Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast is often highlighted as a positive aspect, with many guests enjoying the made-to-order options. However, there are frequent complaints about the pool area, including its size, cleanliness, and early closing time. Additionally, several guests express dissatisfaction with the parking fees and the lack of shuttle services to the strip and the airport.

They gave away my reservation They gave away my reservation without warning... I even sent an email saying that I'll be doing a late check in and they responded that it was okay, but when I got there weren't any rooms available.

We travel to Las Vegas every summer for business. We're there for a week. We have stayed at this Embassy Suites for 2 years now. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The only negative is that for both years now, not all elevators are functioning. Only one on one side and one on the other side of the hotel are operating. One elevator is completely non-functioning. This causes longer than expected wait times & delays. The hotel is always busy, so not sure the reason for delaying the necessary repairs.

1. Refrigerator not cold - I was treated like a criminal for asking for a different one. The maintenance guy there was nothing he could do. He also said it was a handicapped room so he couldn't change it. I went to the front desk to ask for manager and told them I did not ask for a handicapped room. The manager said she was giving up her refrigerator for our room. The room is not set up for a person needing that room. The microwave is way too low for anyone to use without sitting in front of it. 2. Elevator broken. 3. Water shut off. 4. When we checked out the person at desk said the computers were down so I couldn't get a receipt for my deposit etc. 5. Employees working at the front desk didn't smile or say hello several times when I asked questions, bought items from the store. I felt like a nuisance to them and they have crappy attitudes. 6. The pool closes at 5? Ridiculous This hotel made me realize I will never again stay at any Embassy Suites.

Beautiful property right off the Strip. It’s clean and organized and the staff are helpful and friendly. We moved to the Embassy after an awful night at Harrahs, on the Strip. The only drawback were the elevators. It took 10 minutes - on average - to get downstairs from the 5th floor. The hotel guests were making bets on what floor the elevator randomly stopped at. We’d go down one floor, stop. Doors open. Then climb to the 6th floor - stop, no person waiting - only to be taken to the 2nd floor. Stop. Then finally ground floor. By the time we exited the elevator, everyone in it is cracking jokes and laughing. No stairs to down to the lobby. Only stairway leads to the outside. It was weird.

Exceptional
- 3/5
Pond inside looked dirty, lady who checked us in was rude, and I didn’t like that a $500 charge was never explained upon booking for “incidentals” - usually $200 or less - so that was a huge shock that I still haven’t seen come off my credit card!
- 4.5/5
Very spacious rooms. Good location, very close to the airport.
- 4/5
The free cooked breakfast tasted like old oil and the person who checked me in failed to tell me that the free drinks or snacks are only between 5:30 and 7pm nor does it say on the card they give you. Parking is $40 that's a bit ridiculous. Other than that, I had a great room.
- 5/5
Hotel was fully booked and did not get the room we booked for at first. For our last night the staff (maybe the manager?!) gave us one of the nicest room in the building with the strip view alongside the sphere. Overall great, would stay again!
- 5/5
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Special callout to Mel the bartender for helping make our stay for our wedding more special!!
- 3/5
Affordable stay off the strip. Breakfast is very good. Couch bed is not comfortable, can feel springs. Front desk clerk wanted to charge me $75 for an early check in (at 1pm) when I asked if room was ready. So we waited until 3 pm and got in then. Can hear planes flying overhead frequently, but did not bother me personally.

Nice Hotel, will definitely recommend
- 4/5
Overall it’s a nice Hotel, wish it had slots though
- 4/5
Exelent breakfasts-omelets and eggs made to order.
- 5/5
Lots of fresh fruit Great tea and coffee
- 5/5
Great service, great breakfast, great stay!
- 4/5
Don’t be so cheap with charging people to get into their rooms a bit earlier than 4 pm, that’s really tacky just for a couple hours early. And don’t let mice relay rat bait and expire in 5th floor rooms, does the mouse cost extra too? The $5 drink was bad expensive enough. Other Embassy Suites don’t do that.
- 5/5
Everything was good

Breakfast was very good. The second day we went right when it opened and they ran out of egg white omelets but still very good.

