    Was clean, quiet, the staff was very courteous and helpful. My first night was good I went to leave and my door malfunctioned, but they changed my room to a working door and did it promptly when I arrived back from the store. I would stay here again.

    Awesome staff at check in. Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast, my partner went to go get me a pastry and he was told only one item per room. Weird. He got a banana and pastry the day before. Not much left for selection. Nice stay overall for the price for sure!

    Was also charged for the deposit due to a 15 minute visit by a person who had a poodle. No hair, no damage, no soiling. In reviewing the deposit agreement at checkin which the attendant had to do orally since I didn't have readers with me, it was not shared that a mere visit would result in a charge of the deposit. Certainly discussed that drugs were not allowed, additional room occupants, and smoking were not allowed. Again, "policy" was cited for the reason. No copy of the policy was provided to me. This was nothing more than a money grab despite the hotel advertising that is was "pet friendly" - well, maybe if the pet is named Money.

    We felt very unsafe at this hotel. There were people walking around on the property and back and forth past our room all night. I wish I would have trusted my gut and left at check in. The room was pretty dirty, and the photos make it out to look much nicer than it is. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere/ in a different neighborhood. The only positive part about the stay was that the person working at the front desk was pleasant, but nothing beyond that.

    Worst experiene of my life! My friend and i had booked this trip to stay for a work convention nearby. We didnt even get the chance to check in before the "manager" came in and yelled at my friend saying he recognizes her and that shes been here before. She has never been to Washington! This was our first time ever booking this hotel. And NEVER will again. I even asked him where the proof was that shes been here before and why he was being so rude and accusatory. Instead of actually explaining to us why he was claiming these things, he just explained, "ive been doing this for a long time, i recognize you too!" At that point i asked him to give me back our IDs and credit card because we were NOT staying there. He had repeatedly scanned out IDs trying to see if they were fake. Obviously not. We were so scared that he was going to do something.

    dirty that the bottom of our feet were black. No chair, or desk. Beds are uncomfortably high making them hard to sit on. Pillows are uncomfortably thick making them hard to sleep on. Sink should be replaced. Unsightly. Owner/staff friendly and readily available. Give them a 10.

    It was alright, however, the night auditor and Asian gentlemen, literally runs out to meet any of your friends that might show up and asks for their ID. What are my friends was very unsettled with the whole situation. This, to me, is overkill!

    Bedding was clean and comfortable but that is it. Very warm day and when arrived, window was open instead of a/c on. The warm room brought out the best of a wet dog smell in the room probably from the carpet that was so old that it had holes in it and frayed at the bath transition. Didn't dare to go shoeless. The entire bath was fricken gross w/old tile,c-top/sink and shower surround. No drainstops in sink or tub. Hot & Cold water at the fawcets were opposite directions. Don't miss the laminated list on the bathroom wall that lists what it costs for each item in the room should it go missing.....towels,mirriors,phone,art work in the room (no one would want), tv, curtains,sheets,pillows cases etc. They missed the hairdryer on the list so I suppose that would be ok to take but not sure it worked anyway. Sketchy area and I learned that Americas Best Value hotel is not one to stay at and they should consider a name change at minimum. Good luck to you if you dare stay there.

    The condition of the property was not much better. Everything was dingy. The towels were not white and had holes. The bedding was not white. There was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. It was very run down. Also very oddly there is a price list posted on the wall on coats of damages or missing items. I didn’t look in the fridge or microwave, so can’t talk as to their condition. The staff seemed friendly enough, but again intrusive. All in all, would not recommend.

    Room didn't even have a bar of soap to wash your hands with. Friend came to see me. Was there 10 mins and I received a call from front desk that friend has to come and show their ID. I was like, what?I travel a lot, and never had to have someone that wasn't staying show ID. I'm a VP in Banking, so I don't look like a shady person. Decided to leave after 30 mins and went down the road to Holiday Inn and had a better night. Would not recommend anyone to stay, especially, as I mentioned, there wasn't even the usual soap and shampoo in bathroom. Nothing.

    The staff were rude and treated me and my partner like criminals. They continually walked by our door and tried to look in our wondows. Upon entering the room there were huge holes in the bathroom door that were porrly patched. There was a large bloody spot in the bathroom near the toilet paper. The couch was so old and decrepit that it was covered with a sheet. Upon firther time in the room i discovered literal bloddy handprints under the bathroom counter. The bed was so cheap and poorly made I was barely able to get any sleep. And finally the fridge in the room was full of rust, all of the shelves were rusty with no attempts at ever being cleaned, they needed to be replaced.

    OK. Here’s the problem. We stayed two nights. No maid service. Bed not made. They said the housekeeper didn't show up. We had to exchange our used towels for fresh ones. Also, no Continental breakfast was offered, even though it is listed as an amenity (both mornings). Questionable neighborhood. Lots of big rigs running all night.

