Parking was fine, but room is very outdated. Bed was not comfortable, couch was worse. Very little water flow in the shower or sink. Had to move the bed to find an outlet for my apnea machine. Had to unplug the lamp as it was constantly flickering due to loose fitting outlets. Breakfast was disappointing, only pre packed buns and coffee with powdered whitener. Went elsewhere. Won’t be back.

Toilets “child sized”. Breakfast: coffee & danish only. A/C Heat unit did not work properly. Hard to adjust water for shower.

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. My suit smelled like an ashtray after I left.

Other customers were a very rough crowd. Noisy neighbors up until 2am. patched walls. Lots of dogs in the other units despite a no dogs sign. shower water didn't get more than lukewarm.

No hangers, we found ants in our room. Very thin walls. Wd heard everything go on in the rooms connected to ours. The shower was gross. I did like that it was a big room and had free parking.

Ive been staying here at the Western Inn Lakewood Washington for going on one week thus far and I am very impressed and beyond satisfied from start date to checkout. Right from the start! The staff here are very welcoming and will take the time to listen to all customer concerns and or accommodations with pleasant customer sevice leaving me without the feeling of being rushed. As they actually listen to each and every concern and will help fix it or accommodate whatever it may be that you may need for your room to make your stay a little more comfortable. I made a mistake with my check-in date and needed to change it to that specific day I showed up here to the hotel and it would have cost me pretty much the cost of the room to correct that mistake but the front desk woman with the help of her manager helped me save a lot of money by correcting this mistake.. The entire time it did take some time to correct this mistake and the entire time, I did not feel rushed and the woman that was working.The front desk stood there with a smile and gave the best customer service experience.I could ever honestly say i've had at any hotel i've ever stayed at and that's including Marriott and all those high-end hotels.This one is very comparable and a lot more costly efficient. So far, each and every employee that I've met here will greet you with a smile including the groundsman maintenance crew. Cleanliness is 10/10. You will not regret your stay here! Thank You!

Yes, parking was great, the omly thing is that the pillows were to small and the towels were small for a big person, and they need to get better soap and shampoo and conditioner. All and all the property was a great location to the places that I needed to go.

I stayed for five days and the staff didn't come in to service room unless I requested it and then it was only minimal.

Staff was very helpful in providing a rod to double secure the sliding front window when I was doubtful about it’s security.

Clean room...however, pretty sparse room and the lights switch next to bed is broken. The toilet is this little tiny mini one, barely usable. Never seen one so low and small. The hot water only remained hot for a few moments, so my hot bath wasn't hot. That was a big disappointment and highly unusual. Honestly, this room ought to be highly discounted for these reasons. I will ask for one when I check out.

Staff were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast is tea or coffee, no milk/cream, only powdered coffee whitener. There is a choice of juices from a self-serve machine, and a choice of 2 prepackaged pastries. Of our 4 days there, 2 of the days had no coffee available. You can get hot water any time of day if you bring you bring your own tea etc.

The hotel room was very dated, very few amenities. But you can see that from the photos. I was happy with how clean it was-didn’t smell bad, just stale air kind of smell. The ac unit didn’t work properly, and I was told by the office that it’s just how it was. The person who checked me in and checked me out were both very nice. The person I spoke with was not as pleasant, nor the person I had to ask for toilet paper. It says housekeeping is included, but they only came by on the morning after our first night, not to be seen again

The water was cold. Even when the shower was at full blast with only the hot faucet turned on the warmest it got was tepid at best. My keycard lost connection after I was out for an event. The front desk reactivated it when I gave them my room number without even asking my name. Anyone could come with an old keycard and get access to the rooms since they do no verification before giving keys.

Dirty, Run Down

I shouldve just slept in my car. Waited 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up. Had to shove the couch against my door so i would feel safe. Really loved the huge firework that was let off at 1130pm. Thought someone was shooting at my door. Breakfast is literally a honeybun. Please save your money and go some place else.