Booked through Expedia. It was a total disaster. The staff clsimed Expedia canceled our reservation when it was the staff themselves. After we were left high and dry at 1am with no help whatsoever we went sonewhere else. The lady that was working coukd care less about our situation, lied to us and could care less we were displaced with nowhere to go due to their issues. Avoid!
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Limpio, cómodo, buena atención, muy silencioso amplio bien ubicado
- 5/5
Great service, very accommodating. Rooms were clean and very pet friendly with ample outdoor space for my dog.
- 5/5
IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND.
- 3/5
I hate to list the issues when we also had positive experience overall but I do think it’s important to note: you can only get ice on the 4th floor of a 6 level hotel, the AC was not working and it got HOT in the room, very disappointed the pool closes at 5, the elevators are very slow and some stairwells don’t let you out on all floors (inconsistent and no signage), I found a hair in the breakfast potato’s and the guys doing the omelets/ hash browns weren’t wearing gloves or hairnets. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly, but these are small things I think could be better for the amount I’m paying and being a Hilton hotel.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and the included breakfast was good
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Rooms were comfortable. Great breakfast options.
- 2/5
Had to brush my teeth in the bathtub I asked for compensation when I left they said no compensation because I booked on expedia
- 5/5
Great place, nice food not in the strip, but calmed area that you could move by riideshares or longwalks

My family always chooses Embassy Suites when we travel. Our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas was among our favorites. The staff was very clean and courteous, providing excellent service. We highly recommend it for families with children of all ages. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the heated pool.

- 5/5
I loved my stay.
- 5/5
Clean room that made me feel welcomed. Check in was quick and easy. They helped me when I left an item at home. Breakfast was tasty and convenient.
- 3/5
They were short-staffed to the extent that we had to use a trolley ourselves to move the luggage from the car to the rooms and back. Also, there were not enough staff to clean the breakfast tables, so we ended up cleaning the tables ourselves.
- 4/5
Final invoice was not provided
- 5/5
Friendly staff and room is always clean. I requested towel replacements every day and was thankful they were able to provide it. Breakfast can be busy on holiday weekend- the line was long for omelettes, but coming early helped. There’s a cvs, coffee shop, food spots a block+ away if you want to walk around.
- 5/5
Our room was comfortable with a nice view of the pool. The spacious lobby and the nightly happy hour were big bonuses. No wonder that we have stayed at this hotel several times. The parking fees were handled by a separate company, and the app was a bit tricky. It would have been nice to have parking handled by the hotel. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel to others.
- 2/5
Severely understaffed kitchen during the holidays. We arrived Dec 25. The breakfast was filled with people and all tables are always taken. Ridiculous management: one (!!!) poor person on the floor running around cleaning all tables and refilling the food and plates which disappear instantly, and constantly groups of people standing there just waiting for plates. This happened each breakfast. It took us 20 min just to find something to eat because either there were no plates or bowls, or no spoons, or when we got plates there was no more food we wanted and we had to wait for refills. The day after Christmas was the worst. This was the worst management among all Embassy Suites we have stayed at across states. The kitchen person named Richard was so kind and helpful but he could only do that much.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Did not think breakfast was a good value. Omelette station was delicious. However, it was very slow. Breakfast felt understaffed. Dining area was not cleared quickly enough so people can sit and eat. Buffet was messy. Food quickly ran out and was not replenished.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 3/5
It was a mess but overall, the rooms and bathrooms are really dark. Breakfast had the same food every morning. No mixing up the selections. It did not provide the level of service overall that you would expect from a Hilton Property

