered. It wasn't clean one of the beds only had one pillow

Booked the stay for 10 nights. Very first night neighbors came in at 11:45 and the music came on loud, followed by a man and woman arguing back and forth at 100 decibals. Got up, went downstairs to the office and changed rooms. A lot of sketchy characters hanging out here after dark. Many occupants obviously living in their room with families. Overall old facility and noise carries from room to room easily. If you're looking for peace and quiet to get some sleep this is not your place

We couldn't stay, as the shower had so much mold there is NO way i would get in it!! The walls had plaster repair bold & ugly. 2 wall sconces had no shades, & the only way to turn the light off was to unscrew the bulb. Nothing like the pics. They're going to remodle, good luck to them & God Bless!

This was the worst of the worst in motels. I checked out 4 days early because the room smelled like cigarette smoke and fabulous. Had acute respiratory irritation from it. It's sad to see that some folks have no choice but to endure these conditions...

Unhoused citizens lurking about asking for money and wifi passwords, digging in trash. Rates based on occupancy are unreasonable. Substandard TV and wi-fi service. Long term renters get all the perks. Most of the housekeeping staff doesn't understand English. Never again. I guess that is what they wanted.

I reservedca room for my son who's car got stolen, so he needed a place to stay for the night, when he got there Rob the guy at the front desk kept telling him there was no reservation even after my son gave him the reservation number. My son called me to let me know and while he was on the phone with me Rob was very rude telling him dont you understand there is no reservation! So after my son left and i checked my card of course the money was taken out, I called Rob at the front desk and he says oh it just came through 2 min ago. I do not recommend booking through this place simply because of customer service.

Horrible had booked it and when we got there they said we couldn’t go in after we had already booked because they said they check in times was at 6am and was just trying to sleep at that moment arrival 3am super dumb !!! And I had to clock out in the morning tried to explain to the lady in the front desk but she didn’t care horrible customer service

The front desk staff (Tracy?) was amazing, but the property was definitely not what was described on Expedia. The room had limited amenities, the A/C didn't work properly, and there were dead bugs on the floor. They're transitioning to a Motel 6, so perhaps there will be upgrades.

At check-in I was informed that the danishes did not get delivered today so the “breakfast” tomorrow will consist of just coffee. The parking is cramped, the room had no way to control the heat, A/C or even the fan. There was no thermostat and the toilet was not anchored to the floor. Oh yes, and the sheets were not soft at all. Felt like they’d been washed in Clorox and dried in the Sun (a very exfoliating experience to say the least. Other than that it was fine.

I can’t believe that somebody in charge of a property has no accountability and a free pass to just treat customers rudely and get away with it. Obviously that’s been the case because nobody has made her take accountability and she probably rules by fear, not by leadership..

I did not even get out of my car. There were drug users passed out outside the hotel rooms. People were in the parking lot drinking. This area is full of homeless people. I was alone and felt very unsafe. This used to be a Motel 6.

This is false advertisement beyond disappointed!!! Once we got there seemed ok once we got in at night sheets beyond dirty, things breaking apart also seem people lived there and do not recommend

Front desk person was great, service good, bottom line, you get what you pay for, served my needs

The staff was great especially the manager during the day. She helped me out alot and worked with me on a couple of issues. Amazing thank you