For the price, by today's standards, I got what I paid for. The sink and tub were okay but the faucets in both a trial. The bed was Motel 6 level of comfort, but tolerable. I just needed a decent night's sleep and I got that without too much trauma, so it was worth spending less money for a nicer place.

The hotel is old, but fairly clean and quiet. My gripe is the carpet in the room which needs replacing.

Really nice people checking me in. The first room had a bed that needs replaced, so I asked for another room. They obliged without question. There was an area that had trash piling up. I’m glad I didnt stay near that.

What I didn't like was what they called a continental breakfast.

First room I was in I accidentally booked a smoking room. Not from the cigarette smoke alone but the room was DISGUSTING. Wouldn’t sleep there for sure. The toilet didn’t work so I swapped rooms and requested a non smoking room and substantially better. I think it was OKAY (not good) for the price.

Dark, dated, and its weird to have 2 of the exact same picture. But it was clean and had beds, so it met my requirements for a stay near family in Spanaway.

Considering how outdated the hotel is, it was a good stay. Would recommend for an overnight.

Worst bed I’ve ever laid on. Otherwise, it was fine. Seriously, new beds are way over due.

The only issue was with Expedia on the intail booking. Because of this me and my family had to stand outside in the snow and cold for additional 2hours because Expedia never completed the booking after they even discuss with me over the phone and confirmedall information is correct and that was it.

The hotel room is okay. I am not sure if the bed sheets were all change. It really needs a general renovation. I will suggest to change the appliances and the furniture, especially the lightings. The vibes that I got from my room was just depressing. It really looks sad. If I have the money, I will invest in this hotel and will make it more presentable.

Quick one-night stay for a meeting the next day. Convenient location and very hospitable and friendly staff. Fast food (DQ) a block away and an AM-PM Mini Mart across the street. The first thing I noticed was that the room smelled great! Not real fancy but for an "overnighter" the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I spent a lot more money at more terrible places then this place. Hotel was clean, safe, And staff was very helpful

Incredible value. Staff was above and beyond friendly. My schedule changed and i had to add a night last minute and it was a breeze. If you gotta stay in the area this is the place you want.

When we went into the hotel room it smelled very nice like pine sent. We injoyed the nice comfortable queen sized bed. There were plenty of clean towls for us to use, along with soap and shampoo!

The picture for the property is not what the property really looks like (false advertising). It was comfortable, but showing its age by fraying carpet, walls needing painting, no stopper in the sink.

Well we accidentally booked in the wrong city we wanted Seattle since that's where we were going but as it turned out it wasn't bad we had a 24 store right across the street I'd stay there again

It was a very rundown hotel. It could use a total remake, but they could start out by giving the rooms a good cleaning and replacing all of the mattresses and pillows. I don't know how they could come up with a 7.2 rating? Okay that's enough

Front desk not friendly. Lots of outside traffic noise since it’s located close to an intersection. Juice was watered down. Shower only had luck warm water. Please go some where else to stay.

The western inn is a very clean establishment , with very friendly staff. It was easy to check in and out

Very poor initial room condition. Poorly maintained and updated. Requested another room, but it was well below standards even for a 2 star motel. Came back from a walk to find another party in the second room....front desk had neglected to record my room change. Room card did not work on second day, again front desk screwed up. Will never return.

Ir qas verry clean. Itwas quiet . The night and day clerk were very friwndly and very helpful. They had wonderful knowledge about the area and things to do. morning grab and go breakfest was fresh and good. I extended my stay by a day and i would stay there again.

The location was convenient, and I loved seeing Mt Rainier from the parking lot. However it needs basic maintenance like lighting and electrical outlets, drawer handles and painting. Continental Breakfast was packaged sweet rolls from an ancient time, but coffee and juice were available. Basically just rundown , has seen better days. The staff was nice.

This place is so rundown; the rooms are falling apart. Holes in the walls, lumpy carpet, towel bars falling off the walls because they have been pulled down so many times, etc. The pathetic wifi is way under powered, has almost no bandwidth, drops all the time, and when the router need to be reset because it shut down, it may take hours for them to get around to even trying.