below the belt. Would suggest if you stay here to check for hair all over.
- 5/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were excellent and of course breakfast and happy hour marvelous.
- 4/5
The “convenience store “ is poorly stocked. It would be a lot better if the area were filled with vending machines which were serviced daily. I could have used the following: Hair comb, toothbrush & toothpaste, razor & shaving cream.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Love the breakfast in the morning!
- 5/5
Clean and well maintained
- 3/5
Upon arrival there was an exaggerated humid smell. There were floor moldings missing all around the walls of the lobby even on upper floors. Someone told me they had gotten water damage. The receptionist was very courteous and professional. We had the room on the second floor, we took the elevator( which took a long time ) our room was tidy and spacious but the sound of the planes from the nearby airport took a toll on our sleep.
- 1/5
Hotel flooded, bar and room services were closed. Lobby smelled terrible due to flooding. $400 deposit which was never disclosed, 3-5 working days for a refund. Only one elevator working out of 4. I will never stay bere again.
- 4/5
The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was exceptional. The pool was not open, that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel, the beautiful pool. The one incident that was out of their control was the fire at 6am. Our room was ok so we were back in our room by 11.
- 4/5
Not bad for an affordable price
- 2/5
I have stayed at many embassies around the country and I can safely say this is the worst I’ve ever stayed at, rude staff, terrible customer service, breakfast time was a disaster, the floor was dirty and sticky, the breakfast variety was depressing, it’s not possible that in 2025, they don’t have other alternative options for milk or bread, unlike other embassy here they limit the food, so I don’t understand how it’s a buffet and you can’t repeat, at happy hour, I asked the bartender what ingredients were in the cocktail and he said it was my special and served it to me in a bad way, without asking if I wanted it or not, I’m not going to eat or drink anything without knowing what ingredients it has, anyway they only let you have one drink per person, I asked for bottled water in the lobby and they denied it to me, in conclusion I don’t plan on returning Las Vegas has too many hotels to waste my money on this one.

I wish I could give this place a 5 star because everything was awesome EXCEPT the pool hours which is a huge thing for us work kids . They closed the pool at 5 and you can’t check in until 4 . We didn’t know this so my kids were super disappointed And the pool was so nice .
- 5/5
Breakfast was the best quality I've had in a while. Made to order omelets and egg dishes was the best part! Thank you to the cooks working the kitchen to support this amenity. All in all this was a great hotel stay!
- 4/5
Nice place, showing some age
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The bar food was fabulous and bartender was very kind and courteous.
- 3/5
Terrible, unresponsive staff. 👎
- 5/5
We arrived very late and had to wait for about 5 minutes before an employee came to check us in. But we were just grateful to check in after a long drive. The room was comfortable, although there seemed to be a leak in the tub, and we all loved the breakfast! Great stop for a quick stay.

- 4/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was solid. Just be aware it's very close to the airport, so plane noise can be a bit much. It’s also about 2 miles from the Strip and not walkable, so we had to drive and deal with parking. Still, a good place if you're okay with that tradeoff.
- 5/5
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our family enjoyed the visit.
- 5/5
Bed and pillow were awful. Staff was amazing and breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Excellent room, great facility, and killer breakfast. Walking distance to Thomas & Mack and all of UNLV

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel.

- 5/5
Rooms are spacious and Breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks too good…Good for families with kids
- 5/5
The staff is always pleasant and welcoming.
- 4/5
Everything was wonderful. The only thing we weren't crazy about was having to pay $24 a day just to park
- 5/5
Check in was great. Hotel and room is very clean and spacious.
- 1/5
The chef at omelette station has a bad attitude and I only went to eat 1 out of 4 days because of it. The guy at the happy hour wouldn’t give a drink coz we were late by 10 mins. And that was the only time we went to happy hour out of 4 days, they all seem to not care for customer satisfaction at all including management. We thought parking was free but had to pay for it

No pool I pay the price for all the amenities of this hotel this one unavailable. Seems like the attention to this details are not there any more.
- 4/5
The room was very nice The only issue was the outlet attached to the desk was not working.
- 5/5
My stay was short and sweet
- 5/5
The pool closed at 5pm. No place to sit outside. No free coffee.
- 5/5
Great staff and room. Breakfast was great too.
- 5/5