    No toilet paper in our room, a sheet was spread out over the worn out sofa, the bed cover had stains, there was someone’s new Jean sticker stuck on the middle of the bathroom door, just grimy floor edges and corners which lead me to believe the room was barely swiped clean for many years. Nearly everything was over worn and needed replacement. The staff was very courteous when we checked in and out and asked for tp for the bathroom, but the room needs a good deep cleaning and some replacements.

    I would not recommend this property; The manager is very nosy and discovered I had a kitten. The property says pet friendly and he said the room he gifted me that was not in my booking happened to not be pet friendly. He proceeded to kick me out immediately and charge me a $200 fine. He was exceptionally rude and disrespectful suddenly and I didn't appreciate it especially given I'm 7 months pregnant.

    Some How I got double Booked. Front Desk told me there wasn't anything that they could do about it. I asked that the Manager call me when he got in. 2 days later I still never heard from him. Hotels.com canceled one of the reservations. After speaking with the Manager he wouldn't Refund me for the 2nd one. He wasn't very understanding and didn't seem to care and told Me I was out of Luck.     When we got to the hotel, I noticed there was stains in the curtains and it made me nervous. I tried to cancel and they said I would still have to pay full price in order to cancel. I then checked into my hotel room & there was a used towel hanging behind bathroom door. Then our bed sheets were dirty didn’t seemed like they washed them because there was also loose women hair on the bed. We Then turned on the air conditioner/heater & dust came out of it like it hadn’t been used, and was falling apart & had tape holding it together. Also, the locks on the door seemed old and had one bottom lock and a chain lock. I feel there should be more to the locks since the doors to the rooms are outside and anyone could try and break in. This place made me feel uncomfortable and not safe. Most likely won’t book here again.

    I had a dog with me and they allowed pets in certain rooms. There was a fenced pet area with a lot of blackberry bushes. That first room I was assigned was a pet room and it smelled like it :( I must admit I read the reviews before checking in, but the price was lower than other hotels, and I thought ‘how bad could it be’. I would’ve rather spent a little bit more for a clean place that felt safe. The man at the front desk was super friendly and tried to be as accommodating as possible and that really goes along way!

    The staff and check-in was great. I had a few problems with the room. The main one was the toilet had no water pressure to flush. I had to do a number two in the middle of the night and was shocked I couldn't flush it. I wasn't gonna get dressed and go to the front desk and tell them my problem or call and have them check it out (and have to get dressed). I let them know when I checked out and they kinda seemed to be aware of the problem. The other thing was, no TV remote. I got into bed and got ready to watch TV and there was nothing. Had to get dressed and go to the front desk.

    The front desk was rude asking everybody that was with me for ID. We were tired and wanted to get some sleep.Also check in clerk took his time,very slow.Bed very uncomfortable,dirty bathroom.     Fridge , microwave, coffee maker in room. Family friendly, smoke free rooms however there are areas if you need a smoke break. We were satisfied with our stay im just a little upset- the gentleman at the counter was really friendly and explained they are under new ownership [clearly his family since he was paging his dad over to help check in] however didnt mention we wouldn't be getting continental breakfast, which is included in what we paid..., had I not ASKED about it we would have been up early looking for a meal, so I felt deceived. We are understanding of Covid restrictions but just be straight forward with your next guest to avoid a bad experience. All in all , comfortable stay after a 12 hr drive- easy check in and check out. Cleaning people were actively in the rooms so as I mentioned I recommend if you want a clean place for your families. Gated parking. Easy access to food and gas. We will give them a try after they've settled in, next time we are in town.

Next time I will be saving up to stay in a nice hotel and not this place. The smell of the room was not pleasant. There was ants on the headboard of the bed. Bed was very uncomfortable. The couch was disgusting, which is why it was covered up with a sheet. The fridge did not work at all. My sons milk was spoiled after the 3 nights we were there. Spend the extra $50 and get a nicer place especially if you have children.

    Room key didnt work in morning and no employee arpund to fix it. Had to wait outside the office door for 15 min waiting for desk person to get back from store.

    The room had a sour smell, it kinda reminded me of a nursing home. And unlike other hotels I've been to when I came back the trash is still left out and you could tell that it wasn't cleaned. The first day of arrival I found food in the refrigerator that did not belong to me.

    This property was run down & dirty. The bed spread had burn holes throughout, the bathroom was not clean & very un-sanitized. The furniture was stained. I booked for 2 nights however we would not spend another night in that filth. Management was horrible. I would never recommend this place to any one EVER.

    The hotel wasn’t very good at all. Half of the channels they have for tv are in spanish. The walls where not very clean at all. Really tiny tv, the hotel definitely needs to be updated. The staff when I got there was nice as heck but the next day the staff wasn’t very nice. You would think that you would check yourself out but they checked me out themselves. Not worth the 70 some dollars at all. They also charge you 100 dollars for a deposit that I still haven’t gotten back yet.

    Cops there every night. People beating down doors every night. Dirty rooms. House keeping doesn’t come everyday. Parking lot is tight and cars get dinged and scratched. Horrible service