The property was good, although the pool was under construction, our visit was very good
- 4/5
Close to Las Vegas airport.
- 3/5
Rooms are okay. Breakfast and happy hour are highlights.
- 4/5
We always stay at this hotel, love the breakfast and complimentary happy hour. The rooms need a little TLC. The bathroom toilet paper holder was popping out and the mattress needs to be replaced because it’s way too lumpy. Otherwise it’s still an affordable option not far from the strip.
- 5/5
Nice and very attentive
- 5/5
Despite Expedia not officially booking my trip and being on the phone for 20m when I needed to check in the hotel staff was very helpful and understanding of this error on Expedia's end.
- 5/5
Good service, easy to check in and out, the suite was good size and big enough for my 5 person family, the breakfast is awesome, hotel staff very nice. Thank you Embassy Suites!!!!
- 5/5
Which was very helpful.
- 5/5
Love the property. Kid friendly great staff. Enjoyed complimentary happy hour. Pool clean. Will definitely stay again.
- 3/5
Great location, but its a Hilton which is the new Motel 6. All of Hilton hotels have gone downhill. They are still pricey rating themselves as a 4 start, not even close. The rooms here were fair 3 star rating. With smeared human waste on the walls, microwaves not working, running toliets, clogged sinks and sticky carpets, and very outdated. Filty stains on the bedding etc...Ive never been happier to end a stay at a hotel. I can honestly say the 3 stars giving was due to the nice staff and delicious breakfast, and the location. Save your money for a cleaner, newer hotel.
- 5/5
Staff was very polite and helpful.
- 5/5
Always happy coming here, from comfortable rooms to happy hours and breakfast. The best
- 1/5
Extremely bad experience. months ago we book one king size bedroom and when we go to property, they not give me exact room and the front desk lady Catherine is very rude with me and this is not acceptable. She’s telling me if you like to move out from the embassy shoot you feel free to welcome. This is not a good attitude from the front desk. We are multiple times. Stay with the bass shoot, but this is the one of the very worst experience from my end
- 5/5
My family and I love Embassy Suites, and this property reminded us why. Our experience was excellent.
- 5/5
Eco-friendly why that question?besides that odd question our stay wa great.
- 3/5
Nice facilities, excellent check-in staff. My room had maintenance equipment that didn't work properly, so I had to call them to pick it up. The same goes for the food. No one is on the lookout for things to be replaced quickly when they run out.
- 4/5
We had a very good stay. Glad for hot breakfast and very spacious suite. However, we found out in the morning that the water heater for shower is NOT working, the sink faucets are but not in the shower. We didn’t tell the front desk as we are in the middle of getting ready to check out.
- 5/5
You hear the airplanes constantly. Other than that, everything was fine
- 1/5
Property is nice.
- 3/5
The bad thing is there is no coffee shop or restaurant at hotel between breakfast and happy meal, its only a self bar which has only biscuits and chips and some snacks and they are sooooo expensive doesnt worth to buy !
- 3/5
The property is in need of a serious facelift and maintenance. The bathroom in our room was so outdated and the shower fluctuated between hot and cold water constantly
- 5/5
Had a great stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool and hot tub hours. 5pm is too early!
- 5/5
Had a nice visit, bartender was amazing, breakfast staff the best, quiet, clean and accommodating
- 4/5
Great hotel. Breakfast was amazing! $10-$15 uber to the strip
- 5/5
It was an excellent place to stay. Only issue was the feather style pillows. I like something firmer.
- 5/5
Airplanes launching from LAS all day and all night. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.
- 5/5
Check in is fast and easy. Great, friendly staff! Awesome breakfast!
- 5/5
Clean and nice staff
- 4/5
very nice big room
- 5/5
Love the property and the garden setting
- 2/5
We had a reservation for five people, but when we arrived, the room was prepared for only two. The shower was dirty, and water was pooling without draining properly. When I reported the issue to the manager, she accused me of not reporting it the evening we arrived, but instead waiting until the morning. I explained that we arrived late and reported the issue as soon as I noticed it. She didn’t apologize and simply said, "I will send an engineer to your room to fix it." However, no one ever came to fix the issue. Later, the same manager sarcastically said to me, "Welcome to Las Vegas." I replied, "Not to Las Vegas - we’ve been here before - but to your hotel". The hotel doesn't worth the money it costs even with a very decent breakfast.
- 5/5
There is no restaurant in the actual hotel
- 5/5
I loved this hotel. This will be my forever home in Vegas for sure I loved the space of the hotel room the commentary breakfast and drinks. I really didn’t wanna leave 😂
- 3/5
Well the facilities are good but I didn’t like that I tried to get my invoice and they didn’t have the info just because I found the hotel through hotels.com but despite that bad experience the hotel was great and will use it again…
- 4/5
Clean and safe but loud because of the airport. Good breakfast but limited lunch/dinner. Happy hour snacks are a bit boring, chips/salsa, goldfish?
- 5/5
We loved the cleanliness and amenities. The staff is also very cordial and friendly. Breakfast was superb as well.
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 4/5
Everything good

- 5/5

- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Awesome property to stay with great amenities
- 3/5
The bathroom sink was clogged and water not draining well. It didn’t have any hand liquid soup . The cart for luggage’s weren’t available when we needed. The line for breakfast was too long . The room was ok . The garbage can wasn’t clean and didn’t have any plastic bag .
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
I normally love embassy suites, other locations have a great breakfast spread and attention to customer service. This location, however, missed the mark on both. Hotel was unprepared to serve breakfast for the number of guests in the hotel. The wait in line to receive breakfast was over an hour, and the amount of dining area seating was very limited. The same pile of dirty dishes and uneaten food persisted in the hallway outside our room from check in to check out, despite notifications to management.
- 3/5
Shower did not have hot water. Bathroom door was a sliding door not to good for privacy. Breakfast omelette’s was good.
- 5/5
Nice clean good stuff
- 5/5
Good

I called when I booked to confirm that I, 19 years old could check in because I know most hotels in Vegas are 21+. I was told it was perfectly fine. When I got there, we weren’t greeted by the front desk attendant. He abruptly said “last name” and didn’t even look at me. He then gave me a lot of attitude about not being 21, so I had my stepdad check in for me. Both attendants I talked to were just overall very rude. I have always had amazing experiences at Embassy Suite properties but would not return to this one because of the horrible customer service. Also, we were told the room service was 24 hours with a food icon next to that. That was in fact not true. We ordered a “pizza” that was a small flatbread.
- 3/5
My room was placed in the corner which I did not like. When staying at an embassy suites I enjoy looking at the scenery. Also the toilet system in my room was bad .
- 1/5
Went to check in only to find out they canceled our reservation with no notice or contacting us. Staff did not show any compassion or empathy of a family traveling to show up to a hotel that sold their reservation probably due to pressure to make more money due to the demand.
- 1/5
feathered pillows as I am allergic to them. I was assured that my request would be honored. We arrived early and were sternly told that the hotel had a no check in early policy. Fine. We got back later and were so tired I fell asleep without checking the pillows. I woke up at around midnight sneezing, eyes scratching, and my nose running. I pulled a pillow out to find that I had down pillows. I called downstairs and was told there was nothing that could be until morning. I threw the pillows on the floor and attempted the fall back to sleep without one but tossed and turned for the rest of the night. We took off the next morning and were gone all day. When we got back I found that I still had down pillows. I was assured that the matter would be handled promptly. We went out for approx. 90 min. We got back to find down pillows. I went down to the front desk and was asked I had my do not disturb card on my door, which I obviously didn't because they changed the pillows. I was told that I had given the wrong room number at which point without saying a word turned to go get my wife to prove that I had given the right room number. I was then told to tone it down or I would be removed from the property. I can't fit everything in 1500 characters. I'd like a refund.
- 5/5
Very clean, being at the end of the runway made it noisy.
- 5/5
Best value for the dollar.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel. Room was also very nice. Enjoyed the stay.
- 5/5
And love the cleaning crew! Very welcoming Especially one of the receptionist. Now sure his name! But he was there Thursday night! Thank you for your help sir!
- 4/5
They should have a filtered water station and parking should be included (currently at $19 a night).
- 5/5
Overnight place, would stay longer next time.
- 5/5
Our stay was just for 1 night. Didnt have any problems, and staff was very nice at check in. Didnt have any problems or issues with our stay

This hotel was very clean. The staff members were all very kind. The breakfast staff went above and beyond, even making special pancakes with strawberries and sprinkles for my child. I will definitely be staying here again.
